Hempcules WEEK 1
I’m kicking things off here with a Permanent Marker Automatic from Autoseeds. I haven’t tested anything from this breeder before, so I’m really curious.
I germinated the seed between damp paper towels, and after just 1.5 days it had cracked open and the first little root was visible. I then placed the seed straight into its 9L final pot filled with Plagron Lightmix.

Hempcules WEEK 2
Everything is running smoothly so far. The plant is growing at a healthy pace.
I kept my light at 200 PPFD this week, and I’ve only been watering with a spray bottle.

Hempcules WEEK 4
This week went very well again. Toward the end of the week, I topped her so that 10 side shoots remain. Other than that, I haven’t planned any training and I’m hoping for a nicely compact, bushy plant. She’s growing healthy and strong, with no issues at all. I’m already looking forward to the start of flowering. 🙂

Hempcules WEEK 5
This Permanent Marker is growing insanely well. She responded beautifully to the topping and is currently developing a nicely bushy structure. It honestly couldn’t be going any better. Toward the end of the week I already spotted the first pistils. Now I’m curious to see how the stretch will turn out. So far, I’m absolutely blown away by this Autoseeds strain. This looks like some really solid work.

Hempcules WEEK 6
This Permanent Marker is growing exceptionally well. She started flowering early, which actually fits her overall performance. She’s developed a nice, bushy structure and strong branches. Right now she’s in her stretch phase, though it’s still fairly moderate. I’m excited to see how she progresses in the coming weeks.

Hempcules WEEK 7
The second week of flowering continued to go insanely well. The plant has gained a bit of height while keeping its nicely bushy shape. Several strong shoots have developed, and they’re now set to pack tightly together with the forming buds. She’s growing at an incredible pace without a single issue—something I’ve rarely seen to this extent. I defoliated a little bit by the end of the week. Truly a wonderful experience with this Permanent Marker from Autoseeds. Love to watch her grow.

Hempcules WEEK 8
This week went moderately well for my Permanent Marker. She’s still showing a bit of nutrient deficiency, but overall she’s growing nicely and getting tall. She’s now over 70 cm, which isn’t bad at all considering her bushy structure. I also did some light defoliation in the lower area. I’m hoping to get the nutrient situation sorted out soon and I’m looking forward to some chunky flowers.

Hempcules WEEK 9
This week went pretty well for my plant. I had some minor issues with nutrient supply, but things seem to be stabilizing now. I defoliated the lower part of the plant again because there’s quite limited space in my tent. I’m now watering with nutrient solution twice and then once with plain water so I don’t run into a deficiency again.

Hempcules WEEK 10
Things are going well with my plant so far. The stretch seems to be mostly over, and the buds are starting to gain volume and develop more aroma. The first trichomes are already visible on the flowers, and you can even notice a slight taste. The plant is getting a lot of fertilizer by now, but it seems to need it.

Hempcules WEEK 11
Things are still going quite well with my plant. It was defoliated a bit again during the week and continues to receive mainly nutrient water. It seems to be enjoying that very much. Apart from that, it looks healthy overall, and I’m really enjoying the growing process.
PPFD: 750µmol/m²/s

The Permanent Marker from Autoseeds is definitely something special. She shot up in height very quickly and responded beautifully to training. At one point I had some issues with nutrients and possibly the low temperatures as well, but despite that she still produced a pretty decent yield. I think the real highlight of this genetics is its incredibly well‑captured terpene profile. The aroma comes remarkably close to the original, which I find truly outstanding. The buds grew a bit on the fluffier side for me, but they’re absolutely drenched in resin and insanely sticky. If you’re looking to grow a real delicacy, this strain from Autoseeds is an excellent choice.

Not much happened during the final week. Most of the trichomes turned milky, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
