Hempcules WEEK 1
I'm kicking things off here with the Banana Blaze Auto from Dutch Passion. I’ve already seen one of its seeds grow on my balcony and was really impressed.
Right now, the automatics have to share the grow tent with the photoperiod plants. Those will be out in a few weeks, and if the autos that stay in the tent are healthy and looking good, I’ll transplant them into 15L fabric pots. Unfortunately, there’s no space for that at the moment, so the transplanting won’t be ideal. But I’ve transplanted autoflowers several times before and never had major issues. We’ll see how well they take to it.
To start, I sprinkled some mycorrhiza and lightly watered the soil with Root Juice. This time I germinated directly in the substrate, which was recommended by the breeder as the best method for germination.
For the first 1.5 weeks or so, I keep a plastic cup over the plants to maintain good humidity. I’m also running the humidifier to keep the VPD at around 0.5 kPa.
The light is running at 20% and putting out about 120 PPFD, which is enough for the beginning. Honestly, I hate bananas, but I’m giving this strain a chance 😉. It’s received a lot of praise so far, so I’m hoping it performs just as well for me.

Hempcules WEEK 2
So far, everything is going splendidly with my Banana Blaze. It all points to strong genetics and gives reason to be hopeful.
I've set my lamp to 150 PPFD, and my humidity levels are consistently between 75 and 80%. I water every two days with just a few milliliters.
Other than that, there's nothing special to report.

Hempcules WEEK 3
My Banana Blaze is growing beautifully so far. I’ve already started training, and it seems to suit her very well. I’ll be continuing this intensively over the next few weeks to achieve a nice, bushy plant.

Hempcules WEEK 4
My Banana Blaze seems to have responded really well to the low stress training and has developed many beautiful shoots.
The stem has also developed strongly, which suggests good rooting.
My light was running at 300 PPFD, and I only watered with plain water again.
Everything looks great so far. I think Dutch Passion has done a solid job here.

Hempcules WEEK 5
It's pure joy watching the Banana Blaze grow. The LST worked beautifully here, and I’ve now treated her to a large 25L pot so she can really spread out.
She’s already developed her first pistils, and after transplanting, I gave her a light trim and retrained her. This sets a solid foundation for a strong flowering phase.
My light was running at 400 PPFD.

Hempcules WEEK 6
Things are going wonderfully with my plant. Thanks to LST, I’ve managed to create a really nice, even canopy, and the plant is already blooming actively. I expect a solid stretch in the coming weeks, and I’m curious to see how it turns out. If things keep progressing like this, it’s shaping up to be a truly great grow.
Aside from that, I watered once and fed once this week. The plant seems to have responded very well to the switch to Plagron nutrients.
I’ve also set my light to 500 PPFD this week.
@GERGrowDesigns, Thanks, I’m also really impressed with how well she’s responding to the LST so far. Now I’m curious to see how she handles the stretch.
