TheBudWhisperer Week 9 update - despite some of our challenges this girl seems to be doing well. One crucial mistake that is not making this any easier is that we let er do her thing own thing when we really should’ve spread er out some with lst. We were expecting a stretchier sativa (similar to the cheese) and got a dense, short and compact snow cone. Little worried about the increased potential for bud rot due to how tight and leafy everything is. At this point trying to clean it up could cause a lot of unneeded stress on er, we tried a little prune but she’s just too tight and stiff now. We’ll roll with it to harvest and see what we’re left with. The smell is Gettn super dank and she’s already very frosty. Actually frostier than the cheese and exactly as advertised. Landed this as a freebie in my last seed order and with everything that’s happened on the current cycle It opened a spare spot and I needed a new strain.
Haven’t seen much of her on here but FB says she’s an indica hybrid with sativa dominant traits and tons of frost. They trace an old school American strain with what I hear is a Canadian ruderalis??? Didn’t even know that existed but whateves. Let’s see what happens, she’d be a great addition to the stash and the coco hasn’t failed me yet:+1:. Thanks for stoppn by:facepunch:.

Awesome to note that at week 9 only major differences are happening. Puts me a little at ease as I’m growing this strain as well. First time grower and your take on selective pruning and LST is valued :pray::skin-tone-4::v::skin-tone-4:
@CannaGrowSome, cheers dude - really appreciate that. End of the day it’s about what the plant can take. My photo grows are typically a lot more ruthless:wink:. I’ll swing by and take a look urs for sure. Think this one’s a bit of a runt as I’ve seen others much larger. She’ll still yield for sure but was expecting a much taller plant.:sunglasses::facepunch:
