Just like Papayton, I left the lid on for a day too long, but no drops have collected on the leaves, the stem has just become a little thin. But it was still able to stand on its own. Schnabeldino _______________📅 Week 4 | 📅 Day 22 - 28 | _______________ Day 24 🌞 🔸I had to wait a bit to repot the Lemon Cherry Runtz because I ran out of soil. I topped it at the same time as the Papayton, but planted it in the larger pot three days later. I topped it after the fourth node and cut away the lower ones so that I had six main shoots. I repotted it into the final fabric pot with a capacity of 15 liters (I stuffed it a little so that 18 liters would fit). 🔸For the new substrate, 20 liters of soil were mixed with 100 g of Startrex. 5 g of Mycotrex were scattered into the planting hole and 2 Bio Tabs were pressed about 10 cm into the soil, close to the root ball. After planting, the plant was watered with 5 liters of water enriched with 5 g of Bactrex and 50 ml of Orgatrex. 🔸So far, there are no visible differences compared to mineral fertilization. The plant looks healthy and vigorous, and growth is stable. She may have arrived fashionably late to her new 18L fabric home (stuffed with 20L of soil for extra comfort), but she's clearly loving the space — zero stress, just leafy enthusiasm. 🔸 After topping above the 4th node and removing the lower ones, she's rocking six strong main shoots. With some gentle LST, she's now spreading out like a green yoga master, soaking up the light from every angle. Side branches are stretching out and reaching for the stars — or at least the grow light. 🔸 So far, she’s keeping up with her mineral-fed cousins like it’s no big deal. I think in 1 to 2 weeks at most, they can go into the large tent and then I will change the light and start the flowering phase. That’s mostly due to the limited light she’s had compared to the others, but she’s holding her own. The only training I do is try to push down the leaves that are covering it, and I do that every day. 🔸Despite the slower start, she’s looking healthy and showing good potential. Her structure is compact, and her leaves are developing well – a nice green tone that promises she’s ready to pick up pace once conditions improve. 🔸I’m looking forward to seeing how she progresses once she gets more light and space. The canopy is compact and even, with many side branches sitting at the same height. Tape reads ~50 cm. 🔸 Leaves are a rich, healthy green with no spots or burnt tips. I’m still tucking the big fans every day so the lower sites stay lit. 🔸 At ~700 PPFD on 12/12, that’s a DLI ~30 mol/m²/day—right where I want it for the transition/stretch. The plant is broad and bushy in its fabric pot, with many shoots of equal height and vibrant green fan leaves; the tips are bright green and appear very active. I particularly like how clean the canopy has become – this promises an even flowering pattern later on. 🔸The SANlight is currently running at 90% at a distance of about 30 cm. Around 900 PPFD reaches the canopy, which corresponds to a DLI of just under 39 mol/m²/day at 12/12 – perfect for the start of flowering. The leaves are relaxed and show no claws or lightening, so there are no signs of light stress. I'm keeping an eye on the distance, because it will certainly grow quite a bit in the coming days. The goal is to keep the shoot tips in line; where necessary, I gently lay the highest shoots to the side so that everything gets light and the air circulates well. 🔸This week, I continued to water exclusively with water – she drinks regularly and reacts steadily. I'm deliberately waiting until next week to fertilize: then I'll start with BIO PK from BioTabs, introduced gently to support fresh flower formation. Densely packed flower clusters with long, ivory-colored stigmas; the calyxes are neatly stacked and the first sugar leaves are visibly “powdered.” The canopy is closed, the shoots are growing evenly – the lollipopping work at the bottom and the clean training are paying off. The stretch is noticeably slowing down, and the energy is now going fully into the flowers. 🔸The SANlight remains at 90% and ~30 cm distance (approx. 900 PPFD at the canopy). The leaves appear relaxed, without claws or lightening – so no indication of light stress. I keep the climate rather moderate, with good air circulation through the foliage so that the fresh resin heads remain dry. It's a bit cold at the moment, so I can't quite reach the VPD, but I'm not going to put a heater in, hehe. 🔸I watered as planned with BIO PK from BioTabs – carefully following the manufacturer's instructions. Buds are swelling up nicely, calyxes are plump, and the white pistils are shooting out like little antennas in every direction. Resin production is in full swing – the tops are already frosty, sparkling under the light, and the colas are stacking beautifully along the main stems. 🔸Leaves are looking strong and healthy – deep green with some subtle purple hues showing on the edges. No clawing, no deficiencies, and no signs of overfeeding, maybe she could use a little more nutrition.. Sugar leaves are already coated with trichomes, which is always a good sign that the plant is cruising in the right direction. 🔸This week I kept it simple: only water. I also cranked the SANlight up to 100% to push temps up a bit, and it worked out great. Daytime VPD now sits right around 1.4–1.6 kPa, which is the sweet spot. The dehumidifier reliably keeps the humidity below 60%, and the nighttime temperatures of 17–18 °C bring out really beautiful colors in the flowers—a mix of rich green, dark purple, and a slight frosty sheen. 🔸The buds look fantastic—compact, resinous, and full of dense trichomes that are already really sparkling. The Lemon Cherry Runtz aroma is slowly beginning to fill the room – sweet, fruity, and slightly creamy. 🔸There were a few yellowed leaves at the bottom, which were removed. I treated the ladies to a top dressing with Silicium Flash 100g, otherwise they only got pure water – they are standing there full and satisfied. 🔸Everything is going smoothly, no defects, no signs of stress – the plants are showing themselves from their best side. The fade is setting in beautifully...fans showing that late-season mix of yellow, red, and violet. You can tell she’s wrapping things up, putting every last bit of energy into finishing strong. 🔸This week, she got two solid watering sessions with plain water, keeping it clean before harvest time. She definitely drinks less. 🔸She’s got that “one foot in the finish line” look now. Trichomes are mostly milky with just a hint of amber - chef’s kiss. Why are the preview images such poor quality? What a load of rubbish! 🔸We’ve officially hit the grand finale and wow, she’s going out in style. The Lemon Cherry Runtz is standing tall like a queen ready for her crown. Buds are rock solid, dripping in trichomes so thick they look powdered. The deep purples have taken over, wrapped around fiery orange hairs that pop like neon under the lights. 🔸The fade is stunning...greens melting into shades of burgundy, amber, and gold. Trichomes are mostly milky with just a kiss of amber, signaling the perfect harvest window. She’s done her job beautifully, and the timing couldn’t be better. 🔸Conditions stayed locked in all week, stable temps, low humidity, and plenty of airflow to keep things tight. She got her final plain water feed, just to keep it clean before the chop. Next stop: harvest time.
