7 GDP, 3 White Widow by GDP regular seeds, all but one GDP popped. They were soaked in a shot glass of water for a week or so . Once the taproot was exposed, they were planted in rapid rooters. Once their roots emerged from the rapid rooters, they were transplanted into either 8oz or 16oz clear cups, inside red solo cups. The clear cups enable me to clearly see root development whereas the red solos protect the roots from light. Water was delivered entirely with a spray bottle, applied at least twice daily. Algae development was limited.
For this grow I will focus on one GDP female and one WWxGDP female, each in a 5 gallon smart pot of soil. As they are regular seeds, I'll take clones at the soonest moment, and flower in another room in order to establish sex, before transplanting the mother's into their smart pots. So far the hybrid WWxGDP have shown the greatest vitality, rising first from the rapid rooters and maintaining their lead through transplant.
Soil is:
Roots Organics ROGF+EcyMy Mycorrhizae (3 table spoons per 5gallons)+Earth Worm Castings(1lb/5gallons)+Jobes Organics Bone Meal (1 cup/5 gallons)
