valiotoro I’ve always wanted to make a canna bonsai, so here we go!😎 I had to cut off half the root mass to get the plant to fit fully into the pot! Hope it won’t be too much of a shock, lol.

valiotoro One week after cutting away half of the root mass and repotting, she’s doing great no signs of stress at all🤩🤩 The new roots are already poking out of the pot lol I’ll probably need to repot her before she starts flowering.

valiotoro Alright, I decided to repot her she just started flowering. It’s a bit risky, but I’m gonna cut about half of the root mass to fit her into a wider pot. It’s my first time doing this, but I trust this strain. I’m sure she’ll bounce back.⛩️💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

valiotoro I figured she’d show at least a little stress after the transplant… but nah, she took it like a champ. Like we’re growing in Japan! 😄
