Jonsey Day 6 I had to replant my plant into a two gallon bag due to being extremely leggy. I replanted and covered with dirt up to the leaves and this method has worked out really good. I used Gaia living soil and put worm casting tea I made on top of the soil and this has worked well and prevented stress to my plant.
Process: Removed germination dome on day 6.
Repotted, watered around the plant with worm casting tea.
Lighting: 18/6. Light 8 inches from plants to prevent plant from stretching. Lighting intensity decreased.
Temperature: turned down from 80 degrees to 73 degrees.
Fan: small fan blowing continuously on low to help strengthen plant and keep fresh air circulating.
Watering: misting leaves once a week or when needed.
Soil: slightly moist, but not to wet…worm tea applied once a week or if I see any indications of stress.
Outcome: Leaves are beautiful deep green color, stem is strong and sturdy.
My Colombian Gold girl is doing good thus far.
