Kagesan Permanent Jealousy XL Auto by Sweet Seeds
When Sweet Seeds called for people to quickly sign up last month to receive a package with their new strains, I obviously couldn't miss this opportunity. Even though I wasn't among the first 20 participants, I was still lucky enough to choose three varieties of my choice from the shop.
A huge thank you to SweetSeeds!
I chose:
Permanent Jealousy XL Auto
Pineapple Slush XL Auto
Honey Peach CBD Auto
So today we start with Permanent Jealousy XL Auto. I'm super excited about this grow and can't wait to see what awaits us!

Kagesan Tag 8 – Week 1 – Growth Phase
Permanent Jealousy XL Auto has developed well! After just three days, it has germinated and so far everything is going great. By the end of the week, it will move into its final pot – as always, an 11-liter pot that has proven itself for me.
💚💚💚
Update: Day 13
Today was the day: The little one has moved into its 11-liter fabric pot! To ensure it develops well there, I enriched the BioBizz Light Mix as usual with 10 g of Seaweed and 20 g of Bat Guano per pot. Additionally, I added a portion of Great White to promote root growth. For optimal nutrient supply, each pot also contains two Bio Tabs. To avoid waterlogging, I added a 4 cm thick layer of clay granules at the bottom for drainage. To start, I watered it with 2 L of distilled water.

Kagesan Tag 15 – Week 2 – Growth Phase
The second week of the growth phase has started!
After repotting and gently burying, our little Permanent Jealousy XL Auto is already at a proud 6 cm.
The move to the 11-liter fabric pot went completely smoothly, and she seems to feel really comfortable in her new home. Now it’s all about waiting, observing, and seeing how she reacts to the fresh substrate and the first nutrients.
I’m curious to see how quickly she picks up in the coming days – the potential is there! 💚💚💚

Kagesan Tag 22 – Week 3 – Growth Phase
Today was the first big intervention: Topping time!
Our Permanent Jealousy XL Auto is now 11 cm tall and has developed solidly so far. The cut is in place – now it's time to keep our fingers crossed that she puts her energy into forming eight strong shoots.
Fertilizing will start next week – I'm giving her a little more time to recover from the topping and settle into the substrate.
I'm curious to see how she does in the coming days!

Kagesan Tag 29 – Week 4 – Growth Phase: seedling:
The little one is really picking up speed! Permanent Jealousy XL Auto has now reached 22 cm.
There's hardly any sign left from the defoliation on day 27 – she recovered super quickly and has built up a nice, dense canopy again.
Today, in preparation for the upcoming flowering phase, I gave the first light feeding:
A quarter of the standard amount to slowly and gently get her used to it.

Kagesan Tag 36 – Week 1 – Flowering Phase
Permanent Jealousy XL Auto has now fully entered the flowering phase – and it's really taking off! With 38 cm, it has already started stretching and shows nice, even growth.
To support it, there was a generous defoliation as well as targeted LST to better bring light and air to all the branches. From now on, it will also receive the full dose of my standard nutrient amount to thrive through the flowering stage.
All in all: It makes a strong impression – the show can begin! 🌸

Kagesan Tag 43 – Week 2 – Flowering Phase
Permanent Jealousy XL Auto is now measuring 42 cm, and not much more is likely to come. I expect that by the end of this week, it will reach its final height and then focus entirely on flower development.
Over the past week, I’ve opened it up a bit more with LST, so now all the shoots are really well supplied with light. It now takes up exactly half of my grow room – a true showcase of even growth. 🔥🔥🔥

The stretch is done, and Permanent Jealousy has hardly gained any height in the last week, now measuring 44 cm. Overall, she looks healthy and robust: vibrant, stable, and well-branched. However, a small problem has crept in two days ago: Many of the new leaves are showing light discolorations that spread from the center of the vein outward. Also, the plant appears a bit lighter overall than her tent mate. Since we are still relatively early in the flowering stage, I consider a nitrogen deficiency rather unlikely. Therefore, I will try to manage this by increasing Green Sensation and CalMag. Keep your fingers crossed that she responds well to it and continues to reach her full potential! 😁💚

Permanent Jealousy XL Auto has recovered wonderfully in the last few days! The fresh green is lush and strong again, and thankfully the yellow discolorations haven't gotten worse. Increasing the fertilizer amount was exactly the right decision – from now on, I’m back to my usual feeding schedule.
What excites me the most: The buds are growing in an unusually clustered structure, unlike anything I've seen in any of my plants before. Everywhere, dense, compact flower clusters are forming – a really exciting sight! I'm very curious to see how this develops in the coming weeks.💚

The top buds are continuing to grow wildly and shooting in all directions. Permanent is really taking off and building mass diligently – it looks just fantastic! Especially noticeable: The longest shoots that are protruding from the middle at the top – as can be seen well in one of the photos – are actually side shoots. I really didn't expect that.😅
I can hardly wait until it's finished – a truly beautiful plant!💚💚

Permanent J. looks absolutely fantastic.
After harvesting the Orange Sherbet, there's more space in the tent again – I used that to open her up even more. Now every single bud is getting optimal light, and it's visibly paying off.
Since my little photo studio was still set up anyway, I took the opportunity to snap some shots of Permanent directly.
Have fun with the pictures 📸🌿💚
