TerpToad Kritikal Bilbo Auto completes my autoflower lineup for this run. I plan on growing this strain outdoors next summer and wanted to give it a go beforehand. I am expecting a robust plant and oldschool citrus and hashish terps

TerpToad Since I had to leave early for christmas my seedlings had to rely on the AutoPots at a far to early stage, but despite the struggle this Kritikal Bilbo survived and is now showing healthy new growth! I am curious about her maturity and how long she has till the begin of flower since she is so tiny in week 3. but for now she gets her hard earned chance to grow!

TerpToad Not as much growth as I hoped during the last week, but no signs of preflower so far either, so this Kritikal Bilbo still got some time. Some leafes show signs of mutation/variegation, I hope it doesnt have a negative effect on her growth. Since I got the space in my tent right now I will let her move on

TerpToad With every further week I feel more confident in this plant :) She still gets mutated leaves now and then, but otherwise she looks healthy. I removed two fanleaves to give light to the lower branches, but dont dare to train her any further since I cant predict when she will go into flower. Later on this week I will add some BioBloom to the soil.

TerpToad I can now say with confidence that this Kritikal Bilbo bounced back after a rough start! I removed some leaves and she thanked my within days by pushing out sidebranches and forming a bushy cannopy. Hoping for some stretching now to make a full size plant afterall!

TerpToad Since she is clearly stretching, I decided this marks week one of flower. The overall structure is amazing, I am glad I have this little stunted seedling a fair chance! At the beginning of this week I topwatered once with BioEnhancer.

TerpToad Great stretch so far, many sidebranches are reaching for the top of the canopy to form some nice buds. With most plants I wait with lollipopping and defoliation and train after the stretch, bud the sidebranching was so out of hands that I wanted to remove some smaller shoots in favor of the stronger branches. Apart from that the first buds are appearing and she is arriving in flower.

TerpToad May the bulking begin! Last week the Kritikal Bilbo was still gaining some height. Now she looks like her stacking and stretching is complete, and I expect strong bud growth in this week. The stacking on some of the branches turned out beautiful, I hope she will manage to fill out some branches completly with buds. Her flowers dont smell much yet, but when rubbing her stems a lemony old school hash smell fills my growroom. Wonderfull!

TerpToad There are buds everywhere! Her yield potencial is pretty obvious by now. I am super happy with the stacking on some of the branches. Even though its been ten weeks by now and she might need another four, this plant gets all the time in the world

TerpToad The buds are gaining weight - a bit slower than anticipated, but clearly progress. Some deficiancys started showing, I hope I countered them by adjusting the pH of the reservoir down to 6,5. Apart from that there isnt much to do or tell, just waiting for thick buds and milky trichomes.

TerpToad A bit less bud growth than I hoped for, but the ripening seems to Happen quite fast. I will start watching my trichomes by the end of this week. I moved her out of the AutoPot base since I wanted to get my photoperiods hooked up to the system. I will continuing to water by hand and will lower the amount of water getting closer to harvest.

This plant was a real fighter. She pulled through a botched seedling stage and still yielded 70 Grams without any training. I have a feeling that there is an even greater yield potential, since the buds stayed rather small.

TerpToad A bit longer growth time due to stress early on. She recovered great and showed off her genetic potential. Real nice earthy citrus aroma with some diesel terps. Solid strain!

Hi I see your plants aren't doing too badly. However, I also see a significant calcium and magnesium deficiency. I see you're using Calmag. But as you can see, it's not helping at all. Have you ever tried dolomitic lime? You should try it. 1/2 teaspoon in the small pots. 1 tablespoon when you transplant into your larger pots. Then 1 teaspoon when you switch to flowering. Hope this helps. Happy growing!

@RicoGrow, thank you for the advice! I get some deficiancys with my autos most of the time, I guess its because I use less of the GreenHouse Feeding than with my photos, and the fertilizer contains calmag as well. Right now I use a mg supplement, but I will switch to dolomitic lime in the future and use the liquid mg for short term intervention

Hello, Yes, and especially during the flowering stage, the deficiency becomes visible as early as two weeks, and that's precisely when the plant needs it most. If it's an autoflowering variety, you can grind the lime and mix it into your potting soil. Or, if you prefer granulated lime, add one tablespoon per 10 liters of potting soil. If you solve this problem, your plant will reward you.
the end.
