Bread_n_Buds Good morning, we're finally here.
We've changed locations, still in southern Spain, but this time much closer to the sea and with a Mediterranean climate, like my Italian roots. Love it.
We'll start with the autoflowering plants first; this time, they'll all be grown without cutting techniques. We'll always have two plants: one grown with just a little tidying and left to grow straight, and the other using techniques that don't involve cutting, and therefore slowing things down.
I need weed; the grower must also consider this, so the autoflowering plants will finish as quickly as possible.
In most cases, it will be a nice, firm LST, not too delicate, and I'll fim if the plant seems to touch the sky, as has happened recently, probably thanks to the Plagron fertilizers, which will be with us this time too.
The chosen soil is the recently released Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us a more regular and reliable start without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause.
We're 100% organic this time too. For the first batch, we also used Seedbooster as soon as it arrived, along with the last and first batches: 75% water + 25% hydrogen peroxide. *** From my perspective, it's very important to add hydrogen peroxide if you start with the seeds in a small glass of water. As soon as you open it, it would drown, too. The oxygen bubbles in the hydrogen peroxide prevent suffocation.

That said, we just finished vaporizing our Tangerine Dream in the photoperiod version. What a strain, guys! A crazy, strong, and recognizable tangerine smell, not lemon, guys and girls. The resin it produced, even at high temperatures, was super. We're confident in the photoperiod strain, even the automatics. I invite you to check out both my diaries. Tangerine Dream I & II are among the latest, then let me know.
The seedlings both started out small, but we're only at day 1.

Bread_n_Buds We're halfway through the first week, day 10 to be more precise at the time of the photo. We chose to stay 24/7 for at least the first few weeks; we're in a hurry to finish at least the autoflowering ones so we can have some weed for Christmas.
Our Tangerine Dream is growing well; her little sister needed a new germination, but she's doing well. I found a jar with some flowers from the photoperiod version and I've been vaping it in the mornings these days. It's super good—not to be anxious, but this weed is super good. Pure mandarin.
The chosen soil is the recently released Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us a more regular and reliable start without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause.
We've started fertilizing for vegetative growth:
- Pure Zym 1 ml/l
- Power Roots 1 ml/l
- Sugar Royal 1 ml/l
- Alga Grow 1 ml/l
I calculated my personalized schedule directly on the Plagron website. If you have the organic light mix, which isn't available yet, download the organic one; the values are the same.
