GeezandDraht Lets Go!
Our second run is on its way. This time around its wintertime and pretty cold outside.
We germinated 3 seeds of the Fx3 and Pink Milk by Solfire Gradens and 3 seeds of Limonario by Black Tuna Co.
Soaked them in water for 24 hours then put them in between two cotton pads with about 8 spays of water. These went into zip-lock bags (25% open) and a shoebox to rest in front of a heater. After about 20 hours we transplanted the seeds into 1,5 liter pots in Biobizz Light Mix and watered lightly around the seeds. Each seed got topped with a plastic cup for a dome.
After 48 hours all 9 seeds have popped their heads out of the soil.
Welcome Ladies! 💚

GeezandDraht Week 1 🌱
About 48 hours after we put the seeds to soil all 9 have popped their heads out of the ground.
Welcome to the world ladies!
We kept them under a dome until day 5 of veg and watered just a little bit around the seedlings.
On day 6 they got a little more water for the first time. 600ml for all 9 plants to be exact, pH 6.3.
After 7 days all 9 plants look healthy and none of them seem to be much behind the others in development. The three Limonario are the tallest so far and the FX3 is the shortest, but not behind in leaf-development. 💚😊
Sorry for the picture quality! I changed my phone and they lost sharpness in transfer. Next week will be much better!🤓

GeezandDraht Week 2 🌱
Its been two weeks since the seedlings have hatched from their seed and things are looking good. All 9 plants are looking healthy and are pretty equally developed.
This week we continued to water when the soil felt dry. They got 600ml of plain water together (pH 6.3) on Thursday and Monday. Tomorrow (Thursday, Day 15 of Veg) they will get their first feeding with nutrients. We will be using the Athena Blended Line and transplant into a coco + light mix mixture (Biobizz, 50/50) next week (19l fabric pots). We also increased the PPFD to 300.
Do you have a recommendation for additional Silica or do you think it won't be neccessary?
Our favorites so far (from left to right):
Pink Milk #3, but all of them look pretty similar.
Limonario #3, she is the biggest of them all.
FX3 #2 & #3, can't decide... #3 is beautiful but a little short. So far FX3 are the shortest and Limonario the tallest plants.
Excited for next week! 💚🌱💚

GeezandDraht Week 3🌱
This week went by fast. The Ladies got their first feeding on Day 15 of Veg. We gave them 50% of the recommended dosage (using the Athena Blended Line). Ph to 6.3, EC: 1.56mS. Each plant got 330ml to get a bit of run off (pH 6.2, EC: 1,74mS).
On Day 19 we transplanted them into their 19 liter fabric pots in which they will stay until the end. The substrate will be 50% biobizz light mix and 50% biobizz coco mix from now on. Also we mixed some white shark mycorrhiza into the soil and sprinkled some directly onto the root balls. Afterwards we watered them in with 330ml of plain water.
Now that the plants fill out the tent again we put our second led into operation and adjusted the PPFD to 300-350.
The Ladies still look a little tired after transplanting. Hopefully they recover well as we need to top them soon 💚

Wow can't belive it's been four weeks already!
The Ladies are doing very well! They look healthy, green and are growing a lot.
On day 25 they got their first big feeding with 50% of the recommended dosage again. Each plant got 4.5 liters, producing about 10% run-off.
On day 26 we topped them. Limonario and Pink Milk got topped above the 5th node, Fx3 above the 6th because they are the shorter plants. We got rid of the first node on all of them.
Two days later they all look great and happy! VPD is now 0.9, PPFD 400.
We want to veg them for another week or two and lollipop before flipping to flower.
Hope the hight differeces won't get to much, but we will be able to hang the lights at two different levels.
See you next week 💚🌱💚

GeezandDraht Week 5🌱 +2 days
This will be the last week of veg before we flip to flower. The ladies are doing very well! They have grown a lot this week despite being defoliated twice. So this is what happend:
Day 31: we removed the top fan leafes to get more light to the new sprouts and upped the PPFD to 420-500 (corner-middle).
On day 32 we fed the plants with 4.5 liters each, producing 10% run-off. This time using 75% of the recommended dosage resulting in 2.1mS EC, which is the goal according to the Athena guide. The pH was regulated down to 6.2. Drain numbers are EC: 2.1mS pH: 6.2
Afterwards we opend up the canopy a bit using tent pegs to reduce overlapping leafs. In this process we hurt one of the Pink Milk (#2 front row on the left) by pushing her brench down to much. It has to be said that these branches are allready very strong and this sort of training should have happend earlier on. We noticed it a couple of days later, because the leafes on that brench began to hang and dry out at the tips. We removed all tent pegs and taped the branch using crepe tape.
Day 34: Lollipopping + Defoliation
We got rid of the lower third and leafes blocking future budsites.
Day 36: Defoliation... again
The plants recovered very well and produced even more leafes. So much that we were forced to do another and more intense round of defoliation to avoid the many wet spots between touching leafs and overgrown future budsites.
Pink Milk #2 seems be ok, the leafs on her broken arm are standing upright again .
We will be flipping them to flower as soon as they have recovered from doulbe-defoliation.
Strain Notes:
Pink Milk: 37-39cm,
very strong branches and a thick stem looking like rhubarb.
Big, dark green leafs with red/purple stems. The undersite is beginning to shimmer red/purple as well.
Roots growing out of the bottom of their fabric pots (19liter).
All looking pretty similar
Fx3: 34-39cm,
The thickest stems in the tent,
also the bushiest plants producing lots of leafs and sprouts.
Roots growing not only out the bottom of the pots, but also out the top of the soil.
All looking pretty similar but have slight differences in internodal spaces.
Limonario: 25-46cm
One is the shortest plant in the tent, the other two are tallest, looking like a pretty tropical houseplant with no deficiencies or burnt tips at all. These two are very stretchy with a Sativa-like growth-structure.
Whereas the other one, Limonario #1 is the shortest plant with the least increase in height of the week. This one is showing some deficiencies, yellow tips and slight chlorosis on older leafs. She is definitely the diva of the tent.

The first week of flower has now gone by and the plants are looking great! Healthy green, no deficiencies or burnt tips. They have grown between 8-19cm this week and got their first bloom feeding.
On day 3 they got fed with 75% of the recommended dosage resulting in 2.2mS EC. Each plant got 4.5 liters producing about 5% run-off.
On day 5 we upped the PPFD to 700-900 (corner-middle) and adjusted the light-distance to 40cm.
The strains are Pink Milk, Fx3, Limonario (left to right). That's it for this week, so far we are very happy with this run! See you next week for updates 💚

This week the plants stretched a lot!
Especially Pink Milk, which grew 27-30cm in just 7 days. Fx3 grew between 20-25cm and Limonario 20-23cm.
Because of increasing hight differences we rearranged the plants after the last feeding on Day 14 putting the highest plants to the left and lowest to the right. Left row: 3× Pink Milk; middle row: Limonario in the front and back, Fx3 in the middle; right row: Fx3 in the front and back, Limonario in the middle. We now use the two LEDs at two different hightlevels to get 35-45cm distance to the canopy.
They got a feeding on Day 8 and 14 using 75% of the Athena blended Line dosage.
The Ladies are still looking green and healthy which makes us verry happy plant parents!💚
The flowersights are beginning to form now and white pistilhairs appear more and more. Curious to see how the third week of stretch will go. Luckily we got a 2m tent😅.
See you next week 🌸

GeezandDraht Week 3 🌸
The third week of stretch has gone by and the plants grew quite a lot again. Between 10-28cm to be exact. We only watered once this week, on Day 21 with 5 liters each to get about 5% drain. Using 75% of the Athena blended line dosage. EC: 2.37mS, pH to 6.1.
The PPFD range is about 600-900 across the canopy.
Also on Day 21 we Defoliated and Lollipopped again. The tent was getting very crowded and the plants started to eject some of their bottom leafs as it was just absolute darkness down there. We had to do this quite thoroughly to ensure better light penetration and air circulation for all nine plants. We cut off everything in the lower third + all underdeveloped sprouts that would only produce popcorn-buds + most of the Fanleafs. Hopefully that wasn't too much, but it felt very necessary.
Pink Milk are very tall plants reaching 103-108cm by Day 21 of flower. They are very vigorous in structure, producing big dark green leafes with a purple shimmer on the underside. They all look very similar with long internodal spaces and a stemrub that smells like sweet raspberries directly from the bush on a sunny day. We hope she doesn't stretch any more though. The LED above them is pretty much as high up as possible right now...😅
Fx3 are the bushiest plants in the tent that would love a little more space. They reach between 82-91cm by day 21 of flower and are the only ones showing burnt tips and have a lighter green color than the rest. We want to increase the drainvolume for them and hope that will help. Think they will be happy with more lightpenetration after defoliation. Two of them show less hair on the developing buds than the other plants in the tent. Curious to see how they develope in the coming weeks.
Limonario have developed beautifully since flipping to flower. The once stretchy plants have developed lots of budsights with a beautiful internodal spacing. They are healthy, green and reach between 85-95cm by day 21. Even the runt of this grow has now caught up with the other plants :)
That's it for this week. Hope the ladies will recover nicely and can start to focus on flower development 💚

This week unfortunatly things took a sad turn for this grow, that seemed to go down way too smoothly...
💀 All but 2 plants hermed. Propably due too lightleaks and VPD swings during nighttime. This is truely devastating but we're trying not to give up and learn from our mistakes.
We cut down one plant (FX3 1) before realising that the whole tent is infected and plucked lots of Nanas on Day 24 and again some on Day 26 and 28. Some plants are already visibly pollinated and are producing seeds. 😔
On Day 28 we fed the ladies with 75% of the week5 regiment by Athena, aiming for 5% run-off. EC (run-off): 3.35mS, pH:6.2.
PPFD are between 630-930.
If you have any experience with this level of herm-infestation, please share some tips and thoughts below😇

This week went by better than last. We continue to look for Nanas every other day and plug everything that looks suspicious. We found 2 Nanas on Day 31 and 2 on Day 35. Other than that this week went by without any bigger issues 💪🏻😁.
On Day 34 we watered the plants with 75% of the Athena (blended line) recommended dosage for W5. pH to 6.0, EC: 2.26mS.
Drain: pH 6.2, EC: 3.58mS
Each plant got between 5 - 6.5 liters, the first 1.5 liters via Gloria the rest by hand.
In the pictures above you can see Fx3 on the left, Limonario in the middle and Pink Milk on the right. 💚

GeezandDraht Week 6 🌸
Hello again for our week 6 update of this grow😁. Good news: we have not found a single Nana this week!💚
The ladies are frosting up and seem to be stacking up nicely, considering the propable polination of quite a few plants. Other than on Fx3#3 the buds are swelling up and are still producing white hair.
On Day 40 we watered with 75% of the week 6 dosage (Athena blended line), pH 6.0, EC: 2.17mS. Drain(5%): pH 6.2, EC: 3.74mS.
This week we had problems keeping the rh below 65% as we could not open the window much, due to cold temperatures outside.
Tomorrow, on Day 43, we want to do a last round of defoliation to ensure light penetration and better airflow. Hoping this will also help to keep the rh in check.
All Strains have an estimated flowertime of 8-10 weeks, so there is still time left for theses flowers to develope.
See you next week 😊💚

This week went by rather unproblematicly
The Buds are developing, no more Nanas and the smells are getting stronger. Some of the plants will need support for their Buds sooner rather then later, therefore we will be getting Bamboo-Sticks by next week.
On Day 43 we defoliated one last time to ensure better light penetration for the lower buds and better airflow for these last weeks of flower.
On Day 45 we fed the ladies with again 75% of the week 7 dosage. PH to 6.0, EC: 1.69mS.
Drain: pH 6.3, EC: 3.6mS (7% run-off)
Day 49: Pink Milk and Fx3 seem to be ahead of the Limonario and will propably come down first. Though they still show new growth and have some time left. The trichomes haven't turned amber, yet. Limonario still has lots of white hair and new growth developing.
Terp-Talk 😍:
Pink Milk: creamy, gassy, berries💜
Fx3: sweet strawberry, a little creamy❤️
Limonario: lime, mint, lemon balm, fresh, loud💚

GeezandDraht Week 8🌸
This week it became noticable that some of the plants are finishing up very soon. Buds are getting heavier and bigger and in some cases needed support to stay upright. A trichome-check revealed: at least 3 plants will get harvested next week and 3 will need much longer than the rest of tent. Luckily we have a seperate tent for drying and can harvest the plants step by step when they get ready. Generally we are looking for mostly cloudy trichomes with little amber, as we prefer a more uplifting and energetic high😇.
On Day 50 we installed some bamboosticks and tied the individual branches of the plants to it, using rubberwire. The ladies that needed support to hold up their branches are: all 3 Pink Milk specimens (they are very tall, reaching between 112-116cm), one Fx3 and one Limonario.
We also fed the plants using 75% of the Athena recommendation for week 8/9 and want to lower the dosage every time, from now on. The EC reading of the solution was 1.35mS. Drain: 3.4mS. Next time more run off is needed.
On Day 55 we checked the trichomes and watered/ fed the plants accordingly. The specimens that showed no amber trichomes got fed with 50% of the week8/9 shedule resulting in an EC reading of 1.02mS. Aiming for 10%+ run-off the drain-EC was standing at 2.93mS.
For Fx3#2, Pink Milk#2 & #3 it was time to get flushed as the trichomes on these plants where mostly cloudy with little amber and very little clear ones (down low).
We flushed them inside the bathingtub running about 50liters of plain water from the tap through the pots, plus10liters of pH regulated water afterwards, just for peace of conscience😅. After that the EC readings of the three ladies stood between 0.7-0.85mS.
The plan is to harvest them in about 5 days, after they have dried back enough.
Next up will be Fx3#3 and Pink Milk #1 as they show mostly cloudy trichomes but no amber, yet. All 3 Limonario will need some more time to finish up as they have lots of clear trichomes and light pistilhair left.
See you next week for updates 💚

GeezandDraht Week 9🌸
This week we started harvesting the first plants of this run! 🤩
On Day 61 the plants had dried back enough for a new evaluation of the trichomes. It was time for the first 3 plants to get chopped!
We harvested Pink Milk #2 & #3 and Fx3 #2 today. They are now hanging in a seperate dry-tent with about 18°C and 60%rh. We hope for a slow drying process to preserve terpenes and get a smoother smoking experience.
For Fx3 #3 & Pink Milk #1 it was time to get flushed. We ran about 60 liters of tap-water, followed by 10 liter of ph regulated tap water through the pots inside the bathingtub. Run-off EC: 0.8mS. We will harvest them after another dryback (Fx3 maybe before that)
All three Limonario specimens got a light feed, using 20% of the week 8 dosage (Athena handbook). EC:0.62mS, pH 6.0. Drain readings where: EC: 2.54mS, pH 6.7.
After another dryback they will get flushed as well.
Terp-Talk:
💜 Pink Milk: creamy, gassy, vanilla, raspberry bush, dark berries
❤️ Fx3: sweet af strawberries ( in one case close to overly ripe), some creamy notes, maybe a little gassy
💚 Limonario: lime, lemon, haze, sourness; sweet mango and mint or lemon balm (depending on the pheno)

GeezandDraht Week 10 🌸
This marks the last week of this winter/spring grow and the end of our second indoor grow😇
On Day 64 we harvested Fx3 #3 and added her to the drying tent.
On Day 66 we harvested Pink Milk #1 and added her as well.
On Day 67 the three remaining plants got flushed by running lots of tapwater through inside our bathingtub. The drain EC readings where 0.7mS afterwards.
And finaly, on Day 70/flower, the three Limonario specimens got chopped as well! Many trichomes where cloudy but there are also some clear ones left. The problem was that to many trichomes had already turned amber, so we decided to harvest them today.😊
I will update the harvest section piece by piece, add dryweight after trimming and a taste and effects review after one month of curing time! ❤️💜💚
We grew three specimens of the Fx3.
They where super easy to grow, showing no deficiencies and growing vigorously from start to finish. Also they where super frosty! Honestly I've never seen this level of frost before!️ Some burnt tips was the most problems we had with her. Sadly we chopped one down on Day 24 of flower, because she hermed, before realising that nearly all plants did so. We had light leaks! The next 3 weeks we plugged every Nana we could find and there where plenty! We also noticed that many flowers got polinated and started to produce seeds. This is not the Genetics fault at all, but user error on our side. For that to happen early in flower was devestating, but we are impressed of the results despite that! Hopefully the buds won't be full of seeds... We harvested the other two specimens on Day 61 and 64 of flower with mostly cloudy trichomes.
The terps are super sweet strawberries und hints of cream and gas. They smell like homemade strawberry jam with a very high fruit content. I absolutely love it!
After one month of curing I will update dry-weight and a taste and effects review!️️

GeezandDraht Our second grow has come to an end! ❤️
We harvested our two remaining Fx3 specimens on Day 61 and 64 of flower.
We hung them to dry in a separate smaller tent in a colder room. The conditions are: 19°C and about 60%rh. The plan is to dry the flowers slowly.
I will update dry weight once we trimmed them and a taste and effects review after about one month of curing time.
We are so excited to taste these buds once they finished curing!❤️ The terps are insane! Super sweet strawberries with some creamy and gassy undertones. It smells like a homemade strawberry jam with extra high fruit content.😍🍓😍 can't wait to taste them as we never had strawberry terps before! This Strain is the frostiest out of the three! The trichomes are very long and numerous. It looks like we sprinkled sugar onto the purple buds and leafs - but we did not! 😅❄️

We grew three specimens of the Pink Milk.
They where super easy to grow, showing no deficiencies or burnt tips and growing very vigorously from start to finish. They where pretty stretchy and had the longest internodal spaces in this run. Also they where very frosty! The trichomes have long stalks and feel sandy to the touch. Sadly we had light leaks and nearly all plants (but two) hermed on Day 24 of flower. We harvested two specimens on Day 61 and one on Day 66 of flower with mostly cloudy trichomes.
The terps are not as loud as on the other two strains we grew but have developed nicely late in flower. I would describe the smell as creamy up front with some vanilla, gassy, sweet and berry notes to round it up. The name seems pretty fitting here!
After one month of curing I will update dry-weight and a taste and effects review!

GeezandDraht Our second grow has come to an end! 💜
We harvested two Pink Milk specimens on Day 61 and one on Day 66 of flower.
We hung them to dry in a separate smaller tent in a colder room. The conditions are: 19°C and about 60%rh. The plan is to dry the flowers slowly.

We are so excited to taste these buds once they finished curing!💜 The terps are super interesting! Creamy up front with hints of vanilla, gas, berries ( in one case dark berries/ cassis, one is more on the raspberriebush side and one isn't very berry-ish but sweet) and sweetness. It smells like you would imagine pink milk to taste!😁 We are very curious to taste these Buds as we never had these terps before! This Strain had the prettiest flowers in the tent. They look dense, feel heavy and are the most purple. The trichomes are long and plenty. She is truely a beauty!💜
We grew three specimens of the Limonario by Black Tuna. They where easy to grow, only showing light deficiencies mid-flower. They might have needed a little more nutrients then the rest. One Limonario was the smallest plant for a long time but ended up producing the biggest buds in the tent. The other two where slower in terms of budstacking but also finished very strong! They where pretty stretchy in Veg. but not so much in early flower. They produced lots of beautifully spaced out budsights instead! Limonario produced a high amount of trichomes all around the sugar leafs, that soon looked like delicious Terp-Tacos, even turning purple in the end. They are super oily to the touch and very strong in aroma production. Sadly we had light leaks and nearly all plants (but two) hermed on Day 24 of flower. We harvested all three Limonario on Day 70 of flower with mostly cloudy trichomes. The terps are loud on them, dominating the tent and room. One has a strong haze-punch to start that turns into lemon and mango and leaves sweetness behind. The other two are strong on lemonbalm with sour lemon/lime and sweet mango to round it up. The name seems pretty fitting here as I could imagine a homemade lemonade to smell like this! After one month of curing I will update dry-weight and a taste and effects review!

GeezandDraht Our second grow has come to an end! 💚
We harvested the three last plants, the Limonario, on Day 70 of flower.
For drying we hung them back inside the grow tent after turning off the lights. The conditions are: 17°C and about 60%rh. The plan is to dry the flowers slowly.
I will update dry weight once we trimmed them and a taste and effects review after about one month of curing time.
This Strain ended up producing the biggest headbuds out of the three strains and took the longest to finish up. The trichomes feel very oily on them.
We are so excited to taste these buds once they finished curing!💚 The terps are super interesting! Smelling like a refreshing homemade lemonade on a hot summer day☀️😁One has a strong initial haze-punch that turns into lemon and mango and leaves sweetness behind. The other two are strong on lemonbalm with sour lemon/lime and sweet mango to round it up. We are very curious to taste these buds as soon as they're ready!
@JackOfAllTrades
Wow, these plants are looking happy and healthy 😍🌱🔥 Great job! Keep growing strong 💪 If you have time, check out my YouTube grow channel and show some love 💚📹✨
@Hawii_ReLoaded, ja, da entwickelt sich langsam was cremig, gasig, beeriges.
