All seeds soaked overnight in a glass of water at 22Β° ... 24 hours later, the soaked seeds were switched to wet paper towels ... another 24 hours later, all seeds are open except for the "Passion Fruitz" from Zamnesia Seeds, which needs a bit more time.
As soon as the seed shells have split, the newly emerging seedlings go into the seedling soil and into the "Starter Box" 3D-printed by a colleague ... 1 day later, the first seedlings break through the soil, and another day later, almost all have made it π ...

LennyBriscoe Okay, the little plants have moved into their final pots .. unfortunately, during this critical first VEG week, I lost two strains irretrievably, as I only had one single seed of each .. π’ .. "Passion Fruitz Auto" and "Wedding Crasher Auto," both from Zamnesia Seeds, are no longer with us.
The former ultimately succumbed to its extremely hard seed coat that it couldn't shed and died .. however, the seedling from "Wedding Crasher Auto" displayed a peculiarity that I had never seen before:
After it successfully shed its seed coat, both cotyledons opened up and then ..... there was a long pause .. still nothing days later .. and ultimately .. growth just stopped, and I had to accept that I wouldn't get to see this beautiful plant either .. really a shame, I had high hopes for both plants.
What was strange, though, is the fact that after the cotyledons opened up, there was simply no ability to form the next pair of leaves!
Please write in the comments if something like this has happened to you too .. what conclusion did you come to about where this defect comes from .. which seed bank was affected for you???

LennyBriscoe After having to deal with two losses, I decided to add 2x "Dark Devil Auto" from Sweet Seeds and 1x "Lemon Cherry Gelato Auto" from Zamnesia, all three of which are now sprouting in their final pot.
One "Dark Devil" didn't make it, but the other seedling is doing much better.
By the end of the week, the different genetics of the strains will be clearly visible... The most developed one is... surprise: "Titan F1 Auto"... π...
