HappyMirec I'm going with the times and trying LED lighting for the first time in my micro grow; otherwise, I've been a proponent of sodium. But temperature issues forced me to buy LED lighting. From the start of week 2 of growth, the plants started showing nutrient deficiencies, which never happened to me under sodium. I water only when the pot dries out, every 4th day, and that’s 3 liters per plant. I bought calmag, so some deficiencies disappeared, but others appeared. Back then, I had a pH meter, but since I never had issues with Plagron and the pH was always good, I gave it to a friend. Now I’m relying on drops and checking the pH somewhat +/- Since the watering is colored with bio fertilizers to caramel, it distorts the color a bit for recognition, but at least I can determine it approximately. After measuring the watering, I was quite shocked that it’s pretty acidic. I’ve been using Plagron for 15 years, and the pH has always been adjusted to the right value; I’ve never had a problem. Anyway, I bought pH plus from Biobizz and am manually adjusting it. I must say that the Alga Bloom is already adjusting the pH to a good value, but Alga Grow was a disaster. In bloom, they no longer show deficiencies, but they haven't caught a healthy color yet. Next time, I’ll try nutrients from AN. By the way, I have 4 Mimosa Evo from Barney's, which I had once before, and it was a gem that smelled and tasted like rose buds. Buds like concrete, minimum leaves, slightly purple hue. Now I have 4 plants and 4 phenotypes :D Previously, I caught one phenotype, so I thought about how homogeneous and refined they are. But I’ve never had 4 phenos from 4 plants. I also don’t have photos from the start of the grow. So, the beginning: 5 seeds germinated in cotton pads, 4 sprouted, which went into small pots and under CFL 125W blue. After ten days, I transplanted them into 10-liter pots. Then I switched to sodium, but the temperatures immediately shot up to 36°C, so I put the CFL back and ordered LED. Nutrients: Plagron - Alga Grow, Vita Race, Power Roots, Purezym. From Canna, I then used Canna Cure against pests and sticky traps. (I still have a few fungus gnats now, but I have a month until the end, so hopefully, they won't cause too much trouble.) Then the fun began. Constant nutrient deficiencies, my attempts to fix them cost me 4 weeks of vegetation, and I was still losing the battle. After switching, everything was okay, but they are already marked, so I consider this a failed grow. Of course, I switched only after resolving the issues. Next time should be better. So enjoy, happy growing, and next week an update :) Especially in just a few hours in CZ, 3 plants legal :)

HappyMirec So the girls are doing great, I'm currently giving them a full dose of nutrients, so far they’re not complaining and the buds are beautifully swelling in size. One girl smells like diesel, the others have a citrus aroma. One is completely purple and two have slightly purplish flowers, and one is a light pheno.

HappyMirec We're starting week 8. I last fed the plants and now they'll just be on water. Unfortunately, I looked at one of the girls too late under the microscope, and she's already ripe, but to flush her, she'll have to be a bit overripe. I'm a bit surprised; Barney states 65-70 days. The others are probably around day 65, but that one is somehow extra fast.

HappyMirec Last week of flowering. The girls are just getting water for a few days now. I estimate they'll go under the scissors in about 6 days.

Happy Harvest Day!

Barneys farm as always.....luxury. Anything I had from them was always a total hit. This round I was a bit disappointed by the instability of the gene, but otherwise complete satisfaction regarding quality, yield, and everything around it. I am already looking forward to the next grow featuring OG kush from Barney....

HappyMirec So here it is. After a week of watering with water, I chopped the girls at day 66. One plant had some early mold appear on one bud. It was really just the beginning and in one spot. But it surprised me. The dehumidifier was running at full blast, humidity around 50-55%, so I don't really understand how it formed there. I thought it was resin, but upon closer inspection, it was too hairy :) Well, cut out and thrown away :) I harvested a total of 354 grams of dry trimmed buds, including the lowers, which made up about 25% of the total yield. Next time I'll trim them more. Overall, I'm amazed at how much I got, I used to get that much on a 1m2 area under 400w HPS, those LEDs are really killer lights. In a small space, with low power consumption, no temperature issues..... I can't believe I didn't get them a long time ago :) Definitely a thumbs up for LED lighting. 1. The first plant smelled like tangerine, the second prettiest phenotype. This girl produced buds all over her area. Beautifully shaped fruits, medium-sized, but hard. The second most productive plant, but the only one that caught that mold. 2. The second plant smelled like diesel, probably the biggest plant. All purple with medium-sized nugs, medium hardness. Yield was average. 3. The third plant smelled a bit like skunk, the smallest buds, but pretty hard. It had a lot of lowers compared to the others. As the only one, it didn't have the purple gene. The taste of this plant is very earthy, really a treat. Unfortunately, the smallest yield. 4. The fourth plant had a skunk/fruit aroma and was the hardest, with mega buds, almost no lowers. It had a purple tint. I really liked this one, we'll see when I taste it :) Excellent yield, the biggest of all. Once it dries, I'll write down the taste, structure, and yield. I'm quite surprised by how many phenotypes there were, it wasn't very stable from my perspective. But still, every plant was beautiful, definitely a thumbs up for Barneys Farm.

So the hitter works well, for that price, don’t take it, you have it too nice. :)
