Have you done anything about it? Without neem, predatory mites, or soap solution, they often stick around and keep munching slowly. I’d check the undersides of the leaves again – if you still see anything crawling or webs, then the problem is probably still active.
If there are none left: keep the pH at 6.2–6.5, give 0.5–1ml/L of CalMag, and pay attention to the new growth. If that stays clean, you're on the right track.
It definitely looks like stress, but not dramatically so. You can get it under control again 🤞🍀♥️
