Discover the captivating legacy of Colombian Gold, a cherished strain nurtured for centuries by Santa Marta's adept farmers. Resonating with the essence of Acapulco Gold, its Mexican counterpart, Colombian Gold flourishes outdoors under full sun. Centuries of natural adaptation and selective inbreeding by local cultivators have shaped the strain into the remarkable sativa it is today. Colombian Gold played a pivotal role in creating Skunk #1, alongside Acapulco Gold and Afghani, under the guidance of Sam the Skunkman during the 1970s. Despite its pure sativa heritage, Colombian Gold boasts a manageable stature, reaching around 150cm indoors and 180cm outdoors. The indoor compatibility is further amplified by Colombian Gold's adaptability to training and a shorter vegetative phase. To help it achieve its full grandeur, let Colombian Gold thrive outdoors in a warm tropical climate. It matures in approximately 14 weeks, rewarding patient growers with yields of up to 400g/m² indoors and an impressive 700g/plant outdoors. At harvest, Colombian Gold's true essence emerges. Airy, trichome-dusted buds display a captivating lemon-lime aroma and a mesmerising golden-green hue. With roughly 18% THC, Colombian Gold offers invigorating effects. A few hits ushers in an energetic, focused experience without inducing paranoia, making it an ideal daytime choice for enhancing creativity and productivity.
