Krisis 04/09/25. - popped seed into soil and watered in. 04/12/25. - spouted. Seed casing was on pretty snug so I put some water on it to soften it up some.

Krisis 04/18/25. She’s 7 days old. Running this again due to being asked so much… it’s driving me well.. bananas. 🤪🤪 This time around I’m going to be attempting organic for the first time. Maybe I’ll fuck shit up less? Only one way to find out eh? Wishing myself good luck. Hopefully no rotten bananas round here 🍀🍀🤞

Krisis 04/25/25. She just turned 2 weeks old. Banana is a little monster. She bullies her friends. No matter where I put her in relation to the light, she makes sure to lean in extra hard and try to hog all the light for herself. She puts her leaves right over her friends and tries to block them out lol.. I included a couple pictures with them so you can see for yourself. Been giving her spring water that has a ph of about 7 which might be a tad high, but she doesn’t seem upset by it so far. Just giving that now because she’s small and doesn’t drink much. Obviously way too expensive of a way to water down the line. Her past watering yesterday, I added a little splash of kelp to. She’ll probably need transplanted pretty soon as she’s looking a bit big in her little pot, and see a tiny bit of root showing. Nothing else exciting going on atm. Just growing and watching. Update 04/29/25: transplanted into 2 gallon pot and added mykos to the hole. Watered in with silica, calmag, big bloom, and kelp. Soil had down to earth 4-4-4 mixed in. Added root/ after transplant pictures.

Krisis 05/02/25. Start of week 3. Not much going on this week. Just adding water since nutrients are mixed in the soil. She’s got a bit of yellowing tips on her lower leaves. I’m not worried about it really. When I grew banana before she was extra hungry and always had some kinda leaf issues. Hoping the nutrients will get broken down fast enough to please her before she gets ravenous. She’s doing quite well otherwise.
