Week 2 began with mixing 2ml/gal N-Primer and Calmag to the spray bottle. By mid week it was empty. I refilled with plain water and emptied today, again refilling with 2ml N-Primer and Calmag. The large plants loved it, smaller plants got a bit burned but aside from one GDP which was already struggling, they look good. Interestingly the tomato plants growing right beside got quiet burnt from the nutes. Root development is doing well, although I don't think water is reaching all the way to the bottom, indicating it's time to move on from the spray bottle and to begin pouring water directly onto the soil instead. I will return to foliar feeding in a week or so, once I have the nutes dialed in for direct application.
I topped the larger plants today by pinching off the top growth. It will take a week or so for them to recover and begin branching out, just in time for transplant.
True Plant Science states their N-Booster is slow release; however it appears to be pre chelated and is water soluble. The CalMag contains no iron, hence my intent to use iron nails later in the grow if necessary. The Jobes Blood meal is 2-14-0-15 (Calcium)-0(Magnesium)-0(Iron)
Please see week 1 for specific info about nutrients, soil and lights.
Looking good ... Just got done harvesting a Northern Lights Auto & a AK-49 Auto myself. I wish you the same success.Good luck with the rest of your grow👍👍👍
