Royal CBG auto RQS outdoor 2nd run 2025

India_Calcoen 16-07-2025 I put my seedling, including the biodegradable pot she has germinated in, into a 7 liter pot on my balcony. I bought a really handy watering can. It fits exactly one liter. In Dutch I call it a ‘litergieter’. But that’s only funny for Dutch people 🇳🇱

India_Calcoen 23-07-2025 I watered twice 330 ml with the Plagron-solution (2ml/l Alga Grow) last week. The rest of the watering came from the rain. Royal CBG is doing fine. She is doing a lot better than my first try. She is even doing better than the White Widow this time. I will need to check on her more frequently when she gets bigger. It is very windy on the balcony.

India_Calcoen 1-08-2025 Royal CBG is doing really great! She is growing fast and her leaves are nice and green. I’m really happy with her. She gets 300 ml of water with Alga Grow (2ml/l) three times a week, the rest of the week she gets rain.

India_Calcoen 06-08-2025 She suffered a lot from the wind and rain last week. All my plants on the balcony have wind damage. Fortunately this week is going to be warm, dry and quiet. When the weather changes again I will find them a better place to grow. She has a really nice, thick, strong stalk. It looks like a really strong plant! 🌱

India_Calcoen 13-08-2025 She is growing nice and tall! It’s almost the opposite of my first grow of Royal CBG. 17-08-2025 We moved our plants in pots to the garden. They suffered too much from the wind on our balcony.

India_Calcoen 20-08-2025 Royal CBG is growing really nicely and looking healthy. The has a nice thick stem and I like the cute little white hairs she is growing. I like the progress she is making. Yay! 🙌

India_Calcoen 27-08-2025 Royal CBG is growing fine. I’m feeding her Alga Bloom and Green Sensation. We moved her into the greenhouse because of the weather forecast. It is going to rain for a few days. I hope moving her inside will help against mould.

India_Calcoen 03-09-2025 I have found some white hairs in my buds and it scared the shit out of me 😱☠️ I immediately thought of bud rot, again. A close examination of the bud helped me find the culprit: a caterpillar 🐛!! I saw it’s arse sticking out my bud. I poked it with my scissors ✂️ and it fell out of my bud, hanging by its wire. I fed him to the chickens. Some leaves are turning yellow. I cut them off. The plant is reaching its end and I should watch it closely.

India_Calcoen 09-09-2025 I noticed mildew on the carrots🥕in the greenhouse and decided to move Royal CBG to the garage. I don’t want her to get infected. In the process of moving her, I decided to check her thoroughly for bugs and found grey mould (botrytis). I feel really dissapointed again. I cut off the buds with grey mould, disinfected everything with hydrogenperoxide 3% and moved the plant to the garage. The exact bud where I found the caterpillar 🐛 last week was infected with the mould. 🤬🐛
