Apricot Auto Fastbuds

kdifiori_ A new adventure begins! I planted the seed directly in the pot where it will grow. I prepared a liter of water with 1 ml of Voodoo Juice and moistened the soil with approx. 150-200 ml of water. After 4 days, this little girl sprouted. This is his first week of life. Are you ready?

kdifiori_ This little one is now in its second week of life! It has received its first watering with nutrients. The lamp is dimmed to 25% and positioned 30 cm from the plant. Everything is fine for now.

kdifiori_ This little girl is now in its third week of life. In my opinion, it seems a little stuck. At the beginning of the week, I gave it 0.5 liters of water with nutrients, but that was a mistake. The soil remained moist for most of the week and finally began to dry out towards the end of the week. This week, I will definitely go slower with the water, adjusting its needs day by day. The lamp is 40 cm away at 75%. Two leaves already have burnt tips, so I will slightly reduce the ml/l of nutrients. It seems that this little one needs to be treated gently.

kdifiori_ Week four! Here are the first signs of flowering. This girl has picked up the pace, growing 20 cm this week. She drank 300 ml three times during the week, for a total of 0.9 l. I halved the nutrient doses (starting this week for flowering), but despite this, the new leaves continue to show signs of nutrient burn. Next week, I will only give her water with controlled pH to fix this problem. There are probably too many nutrients left in the soil, and this beauty is not so hungry. The lamp is now 30 cm away and dimmed to 75%. Ready for week five? Now the fun begins!

kdifiori_ Week five! This plant continues to grow despite having some nutrient issues. When the first yellow tips appeared, I thought I had overdone it with the nutrients, but they kept coming back even though I halved the dose. At the beginning of the week, I gave her 0.5 L with half the nutrients and during the week another 2 L of water only, hoping she would recover. Studying the problem, I discovered that it could be more of a K block. Either something is preventing proper absorption, or she is simply not getting enough. During the sixth week, I will try adding 0.25 ml/L of Atami B'Cuzz Blossom Builder to the nutrient chart to boost N and K and see if anything changes. Despite everything, this week she reached 63 cm and is still growing upwards towards the light. The lamp was dimmed to 75% all week and then brought up to 100% on the last day, still at 30 cm. I hope to be able to recover from this minor setback and get the best out of this girl. Week six is coming, are you ready? I can't wait!

kdifiori_ This girl is now six weeks old and hasn't stopped growing! She has slowly started to cover herself with trichomes, which smell delicious! Despite my obvious mistake with the nutrients, she is still a considerable size. This week she drank 3.5 L, of which 2 L were nutrients and 1 L was just water with a pH of 6.3. The lamp is now fixed at 30 cm at 100%, and despite this I still have to raise it daily, as the plant continues to grow and get closer. Now comes the fun part! Over the next 4-6 weeks, this girl will kick into high gear to flower and mature by the end of the year. How will it turn out? Find out in the next episode!

kdifiori_ And here we are at week seven. This girl keeps growing despite all kinds of problems. Midweek, my Mars Hydro Ts1000 broke, so I quickly replaced it with an old lamp I had, waiting for a new transformer to be delivered. The smell is truly incredible. This week she drank 2 liters of water with nutrients and I added some Overdrive. See you next week!

kdifiori_ And two months have already passed. In the eighth week, I decided to cut Bloom A and B (my own personal test) and reintroduce Atami's Bcuzz. This week, it drank 3 liters of water with nutrients. The trichomes are already clearly visible and smell just like apricots. Amazing! It is about to begin its third month of life, and the flowers will start to form more and more calyxes. Are you ready?

kdifiori_ Nine weeks have passed, as you can see from the photos; despite various nutrient-related issues, the flowers are producing plenty of resin. This week, too, they absorbed a liter and a half of nutrient solution. Stay tuned.

kdifiori_ And here we are at week 10. This beauty is now covered in trichomes and has a fantastic, fruity scent. This week, it received 1.5 liters of water mixed with nutrients. This is the last week with nutrients—now it’s time to start the flush! I think the final moment will arrive in about two weeks at most. Of course, stay tuned!

kdifiori_ And finally, it’s harvest time! What can I say? This is a strain I’ll definitely try growing again, maybe using topping and growing it organically. The terpenes are spectacular, in my opinion—apricot with a hint of that musky-minty note typical of Gorilla. Despite my mistakes with the nutrients, it still turned out amazing. I recommend it to anyone who loves fruity terpenes. It’s wonderful!
