just noticed this is at 7 weeks of veg. click on my profile and check out my plants at 7 weeks. either your lights are too far away, they suck, or nute definiency or a combo of those

possible over watering, i can tell the plants are all wet, but the droopy leaves on top look heavy, im not trying to be negative, just trying to help those dont look great for 7 weeks to me, they look small and sickly

you should be watering soil probably every 3 days at this stage, maybe every 2 if they are outside and its real hot
