@oldskoolkool, I will never tire of this, because it is my duty to either shut you up or get you to understand the words you use. LEDs are indeed "full spectrum". Define what this means to you, because you fundamentally seem to misunderstand what that means. LED fixtures have arrays of diodes which, with controllers or applications, you can shift the spectrum of. Both outputs, before and after shifting the spectrum, are "full spectrum".
Much like the R/FR ratios in the atmosphere, the ratios of specific wavelengths can change, and the amalgamation of the discrete color bands about the electromagnetic radiation spectrum still be....."full spectrum". Nobody says the sunlight isn't full spectrum the last 2 hours of the day....
