H4nfd4mpf Start of my new project (Mobydick – 04/17/2025) Today I'm starting my latest grow project – and this time with a strain I haven't grown in a long time: Mobydick. Back then, it impressed me with its robustness and the strong end product – easy to handle, very resilient, and the results were always top-notch. That's exactly what I'm hoping for this time again – maybe even more. 🌱 Week 1 – Update from 04/17/2025 Growth phase: Germination Age of plants: / Light cycle: No light cycle active yet Temperature / Humidity: approx. 20 °C / approx. 83 % RH Watering / Nutrients: Easy Plugs were moistened / Mycorrhiza 🌿 Development status: The seeds of the Moby Dick strain have been stimulated to germinate Directly placed in Easy Plugs, which are housed in a mini greenhouse The greenhouse currently has a climate of approx. 20 °C and 83 % humidity 🚧 Problems / Measures: No problems so far Temperature and humidity are being optimized; the goal is 23°C and 90% 📊 General impression: Patience is still required – as soon as the first tips are visible, we'll move on under light. The start looks stable so far. 🔜 Next step: → Watch the seedlings – as soon as they appear, the lighting (16/8) will be implemented → Keep an eye on the climate Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 1 After successful germination, we are now officially in the first week of the growth phase. The young Moby Dick is developing quickly and is already showing impressive vitality after just a few days. Here are the current details: Growth Phase: First week of the growth phase Age of the plants: 1 week old Light cycle: 16/8 Temperature / Humidity: approx. 21 °C / approx. 90 % RH Watering / Nutrients: Easy Plugs moistened with unfertilized water, additional application of mycorrhiza 🌿 Development Status: The seed broke through after about 55 hours Rapid development in the mini greenhouse After about 5 days, the Easy Plug medium was completely rooted Plant was repotted with mycorrhiza into the grow mix Plant shows strong and fast growth, very vital and stable 🚧 Issues / Actions: No issues encountered No additional measures required 📊 General Impression: The Moby Dick shows strong and healthy development – vital, stable, and with rapid growth. Particularly positive is the first use of the Easy Plugs, the root formation was quick and robust, the medium seems to have provided ideal conditions for the start, I will use the plugs in the future. Everything is going absolutely according to plan so far. 🔜 Next Step: → Slowly lower humidity → Remove plant from the mini greenhouse and acclimate to the outside environment Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 2 Phase: Growth Plant Age: 2 weeks Light Cycle: 16/8 Temperature / Humidity: approx. 21 °C / approx. 60 % Watering / Nutrients: Easy Plug has been watered, no nutrients administered yet 📖 Foreword The Moby Dick has shot up rapidly from the Easy Plug, and the lid could be removed after just 4 days. It has shown strong, stable growth from the start and is already revealing its genetic power. 🌿 Development Status The young lady is growing impressively strong and purposefully towards the light. Her structure appears stable, compact, and vital. The root development is exceptionally pronounced; if she maintains this pace, there will be nothing standing in the way of transplanting into a larger container in about a week. 🚧 Problems / Measures Currently, no problems at all. Temperature and humidity are in the green zone and will continue to be fine-tuned. 📊 General Impression The development is proceeding exactly as planned. For the second week, it’s an almost exemplary progression – vital, strong, and stress-free. 🔜 Next Step → Continue to monitor the climate and watch for the first signs of nutrient needs. Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 3 The third week brings strong development steps – Moby Dick shows once again why it is considered a robust strain. The second week of the growth phase is marked by the first transplanting and impressive root development. Phase: Growth Phase Plant Age: 3 weeks Light Cycle: 16/8 Temperature / Humidity: approx. 18 °C / 50%–60% RH (Goal: below 50%) Watering / Nutrients: Watered with nutrient solution, mycorrhiza added again during transplanting 🌿 Development Status: Moby Dick continues to show very stable genetics with fast, vigorous growth. By mid-week, transplanting had already taken place, and the root ball was excellently developed. The new environment was enriched with fresh grow mix and additional mycorrhiza. 🚧 Problems / Measures: Temperature at ~18 °C slightly too low → Optimization planned RH at 50–60% a bit too high → Goal: below 50% 📊 General Impression: The genetics of Moby Dick impress again with very fast, strong growth and a healthy, dense root ball. The transplanting went smoothly and strengthens the foundation for further development. Additionally, an initial LST measure was implemented, as a special plan will be pursued with the plant in the future. 🔜 Next Step: → Slightly raise the temperature → Further lower humidity (Goal: below 50%) → Prepare additional structural measures (LST, possibly light topping) Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 4 The fourth week brings a strong boost: Moby is growing unabated towards the light and continues to show its strong genetic potential. Since week 2, LST has been applied, and at the current pace, both topping and another repotting are coming up soon. Phase: Growth phase Plant age: 4 weeks Light cycle: 16/8 Temperature / Humidity: approx. 20 °C / 50 %–55 % RH Goal: RH under 50 % Watering / Nutrients: Normal watering with Hesi TNT & Hesi PowerZyme 🌿 Development status: Moby continues to grow strong and unstoppable, is over 10 cm tall, stable, and healthy. The growth is very dense, and the roots have not yet reached the bottom of the 7-liter pot, but that should change soon. 🚧 Problems / Actions: → Keep RH consistently at around 50 % 📊 General impression: The genetics of Moby once again impress with very vital, robust growth. Topping is within reach, and repotting is also planned soon. 🔜 Next steps: → Continue to regulate RH → Continue LST → Prepare for topping → Prepare for repotting Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 5 📖 Foreword The Moby Dick continues to show strong, unrestrained growth. Mid-week, it was topped and LST was applied. It's already clear where this journey is headed – promising! Phase: Vegetative Phase Age of the plant(s): 5 weeks Light cycle: 16/8 Temperature / RH: about 20 °C / 50 %–52 % (Goal: below 50 %) Watering / Nutrients: Normal watering with Hesi TNT, Hesi PowerZyme & SuperVit 🌿 Development Status The plant is growing vigorously and currently adds about 5 cm per week. Topping has nicely distributed the energy to the side branches, and LST keeps it in an optimal position. The plant looks very vital and shows no weaknesses. A robust and motivating start! 🚧 Problems / Measures Currently no acute problems. Humidity is slightly above the target value (below 50 %), but it's being monitored. The topping has been very well tolerated by the plant, no signs of stress. 📊 General Impression The Moby Dick looks very strong and healthy. The strain seems to have thrived under the training measures – a real performer in the tent. 🔥 🔜 Next Step Continue LST Let it grow further Transplant into the final pot Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 6 Phase: Growth Phase Age of Plant(s): 6 weeks Light Cycle: 16/8 Temperature / Humidity: approx. 20 °C / 55 %–58 % (Goal: below 50 %) Watering / Nutrients: Normal watering with HESI TNT, HESI PowerZyme & SuperVit 📖 Foreword The lady has handled topping very well and is thriving beautifully. As you can see in the pictures, I'm trying to guide her along the ground using LST to create an even "canopy." 🌿 Development Status She is handling the LST excellently, has been lightly defoliated and thinned out. The branches are developing evenly and stably. 🚧 Issues / Actions No acute problems at the moment. The humidity is still above the target value, but it is being monitored. 📊 General Impression The strain is extremely robust and forgives almost everything. Very impressive; you can really work with the Moby. Now it's just a matter of waiting until the 7-liter pot is well-rooted. 🔜 Next Step Continue applying LST Promote growth Prepare for transplanting into the final pot Grow on & stay green! ✌️

H4nfd4mpf H4nfd4mpf 🌱 Week 8 Phase: Growth Phase Age of Plant(s): 8 weeks Light Cycle: 16/8 Temperature / Humidity: approx. 23–25 °C / 45 %–55 % Watering / Nutrients: Regular watering with HESI TNT, HESI PowerZyme & SuperVit 📖 Foreword First off, the last two weeks have been quite wild; I had a grow interruption in another project due to powdery mildew. So there’s a little gap in the report. This entry will therefore retrospectively cover the last two weeks. The Moby Dick has grown vigorously during this time. The development is stable, maybe a bit slower than hoped, probably due to the slightly high humidity. 🌿 Development Status Strong, stable development. It handles LST and HST very well. The Moby currently measures about 30 cm, the canopy is nice and even – just as planned. The root development also looks very robust. Transplanting is scheduled for Saturday (or possibly even earlier). It has already moved into the big tent. 🚧 Problems / Measures No acute problems at the moment. 📊 General Impression A good strain that’s fun to grow. The development is steadily moving in the right direction – I’m currently very satisfied with everything. 🔜 Next Step Continue applying LST Transplanting into the final pot (40 l)

@Max_Fis20, you just have to make sure that the Easy Plugs stay consistently moist, that's it.
