FlowerForYou Welcome to my growdiary, which is an entry for the fast buds outdoor competition 2025! I am just starting my first auto grow with the fast buds gorilla zkittlez auto strain which I got as freebies 😁 Planning to grow these ladies over the three most sunniest summer month we have in Germany on my south facing balcony! I hope this still counts as 'Outdoor' for the competition! I gently placed the two little beans into easyplugs and into a propagation chamber on a heating mat near the window! After a couple of days, the seedlings cracked through the surface and were showing off its first root. I then transferred them into red cups with terra professional soil and a little mycorrhiza! Now, let the grow-adventure begin! 🌱🦍🍬

FlowerForYou 06/06/25: Today it's exactly one week since beginning of germination and the seedlings are already showing their second pair of leaves! To be honest right now there is not really a lot to report about at the moment, I just hope they accelerate a little in terms of growth so I can grow some decently sized plants in the end. For now they are still in a grow box under an Mars hydro TS1000 until they are big enough to move outdoors, maybe in about 1-2 weeks if the weather plays along! ☀️🌿
09/06/25: First watering. I can already see the first roots at the drainage holes in the bottom of the cups, looks like they are taking up some speed in terms of growth! Also I increased the ts1000 from 50% to 75% and the interval from 16/8 to 18/6, which should give a DLI from about 40-45 to further accelerate!
11/06/25: Repotted into 3.5L pots filled with recycled organic soil, also sprinkled some myco (topcrop) on the root ball! Plants are looking fine and will go outside next week!

FlowerForYou 13/06/25: Last week of these autos in the grow box, weather is clearing up and they will move outside soon! The Plan to give them a little jumpstart in the early veg is coming together nicely and they took the repotting like nothing at all!
14/06/25: vigorous growth. 3 days since repot; and i can already see roots at the drainage holes, insane!
17/06/25: Started hardening off by putting the plants outside in the evening (6 - 8pm) ☀️
18/06/25: Hardening off from 4 -8pm, and I could already see the first pistils at the top nodes...tbh honest I hoped to get a few more days or even an extra week of veg but stretch is already incoming! 😔 I directly Repotted to ~13 L per plant and put some extra perlite into the final soil so I can get some decent roots on these ladies! I guess we learn as we grow
19/06/25: Today they got direct Sun from 2 - 6 pm and will stay outdoors from now on!

FlowerForYou 20/06/25: The plants seem to have taken the repotting and strong sunlight really good and are growing nicely ☀️ From now it's all outdoor so let's hope the weather gods are more generous than last year! Also I couldn't stop myself from applying some mild LST to get a bigger canopy! Plants are still pretty bushy and I am super excited to see how the stretch unfolds from now on! 😍
25/06/25: First week of flower is almost over and the vertical growth was unbelievable! It seems like Gorilla Z Auto #2 leans more to the sativa side and developes really large internodial spacing, while the other plant remains a bit more bushy! 🌿
