Isserley I planted 2 seeds of each strain in Jiffies with the intention of keeping 1 of each. They were put in a germination box, heat mat below, 90-100% rh. All 4 seeds germinated within 3 days. I follow the @GrowdaddyTV method that one can easily find on Youtube and so far my germination rate has been 100%.

Isserley Uppotting on day 9 to 18 liter plastic pots. I followed @GrowdaddyTVs method and premoistened the soil with 4 liters of tap water per plant. This should suffice for 3-4 weeks before I'm gonna have to water them for the first time. I used Plagron Light Mix and added 220 grams of Zamnesia Monster Bud Mix Living Soil per plant. Still in seedling stage since there are no leafs with at least 5 fingers yet.

Isserley Not much to do this week since the soil has been premoistened during transplanting in week 2. Epic Buzz (left) seems to grow quicker than Cinderella, so I raised Cindys pot by a few centimeters. Also I adjusted the light height to compensate growth, the girls are still getting 200 par/ppfd. Waiting for veg phase to kick in.

Isserley Day 27: Cindy has grown a few centimeters and so has Buzz. Both got another half liter of water (pH6,1) + 0,25ml X-Cel each. No deficiencies or nute burns so far, just two rather small but healthy plants. I've noticed that Cindy self-forked as if she had been topped (which didn't happen). I hear that this is not uncommon for autoflowering cannabis, so I've decided not to worry about it. She also got LSTd today for the first time. As far as lighting goes, both girls get 240par 20/4.
Day 25: First LST on Epic Buzz Auto. I bent her main stem down to promote side branch growth. I accidentally broke a side branch, but I think she'll be okay. Cindy went in veg yesterday. She is still quite short, so no LST for her yet. Both plants are getting 240par for 20 hours per day.
Opened the tent door to bring down temperature and humidity.
Day 22: Epic Buzz Auto is officially in veg. She has grown quite a bit and measures 15cm. Cindy on the contrary was slower and is just 10cm tall. Although neither of them will have to be watered for at least another week, I decided to give them half a liter of water plus 0,25ml X-Cel each. I hope Cindy will profit from the nutes and cranks it up a notch.

Isserley Day 34: Activated the electric air dehumidifier to create the best possible environmental conditions for the early flowering stage (VPD 0.8 - 1.0 kPa).
Day 33: Both plants started flowering and show a few white pistils. I wish the could have spent another week in veg, but it is what it is. Let's see how much they're gonna stretch over the next days.
I had to increase Cindy's distance to the light because her leaves were drooping. After a few hours at 430par her leaves became level again. Buzz on the other hand seems to enjoy the 500par I give her.
Day 32: I'm increasing light intensity gradually each day until it reaches 550par before the girls start flowering (currently running 460par).
Cindy has really gained volume and I don't think she's a runt anymore.
Buzz is falling a bit behind Cindy in growth, but she's still going strong.
LSTd both girls to level their canopy.
Cindy got another 0,5 liters of water + 0,25ml X-Cel. She seems to drink more than Buzz because her container is lighter.
Day 30: Cindy has grown significantly last week. I tied down the first side branches of both girls yesterday.
Increased light intensity to 70W (+27W) and raised the hanging height to 35cm (+4cm) above canopy for better coverage of the edges.
Both plants enjoy 360ppm for 20 hours per day.
Buzz shows a little nute burn on the tips of her new leafs, but nothing to worry about. Cindy seemed to need the nutrients more than Buzz, because her leaf tips are perfectly fine. Next feeding will be Cindy only.

Isserley Day 42: Had to raise the light 10cm today, because the girls are stretching nicely.
Next watering tomorrow morning. Both girls drink about 1.0 Liter per 24 hrs.
VPD: 1.1kPa
PAR: Cindy 520, Buzz 630
Watts: 128
Day 41: I had to LST Buzz yet again due to the stretch to keep the foliage as flat as possible.
The girls are getting thirstier so I gave them 1.0 liter + 0.2ml PK13-14 + 0.8ml X-Cel. PH: 6.0
VPD: 1.1kPa
PAR: Cindy 520, Buzz 570
Watts: 107
Day 40: Both plants got 1.5 liter + 0.3ml PK13-14 + 1.2ml X-Cel. PH: 6.0
Adjusted the air dehumidifier to raise VPD to 1.0 - 1.2kPa.
PAR: Cindy 520, Buzz 570
Watts: 107
Day 39: Installed new bar style light from Mars Hydro today. It delivers the same amount of watts but with better coverage of the edges. The old light will soon be used for germinating and raising the next two plants until there's room in the tent.
PAR: Cindy 500, Buzz 550
Watts: 107
Day 38: Both girls are thriving. Cindy gets 440par, Buzz 540par for 20 hours per day.
Next watering should happen tomorrow.
Watts: 83
Day 36: Installed soil moisture meters in both pots to be able to check if watering will soon be necessary or not and to make predictions when to water next. They work great so far and transmit their values to a hub which is connected to a cloud which means I can check anytime, anywhere.
I watered both plants with 1 liter and added 0.1ml PK13-14 and 0.5ml X-Cel. The water's pH was 6.0.

Isserley Day 49: Buds are stacking, Buzz shows first trichomes.
Raised the light 3cm without turning up the watts this time. I don't want to stress the plants with too much light.
The girls are getting thirstier and both got another serving of 2.0l + 1.6ml X-cel + 0.6ml PK13-14.
LSTd Buzz with plant clips to bring more light to the lower buds.
PAR: Buzz 560, Cindy 525
VPD: 1.1kPa
Watts: 128
Day 47: The gnats have decimated drastically, so I resumed top watering and fed both plants 2.0l + 1.6ml X-cel + 0.6ml PK13-14.
Did a little more defoliating to give the buds more light and air.
PAR: Buzz 620, Cindy 540
VPD: 1.35kPa
Watts: 128
Day 45: Today I removed lower buds, sucker branches and a few fan leaves. This should increase quality and yield (hopefully).
I LSTd both plants to open the canopy which should provide more light and air for the lower buds I haven't removed.
PAR: Buzz 610, Cindy 530
VPD: 1.1kPa
Watts: 128
Day 44: Bottom watered the girls today to get rid of the gnats. Both got 2.0l + 1.6ml X-cel + 0.6ml PK13-14.
I realized that those moisture sensors are not working when you bottom water because they only measure the top layers of the soil (this is by design). As soon as the gnats are gone (or at least significantly decimated) I'll go back to top watering and proper readings.
LSTd Buzz & Cindy
PAR: Buzz 650, Cindy 520
VPD: 1.1kPa
Watts: 128
Day 43: Raised the light again to compensate for the stretch.
Both girls got watered with 1.0l + 0.8ml X-cel + 0.3ml PK13-14 each.
Buzz got LSTd again to keep her canopy flat.
Picked a few fan leaves to give lower buds more light.
Lots of gnats, but at this stage they cant hurt the plants anymore. Laid out yellow sticky traps anyway.

Isserley Day 54: LSTd Cindy vigorously today. I want to bring as much light as possible to the remaining buds, so I train her branches horizontally. This is totally experimental, but I think it will pay off.
The stretch is over and the buds are gaining volume day by day. Buzz is quite sticky already, her sugar leaves are partially covered in frosty trichomes. Cindy seems to take her time, no trichomes yet. I think she might go longer than Buzz, we'll see.
Buzz loves the intense light, Cindy looks happier with a little less. Therefore I didn't raise her after LSTing, which brought her down a few cm.
Oh, and the Gnats are back, but I decided to let them be. At least those who don't end up in the yellow sticky traps. The girls are way too strong at this point to be damaged by those bugs.
Both plants drink about 1.0 liter per day.

VPD: 1.1kPa

Day 50: Start of week 8. The buds are gaining volume.
I raised the light to a hight of roughly 38cm above canopy. I also cranked the lights to almost full intensity.
Did a little more defoliating and LST

Isserley Day 59: Today I added a few cups of worm castings and top watered both plants with 2,0 liters + 2,0ml X-cel + 1,0ml PK13-14 + 0,8ml Vitasol each.
Trychomes of both girls are getting cloudier day by day, but no amber yet (would be too early for that).
PAR: Buzz 570, Cindy 520

Day 58: Removed all ties and benders and adjusted the light height to reduce the PAR a bit. No water today. Removed a few yellow leaves off Cindy. Buds are stacking nicely.

Isserley Day 64: Buds are stacking and Trychomes are building up. Buzz is very sticky, Cindy not so much, but she'll get there.
Buzz drinks way more than Cindy, which is kinda strange. I know they are very different strains, but genetics is hardly the only reason. Maybe Cindys roots didn't develop as good as I had hoped, we'll see at harvest. Buzz will yield greatly I think. Her buds are big and fat and not done yet. I may have to harvest her earlier than Cindy, but it's too early to tell.
Trychomes on both plants are mostly milky, but no amber yet.
