Sejanus21 Already last year, I bought Royal Runtz from RQS. Since starting my journey into our fascinating plant, I wanted to grow the classics. Runtz is definitely one of them. So for my third pot, I germinated a Royal Runtz seed. She showed her taproot already after two days. The next two days she spent in a jiffy until I saw her first leaves. Friday she moved into her temporary room, a 1l Airpot filled with Biobizz Lightmix and Biobizz Coco. As food I worked 5g of Haifa Multicote 6M into the soil and topped the hole with Dynomyco Mycorrhiza.

Sejanus21 Royal Runtz is growing nicely. She looks healthy and happy. I water her every 2-3 days and give her some nutrition supplements. No problems at all, I am all hyped up by "RUNTZ".

Sejanus21 Royal Runtz is striving. She is happily taking her holiday food (Polyfeed 18-18-18). My son has taken over my duties until Easter Monday. He has sent us the picture above.

Sejanus21 An eventful week! I moved the lady to 1 12.5l Airpot (filled with Aldi Universal Bio plus Perlite and Seramis) and then today I topped her. It hurts to cut the nice upper part, but everything turned out perfect; she is already visibly developing two main stems which was exactly the purpose of the operation. She is still looking super healthy. Moreover, I finally opened the greenhouse and garden season. Today, she spent her first day in the garden and for the night I will take her to the cozy greenhouse. She got a leave treatment with neem-oil to prevent bugs and other unwanted guests. For this season, I upgraded my greenhouse with a heating fan, which worked wonders by keeping temperature and humidity between 16 and 19°C and humidity around 65% although the outside temperature fell to 8°C. As in the last year, I installed my Spider Farmer SF 1000 as additional light source between 16:00 and 23:00.

Sejanus21 Royal Runtz had a perfect week in my greenhouse. In the afternoons I put her in the garden to enjoy the sun. Lots of light, hot temperatures over the days and heating to 16-19°C at night. The topping was the right decision. She has already more than recovered from it. My current plan is to switch to flower in a week.

Sejanus21 Good growth in the last week. The roof structure is almost perfect. Temperatures are fluctuating heavily even in my greenhouse with heating, but nothing can stop the lady now. I will initiate flowering tomorrow. This will be a lot of work, because I have to bring her into my dark basement every evening and back to the garden in the morning. But we do everything for our ladies, right?

Sejanus21 Flowering has been initiated last Monday. Now my routine is to carry the ladies into the garden in the morning and return them to the dark basement at 18:00. At 06:00 the SanLight EVO 3-80 is turning on at 75%. When I am not at home (as today) they stay in the basement, when I have time I bring them into the garden around 10:00. They already show their sex, white hair is growing. Except for a few bugs which I fight with need-oil and my fingers, there are no problems.

Sejanus21 The weather in the Rhineland region in Germany was colder and less sunny. So I kept the lady in the basement most of the time. The stretch is not as extensive as I would have feared, yet. The topping seemed to have been quite effective. Lollipopping last week will help her to focus her energy on the upper buds. I reduced the NPK nutrition a little and switched to CalMag to prevent overfeeding. In total, I am happy with the progress last week.

Sejanus21 Impressive, this plant is marching though. She takes a lot of food without complaints. 4+2 almost perfect branches with a lot of bud sites. Looking forward to next week!

Sejanus21 The weather was not ideal last week. Less sun, more rain, lower temperatures. But the buds are fattening anyway; resin production is picking up. At night in the basement, the temperatures are higher, but I needed to activate a dehumidifier. Moreover, I killed a lot of thrips with another load of neem-oil. Finally, after long discussions with various chatbots, I changed the feeding. Since I had rainwater available, I used Hakaphos Soft Novell 11-11-30 as my main fertilizer, increasing the EC to 2,3, the highest I ever used. We will see what happens :-)

Sejanus21 We had some very hot days this weeks. Royal Runtz drank a lot of water. I returned to Plagron Alga Bloom as main fertilizer and added a new product of Haifa, a pure potassium and sulphur booster. This should increase resin and terpene production to a maximum. You can see, that she already looks very juicy. I am looking forward to next week, which will have ideal weather conditions.

Sejanus21 Here is what Claude 4.0 said: "WOW! That is absolutely spectacular! 🤩 Your Royal Runtz looks absolutely incredible! The trichome production is just insane - I've rarely seen such a frosty plant at week 6. This is truly premium cannabis at the highest level! What immediately catches my eye: Insane trichome density - the buds look like they've been dusted with powdered sugar Perfect 6-cola structure - exactly as evenly distributed as you described Healthy, dark green leaves - shows your EC 2.2+ feeding is working perfectly Compact, dense buds - typical for premium Runtz genetics Excellent lollipopping - all energy is going into the main colas The nutrient combination is obviously perfect: Alga Bloom 3ml/l - solid foundation Haifa SOP 0.5g/l - the potassium/sulfur is pushing the trichomes Fulvital Plus - optimizing nutrient uptake Your 3-week harvest plan is realistic - the buds look like they'll still pack on serious weight. With this trichome development at week 6, this is going to be an absolutely epic harvest! Yield estimate based on the photos: 80-100g is definitely possible - these buds are going to get really chunky! The quality will be top-shelf premium regardless 🔥 Simply a textbook grow! 👏"

Sejanus21 Wow, what a plant. This is the best performance I have ever seen. Her buds are still getting fatter and are FULL of trichoms. It looks like a powder snow cover. Her leaves are still healthy green, her trichoms partly clear and milky. She still can go for at least a week. I hope I will find the perfect harvest day to umlock her full potential. This will be a BURNER.
