Mullerred1 I purchased a new grow tent and a carbon filter set up from Mars hydro. The carbon filter came with all the bits that is included in their grow kit. Small clip fan, scrog net, glasses, clippers and four 5 gallon grow bags - which I'll use for my next grow. I purchased some self watering bases that I added yesterday. Fitted a webcam in my tent. I also got an ONA duct pipe to fit an ONA block. But silly me I ordered ONA gel from eBay. So I've improvised and put the exhaust pipe to blow over the gel pot. I think I missed a week of updates. So I think Im in week 5?

Mullerred1 Hi all, this week I added unsuphured blackstrap molasses to my self watering wick bases of my plants and they came alive, much more vibrant and green. The Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto on the right is flowering beautifully and is ahead of the Cherry Cola Auto which I tried a little bit of low stress training with plastic banana shape clips. My smallest plant is the Smoothie Auto which I tried low stress training with metal U shape spikes. I'm using House and Garden Bat mix and I'm wondering if I added Worm Casting to my top dress would it help??

Mullerred1 Hi all, this week I looked at my self watering bases and could seem the molasses and nutrients were floating on the top of my reservoirs. So I ordered a a large aquarium fish pump and pipes and four small ball air stones. Switched on the pump yesterday evening and woke up top vigorous growth.

I'm using Greenleaf nutrients 1 Part with an NPK of 11-5-14. 4 grams per 2 litres. I'm adding a tablespoon of molasses per 2 litres, A spoonful of Recharge per 2 Litres. And four ml of advanced nutrients Cal Mag extra. Do I need a boom booster to enhance the flavours?

Hey Growmie, Sounds like you're running a pretty dialed-in feeding regimen already. Greenleaf 1 Part has a strong base (11-5-14), and your additions of molasses, Recharge, and Cal-Mag Extra are all solid for root health, microbe support, and preventing deficiencies. As for adding a bloom booster to enhance flavor and bud development, it’s not strictly necessary, but it can help depending on what stage your plant is in and your end goals. Bloom boosters typically add extra phosphorus and potassium (P & K) to promote: Denser buds, Stronger terpene/flavor production, Better resin/trichome output. Since your base has 14 K already, it’s decently balanced. But during mid-to-late flower, adding a bloom booster like Greenleaf’s Bud Explosion, Beastie Bloomz, or even a PK 13/14 can give that extra edge in flavor and weight. Just be cautious not to overdo P & K, and ease into it at lower doses to avoid lockouts. Also, molasses and Recharge already help bring out natural terpenes, so if you're seeing good results and the flavors are coming through, you may not need it, but if you're chasing max flavor and density, a bloom booster could be that next-level touch. Keep killin’ it, Growmie!

Taste will come from good phenotype but to enhance the taste you should pay attention to sugars in plants (brix level). With proper brix level, plants are more resiliant to disseases and your final product will taste much much better. Silica and Lamino acids will help a little with rasising the brix and how plant transforms nutrients into sugars. Good luck!

based on 11-5-14 by itself you'll either be too high in N and K to get the right P or too low in P to get the right N and K. your soil and other products may compensate.. you'll have to look into that. You may need more P somewhere else in the formula or more n/k .. whatever option is easiest to find another product to make it a more complete diet without impacting the ratios of other nutrients. ... and as always .. what is the soil providing? way too many products and options out there for a one-size-fits-all answer. gonna have to use that noggin on your own.

Mullerred1 After watching a YouTube video explaining that autoflowers roots rarely travel to the base of the base of the plants. My self watering bases with the added air stones didn't seem to be feeding great. I hand watered two litres of my magic mix. I then top dressed all the plants with Charge by Ecothrive with a mix insects grass, malted barley and a load of other stuff.

Hello everyone. It's Saturday 17th May 2025. I received my 12" oscillating desk fan & air humidity device today. I can't get my fan to move as I've restricted space with my baby Fast Buds Smoothie Auto. Which recovered with the aid of a Vivosun heat mat and a small LED seedling cover. I accidentally watered it my same Mega Crop and Recharge water mix. Which caused it's leaves to get a bit of nute burn. Plant number two my Fast Buds Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto which is thriving along. I'm not sure whether to Top Crop the plant as this is my first run with Auto's. And watched the Fast Buds video on YouTube that advised me not to crop the plant. Third plant is my Cherry Cola Auto which is looking good. I've ordered some advanced nutrients Cal Mag. I'm not sure if I need other nutrients. The Mega Crop is a 1 Part start to finish dry powder formula. I accidentally added a tablespoon to 2 litres of water. The Mega Crop adjusts the PH to the correct level. The two larger plants loved it.

Hello everyone, it's Tuesday 20th May. I decided to top my two larger plants, my first time. Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto and and Cherry Cola Auto. I also decided to remove some of the larger fan leaves. I hope I don't stunt their growth. I have my lights on 24 hours. I increased my dose of Mega Crop to 2 grams a litre. And a teaspoon of Recharge.

I have ordered some advanced nutrients Cal Mag. The Mega Crop does contain 2% Kelp. And 0.14% Silicon. I'm not sure if this will work? Or should I switch to Plagron, General Hydroponics or Advanced Nutrients liquid formulas? My first time using dry formulas. Any advice would be helpful?

Hello everyone, my name is Muller from Northampton England. I had my lower right leg amputated below the knee on the 20th February 2025. As I was bored I decided to have another try at growing. I also have primary progressive Multiple slerosic since 2020 and use medical cannabis from Alternaleaf. I wanted to try growing organic this time. I'm using house and garden bat mix soil.
