DogDoctorOfficial 🌿 Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Nectar Drip | Grow Diary #268 / 750
"From Seed to Gold – The Beginning of the Drip"
There are collaborations, and then there are moments.
This one — Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Nectar Drip — is something truly special. Only 750 packs were made worldwide, and we are honored to be growing pack #268. Every detail of this release speaks of art, precision, and love for the culture — from the gold-embossed wasp that guards the box to the wax seal, signed certificate, grinder, joint holder, stickers, and plant tags. It’s not just a seed pack — it’s a statement of style and devotion.
We feel humbled and grateful to Zamnesia and TICAL for this gift — for trusting us with the chance to bring their art to life through nature. Thank you for going above and beyond, and for giving this grower community a collector’s piece that will live on through every leaf and bud that follows.
Clean Room, Clean Energy – Sterilization & Preparation
Before any seed touched water, the temple had to be purified.
Preparation is everything, and we take cleanliness as seriously as lighting or nutrients.
The entire 8 × 8 ft (≈ 2.4 × 2.4 m) tent was stripped down and deep-cleaned — every corner, fan blade, and duct. We vacuumed all surfaces, then washed with a bleach solution, followed by a hydrogen-peroxide-infused rinse for maximum sanitation.
But this run, we added something new to our ritual: UVC sterilization.
We’re using the Future of Grow UVC-60, a compact yet powerful UVC device that emits germicidal light to neutralize unseen contaminants — mold spores, bacteria, and viruses — both on surfaces and in the air.
For a full week before introducing the plants, the UVC-60 ran for 12 hours each day, moved to different positions daily to ensure complete coverage throughout the tent.
⚠️ Safety Note: UVC light is extremely effective, but it is not safe for direct human exposure.
Never operate the device while anyone (or pets) are inside the room. Always wear protective clothing, gloves, and UVC-rated safety glasses when handling or repositioning the unit. UVC light can cause skin and eye damage if used without proper precautions — always treat it with the same respect as any high-energy sterilization tool.
This extra layer of preparation brings peace of mind and a true reset — a sterile, radiant environment ready for new life.
Clean space, clean start, clean energy. That’s how the Nectar Drip begins.
🌱 Germination – The Ritual Begins
We’ve just placed our seeds in a CannaKan germination system, using a mix of 80% purified water + 20% hydrogen peroxide to give them the perfect start. Now, we wait — patiently, excitedly — for the first signs of life.
In a few days, we’ll share which of these golden beans pop open first. Every germination is a small miracle, and we’ll treat it like one.
💡 The Future of Grow – Lighting the Golden Path
This journey unfolds under the glow of the Future of Grow Air Grow Pro III Hyper Red, powered and precisely controlled by the Nova 2C Pro system.
We believe in balance between technology and intuition, and this LED setup gives us the spectrum and control to truly tune the grow — from seedling to harvest — in harmony with the plant’s rhythm. Expect future updates on the light settings, environment, and feedback as the plants develop.
🌾 The Foundation – Powered by PLAGRON
A strong plant begins with a strong foundation.
For this grow, we’re proud to be working with Plagron, one of the most trusted names in cultivation.
Our soil base is the Plagron Bio LightMix — a lightly fertilized, organic substrate made from premium peat, perlite, and high-quality worm castings. Its airy structure ensures perfect root oxygenation and drainage, while its soft nutrient profile makes it ideal for seedlings and young plants.
The Bio LightMix also supports a thriving micro-life within the soil — letting the roots and beneficial organisms work together naturally from day one.
For feeding, we’ll be using Plagron Terra Grow during the vegetative phase — a fast-acting mineral base nutrient that provides essential macro- and micronutrients directly available to the plant. Once we enter flowering, we’ll transition to Terra Bloom, to fully unlock the potential of the Nectar Drip genetics.
🌿 The Nutrient Philosophy
We believe in the synergy of organic and mineral — a balance between living soil energy and precise control.
The Bio LightMix gives the roots life and breath, while the Terra line gives us accuracy and stability in feeding. Together, they allow the plants to express their full spectrum of flavor, structure, and potency — clean, consistent, and powerful.
Later in this diary, we’ll explore the additives and boosters that will complement the foundation, fine-tuning this grow to perfection. But for now, it all begins here — in the rich, golden soil.
✨ Gratitude & Community
This project isn’t just ours — it belongs to everyone who shares this passion.
We want to thank Zamnesia, TICAL, Plagron, and Future of Grow for their innovation, creativity, and trust. Each partner brings something essential: art, science, light, and life.
And of course — thank you, the community.
To the long-time followers, the newcomers, the curious, the critics, the friends — you’re all welcome here. Every comment, every bit of love or challenge helps us grow stronger. This is a space for respect, passion, and learning — together.
🌟 The Mission
This grow is a celebration of collaboration and creativity — where art meets earth.
We’ll document every step, from germination to harvest, and later bring this entire journey to life through a YouTube episode that captures the spirit behind the Nectar Drip collaboration — the gold, the glow, the grind, and the gratitude.
Stay tuned — the Nectar Drip begins now.

📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens
All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6000 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens.
Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture.
I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back.
It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal.
You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art.

DogDoctorOfficial 💛 Nectar Drip – Week 1 Report “Where Gold Meets Light”
────────────────────────────────────────
🌱 Week 1 – The First Breath of Life
The moment the soil trembles…
that’s when the story truly begins.
Both seeds from the Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Nectar Drip collaboration have officially broken ground this week — small, fragile, perfect. The first days of life are always humbling. You’re holding a miracle between your fingers, and all you can do is create the best environment possible and let nature write its opening lines.
This week was all about environmental finesse, gentle nourishment, and setting the tone for the golden journey ahead.
🌡️ Environment – Cradling the Seedlings
Week 1 is the world of high humidity, soft warmth, and minimal stress.
We’re keeping things in a range that allows delicate seedlings to hydrate through their leaves while their roots slowly learn their role.
Relative Humidity: 80–90%
Temperature: ~26°C
Water pH: ~6.8
Lighting Intensity: ~300–400 PPFD (gentle, steady, supportive)
The seedlings sit inside clear humidity domes, helping maintain those elevated moisture levels and creating that soft condensation you captured so beautifully in your macro shots. That glistening surface — droplets clinging to plastic like morning dew — is part of the magic of early life.
Airflow this week stays intentionally minimal.
Seedlings don’t need wind — they need peace, warmth, and stability while their roots establish the first bridges of life beneath the surface.
Nutrition – Micro-Doses & Gentle Introduction
Although seedlings can technically thrive on water alone at this stage, I prefer — as you do — to introduce a micro-touch of nutrition from day one. Not to feed them in force, but to let them taste the mineral world slowly, helping them adapt and avoid any shock once true feeding begins later.
This week, your solution sits around:
EC/TDS: Extremely low (~0.5–0.6)
Base Nutrient: Plagron Terra Grow (micro-dose)
Root Support: Plagron Power Roots, at far below bottle recommendation — just a gentle whisper, not even half-strength
It’s not about feeding — it’s about familiarizing.
A handshake, not a meal.
As the seedlings expand, they’ll already be in sync with the mineral base, making future transitions smooth and stress-free.
Substrate – Bio LightMix: The Golden Bed
The girls are standing directly in Plagron Bio LightMix, a substrate made for this stage.
Light, airy, full of life — the kind of soil that embraces roots rather than restraining them.
Bio LightMix ensures:
Excellent oxygen levels
Soft nutrient baseline appropriate for early development
A hospitable environment for microbial allies
Quick drainage and moisture balance
This combination — gentle soil + gentle EC — creates harmony between organic micro-life and mineral precision.
💡 Lighting – Guided by the Hyper Red Glow
This week, the seedlings grow under the Future of Grow Air Grow Pro III Hyper Red, controlled through the Future of Grow Nova 2C Pro controller.
The spectrum is warm, rich, and deeply supportive of structural development and early root signaling. At 300–400 PPFD, the light gives enough energy for growth without overwhelming the seedlings.
Later in the diary, we’ll go into:
Dimmer curves
Spectrum shifts
Controller programming
Photoperiod strategy
And how each of these plays into maximizing the genetics of the Nectar Drip.
For now, we’re focusing on gentle, golden beginnings.
📸 Macro Moments – Art in the First Week
This week, you pulled out the Sony A6000 with the full-frame Sony macro lens — and you created art.
Droplets shining like liquid diamonds.
Delicate cotyledons emerging like newborn wings.
Condensation captured like morning mist in a miniature world.
Photography here isn’t decoration — it’s documentation of life unfolding at microscopic scale.
Your shots of droplets, textures, and tiny structures elevate this diary into a visual story.
This is how people feel the grow.
🫧 Condensation – A Sign of Life, Not Neglect
In high humidity seedling environments, condensation is a natural companion.
It forms on domes, pots, even your lens — evidence of a warm, living biome working exactly as intended.
We keep it in check, monitor airflow, and ensure seedlings aren’t sitting in stagnant conditions, but overall:
Condensation = Life is happening.
✨ Community & Gratitude – The Golden Circle
This journey is carried by the hands and hearts of many.
We deeply thank:
Zamnesia
TICAL
Plagron
Future of Grow
for their trust, innovation, banners, and support in making the Nectar Drip run possible.
But the greatest appreciation goes to…
you — the community.
To the lovers, the haters, the curious, the loyal, the new arrivals, the silent observers, and the loud critics.
Everyone is welcome here.
Everyone brings something to the table.
Critics sharpen us. Supporters fuel us.
Together, we create something bigger than a grow:
we create culture.
Thank you all for believing in DogDoctorOfficial.
Thank you for riding this golden wave with us.
🌟 Week 1 Summary – The Golden Start
The Nectar Drip is alive.
Both seedlings have sprouted.
Environment is stable.
Nutrition is gentle.
Light is perfect.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 WEEKLY REPORT — 12/12 From Seed Light Shuttle Run
A New Experimental Cycle Filled With Vigor, Authenticity & Community Love
This week marks the launch of our 12/12 from seed light shuttle experiment, an intentional departure from traditional cycles to explore how early flowering signals influence structure, energy distribution, and overall expression. It’s a fresh chapter, and already the project feels alive with momentum.
⸻
🌱 Germination & Early Growth
We germinated a full batch of seeds, and multiple plants are alive and progressing beautifully.
For the sake of consistency, clarity, and storytelling, we’re focusing the formal documentation on two of the strongest individuals—the ones currently showing the most vigor, symmetry, and visual appeal. This keeps the narrative clean while still honoring the success of the full run.
A Note of Transparency
One seed didn’t make it due to a handling slip on our side. Not an environmental issue—just human. And that’s okay. Being transparent keeps the journey authentic, while the rest of the plants continue to shine.
⸻
🌡️ Environmental Conditions
The environment remains controlled and supportive:
• Humidity: 75–80%
• Temperature: ~28°C
• Light Cycle: 12/12 from seed (experimental shuttle approach)
These conditions have fostered healthy early development, vibrant coloration, and confident structural initiation.
⸻
🎥 Photography & Documentation Setup
Visual storytelling is central to this project, and we’re keeping it sharp:
• Sony camera paired with a macro lens
• Capturing early leaf texture, silhouette evolution, and subtle structural details
• High-quality assets for reels, diary entries, and community updates
The packaging reel complements this perfectly—everything feels curated and immersive.
⸻
Growing Medium & Containers
This cycle uses:
• PRO-MIX soil with mycorrhizal support
• 14.5 L grow bags
This foundation supports early vitality and allows the plants to establish themselves comfortably under the unique lighting schedule.
⸻
📸 Overall Impression This Week
The run is off to an exceptional start.
Multiple plants are alive and healthy, and we’ve selected the two most vigorous specimens to document in detail throughout the project. Their early expression is promising, visually rich, and already full of character.
The stability of the environment, the photographic clarity, and the experimental setup give the entire project a vibrant, exciting tone moving forward.
⸻

DogDoctorOfficial 🌿 Nectar Drip – Week 3 Report
Early Vegetative Phase (12/12 from Seed)
Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Pack #268
🌱 Growth Stage Overview
We are officially in Week 3 since germination, which places the plants in early vegetative development, even though this run is being done 12/12 from seed. Growth remains measured and intentional, exactly as expected under this approach.
All plants look healthy, lush, and stable, with no signs of stress. What stands out this week is the difference in growth rhythm between phenotypes:
• One plant is clearly leading, already showing fully developed true leaves with three fingers, moving confidently toward the fourth.
• One plant is developing at a slower pace, still focusing on building structure and leaf mass.
• One sits right in between, balanced and steady.
This kind of variation is normal and welcome at this stage. Same genetics, same environment — different expressions. Time will tell which one becomes the champion, but for now, all of them are doing exactly what they should.
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Climate Control
The environment remains consistent and stable, which is key at this phase:
• Relative Humidity: ~75–80%
• Day Temperature: ~27 °C
• Night Temperature: ~18 °C
• CO₂: ~666 ppm
• Light Distance: ~1.78 m from canopy
• Substrate Temperature: ~22 °C
• Solution Temperature: ~22 °C
Airflow is still kept soft and minimal, just enough to refresh the air without disturbing young plants. At this stage, we prioritize calm conditions over aggressive air movement.
⸻
💡 Lighting
The plants continue under the Future of Grow Air Grow Pro III Hyper Red, controlled via the Nova 2C Pro.
The light intensity and distance are intentionally conservative, encouraging steady development rather than forced growth.
With 12/12 from seed, patience is essential — we’re building structure now so the stretch and early flower development later can happen cleanly and naturally.
⸻
Substrate & Containers
• Containers: 15 L plastic bags
• Medium: ProMix
Even though top growth appears slow, what’s happening below the surface is far more important right now. Root systems are expanding, branching, and learning the container. This is often invisible work — but it sets the pace for everything that follows.
⸻
Nutrition – Philosophy & Application
We’re continuing with a hybrid organic–mineral approach, which is something I personally believe in.
For me, this offers the best of both worlds:
• the precision and consistency of mineral nutrition,
• combined with the biological support and resilience associated with organic inputs.
Current Nutrition (Light but Consistent):
• Plagron Terra Grow (base nutrition)
• Power Roots (root stimulation)
• Pure Zym (enzyme support)
• Sugar Royal (metabolic & microbial support)
• Vita Race (foliar & vitality support)
• TDS / EC: ~1.0
• pH: ~6.8
The feeding strategy remains steady and repeatable. No chasing trends, no unnecessary changes. The plants are responding with deep green color, strong leaf posture, and balanced growth, which tells us the nutrition is doing its job.
Vita Race is being applied confidently, without fear, as part of a proactive approach to plant vitality and stress resistance.
⸻
Watering
• Volume: ~0.4 L per plant
• Frequency: every 24 hours
Watering remains controlled and deliberate, ensuring moisture availability without oversaturation. This supports oxygen availability in the root zone and encourages healthy root exploration.
⸻
Observations & Interpretation
Growth is slow — and that’s expected.
Running 12/12 from seed means plants prioritize root establishment and internal signaling before expressing visible vertical growth. What matters now is not size, but balance.
Leaf color is excellent, structure is clean, and there are no signs of deficiency or toxicity. The differences between plants are genetic expression, not environmental error.
Personally, I believe that below the soil surface, things are moving fast — just not in ways we can immediately see. Over the next couple of weeks, I expect a noticeable acceleration in visible development as root systems finish establishing themselves.
⸻
What to Expect / What Not to Expect
What to Expect:
• Gradual acceleration in growth over the next 1–2 weeks
• Continued phenotype variation
• Increased leaf complexity and structure
• Stable transition toward early flower behavior due to 12/12
What Not to Expect:
• Explosive vegetative growth
• Uniform plant size
• Immediate stretch or flowering signals
This is a long game, not a sprint.
⸻
🤝 Gratitude & Community
Huge thanks to:
• Zamnesia Seeds
• TICAL (artist & collaborator)
• Plagron
• Future of Grow
for supporting this journey and making this collaboration possible.
And as always, thank you to the community —
the supporters, the critics, the curious, the long-time followers, and the newcomers.
Everyone is welcome here. Every opinion has value. Criticism helps us grow.
Everything shared in this diary reflects my personal experience, my choices, my lessons, and yes — my mistakes. It’s a pleasure to share them openly so we can all learn together.
⸻
🌟 Week 3 Summary
• Environment stable
• Nutrition consistent
• Roots developing
• Phenotypes expressing differently
• Plants healthy, calm, and promising
The Nectar Drip continues its quiet build — patient, intentional, and full of potential.
More soon.
Growers love always 💚

I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back.
It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal.
You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art.

💡 P.S.2 – PPFD Progression Explained
You may notice in some of the photos a reference board showing weeks and PPFD levels, so here’s a quick explanation to give context.
For plants that were run under 18/6, the PPFD progression looked like this:
• Week 1: ~300 PPFD
• Week 2: ~400 PPFD
Once we transitioned and aligned everything under 12/12, the light intensity was gradually increased to match plant maturity:
• Week 3: ~500 PPFD
• Current: moving between 500–600 PPFD, depending on plant height and development
From here on, the approach is simple and intuitive:
the plants grow toward the light, and we allow the PPFD to rise naturally as the canopy gets closer and stronger. We don’t force intensity — we let the plants tell us when they’re ready.
This progressive increase helps avoid stress, encourages healthy structure, and allows the plants to adapt smoothly to higher light levels over time.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌿 Nectar Drip – Week 4 Report
Early Vegetative Phase (12/12 from Seed)
Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Pack #268
🌱 Growth Overview – Entering Structure
This week marks Week 4 since germination (often considered Week 3 in growth rhythm), and the plants are now clearly transitioning from early establishment into structural development.
All plants are healthy, vibrant, and responding beautifully to the environment. Growth remains steady rather than explosive — exactly what’s expected when running 12/12 from seed. What’s most exciting this week is that we’ve officially begun training, and with it, the first real divergence in plant architecture.
⸻
🌡️ Environment – Gradual Shift, No Shock
We’ve started to gently guide the environment toward a more “grown” climate, without rushing anything.
• Relative Humidity: ~65% (slowly lowered from previous weeks)
• Day Temperature: ~26 °C
• Night Temperature: ~18 °C
• CO₂: ~666 ppm
• Lamp Distance: ~1.70 m from canopy
• Substrate Temperature: ~22 °C
• Solution Temperature: ~22 °C
Airflow is still kept soft, but this week we’ve begun increasing movement slightly. The goal is to start encouraging stem strength and plant responsiveness, preparing them for the phases ahead while keeping stress close to zero.
⸻
💡 Lighting – Raising the Bar, Naturally
Light intensity continues its progressive increase, following plant demand rather than forcing development.
• Previous Weeks: ~400–500 PPFD
• Current Week: moving from ~500 toward 600 PPFD
The plants are clearly growing into the light, which is exactly what we want to see. This gradual ramp-up will continue week by week, allowing the canopy to adapt naturally as structure and leaf mass increase.
⸻
Substrate & Containers
• Medium: ProMix
• Containers: 15 L plastic bags
Root activity is clearly accelerating now. Even though top growth remains compact, internal development is well underway — something that becomes very apparent once training begins.
⸻
Nutrition – Consistency Over Reaction
Nutrition remains unchanged and stable, reinforcing the idea that plants don’t need constant adjustments when they’re already happy.
Current inputs:
• Plagron Terra Grow
• Power Roots
• Pure Zym
• Sugar Royal
• Vita Race (foliar application)
This balanced organic–mineral approach continues to deliver excellent results: lush green color, healthy leaf posture, and no signs of deficiency or excess.
As always, the philosophy here is simple:
don’t fix what isn’t broken.
⸻
✂️ Training Focus – Low Stress, High Intention
This week, we introduced Low Stress Training (LST) on one selected plant.
Using long clips, the main stem is gently bent and guided almost parallel to the ground, opening the plant structure and allowing light to reach the lower growth sites. Leaves are carefully repositioned to expose side branches without damaging tissue or creating stress points.
This technique:
• Breaks apical dominance
• Encourages lateral branch development
• Keeps the plant shorter and wider
• Promotes a more even canopy later on
The trained plant is currently the shortest of the group, but already showing strong response. She’s entering her fourth node, and lower branches are clearly waking up and pushing upward.
The other plants remain untrained for now, growing naturally. This will allow us to directly compare structure, stretch, and expression later on — same genetics, same environment, different guidance.
What to Expect:
• Slower vertical growth on the trained plant
• Increased side branching
• A more compact, bushy structure
What Not to Expect:
• Immediate explosive growth
• Stress reactions
• Delays in overall health
This is guidance, not force.
⸻
🍃 General Observations
• Leaf color remains deep, healthy green
• Growth is compact and intentional
• Plants are calm and responsive
• Training response is already visible
• No signs of stress or imbalance
Videos included this week show the entire room and all plants, giving a full-picture view of how the Nectar Drip is progressing as a group.
⸻
🔮 Reflections on 12/12 From Seed
This week reinforces why I’m really enjoying the 12/12 from seed approach. Growth may be slower on the surface, but structure, balance, and root development feel extremely solid. The plants are building themselves quietly — and that patience usually pays off later.
⸻

DogDoctorOfficial 🌿 Nectar Drip – Week 5 Report
Early Vegetative Development (12/12 from Seed)
Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Pack #268
Note on timing:
This is labeled as Week 5 in GrowDiaries / Grow Iris, even though in real growth rhythm we are closer to Week 3 of true vegetative development.
This offset comes from starting the diary early and using photo-heavy germination documentation. We’ll continue to clarify this each week for transparency and consistency.
⸻
🌱 Growth Overview – Training Reveals Character
This week confirmed something important:
training doesn’t slow a plant — it reveals it.
Last week, we began Low Stress Training (LST) on one selected plant using clamps to gently guide the main stem close to horizontal. At the time, she was the smallest plant of the Nectar Drip group.
This week, her response has been nothing short of beautiful.
Despite being smaller, she reacted with:
• accelerated side branching
• clear apical redistribution
• strong node activation
• healthy, vibrant green growth
She is opening up, spreading out, and showing structure — not by force, but by invitation.
⸻
✂️ Training Focus – Low Stress, High Precision
The trained plant is now the focus of this week’s report, because she’s telling us a story worth listening to.
What’s being done:
• Main stem gently bent and held near-parallel to the soil
• Leaves progressively opened and repositioned
• Lower growth sites intentionally exposed to light
• No snapping, no crushing, no stress points
This is classic Low Stress Training (LST) — the goal is not control, but redirection.
What we’re seeing:
• Lower branches actively pushing upward
• Tighter internodal spacing
• A wider, flatter structure
• Balanced energy distribution
She’s currently entering her fourth node, and already the lower growth is responding like it knows it’s been invited to participate.
You can clearly see this in the macro photos — the symmetry, the confidence, the way each branch is waking up.
⸻
📸 Macro Session – When the Plant Earns the Spotlight
This week, the trained plant earned her moment.
She was taken into the studio for a dedicated macro session — and she deserved it.
The photos reveal:
• clean, healthy tissue
• vibrant green coloration
• active growth points
• no signs of stress or hesitation
Up close, it becomes obvious:
this plant isn’t struggling — she’s thinking.
⸻
🌿 The Other Plants – Natural Expression
The remaining Nectar Drip plants are not being trained as intensively.
For them:
• leaves are gently tucked
• some bending is done to guide light penetration
• no structural manipulation beyond basic canopy management
They are:
• taller
• more vertical
• opening naturally
• branching in their own rhythm
They look fantastic — healthy, lush, and confident — but their expression is clearly different from the trained plant. Same genetics, same room, same feed… different guidance.
This contrast is exactly why this approach is valuable.
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Room Conditions (Unchanged)
Conditions remain consistent with last week:
• Relative Humidity: ~65%
• Day Temperature: ~26 °C
• Night Temperature: ~18 °C
• CO₂: ~666 ppm
• Lamp Distance: ~1.70 m
• Substrate Temperature: ~22 °C
• Solution Temperature: ~22 °C
Airflow continues to increase slightly, encouraging movement and stem strength without stress.
⸻
💡 Light – Growing Into Intensity
PPFD continues its gradual rise:
• Previously: ~500 PPFD
• Current range: 500 → 600 PPFD, depending on plant height
Once again, the plants are growing toward the light, not being forced into it. This progressive increase matches structure and development perfectly.
⸻
Nutrition – Stay the Course
Nutrition remains unchanged, because the plants are clearly happy.
• Terra Grow
• Power Roots
• Pure Zym
• Sugar Royal
• Vita Race (foliar)
Leaf color, posture, and response all confirm that stability is working. This is a deliberate mix of mineral precision and biological support, based on experience and personal philosophy.
As always:
everything shared here reflects my own experience, opinions, lessons, and mistakes, offered openly to the community.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect / What Not to Expect
Expect:
• continued lateral development on the trained plant
• more defined structure
• increased canopy complexity
• visible divergence between trained vs untrained plants
Do Not Expect:
• instant size catch-up
• explosive vertical growth
• stress reactions
The trained plant may not become the tallest —
but she may become the most interesting.
⸻

⸻
🌟 Week 5 Summary
• Training is working
• Genetics are solid
• Differences are emerging
• Structure is forming
• The story is getting richer
She was the smallest.
She’s responding the strongest.
And she’s just getting started.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌿 Nectar Drip – Week 6 Report
Early–Mid Vegetative Development (12/12 from Seed)
Zamnesia Seeds x TICAL – Pack #268
Timing clarification (as always):
This is logged as Week 6 on GrowDiaries, while in real plant development we are closer to Week 5 of vegetative growth.
The offset comes from an early, photo-heavy germination phase. We’ll continue clarifying this weekly for consistency.
⸻
🌱 Growth Overview – Divergence & Character
This week, the Nectar Drip really began to separate into personalities. Same genetics, same room, same feeding — but very different expressions depending on training intensity and structure guidance.
We’re now clearly working with multiple plant strategies inside the same tent.
⸻
✂️ Training Breakdown – Plant by Plant
🌿 Plant A – Leaf Work & Gentle Guidance
This plant is trained using leaf bending and leaf tucking only.
• Large fan leaves are tucked under neighboring leaves
• Growth tips are exposed naturally
• No clamps or hard bending
Response:
Absolutely thriving. She’s growing tall, wide, and fast, now reaching roughly 8–9 nodes, with beautiful branching and strong vertical momentum. This is a great example of how far simple leaf management can take a healthy plant.
⸻
🌿 Plant B – Aggressive Opening with Plastic Clamps
This plant started similarly to Plant A, but quickly outpaced the rest in size.
This week, we:
• Introduced plastic clamps
• Opened her aggressively
• Focused on redistributing energy from top dominance to lower branches
Response:
Outstanding. She accepted the harder intervention without stress, opened up beautifully, and continues to push growth across the canopy. Her size advantage is now being converted into structure, not just height.
⸻
🌿 Plant C – The Heavy LST Experiment
This is the plant we’ve been focusing on since last week — the smallest of the group, but the one receiving the most intensive training.
• Strong horizontal bending
• Continuous opening of leaves
• Structural redirection from early on
Response:
She’s thickening, branching, and responding incredibly well. While she is still behind in height (which is expected), she’s building a dense, intentional structure. This plant is also the most delayed in showing pre-flower signs, which is completely normal under 12/12 from seed when subjected to stronger training.
She may never be the tallest — but she is quickly becoming one of the most interesting.
⸻
🌸 Pre-Flower Signals
Some plants are now showing early pre-flower signs. Nothing dramatic yet, but the transition is clearly approaching.
As expected:
• The most heavily trained plant is the most delayed
• The more upright plants are moving faster
This confirms that structure and stress management play a significant role in timing under a 12/12-from-seed regimen.
⸻
🌡️ Environment – Weather-Driven Adjustments
This week brought real-world challenges.
Outside conditions:
• ~5 °C
• 92% relative humidity
Inside the tent:
• Temperature: ~21.8 °C
• Relative Humidity: ~58%
Despite cooler and more humid ambient conditions, the plants are showing no complaints whatsoever. This range is manageable, and the canopy looks relaxed and happy.
⸻
💡 Lighting – Letting Plants Decide
We are now running approximately 700–850 PPFD, depending on plant height and canopy position. Smaller plants receive less, taller ones naturally receive more.
This is intentional.
The plants are:
• growing into the light
• dictating their own intensity
• transitioning naturally toward flowering
I’m not pushing — I’m responding.
This run is about listening, especially under 12/12 from seed.
⸻
🌬️ Airflow – Vortex Method
Airflow is dialed in using a vortex-style circulation:
• Fresh air enters from below
• Warm air exits higher up
• Side fans encourage circular movement
• Central fans gently disrupt stagnation without collapsing the vortex
This creates:
• even temperature distribution
• stable humidity
• strong gas exchange
• minimal microclimates
Air is moving around the plants, not blasting them — exactly what we want at this stage.
⸻
Nutrition – Adjustment for Water Quality & LEDs
💧 Water Source
We are now using a mix of:
• rainwater
• dehumidifier-collected water
Starting EC is extremely low (~0.2), so supplementation became necessary.
CalMag Introduction
We introduced Plagron CalMag Pro at 1 ml/L as a preventive measure, especially important under high-intensity LED lighting, where calcium and magnesium demand increases.
Current Hand-Watering Parameters (Nectar Drip Plants)
• EC: ~2.29
• pH: ~6.0
• Water Temperature: ~22.8 °C
🚰 Reservoir / Autopot Clarification
The tent contains six plants total, not all Nectar Drip.
• Autopot reservoir currently runs Terra Grow + CalMag only
• Organic inputs are excluded from the reservoir (not compatible)
• Reservoir EC: ~1.43
• Reservoir pH: ~5.9
Autopot plants are occasionally top-fed by hand to receive the full recipe. For future runs, the feeding strategy will be simplified and better aligned with autopot systems.
⸻
Special Guest – Mr. Baggy Joins the Team
This week we were joined by Mr. Baggy, a fluffy inspector and proud GrowDiaries “Diary of the Month” prize winner.
He’ll be making more appearances from now on — every good grow needs an official supervisor.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect / What Not to Expect
Expect:
• more pronounced pre-flower expression
• increasing structural differences
• trained plants staying shorter and wider
• untrained plants stretching sooner
Don’t Expect:
• uniform behavior
• identical flowering times
• forced transitions
This run is about letting plants speak.
⸻
🤝 Gratitude
Huge thanks to:
• Zamnesia Seeds
• TICAL
• Plagron
• Future of Grow
• Lumiflora
And to the entire GrowDiaries community — supporters, critics, silent readers, and longtime friends.
Everything shared here reflects my personal experience, philosophy, lessons, and mistakes. The goal is learning — together.
⸻
🌟 Week 6 Summary
• Training is defining structure
• Plants are choosing their own rhythm
• Light intensity is earned, not forced
• Environment is stable despite harsh outside conditions
• The 12/12-from-seed experiment continues to teach
A lot of files.
A lot of data.
A lot of learning.
And we’re just getting started.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 Week 7 From Seed | 12/12 From Germination
Transition Phase — Early Flower (Week 1)
📌 Quick Context (For New Readers)
These plants have been grown 12/12 from seed from day one.
Because of this light schedule, development timelines do not match traditional veg/flower calendars.
Although we are technically at Week 7 from seed, the plants are now entering what we consider Early Flower (Week 1).
Pre-flower signs are present but still subtle, which is completely normal for this method, especially with training involved.
Think of this as:
Week 7 from seed ≈ Week 5 in overall physiological development
⸻
🌿 Overall Plant Status
All plants are healthy, vigorous, and responding extremely well to training.
• Strong lateral growth
• Very bushy structure
• Tight internodes
• No major deficiencies or stress responses
The genetics are clearly expressing well under this method and environment.
⸻
🧠 Training Update & Learning Moment
This week involved low-stress training using plastic clamps and this was my first time.
• Most plants responded beautifully
• However, one branch was left clamped slightly too long, resulting in a partial break
Recovery Action • White tape was applied immediately
• The branch is stable
• Early pre-flower signs are still visible on that plant
👉 Based on experience and current visuals, full recovery is expected.
For comparison:
• Another plant is trained using metal clamps, shown in the last photo
• This plant is more delayed and not yet showing flower signs
This contrast clearly shows how training intensity and timing can influence flowering onset under 12/12 from seed.
⸻
🌡️ Room Conditions
Despite very cold temperatures outside, the room has been stabilized well:
• Temperature: 27.5°C
• Relative Humidity: 65.4%
• CO₂: ~909 ppm
Humidity is slightly higher than ideal for flower, but plants are thriving and showing no negative responses.
⸻
💧 Root Zone & Nutrition
Adjustments were made this week to prepare the plants for flowering demand.
• EC: Increased to 2.4
• Water Temperature: ~21°C (70°F)
• pH: Raised to 6.5
🔬 Why the pH Change?
This was a deliberate, science-based decision, not guesswork.
As plants transition into flower, a slightly higher pH:
• Improves availability of Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorus
• Supports early flower initiation
• Helps the plant shift metabolic focus
From here:
• pH will be cycled between 6.0 → 6.5
• Always kept above 6.0
• Adjusted based on plant feedback
Until now, pH ranged around 5.8–6.0, which favored vegetative uptake.
This marks the nutritional transition into flower physiology.
⸻
💡 Lighting Update
• PPFD Range: ~600–800 µmol/m²/s
• Taller plants receive closer to 800–850
• Smaller plants around 600–700
• Top Lights: 100%
• Under-Canopy Lighting: ~40–45% and increasing gradually
The goal is to let plants adapt to photons coming from all directions, promoting:
• Stronger lower growth
• Better canopy balance
• Reduced larf later in flower
⸻
🔮 What to Expect Next
Next 1–2 weeks:
• Clear flower initiation on most plants
• Stretch phase beginning
• Increased nutrient demand
• Continued canopy management (tucking & bending only)
What NOT to expect yet:
• No heavy defoliation
• No aggressive stress training
• No rushing the transition
The harder training plant will be given more time — no forcing.
⸻
🙏 Final Words
Thanks to everyone following along — newcomers, supporters, critics, and sponsors alike.
This run is about learning, transparency, and showing what 12/12 from seed really looks like when done patiently and intentionally.
More updates soon 🌱
As always — observations welcome.

All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more.

Week 8 from Seed · Week 2 Flower (12/12 from seed)
Quick recap for anyone joining us now:
This run is a 12/12 from seed experiment, meaning each plant chose on its own when to enter flower. Because of that, flower timing is not perfectly synchronized — and that’s an important part of this grow and of the decisions we’re making.
We’re working with an exclusive collaborative genetic pack, not commercially available anymore, bred for stability, vigor, and resilience. What you see here is a real-world expression of those genetics, grown without chasing trends or hype — just observation, patience, and consistency.
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Feeding (Why We Changed Nothing)
This week, we deliberately changed nothing.
• Day temperature: ~28 °C
• Relative Humidity: ~65%
• EC: 2.4
• pH: 6.5
• Plant height: ~40 cm to ~80 cm
• Lighting: LED
Many growers would say these temperatures are “too high for flower,” but context matters.
Under LED lighting, leaf surface temperature typically runs 2–4 °C cooler than room temperature. Because of that, we focus on leaf VPD, not room VPD. The plant is what matters — not the number on the wall.
We are not chasing numbers.
We are paying attention to them.
The plants are responding perfectly:
• Lush, deep green foliage
• No signs of stress
• Strong internodal structure
• Uniform uptake across different phenotypes
When the plant is happy, stability beats adjustment. That’s why the nutrient recipe stayed exactly the same.
⸻
✂️ Defoliation — Why This Week, Why This Way
This week marked an important decision.
Normally, defoliation would happen around day 21 of flower. But in a 12/12-from-seed run, there is no universal day 21. Each plant entered flower on its own schedule.
The room was getting dense.
Airflow was being restricted.
Light penetration was becoming uneven.
So we listened to the plants — not the calendar.
We opened the canopy, improved airflow, and allowed the plants to:
• Breathe better
• Receive more uniform light
• Push growth upward instead of inward
We’ll be honest:
👉 We went harder than planned.
But it was a conscious decision, not an emotional one.
Leaves removed were healthy — not sick — which tells us the plant had energy to spare. The remaining structure is strong, clean, and well-shaped.
⸻
🛠️ Training & Recovery
• Structural branches previously damaged were taped last week
• All repaired nodes bounced back perfectly
• Plastic clips are still being used dynamically — on and off — to guide shape, not force it
This tells us everything we need to know about the genetics:
stable, resilient, forgiving, and strong.
⸻
🔮 What We Expect Next
After a hard defoliation, plants tell the truth quickly.
What we expect:
• Fast rebound
• Vertical push toward the light
• Strong flower site development
• Clean airflow through the canopy
If they slow down, we listen.
If they explode, we let them run.
So far, these girls are behaving like champions.
⸻

DogDoctorOfficial Week 8 From Seed — Week 3 Flower
(Report labeled Week 9, corrected here for clarity)
Before we dive in, quick recap so new eyes understand what’s happening here.
⸻
🔁 How We Got Here
These are limited genetics — only 750 packs released. We are running pack 268, grateful to have secured them. All plants come from the same line, but we intentionally allowed structural differences through training variations.
All training has been low stress, but:
• One plant guided more assertively with clamps.
• Others shaped gently.
• One allowed more natural vertical dominance.
Same genetics.
Different structural expressions.
Same flower development pace.
That’s important context.
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Room Conditions
📊 Current Conditions
• Canopy temp: 27.9°C
• Humidity: ~70%
• CO₂: 1000+ ppm (lights on)
• PPFD: 800 → 1300 µmol/m²/s (size dependent)
The room is full now. Dense canopy. But healthy density — not chaotic.
⸻
🌱 Substrate
• Soil EC: 0.91
• Medium temp: ~22.5°C
• Moisture sensor reading: ~94% (but dry-down cycles actively implemented)
Dry-outs are working.
You can see the EC stabilization in the chart — no runaway accumulation.
The graph shows controlled feeding and dry-back rhythm. That rhythm is key.
They’re drinking well.
No signs of stagnation.
⸻
💡 Lighting Strategy
Main Light
High intensity, climbing as canopy grows.
🌞 UVA / UVB — 6 Hours Mid-Cycle
Purpose:
• Mild stress stimulus.
• Activation of plant defense mechanisms.
• Potential terpene upregulation.
• Resin density encouragement.
Important:
UV is not a magic switch. It is a controlled stress input.
We are applying it during peak metabolic activity — that’s strategic.
Monitor for:
• Leaf tacoing
• Excessive stress response
• Overly rapid senescence
So far? They look stable.
⸻
🔴 15 Minutes End-of-Day Red Extension
We’re adding 15 minutes of red-only at lights-off transition.
Theory:
• Increased phytochrome conversion (Pfr → Pr)
• Faster “sleep signal”
• More defined photoperiod closure
In practical terms:
We’re tightening the circadian signal.
Will it radically change yield? Probably not.
Will it refine plant rhythm? Possibly yes.
And importantly — it’s controlled, not excessive.
⸻
🔦 Undercanopy Lighting
This is significant in the setup.
Benefits:
• Lower bud site development
• Reduced larf
• Improved airflow
• More uniform photosynthetic distribution
In a dense canopy like yours, this matters.
The under-shots shows you good structural spacing — not suffocated.
⸻
🌿 Plant Structure & Development
All plants are:
• Strongly branching
• Aggressively stacking
• Frost levels increasing rapidly
The trained plant:
• Slightly smaller
• More guided architecture
• Same flower vigor
Defoliation response:
They bounced back as if nothing happened.
That’s a sign of:
• Strong root system
• Adequate nutrition
• Stable VPD
• No lingering stress
You can see it in posture.
Leaves are praying.
Internodes are active.
No droop.
⸻
❄️ Frost Report
Resin production is accelerating.
Macro evidence confirms:
• Early density increase
• Even coverage
• No patchiness
This stage (Week 3 Flower) is foundation frost.
Real explosion comes mid-flower.
But the signal is there.
⸻
🌡️ Driver Temperatures & Heat Consideration
Measured:
• 35.5°C
• 32.6°C
• 28.6°C
Driver heat does contribute to tent ambient load.
However:
Our canopy temp (27.9°C) suggests ventilation is compensating properly.
Watch:
• Upper canopy hotspots
• Uneven temperature zones
So far, no visible heat stress response.
⸻
🌿 Room Visual Impression
The room is full.
Not messy full.
Intentional full.
Canopy is closing.
Bud sites are forming evenly.
Structure is defined.
It looks alive.
⸻
🌱 Nectar Drip
They are on fire.
• Stacking.
• Frosting.
• Branching aggressively.
The trained one expresses structure differently, but flower quality trajectory is matching.
They are going to be large plants.
You can see it in internode strength and stem diameter.
This is not a timid run.
⸻
📅 Why We Call It Week 3 Flower
Even though report header says Week 9 from seed:
We are in:
• Week 8 from seed
• Week 3 of 12/12 flower cycle
Flower count is based on photoperiod switch, not seed age.
Clarity matters.
⸻

DogDoctorOfficial Grow Report — Nectar Drip
GrowDiaries Week 10 (Actual Week ~6–7 from Seed)
First things first, a small clarification for anyone following the diary closely.
On GrowDiaries this report appears as Week 10, but in reality the plants are around week 6–7 from seed. The reason is simple: the first entry in the diary was created during germination and no photos were uploaded at that moment, so the timeline shifted a little on the platform.
So for accuracy:
plants are currently around week 6–7 from seed and well into early flower.
Now let’s talk about what has been happening.
⸻
Quick Recap
For anyone just arriving to the diary, here’s the short version of the journey so far.
The goal of this run has always been simple:
grow healthy plants, observe them carefully, and share the process honestly.
The environment has been kept stable and relatively simple:
• 12/12 from seed
• balanced feeding schedule
• steady environmental control
• minimal intervention unless the plants ask for it
Up until now we mostly focused on guiding growth and observation, allowing the plants to express themselves naturally while keeping the canopy organized.
And they are doing exactly that.
⸻
This Week — The Garden Is Exploding
This week the girls are looking absolutely incredible.
Structure is strong.
Color is perfect.
Leaf health is excellent.
And the most exciting part:
trichomes are already everywhere.
Even at this stage the plants are starting to sparkle. Resin production is clearly ramping up and the flowers are stacking beautifully.
Height is now roughly around one meter to a little over one meter, creating a very healthy canopy without stretching out of control.
Honestly, these are beautiful specimens and a joy to watch develop.
⸻
Defoliation — Why We Did It Now
This week we performed a targeted defoliation.
This was not done because the plants were struggling or because something was wrong.
We did it by choice and by timing.
The reasoning is simple:
It is often easier and less stressful to remove certain leaves earlier in flower rather than waiting until the canopy becomes dense and airflow becomes restricted.
So we removed only what was necessary to:
• improve light penetration
• increase air movement inside the canopy
• reduce future humidity pockets
• allow the flowers to develop in a more open environment
Nothing aggressive.
Nothing excessive.
Just removing leaves that were clearly blocking key flower sites.
This kind of intervention is always a balance. Different growers prefer different approaches, but in this case it felt like the right moment to open the canopy a bit.
Now we observe how the plants respond.
⸻
First Structural Training
This week also marks the first time we applied some stronger structural training to these girls.
Until now the plants were mostly guided and allowed to develop naturally.
At this stage we introduced a bit more direction to the structure so the canopy develops evenly and future flower sites receive better light exposure.
Again, nothing extreme.
The idea is simply to help the plant organize itself for the next weeks of flowering.
The real feedback from this will come in the next report, where we will see how they react.
⸻
Environmental Conditions
The room is currently running around:
Temperature: ~28°C
Relative Humidity: ~68%
Outside conditions at the moment are:
~10°C with about 87% humidity
Considering the outside environment, we are actually very happy with how stable the room is staying.
But one thing worth mentioning:
We don’t chase room VPD numbers too aggressively.
What really matters is leaf VPD and plant response.
Plants tell the truth much better than charts do.
Right now the plants look extremely happy:
• strong leaves
• no stress signals
• steady growth
• excellent resin development
So the environment is clearly working for them.
⸻
Nutrients
Feeding remains exactly the same for now.
No changes this week.
The current nutrient schedule continues to support healthy growth and there is no reason to modify something that is clearly working.
Sometimes the best move in the garden is simply:
don’t change what isn’t broken.
⸻
Introducing a New Team Member
This week we also officially welcomed a new member to the team:
Mr. Baggy.
He has already been making appearances around the garden and many of you may have spotted him in some of the photos.
He’s now officially part of the crew and helping around the studio and garden.
Please give him a warm welcome when you see him around the diary.
He’s a cool guy and we’re happy to have him with us.
⸻
Gratitude
As always, huge appreciation to everyone who takes time to visit this diary.
To the:
• longtime followers
• new visitors
• curious growers
• supporters
• skeptics
• lovers
• haters
Everyone has a space here.
If energy crosses paths here, something is being exchanged and that always has value.
Special thanks as well to:
• the breeders behind these genetics
• the GrowDiaries platform
• the entire GD community
And of course to the sponsors supporting the project.
⸻
What To Expect Next
Over the next weeks we will mainly observe how the plants respond to the structural adjustments made this week.
Things we’ll be watching closely:
• flower stacking
• resin development
• canopy response after defoliation
• structural balance of the plants
If everything continues like this, the next weeks should be very exciting.
The girls are clearly entering the phase where the flowers start building real weight and character.
And we’ll be here documenting every step.
🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support.

📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens
All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 Nectar Drip — Week 11 (GD) | Week 5 Flower (12/12 From Seed)
🔁 Quick Recap — How We Got Here
We started this run 12/12 straight from seed, allowing each plant to express itself naturally without forcing a vegetative phase.
From the beginning, the intention was simple:
• Minimal intervention
• Let structure build organically
• Observe before acting
As the weeks progressed:
• Plants transitioned smoothly into flower
• Structure began stacking early
• Phenotypic differences became very clear
Now here we are — mid-flower, where everything starts to reveal its true character.
⸻
🌿 This Week — The Garden Speaks
This week is all about confirmation.
The plants are telling us, very clearly:
Less touch, more trust.
• Untouched plants → massive, explosive structure
• Trained plant → slower development
In a 12/12 from seed run, this is a key lesson:
👉 Plants behave as if they are already on a clock
👉 Every stress = time they don’t have
And they showed it.
⸻
❄️ Frost Report — “Queens on Frost”
What we’re seeing now is not just resin… it’s intention.
• Trichome production is fully activated
• Sugar leaves are coated
• Bud sites are stacking with visible resin heads early
This is that stage where:
You stop “hoping” for quality… and start confirming it
⸻
🌡️ Environment & Uptake
We kept everything consistent this week:
• Temps: ~28°C
• RH: ~65%
• Strategy: Leaf VPD-driven approach
• Water intake: ~1.8L per plant/day
Even slightly above “textbook” temps, the balance works because:
👉 Humidity supports transpiration
👉 Plants are actively drinking and processing
Result:
• No stress signals
• Strong metabolism
• Consistent nutrient uptake
⸻
💡 Light Intensity — Reading the Canopy
Light intensity across the canopy is currently ranging between 800 and 1500 PPFD, depending on plant size and proximity to the light. This variation is intentional — taller plants naturally sit closer to the source, receiving higher photon density, while smaller ones remain in a slightly softer zone. Rather than forcing an even canopy, we’re allowing each plant to find its own optimal exposure. The key observation this week is simple: they are loving it. No signs of light stress, no bleaching — just strong uptake, active drinking, and increased resin production. It’s a good reminder that in this stage, light is not just about intensity, but about how each plant interacts with it individually.
⸻
🍃 Defoliation — Controlled Chaos
This week we introduced defoliation.
Let’s be honest:
It went a bit deeper than planned.
But still within reason.
What we did:
• Opened inner canopy
• Improved light penetration
• Increased airflow through stacking sites
What to watch now:
• Recovery speed
• Bud swelling response over the next 3–5 days
In this style of run, defoliation is not about control —
👉 It’s about guidance without interruption
⸻
Nutrient Talk — pH Control (Lemon Kick vs pH Plus)
Let’s make this one educational.
🍋 Lemon Kick
• Organic-based pH regulator
• Naturally lowers pH
• Adds a mild buffer effect
What it is:
Gentle
More “biological-friendly”
Works well in living or semi-organic setups
What it is not:
Not instant/aggressive
Not ideal for large corrections
⸻
⚗️ pH Plus
• Mineral-based pH increaser
What it is:
Fast
Precise
Stable adjustments
What it is not:
Not organic
No added biological value
⸻
🧠 Takeaway
We’re not choosing sides — we’re using tools.
• Small corrections → Lemon Kick
• Bigger adjustments → pH Plus
Balance ideology.
⸻
🌳 Structure & Canopy
• One plant clearly dominating in size
• Others following similar stacking patterns
• Internodal spacing tightening
• Bud sites forming consistently across the canopy
Everything points to:
👉 Strong mid-flower foundation
⸻
🔮 What To Expect — Next Week
Now it gets serious.
Expect:
• Bud swelling phase to begin
• Increased density in existing sites
• Even heavier trichome production
• Possible first signs of terpene shift
Also:
👉 Plants will tell us how they felt about the defoliation
👉 This will define how much we intervene again (or not)
⸻

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 Nectar Drip — Week 12 (Week 6 Flower | 12/12 From Seed)
We’re now at Week 11/12 from seed, which in this run we define as Week 6 of flower under a true 12/12-from-seed cycle.
For anyone just joining — this entire run skipped the traditional vegetative phase. From day one, these plants were placed under 12/12 lighting, creating a growth pattern that behaves closer to autoflowers: fast decisions, no recovery windows, and every day counts.
And that’s exactly how we got here.
⸻
⚙️ Current State — Cruise Control, Maximum Awareness
At this stage, the environment is locked and stable:
* Light intensity, CO₂, EC, substrate, watering rhythm — all consistent
* Hand watering continues daily, allowing direct plant-to-grower feedback
* No major adjustments — only observation, correction if needed, and respect for the process
This is the silent phase.
Nothing dramatic… but everything important is happening.
We’re watching closely for:
* Any signs of mold or mildew
* Micro-deficiencies or excess
* Structural stress from weight and density
The room is healthy, responsive, and pushing hard.
⸻
❄️ Week 6 Flower — What’s Actually Happening
This is where things accelerate.
At Week 6 flower, the plant shifts its energy almost entirely into:
* Bud mass expansion
* Calyx swelling
* Resin (trichome) production
And it shows clearly:
* Flowers getting denser by the day
* Tighter internode stacking
* Heavy frost levels across tops and secondary sites
This phase is peak reproductive momentum.
In a 12/12-from-seed run, it feels faster because:
* No extended veg buffer
* Continuous clock since day one
* Any early efficiency compounds now
Right now — they’re efficient.
⸻
💡 Top-to-Bottom Development — The Under Canopy Effect
One of the key observations this run:
👉 Plants are finishing more evenly from top to bottom
The under-canopy lighting is driving that by:
* Feeding lower bud sites
* Reducing top-heavy maturity
* Keeping secondary flowers in pace with main colas
Result:
* More uniform ripening
* Better canopy utilization
* Less larf, more usable flower
⸻
🌿 Training vs Natural Growth — Lesson Reinforced
Clear takeaway this week:
The trained plant is:
* Smaller
* Slower
* Noticeably behind
👉 12/12 from seed does not forgive recovery time
Every training event:
* Pauses momentum
* Redirects energy into repair instead of growth
In a cycle this fast, that cost shows up directly in:
* Size
* Structure
* Final yield
Conclusion:
Less interference, more flow.
⸻
📸 Frost, Resin & Macro World
This is where the visuals take over:
* Trichome production fully active
* Sugar leaves coated
* Buds developing a textured, almost sculpted surface
Macro and focus stacking work has started.
This is the phase where the plant stops looking like a plant — and starts looking like a landscape.
⸻
🔮 What to Expect Next (Week 7 Flower)
The shift ahead is subtle but critical:
* Continued calyx swelling
* Pistils darkening and receding
* Resin heads moving toward maturity
* Aromas intensifying
This marks the start of the ripening phase.
No rushing. No overcorrection.
Maintain. Observe. Let it finish.
⸻
🤝 Gratitude — Energy Exchange
Respect to:
* GrowDiaries
* The community — OGs, new eyes, supporters, skeptics, critics
* The genetics
* The gear
* Everyone crossing paths with this run
Energy moved — this is the outcome.
⸻
👨🚀 Mr. Baggy — On Duty
Mr. Baggy is:
* On-site
* Behind the lens
* Watching everything closely
And doing a solid job at it.

DogDoctorOfficial Week 7 Flower | 12/12 From Seed
Nectar Drip — Bulk, Frost & the Quiet Finish
No drama this round. No chasing deficiencies. No heavy corrections. No unnecessary stress.
Just stable roots, stable feed, stable environment — and plants doing exactly what healthy plants are supposed to do when you stop interrupting them.
This run was built on simplicity from day one.
12/12 from seed. No veg extension. No topping. No high-stress shaping. No aggressive stripping. Just early guidance, clean structure, consistent watering, and enough light to let each plant express itself without wasting energy rebuilding from stress.
That decision shaped everything we’re seeing now.
By removing the recovery time that usually comes with topping, overtraining, or prolonged veg, these plants never had to pause and re-prioritize. They rooted, established, stretched, set flower, and transitioned directly into production mode. No detours. No wasted momentum. Just one continuous push from seed to flower.
And now, in Week 7 flower, it shows.
The canopy is heavy.
The flowers are swelling.
The resin is stacking hard.
The fade has started.
And the room is finishing with exactly the kind of top-to-bottom consistency this run was built for.
⸻
From Seed to Here — Why This Run Behaved Like It Did
This room was never pushed for speed.
It was built for continuity.
That’s the difference.
12/12 from seed changes the entire rhythm of development. Instead of forcing long vegetative expansion and then asking the plant to completely shift gears, this approach keeps the metabolism focused and directional from the start.
The plants stay efficient.
Internodes stay tighter.
Stretch stays controlled.
Energy gets allocated earlier.
And instead of building oversized frames that need correction later, the plant builds only what it intends to finish.
That’s why this room developed the way it did.
Not the biggest plants.
Not the tallest plants.
But highly efficient plants.
Compact structure.
Controlled vertical growth.
Dense flower sites.
Less wasted lower growth.
Less larf.
More usable biomass.
That efficiency is exactly why they are carrying weight now.
And because they were never heavily interrupted, resin production stayed consistent too. No major stress events, no stalled metabolism, no repeated recovery cycles. Just stable uptake, stable transpiration, and uninterrupted flower development.
That’s where the frost comes from.
Not magic. Not hype.
Consistency.
Stable roots feed stable flowers.
Stable flowers stack stable resin.
⸻
Feed Strategy — Simple, Stable, Boring (and Exactly Why It Works)
The feed is still intentionally simple, and that is the point.
At this stage, the plants are not asking for complexity.
They are asking for consistency.
So instead of overloading the root zone with ten competing inputs, the approach stays clean, predictable, and easy for the plant to process.
Current feed (per liter):
* Terra Grow — 2.5 ml/L
* Pure Zym — 1 ml/L
* Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L
* CalMag Pro — 1 ml/L
* Power Buds — 1 ml/L
* Green Sensation — 1 ml/L
That’s it.
Simple inputs. Stable ratios. No chaos in the root zone.
Why each one is here:
Terra Grow (2.5 ml/L)
Still holding the base. Even this late, a controlled amount of nitrogen matters. Enough to support photosynthesis and maintain metabolic function, but not enough to keep the plant too green or delay senescence. At this stage, it is no longer feeding growth — it is supporting function.
Pure Zym (1 ml/L)
Quietly doing the dirty work in the root zone. Enzyme support helps break down residual organic matter, keeps the substrate cleaner, improves root-zone efficiency, and helps maintain smooth uptake late into flower when consistency matters most.
Sugar Royal (1 ml/L)
Used here to support terpene expression, aroma development, and overall secondary metabolite production. Not magic in a bottle — just one more gentle nudge toward stronger expression in the final weeks.
CalMag Pro (1 ml/L)
Still important under strong lighting and consistent transpiration. At this stage it is less about “fixing deficiency” and more about maintaining transport stability, cell integrity, and keeping the plant moving cleanly through the finish.
Power Buds (1 ml/L)
Supports flower-site commitment and reinforces reproductive focus. At this point it is less about creating sites and more about helping the plant continue investing in the ones already built.
Green Sensation (1 ml/L)
This is the finisher. PK support, density support, sugar movement, and late-stage flower swelling. Right now this is one of the key drivers behind the visible bulking and weight gain.
Nothing excessive.
Nothing aggressive.
Just enough to keep the engine running clean while the plant finishes what it already decided to build.
That’s the entire strategy.
Stable EC. Stable pH. Stable uptake.
Let the plant do the rest.
⸻
Environment — Guided by Plants First, Numbers Second
This room is running warm, steady, and honest.
Around 26°C with ~60% RH, stable root-zone temperatures, consistent irrigation, and strong air exchange.
On paper, some growers will immediately point at VPD charts.
That’s fine.
But charts do not grow plants. Plants do.
Room VPD is useful. Leaf VPD is more useful.
And real plant behavior matters more than both.
The leaves are praying.
Transpiration is stable.
Uptake is stable.
Resin is building.
Flowers are swelling.
Nothing is stalling.
So the room is not judged by theory alone.
It is judged by response.
Numbers guide.
Plants decide.
And right now, the plants are very clearly saying yes.
⸻
Under Canopy Lighting — One of the Biggest Differences in This Run
This is one of the clearest upgrades in the room.
The under canopy lighting is doing exactly what it was meant to do:
keeping lower flower sites productive, reducing weak lowers, and allowing the plant to finish far more evenly from top to bottom.
That matters more now than ever.
Late flower usually exposes the weak parts of structure.
Lower sites fall behind.
Shaded flowers stay airy.
The top wins.
The bottom gets left behind.
That is not what happened here.
This room is finishing with noticeably better lower-site density, stronger mid-canopy development, and far less separation between top buds and lower buds.
Not identical — but much closer.
And that means more usable flower, more uniform ripening, and less waste at harvest.
The top still leads.
But the bottom is no longer irrelevant.
That is a major win.
⸻
What We’re Seeing Now
This is the transition every healthy flower room should earn.
The green is fading.
The fans are beginning to surrender.
Nutrients are being reallocated.
Calyxes are swelling.
Resin heads are thickening.
Aroma is deepening.
Weight is climbing.
This is not decline.
This is completion.
The fade is not a problem to correct.
It is the plant finishing on purpose.
And paired with the resin production we’re seeing now, this is exactly where these girls should be.
They are not just ripening.
They are closing.
⸻
What to Expect Next Week
Next week should be all about consolidation.
Less vertical movement.
Less new growth.
More density.
More oil.
More finish.
Expect:
* continued calyx swelling
* stronger late frost production
* deeper aroma development
* more visible fade through fans and lowers
* slower water demand as the finish approaches
* heavier flowers and firmer structure across the room
At this point, the work is mostly done.
Now it is about staying out of the way, keeping the root zone clean, keeping inputs stable, and letting the plants close properly.
No panic.
No chasing.
No overcorrection.
Just finish clean.
⸻

We’ve got much more coming as we move through the grow cycles. Trust me, you won’t want to miss the next steps, let’s push the boundaries of indoor horticulture together!
As always, this is shared for educational purposes, aiming to spread understanding and appreciation for this plant. Let’s celebrate it responsibly and continue to learn and grow together.
With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine.
💚 Growers love to all 💚
📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens
All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more.

DogDoctorOfficial Week 14 marks a special chapter for Nectar Drip. What started as a straight 12/12 from seed run has turned into one of the clearest side-by-side lessons in plant behavior this room has given us so far. Same room, same feed, same light cycle, same genetics—but two very different approaches, and now two very different outcomes.
From seed, this run was split in philosophy. One Nectar Drip was trained early and shaped by hand. The others were left almost entirely untouched—no topping, no real intervention, just leaf tucking and enough space to do their thing. That contrast became the real experiment. By now, the result is hard to ignore: in this format, under 12/12 from seed, the less we interfere, the more the plant seems willing to give back. The trained plant stayed smaller, stacked tighter, and never fully matched the natural size or output of the untouched sisters. Still beautiful, still resin-heavy, still absolutely worth growing—but clearly the most reduced expression of the group.
And that made the decision easy.
This week, the trained Nectar Drip became the chosen plant for fresh frozen. Not because it underperformed—but because it offered the perfect candidate for something different. Smaller structure, dense flower, extreme resin coverage, and a terp profile too loud to ignore made it the obvious pick to sacrifice to the wash. Rather than drying it traditionally, the whole plant was harvested and frozen immediately to preserve the volatile compounds exactly as they were on the stem. That means this one is no longer headed for jars—it is headed for ice, agitation, and eventually bubble hash.
For anyone unfamiliar with the process: “fresh frozen” means harvesting the plant and freezing it immediately after chop instead of drying and curing first. This preserves more of the volatile terpenes and allows the resin to be processed later into solventless extracts—most commonly ice water hash. In simple terms: instead of smoking this plant as flower, we freeze it now so we can wash it later and separate the trichome heads into hash. Same resin, different destination.
And if any plant in this run deserved that treatment, it was this one.
Even as the smallest of the group, it was dripping in frost from top to bottom. Thick trichome coverage, greasy heads, sticky stalks, and that unmistakable oily feel when touched—the kind of resin that tells you immediately this cultivar has extraction potential. The aroma made the decision even easier: fruit up front, skunk underneath, something creamy in the middle, and a strange almond-like edge that keeps showing up every time the flower is handled. Loud, weird, greasy, and complex—exactly the kind of profile worth preserving in fresh frozen form.
The remaining plants are still standing, and this is where the room shifts into its final phase.
At this point, the living Nectar Drips are no longer being fed in the traditional sense. This week is water only, using collected rainwater and reclaimed dehumidifier water, with a small amount of enzymes to help break down remaining organics in the root zone. No more push. No more force. Just clean hydration, natural fade, and enough biological support to keep the substrate active while the plants finish at their own pace. It is the final reduction phase now—less input, more observation.
And the plants are responding exactly the way they should.
Fade is accelerating across the room now, and this is the kind of late-flower senescence we want to see. Fans are pulling color, chlorophyll is retreating, and the plants are beginning to cannibalize what remains in reserve. This is not deficiency panic—it is end-of-life behavior. The engine is shutting down naturally. Energy is no longer going into leaf production or structural growth. Everything is being redirected toward resin, ripening, and final flower maturation.
Morphologically, that means the stretch is long over and the architecture is locked. What we are seeing now is finish work. Calyxes will continue to swell. Bracts should tighten. Resin heads will continue shifting from clear to cloudy. Aromatics will intensify. Leaf mass will continue fading back. Water uptake will begin slowing. The flowers are no longer building size the way they did two weeks ago—they are building finish.
And that finish is already obvious.
Buds across all remaining plants are dense, compact, and far heavier than their frame suggests. The untouched plants especially proved the point this run has been hinting at from the start: in this style of cultivation, less handling allowed for stronger vertical development, better natural structure, and ultimately more productive flowering sites. No topping, no recovery, no unnecessary stress—just uninterrupted forward motion. The difference is visible now in both size and final output.
What happens next is simple: patience.
There is no hard harvest date yet, and there does not need to be. From here forward, timing belongs to the trichomes. Right now, heads are mostly cloudy with very little amber present, which means we are entering the harvest window—but not fully inside it yet. Clear means early. Cloudy means peak THC. Amber means degradation begins shifting the effect. Until those heads begin showing the level of amber we want, these plants stay standing.
So now we wait, watch, and let them decide.
The room is loud. The flowers are greasy. Frost is everywhere. The fade is beautiful. The smell is ridiculous. Fruit, skunk, cream, funk, and something strangely nutty underneath. Sticky, oily, loud, and getting louder by the day.
Nectar Drip has been a special one.
Big respect to TICAL and Zamnesia for this collaboration—this cultivar has been loud, unique, and unforgettable from start to finish. Huge thanks as always to everyone following along, whether you have been here since day one or just landed in the diary this week. To the regulars, the silent watchers, the growers, the learners, the curious ones, the supporters, the skeptics, the OGs, the new faces, the lovers and the haters—thank you for being part of the ride. Big love to GrowDiaries for giving growers a place to document the process, and respect to every sponsor and supporter helping keep this garden moving.
One plant went to the freezer.
The rest are headed for the finish line.

DogDoctorOfficial # Tical x Zamnesia — Nectar Drip 🍯💧 | Harvest Report
This one feels special.
Not only because Nectar Drip is a collaboration between Tical and Zamnesia, and not only because this was a limited edition pack that we were lucky enough to get our hands on… but because this entire run had personality from the beginning until the very last cut.
And now?
Harvest time.
Last week, we froze the smallest plant immediately after harvest for future washing and extraction work. We will talk much deeper about that process later on when the time comes, because there is already enough happening in this report alone. For now, she rests quietly in the freezer waiting for her next transformation.
This week belongs to the other girls.
The remaining plants are now officially harvested.
And honestly… wow.
Dense.
Compact.
Heavy.
Greasy.
Colorful.
Beautifully faded.
These flowers finished exactly the way we hoped they would.
The trichomes are right where I personally love to harvest my medicine:
- around 80% cloudy,
- a small touch of amber,
- a few still transitioning from clear into cloudy.
For me, this is the sweet spot.
This is where the plant feels the most “alive” in effect and expression. The majority of the trichome heads have matured fully, but the profile still keeps that brightness, complexity, and energy before moving too deeply into degradation.
If harvested too early:
- many trichomes are still immature,
- cannabinoid development is incomplete,
- effects can feel unfinished or sharp.
If harvested too late:
- more cannabinoids begin degrading,
- THC slowly converts over time into compounds like CBN,
- effects often become heavier, sleepier, and more sedative.
And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with harvesting later if that is what someone prefers, this specific window is personally where I feel the flower expresses itself best for my own medicinal and recreational preference.
That is the beautiful part of growing:
everyone eventually develops their own relationship with harvest timing.
There is no single perfect answer.
There is only observation, intention, and preference.
And these girls were speaking very clearly.
The fade across the leaves was incredible this week. Deep yellows, pale greens, dark fading edges, purples, reds hiding in places the camera barely captures properly. You can almost feel the plant redistributing everything it has left into the flowers before the end.
Even the structure itself became fascinating near harvest.
When we cut into the stems, the inside looked almost like a tiny tree trunk. Huge vascular channels running through the middle, thick supportive tissue, massive water transport systems that carried these flowers through their entire life cycle.
You could feel it physically during harvest.
This was not like cutting a soft plant anymore.
It genuinely felt like cutting small trees.
And honestly, the stem thickness explains a lot about the flowers themselves:
dense structure,
heavy tops,
excellent water transport,
strong support,
healthy development.
The genetics clearly had strength behind them.
The flowers themselves are absolutely covered.
At some points, the sugar leaves are literally curling and twisting under the sheer amount of trichome coverage. Any connoisseur looking at these buds up close immediately understands what they are looking at.
Top shelf flower.
No hype needed.
The plant speaks for herself.
The F.O.G. LED setup continues to impress more and more every run too. The flower quality under these lights has been genuinely outstanding. Resin production, density, coloration, structure, frost expression — everything feels elevated. It really does feel like we are watching part of the future of indoor cultivation unfold in real time.
Of course, before harvest we had to bring these girls into the studio one final time.
And honestly… they were amazing models. 😄
We shot:
- dark dramatic portraits,
- bright detailed flower shots,
- macro closeups,
- studio photographs,
- behind-the-scenes moments,
- live videos,
- and a huge amount of focus-stacked macro photography.
Some of the photographs became entire projects by themselves.
For anyone curious about the “photo stacked” images:
those are not single photographs.
They are multiple photos merged together at different focus distances to create one final image with extreme detail and depth. Some stacks here used:
- 103 photos,
- 110 photos,
- 171 photos,
- 201 photos,
- all the way up to 226 merged frames.
The process takes patience:
shooting,
sorting,
merging,
aligning,
correcting,
editing,
balancing colors,
recovering detail,
and then refining the final image carefully.
But the result is worth it.
You start seeing the flower almost like another world:
individual trichome heads,
resin textures,
tiny color transitions,
leaf structures,
amber glands,
frost patterns,
details the naked eye simply cannot fully appreciate in real time.
And the colors on this Nectar Drip are honestly stunning.
Greens.
Lime tones.
Deep forest shades.
Purples.
Yellows.
Reds.
Silver frost.
Orange pistils.
Some shots leaned into darker cinematic moods, others pushed colorful vibrant expressions. We experimented a little and allowed the flowers to show different personalities depending on light, background, and mood.
Now the plants are hanging peacefully.
Because of their size and density, we could not hang everything as entire full plants. Instead, we divided them into grouped branches for drying. They now rest in controlled conditions for the next week or two while we monitor:
- humidity,
- drying speed,
- aroma development,
- branch flexibility,
- and overall curing preparation.
No rushing now.
Harvest is not the finish line.
Drying is part of the grow too.
And honestly, sometimes it is one of the most important parts.
We also included some video updates because certain things simply cannot be fully captured in photos alone:
the way the flowers move,
how the colors react in real light,
the depth of the frost,
the density,
the atmosphere around the plant itself.
The room felt calm this week.
That strange calm after harvest where the work is technically done, but another important phase quietly begins.
And next week?
Next week will probably be the trimming and smoke review report.
That is why we separated the reports into stages instead of forcing everything into one massive update. There are simply too many details, too many moments, too much material, and too much beauty in this run to rush through it carelessly.
This harvest deserved time.
And before ending this report, as always:
Thank you.
To Zamnesia.
To Tical.
To Plagron.
To F.O.G.
To LumifloraTo the gear.
To the platform.
To the community.
To the longtime followers and OGs.
To the new people stopping by out of curiosity.
To the supporters.
To the skeptics.
To the silent viewers.
To the haters too honestly 😄
To everyone who spent even a few seconds here with us.
If someone stopped scrolling long enough to share this moment with us, then they deserve a little gratitude and a little love in return.
This run was beautiful from beginning to end.
And somehow… I still feel the story is not fully finished yet. 🌱

DogDoctorOfficial ✂️🍯 Tical x Zamnesia — Nectar Drip | Drying & Trimming Report 🍯✂️
And… we are back again 😄
Yes — we are dividing the reports once more.
At this point it is probably becoming part of the diary itself, but honestly, there is simply too much happening during these runs to compress everything into one giant update without losing important moments along the way.
So thank you for the patience.
And welcome back to the next chapter of our Nectar Drip journey:
the drying,
the trimming,
the resin collecting,
the temple balls,
and the beginning of the cure.
🌱 Quick Recap
For anyone arriving only now:
This run was grown from seed under 12/12 lighting from the beginning.
No long vegetative phase.
No giant training sessions.
No massive shaping.
Just letting the genetics express themselves naturally while observing:
- structure,
- morphology,
- resin production,
- flower behavior,
- and overall cultivar personality.
Last week reflected the harvest itself:
- trichome maturity,
- fading colors,
- hanging branches,
- macro photography,
- stem structure,
- and final harvest observations.
One of the smaller plants was frozen immediately after harvest for future washing and extraction work, which we will still cover in a dedicated future update once we complete the washing process properly.
But this week?
This week belongs to the dry flowers.
And honestly…
these girls became something beautiful.
Drying Process
The flowers dried for roughly 10 days under controlled conditions:
- approximately 18–20°C
- around 60% RH
- with the first couple of days closer to 45% RH to help release initial surface moisture safely
This part matters far more than many people realize.
Drying is not simply:
“waiting until the plant becomes dry.”
It is controlled moisture migration.
The outside of the flower always dries first.
The inside stays wetter longer.
And the goal is slowing that process down enough for:
- chlorophyll breakdown,
- smoother smoke,
- terpene preservation,
- proper moisture redistribution,
- and stable curing afterward.
Dry too fast?
The outside crisps while the inside traps moisture.
Dry too slowly?
Risk increases:
- mold,
- anaerobic conditions,
- terpene degradation,
- unstable cure.
These Nectar Drip girls dried beautifully.
Dense flowers.
Excellent structure.
No rushed drying.
No hay smell.
No collapse.
Just slow clean progression.
And when the branches finally gave that satisfying “click” instead of bending…
we knew it was time 😄
✂️ Trimming Time
So:
gloves on,
trim bin ready,
studio lights running,
music playing quietly in the background,
Mr. Baggy supervising operations as always 😄
…and branch by branch, the process began.
We trimmed entirely by hand using Zamnesia curved-point scissors.
And honestly, these scissors became one of our favorite trimming tools.
The pointed curved tip allows:
- deeper precision,
- cleaner access between calyxes,
- easier sugar leaf removal,
- less accidental flower damage,
- and better control overall on dense compact flowers.
Especially important on cultivars like this one.
Because Nectar Drip became DENSE.
Not airy.
Not fluffy.
Proper compact greasy flowers.
The kind that fight back while trimming 😄
Every branch had to be broken down carefully:
- separating buds individually,
- removing excess leaf material,
- preserving flower shape,
- protecting trichome coverage,
- and trying not to spend half the trimming session glued to the scissors.
And yes…
the resin production here was honestly ridiculous.
🖤 Resin Everywhere
This cultivar is oily.
Not just frosty visually.
Oily physically.
The gloves became coated quickly.
The scissors accumulated thick dark resin constantly.
The trim bin slowly filled with golden material underneath.
And every few minutes we found ourselves scraping resin from:
- gloves,
- scissors,
- fingers,
- and tools.
That sticky dark material eventually became beautiful little temple balls.
And honestly?
The way this resin behaved says a lot about the quality of the cultivar.
Some resin stays dry and crumbly.
This one softened almost instantly with minimal heat.
Just body temperature alone was enough to:
- soften,
- bind,
- darken,
- and become workable.
Extremely greasy resin.
Extremely rich trichome expression.
The little temple balls became:
dark,
soft,
sticky,
shiny,
and incredibly aromatic.
Beautiful medicine already before even curing properly.
🏆 Final Dry Numbers
And now the final flower numbers for the dried plants:
🌱 337.3 grams dry flower
Plus:
the frozen material resting in the freezer for future washing and extraction work.
And honestly?
Very happy with these numbers.
Especially considering:
- the quality,
- density,
- resin production,
- flower structure,
- and the overall level of expression these girls delivered.
This was not “big yield but average flower.”
This was genuinely high-quality medicine.
📦 Storage & Beginning The Cure
After trimming:
the flowers were placed into glass jars for curing.
The temple balls also rest curing slowly inside glass.
And now another important phase begins:
time.
Because curing changes everything.
Terpenes settle.
Moisture equalizes.
Harshness fades.
Aromas deepen.
Smoke smooths out.
The cultivar slowly reveals its final personality.
And honestly?
This Nectar Drip already smells incredible.
Sweet.
Creamy.
Fruity.
Almonds.Dark.
Warm.
Slightly candy-like.
With this deep resinous backend that keeps evolving every day.
The room smelled unbelievable during trimming.
At some moments it genuinely felt like opening:
fruit candy,
fuel,
cream,
and warm resin all at once.
Very unique profile.
Very memorable.
📸 Documentation & Studio Sessions
Of course, we documented almost everything:
- trimming time-lapses,
- resin collection,
- temple ball formation,
- close-up flower shots,
- drying branches,
- sticky gloves,
- macro details,
- cinematic studio moments,
- and behind-the-scenes chaos 😄
Because honestly…
these moments matter too.
A grow diary becomes more than just showing finished buds after enough weeks.
It becomes documentation:
- of process,
- mistakes,
- lessons,
- atmosphere,
- obsession,
- patience,
- and passion.
And this run definitely carried all of that.
⏳ What Comes Next?
Next update will probably become the final chapter:
- curing review,
- smoke report,
- terpene evolution,
- effect profile,
- overall strain impressions,
- and our honest final thoughts about this Tical x Zamnesia collaboration after living with the medicine properly.
And honestly…
we are extremely excited for that one.
Because this cultivar already feels very special.
🙏 Final Thanks
And as always…
thank you.
To Zamnesia.
To Tical.
To Plagron.
To F.O.G.
To Lumiflora.
To the gear.
To the platform.
To the supporters.
To the silent followers.
To the OGs still here since day one.
To the curious new visitors.
To the people learning quietly in the background.
To the skeptics.
To the lovers.
To the haters too 😄
And to everybody who stopped scrolling long enough to spend even a few moments here with us.
That alone deserves gratitude.
This collaboration genuinely feels special.
And honestly…
I still feel like Nectar Drip has one more beautiful chapter left before this journey fully ends.

Tical x Zamnesia — Nectar Drip | Strain Review
Rating: 20/10
(Yes… we know the limit is 10 )
Sometimes a cultivar finishes a run and you simply say:
“Yeah, that was good.”
And sometimes…
a cultivar leaves a memory behind.
Nectar Drip did that.
This was not just another plant in the tent.
This was one of those rare runs where everything slowly aligns:
- the structure,
- the resin,
- the smell,
- the cure,
- the smoke,
- the effect,
- the personality,
- and even the emotional connection you develop with the flowers while growing them.
And honestly?
This one hurt a little when it ended
Grow Experience
We ran Nectar Drip under 12/12 from seed from day one.
No long veg.
No extreme training.
No giant manipulation.
Just allowing the cultivar to naturally express itself while observing what it wanted to become.
And it performed beautifully.
The plants stayed:
- compact,
- manageable,
- structurally strong,
- and incredibly flower-focused.
By flower, they became dense little monsters.
Not giant in height.
But absolutely giant in presence.
The branches thickened heavily.
The flowers stacked hard.
The resin production became ridiculous.
And the fade at the end?
Beautiful.
Deep yellows.
Greens.
Purples.
Reds.
Silver frost everywhere.
One of those plants you genuinely stop and stare at during late flower.
Resin Production
This thing is greasy.
Not “looks frosty on Instagram” greasy.
Actually greasy.
The kind of plant that:
- glues scissors together,
- coats gloves,
- leaves resin strings behind,
- and creates finger hash almost accidentally while trimming.
The trim bin became a treasure chest.
The finger hash and temple balls became:
- dark,
- oily,
- sticky,
- aromatic,
- and incredibly reactive to even small amounts of heat.
This cultivar clearly has exceptional resin traits.
Not only quantity.
Quality too.
And honestly?
It made us regret not taking cuts
Terpenes & Aroma
This is where Nectar Drip became special for us personally.
The smell evolved massively during cure.
Fresh flower was already loud:
- sweet,
- fruity,
- creamy,
- warm,
- slightly candy-like.
But after a month and a half of curing?
Completely different level.
The final profile became:
- creamy sweetness,
- tropical fruit,
- woody warmth,
- nutty almond-like notes,
- slight earthy depth,
- rich resin,
- and this very unique warm exotic character difficult to fully describe.
There is almost something “vacation-like” about it
Like:
- warm islands,
- tropical evenings,
- beaches,
- sunsets,
- fruit stands,
- warm air.
And the almond note became one of the most unique parts of the profile for us personally.
Very memorable.
Very recognizable.
Very expressive.
Smoke Quality
Outstanding.
Truly outstanding.
Soft inhale.
Soft exhale.
No throat aggression.
No harsh edges.
No chemical taste.
No roughness.
Just smooth rich flavorful smoke from beginning to end.
The type of smoke that immediately tells you:
“Okay… this flower was dried and cured properly.”
Even early into cure this cultivar smoked beautifully.
But after extended curing?
It became luxurious.
Effects
This is probably one of the strongest parts of Nectar Drip.
Because the balance here is excellent.
The effect feels:
- euphoric,
- cerebral,
- emotionally warm,
- social,
- uplifting,
- relaxing physically,
- yet mentally active.
You feel calm…
but not sleepy.
Relaxed…
but not disconnected.
Happy…
without becoming overwhelming.
This is not couch-lock medicine for us personally.
In fact, this is the type of cultivar we would choose for:
- conversations,
- social settings,
- music,
- nature,
- creative sessions,
- beach walks,
- sunsets,
- gaming,
- laughing,
- good company,
- and simply enjoying life a little slower.
Very functional.
Very enjoyable.
Very easy to love.
Final Thoughts
Honestly?
This is one of those cultivars that reminds you why you grow in the first place.
Not for hype.
Not for numbers.
Not for social media.
But for moments.
For jars you keep opening just to smell again
For flowers you remember months later.
For the feeling of:
“Damn… this one was special.”
Huge respect to:
Tical × Zamnesia
Because this collaboration genuinely delivered.
No exaggeration needed.
The plant speaks for herself.
Would we grow it again?
Immediately
Would we recommend it?
Absolutely.
Would we preserve cuts next time?
Without hesitation
This cultivar earned its place in memory permanently.
And honestly…
20/10 still somehow feels too low.

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱🍯 Tical x Zamnesia — Nectar Drip | Cure & Smoke Report 🍯🌱
And here we are.
The final chapter.
Well… kind of 😄
Because if you followed this diary from the beginning, you already know by now that these reports have a habit of multiplying into several parts. So first of all:
sorry 😄
But honestly, there was simply too much happening during this run to compress everything into one giant update without losing important moments along the way.
And this final report matters.
Because this is where everything comes together:
- the seed,
- the environment,
- the genetics,
- the drying,
- the trimming,
- the curing,
- the patience,
- and finally…
the smoke itself.
For anyone only arriving now:
everything from germination until harvest was documented throughout the previous weeks in detail.
This final report is the complete closing reflection:
our honest experience with Nectar Drip after living with the medicine properly.
🌱 From Seed To Finished Medicine
This run started under a 12/12-from-seed cycle from day one.
No long vegetative period.
No giant training sessions.
No massive canopy manipulation.
Just allowing the genetics to express themselves naturally while observing:
- structure,
- resin production,
- flower formation,
- terpene evolution,
- morphology,
- and overall cultivar personality.
And honestly?
These girls impressed us almost the entire way through.
Compact plants.
Fast flowering behavior.
Dense stacking.
Strong lateral support.
Heavy trichome coverage.
Beautiful late fade.
Excellent flower-to-leaf ratio.
Outstanding resin production.
And by harvest?
They truly became something special.
One of the plants was frozen immediately after harvest for future washing and extraction work, which we will still return to later on once the fresh frozen process is completed properly.
The remaining plants continued through:
- controlled drying,
- hand trimming,
- curing,
- and final evaluation.
Final dry cured manicured flower numbers came to:
🌱 337.3 grams
Plus:
the fresh frozen material still resting for future washing and extraction work.
And honestly?
For a 12/12-from-seed run with this level of quality, resin, density, and expression…
very happy.
Very very happy.
? The Cure
After drying for roughly 10 days under controlled conditions:
- approximately 18–20°C
- around 60% RH
- with slightly lower humidity during the first couple of days to help remove initial surface moisture safely
…the flowers moved into glass jars for curing.
And this part matters deeply.
Because harvest is not the finish line.
Curing is where the flower slowly finishes becoming itself.
The flowers were cured for well over a month and a half before we felt comfortable properly evaluating them.
And honestly?
Even from day one they already smelled incredible.
But time transformed them.
The aroma became:
deeper,
rounder,
smoother,
warmer,
more layered,
and much more expressive.
During the first curing phase we burped the jars regularly:
- opening them briefly,
- allowing gas exchange,
- checking moisture stability,
- monitoring aroma evolution,
- and making sure the internal humidity remained balanced.
Thankfully, everything stabilized beautifully.
No excess moisture.
No hay smell.
No instability.
Just clean slow curing.
And honestly, there is something special about opening a properly cured jar after weeks of patience.
The smell no longer feels “fresh plant.”
It smells like the cultivar finally introducing itself properly.
🔥 Smoke Review
And now…
the important part 😄
This medicine is beautiful.
Truly beautiful.
The smoke is exceptionally smooth.
Soft inhale.
Soft exhale.
No harshness.
No aggressive throat burn.
No uncomfortable heaviness.
Just creamy, rich, flavorful smoke.
And the terpene profile became incredibly interesting after cure.
There is:
- sweetness,
- fruit,
- creamy warm notes,
- slight woody depth,
- resinous undertones,
- and this very unique almond-like note sitting somewhere in the middle of everything.
Almost roasted.
Almost nutty.
Almost dessert-like.
And honestly?
There are moments where I personally almost convince myself there are slight coffee-like notes hiding in there too… but that part might genuinely just be my brain trying to create connections 😄
But the almond note?
Absolutely present.
And combined with the sweetness, fruits, warm resin, and creamy backend, the whole experience becomes very unique.
There is also something tropical happening here.
Not necessarily pineapple specifically…
but something that mentally transports you somewhere warm:
- islands,
- beaches,
- ocean air,
- late sunsets,
- tropical fruit stands,
- warm evenings.
Very expressive medicine.
Very “alive” feeling.
🧠⚡ Effects
The effects are honestly one of the strongest parts of this cultivar.
Relaxing…
yet cerebral.
Body comfort…
yet mentally active.
You feel calm physically, but your mind stays bright, social, creative, and awake.
This is not a “lights out” cultivar for us personally.
In fact, if someone wants sleep?
This probably would not be our first recommendation 😄
Because this medicine keeps the conversation going.
It feels:
uplifting,
euphoric,
social,
creative,
emotionally warm,
and mentally stimulating without becoming overwhelming.
Very balanced.
Very functional.
Very enjoyable.
The type of medicine that works beautifully for:
- conversations,
- walks,
- music,
- art,
- social moments,
- nature,
- relaxing evenings,
- creative sessions,
- and simply feeling good without becoming disconnected.
And honestly?
The longer cure made everything even more refined.
The effect became smoother.
The flavor became rounder.
The smoke became softer.
The entire experience matured beautifully.
🍯 Temple Balls & Resin
Now we also need to talk about the resin itself.
Because Nectar Drip produces gorgeous resin.
Not just visually frosty.
Actually greasy.
The kind of cultivar that leaves:
- gloves coated,
- scissors glued,
- fingers sticky,
- and trim bins full of golden material.
The resin collected during trimming eventually became small temple balls cured separately inside glass.
And honestly?
Beautiful.
Dark.
Oily.
Soft.
Sticky.
Aromatic.
Rich.
The concentrated version of the flower profile itself.
Everything the flower expresses…
just intensified.
And the texture says a lot about the quality of the trichome heads here.
Very workable resin.
Very reactive to heat.
Very greasy behavior.
Extremely satisfying material to work with.
🙏 About The Collaboration
And honestly…
huge respect to Tical and Zamnesia for this collaboration.
Because this did not feel like a “hype-only” release.
The genetics genuinely performed.
And that matters.
This collaboration combined:
24K Gold Fangs × Apple Fritter
And the result honestly feels like both sides contributed something valuable:
- resin,
- density,
- sweetness,
- complexity,
- color,
- structure,
- and effect balance.
We were also incredibly fortunate to even get our hands on one of these limited packs:
#268 out of only 750 released.
And honestly?
Very grateful we did.
Because this cultivar absolutely earned its place in the garden.
📸 Documentation & Final Thoughts
This run became huge in documentation:
- macro photography,
- focus stacking,
- studio sessions,
- harvest videos,
- trimming time lapses,
- resin collection,
- cinematic portraits,
- drying updates,
- curing progression,
- and all the little behind-the-scenes moments in between.
Some of the focus-stacked macros alone became entire projects by themselves:
100+,
170+,
200+ merged images to create single final photographs.
And honestly…
that process reflects the grow itself:
slow,
patient,
detailed,
obsessive,
careful,
and built with love.
🌱 Final Thank You
And before closing this chapter properly…
thank you.
To Tical.
To Zamnesia.
To Plagron.
To F.O.G.
To Lumiflora.
To the platform.
To the gear.
To the followers.
To the silent supporters.
To the OGs still here.
To the new people arriving now.
To the curious observers.
To the skeptics.
To the haters too 😄
To everyone who spent even a few moments following this journey with us.
A grow diary slowly becomes more than just growing plants.
It becomes:
documentation,
memory,
learning,
art,
routine,
community,
and shared time.
And honestly…
this Nectar Drip run gave us a little bit of all of that.
This chapter closes here.
But somehow…
I still feel like these girls are not completely finished telling their story yet. 🌱🍯
🌿 Effects — Positives & Negatives 🌿
Honestly… this is one of those cultivars where it becomes genuinely difficult for us to find negative effects.
And we always try to stay honest in these reviews.
The only consistent “negative” we personally noticed?
Dry mouth 😄
But honestly, that comes with cannabis in general and especially with very resinous flavorful flowers like these.
Apart from that?
Nothing negative stood out for us personally.
No paranoia.
No anxious racing thoughts.
No uncomfortable heaviness.
No dry irritated eyes.
No mental fog.
No overwhelming sedation.
No “stuck on the couch unable to function” feeling.
Just a very balanced, warm, uplifting experience.
And honestly, this is where Nectar Drip became really special for us.
Because while the effect is relaxing physically…
it still keeps the mind active,
social,
creative,
giggly,
and emotionally light.
You feel calmer…
but still alive.
And for people dealing with:
- stress,
- anxiety,
- emotional exhaustion,
- low mood,
- or simply the weight of everyday life…
this type of cultivar can feel incredibly comforting.
Not because it “turns your brain off.”
But because it softens the sharp edges without removing your personality.
You still want to:
- talk,
- laugh,
- eat,
- listen to music,
- go outside,
- enjoy company,
- and experience things.
And yes…
the munchies are REAL here 😄
That creamy fruity sweetness mixed with those warm nutty almond-like notes somehow makes the entire experience feel even more appetite-opening.
You smell it…
and suddenly snacks start sounding like an amazing idea 😄
It is comforting medicine.
Happy medicine.
The type of flower that gently pulls you back toward enjoying simple moments again.
And honestly?
That alone makes this cultivar something special.
Sending love to everyone still here following along this journey.
Take care of yourselves.
Take care of each other.
And thank you for sharing another beautiful run with us. 🌱🍯
