India_Calcoen 03-01-2026 Burger 🍔 Kush EV is growing nicely and looking good. The stem was still bendy and I decided to train her with some LST. Never done this before and I’m curious about the effects. I used a metal pin to bend her and keep her down. Hopefully she doesn’t mind 🙏 🤞 07-01-2026 I bended her some more, bended and pinned some side branches down. Cut two big leaves off to make room for the branches to grow up ⬆️😊

India_Calcoen 11-01-2026 Burger Kush EV is doing good. She has nice thick dark green leaves and responds well to training. I’m switching to flower today. She could grow some more, but my other plants need to start flowering so… 🤷‍♀️

India_Calcoen 17-01-2026 Burger Kush EV is growing fast and starts to drink more. I defoliated her. I’m just having a hard time to see the benefits of my LST. I just pulled her a bit aside and I don’t get her structure now 😅 Hopefully time will tell how to deal with this plant. I like her. She has big dark green leaves. Her structure is exactly what I expected from a indica-dominant plant. I spotted a little moth on her. I wanted to kill it, but it escaped. Hopefully she won’t cause any problems. I don’t want any caterpillars… 20-01-2026 💩 I broke a branch during watering… I should be more careful with my plant…

India_Calcoen 08-02-2026 Burger Kush Early Version is growing fine. The smell is less intense than Afhani, but it’s still fine. Her leaftips are getting a bit dry, I don’t know what that means. I have to find that out. I like my new dehumidifier, it keeps the humidity stable. The only thing is that I have to empty it every day. The reservoir can only contain two litres of water.

India_Calcoen 20-02-2026 Two weeks ago I had an epidural and it left me with an intense headache that almost lasted for two weeks. I had to remain flat for most of the days and couldn’t do my business as usual. The first days after the procedure I even had to ask my husband to feed and water my plants. Fortunately everything went fine. I’m glad that is over now! Usually I have a daily, chronic headache and a migraine 4-8 days a month, but the epidural headache was the worst ever! The buds of my plants are filling up nicely. Burger Kush Early Version is very pretty with her nice and shiny crystals. She looks like she is covered in snow, getting frosty! The tips of some leaves are getting a bit dry, some are getting a bit lighter green, but she is still looking very healthy. I expected her to show signs of maturity before Afghani, but Afghani seems earlier. Everything is going fine, the feeding and the watering. I love my dehumidifier which keeps humidity stable and low, just like I want it in the flowering phase.

India_Calcoen 08-03-2026 Burger Kush Early Version is reaching harvest time. In the beginning of the week she had a white glow all over her buds and today I saw the glow getting more brownish. I took my trichome-camera and saw some amber trichomes… I have to decide when to cut her. It’s a tough decision. I also saw some clear trichomes. It’s a mix of clear, milky and amber. And it’s so hard to keep the camera focused without movement and take a good look at the situation… 🧐😅😬

India_Calcoen 15-03-2026 The last few weeks were hectic and sad. My father-in-law was suffering from horrible pains in his body, in his bones, from cancer. Chemo didn’t work anymore, pain medication couldn’t ease his pain. He asked me before if I could give him some of my ‘hasjiesj’ (he used to call it that way), but I only got permission to try something two weeks ago. We used my vaporiser and RQS Milky Way F1. It didn’t do wonders, but he was able to laugh and make fun with his relatives and friends that were coming to our house and saying goodbye to him. I’m glad I could make him feel a little bit better on these moments that mattered. Last week he passed away. 🖤💫 Burger Kush Early Version is almost ready for harvest. I’m checking trichomes every day! It’s so hard to decide… what is enough amber, what’s the difference between milky and clear 🤷‍♀️ Today I decided to wait another day. More trichome-checking tomorrow!

India_Calcoen 16-03-2026 After 88 days of growing and 49 days of flowering I harvested Burger Kush Early Version. She took longer than the 45 days of flowering the breeder stated. I could have even waited a bit longer, but I saw plenty of milky and plenty of amber and decided to cut her. 29-03-2026 After cutting she hung to dry upside down in a dark room with 50-60% humidity for 12 days. Yesterday I had to trim her because my cleaner was coming and I don’t want him to see my plants drying. She wasn’t dry yet, no snapping branches. This plant has big round buds and fat branches too. After the cleaner left I spread the buds out to dry a bit more. These buds weren’t as dense and hard as the Afghani I trimmed last week, but all the buds and leaves have lots of trichomes. She is so frosty! After trimming I have 120 grams of nice Burger Kush. I don’t know yet what to think about her smell. Maybe I should get more used to this scent…
