direx My First Grow, if you have tips or suggestions for improvement, feel free to comment!
I have a 90x90 Vivosun complete set with a 200W lamp and a heating mat since the tent is in the winter garden and I was worried it would get too cold.
I ordered seeds from FastBuds and fertilizer from Biobizz.
Day 1: Let the seeds germinate in distilled water for about 30 hours.
Day 2: Two out of four seeds have started to germinate slightly. I was unsure whether to let them continue germinating in the water or not. I decided to plant the seeds in 1.5L pots and every few hours I spray the soil with water.
Days 3-5: I continue to moisten the soil.
Day 6: Three out of four seeds have sprouted and look good, but unfortunately, GorillaZ did not germinate. At 5 PM, I started my 18h/6h light cycle to warm up the tent a bit with the lamp overnight.
Day 7: Today I’m not moistening the soil; I may have overdone it the past few days 😅
I’m excited for the next few days :)

direx Week 2 begins 👌, pictures are from day 10 and day 11
Day 8: only lightly moistened the soil on top,
Day 9: did nothing
Day 10 and 11: lightly moistened the surface, max 50-100ml per plant.
Fertilizer from day 10: BioBizz Root-Juice 2ml per 1L water. 50% of the value in the feeding schedule, just because I want to be cautious in the coming days.
Soil in the lower pot is still wet from the last few days...
I will really try not to water for 2 days, I think it would be better 😂.
Vivosun light spectrum adjusted from Seedling to Vegetative light and increased to 40% light intensity.
Tips and tricks please in the comments 🙏

This week I set the light cycle to 20/4, so far it seems the plants like it. I think I’ll keep the cycle like this until flowering or even longer, we’ll see.
Watering amount is about 150 - 200ml per day. I know it could definitely be more, but I’m unsure after I almost drowned them in week 1 from overwatering.
Mixed 1L of water with Biobizz nutrients (2ml Root-Juice, 1ml Acti-Vera, 1ml Bio-Heaven, under 1ml Calmag)
At the end of the week, I will start properly following the Biobizz feeding schedule.
Problems:
Guava initially had 2 minimally wrinkled leaves, which have partially recovered, but now it’s getting very slight bends on the new leaves again. I don’t know what it is, maybe too little fresh air, or because a few days ago the pH value wasn’t set correctly?
I will keep an eye on the leaves and now ventilate the grow box properly more often; I also bought a new pH meter.
Let’s see if it gets better in the coming days 🙏😅

direx The week is starting off modestly... I think it’s due to a lack of water, I watered them well again and will check later if anything changes... Maybe it’s also because of the small 1.5L pot... no idea 😅

direx Week 4 is slowly heading in the right direction 🙏.... Last week, all the plants suffered a bit due to likely nutrient deficiency and too much water + 2 rusty leaves on one plant.
The Guava Auto was hit the hardest, at least apparently. Now, a few days later, it has shot up significantly compared to the other 2 plants. (Guava 30cm, 7up 19cm, and LemonCherryCookies 17cm)
At the beginning of week 4, I repotted the plants from 1.5L pots to 18L fabric pots. While repotting, I distributed 2 teaspoons of Great White Premium Mycorrhiza around the roots and then watered 500ml per plant.
EDIT: This week I watered 500ml, 500ml, and 700ml per plant, so 1.7L of water with nutrients per plant. (Biobizz feeding schedule week 4 + extra calmag) Day 32 defoliated and tied down a bit. By the end of week 4, the first pistol hairs are visible, I hope the plants make another push upwards...

direx Flowering time!! Everything is going well except for the growth of 7-Up (27cm) and LemonCherry (28cm)... Guava (42cm) is growing great even with the bends. 😄
The light (200w 80%) is 40cm away from the small plants.
The plants are getting water three times a week with the Biobizz feeding schedule (Week 5) + 2ml/L Calmag extra. 1L - 1.3L - 1.3L.
Tomorrow I’ll probably water 1.7L per plant; I might need to water a lot more so the two small ones get enough power or adjust the light more/less. I need to experiment a bit. 😅

direx Week 6 is over..
This week I watered 1.7L per plant twice. (Fertilized according to the fertilizer schedule for week 6)
I didn't have any new problems this week, but my 2 little ones (7up & LCG) don't seem to want to grow anymore...
I wonder what could be the reason... Maybe too much light during the veg phase? Or just bad luck with the seeds, maybe too much defoliation/stressed? The two have only grown a maximum of 5cm in the last 2 weeks, while the guava is almost twice as tall.
A few details about the problems:
1. 7-Up and LemonCherryGelato are 100% under the lamp, while the Guava is only 50% under the lamp.
Maybe too much light for the two?! (even though I’m following the manufacturer’s instructions completely).
2. 7-Up and LemonCherryGelato have grown much bushier than the Guava, meaning I defoliated a lot more on the little ones (just leaves).
Maybe they were too stressed from the defoliation?
3. Temperature and VPD are always on point, maybe too warm with 20 degrees during the night phase?!
Maybe you have an idea of what it could be, so I can do better next time😂💪

direx Week 7 is over, I didn't do much except remove a few leaves from the 2 bushes.
I watered 2 times with 1.7L per plant. (Fertilized according to the fertilizer schedule week 7)
Slowly, the first deficiencies are showing up again; according to Google Lens, it should be a nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, or magnesium deficiency. I will give Bio Grow and Bloom 1ml/liter and 0.5ml/L Calmag extra in week 8. We'll see if it helps 😅

direx Week 8
This week, the Guava got more nutrients, but it could have handled even more. I'll post the next week tomorrow for comparison. 👍 (Pictures are from the end of week 8, more like the beginning of week 9)
Watered 2x 2L with the nutrient schedule for week 8 Biobizz (7-Up and Lemon Cherry Cookies).
The Guava received an extra 0.5ml/L CalMag + 1ml/L BioGrow + 2ml/L BioBloom + 1ml/L Topmax + 1ml/L Algamic on top.

Watered like in week 8, the guava couldn't recover from the deficiency, more leaves had to suffer😅.

direx Week 10
Plants were watered once with nutrients like the week before, and once completely with just water because I want to harvest the guava at the end of week 11.
The other 2 small ones I actually wanted to harvest with the guava and I started flushing them too, but now I've looked at some other diaries and I'm unsure because I already had some brown trichome heads on the leaves even though the buds aren't that developed yet. Let's see if I might let them go a few more days.

direx Week 11 is over....
The Lemon Cherry Cookies and 7-Up got some nutrients again according to the schedule, I think I'll give them nutrients again tomorrow and then see when I start flushing them.
The Guava will be harvested tomorrow afternoon😁, I bought a Dryferm bag for drying because the Guava was ready faster. I actually wanted to chop them all at the same time and dry them in the tent, but oh well, that's how it goes 😅. I'll see if I position the DryBag somewhere in the room or in the tent with as much light protection and good air circulation as possible.

direx At the beginning of week 12, the Guava was harvested. I cut the leaves off the flowers and filled the flowers into a Dryfermbag. I hung the Drybag in the pizza box at the top of the tent. After 9 days, the flowers were "ready" and then they went into the jar with a humidity pack. I froze all the trim and sifted the frozen material to make hash, and the pictures of that are with the last plant 💪
direx This week, the little ones only got water. Harvesting will happen at the end of next week 💪

direx Pictures are from the end of week 14. After the pictures, I put them in darkness for 2 days at around 20 degrees and harvested. I’ll upload pictures of the Guava harvest in the coming days, and I’ll update on Z-Up & LemonCherryCookies once they are fully dried.
Good high, beautiful buds, but unfortunately not really my taste.

Very tasty, but it was a lot of work with all the leaf matter.

direx My first grow is done! I also tried making hash myself and it was really tasty! LemonCherryCookies is good but I had a lot of leaves... if I get another one like that, it's going in the freezer 😅
I made hash from the trim of the 3 plants: froze the trim - divided the trim into 5 piles and sifted it in the box with 150Mesh, wet it came out 4.6g and dry 2.1 in the end. The hash was awesome! Maybe for the next run, I'll get a camping washing machine for making hash, then I can skip the shaking 😄💪
I always look at the trichomes on a flower and not on the leaves. Trichomes on leaves mature faster than on the flowers, so it's better to focus on the flowers regarding harvest time. But that guava looks delicious and probably won't take much longer 😋
Hi!
How's it going with you? To me, it looks like the plant has been overwatered. The wrinkled leaves in the early stage can also be a sign of too high humidity. Air circulation is very important from the start, so set up some fans. Hope you managed to get it back on track!
@josefmandel, Hey, umm yeah, things didn't go as planned 😂. I just repotted the plants and they seem to like it, I'll post an update soon. Thanks for the tips!
👍
