EVD420 what’s up growmies 🤝 I’m finally starting my grow reports. This run features one phenotype of KUST, number 19. Unfortunately, I don’t have the exact notes on what makes this pheno different — so we’ll observe and document everything throughout the cycle. The seed count was limited, so I’m running only 4 plants. Growth, structure, reactions, and final results will all be recorded. Stay tuned — more updates coming soon.

EVD420 Yo, what’s up growmies 🤝 Update on K19 F4. Before leaving, all plants were transplanted into 1L pots and placed on the second level of the grow box. Upon returning, I noticed that the entire second level had stretched into the light, causing significant stress. Two plants were heavily burned, while the other two were less affected. The heavily affected plants were moved to recovery under 18/6 with weaker light. The other two were defoliated and left to flower. Notably, despite this severe stress, no premature flowering or hermaphroditism occurred, which indicates the strength and stability of this strain.

EVD420 During this reporting period, K19 was processed alongside the general restructuring phase. All plants were cleaned up (defoliated) and topped to control vertical growth and maintain manageable structure. Following this, the remaining plants were transitioned into flowering. In terms of phenotype expression: • Plant #1 shows **minimal leaf

EVD420 During this reporting period, sex selection and flowering management were performed. • Plant #2 and Plant #4 expressed male characteristics and were removed. • Plant #3 has been transitioned into flowering. Pollination work: • One branch of Plant #3 was pollinated with Diesel pollen, introducing external genetic material. Structural maintenance (topping, defoliation) was completed as part of standard canopy management. The plant is now under flowering observation.

EVD420 K19 has been moved into a separate pollination box to serve as the active male source. Inside the pollination chamber: • K15 — currently undergoing pollination. • K16 — placed for controlled fertilization. The objective is full and consistent pollination across these lines during this isolation period. Current Status K19 is now functioning as the primary pollen donor for this cycle. Seed production phase is active for K15 and K16. Pollination window ongoing.

EVD420 Pollination Phase Completed The controlled pollination window has officially ended. • Plant #3 was removed from the pollination box and returned to the main flowering chamber. • Light canopy maintenance was performed — minor leaf removal only. • Male #1 has been removed from the grow after completing its breeding role. Current Status Visual inspection indicates successful and complete pollination. The line now enters the seed maturation phase. Monitoring will focus on proper seed development and ripening over the coming weeks. Pollination cycle closed.

EVD420 Seed Set Confirmation Light canopy maintenance was performed this week — only minimal removal of excess foliage to maintain airflow. Visual inspection confirms full and successful fertilization. The plant is now heavily seeded, with uniform seed development across the canopy. Current Status K19 has clearly transitioned into the seed maturation phase. No further breeding work is planned for this line during this cycle. From this point forward, the focus is simply monitoring maturation until harvest.

EVD420 Aroma Profile The aroma is strong and intense, clearly standing out at this stage. Flower Development Flowers are developing well, with visible maturation and resin production. Some buds have already been partially sampled, which is reflected in their appearance. Pollination & Seeds Pollinated branches show successful seed formation. Seeds are visibly developing and progressing toward full maturity. Current Status The plant is now transitioning to pure water (flush phase). Final stage before harvest — approximately ~2 weeks remaining.

EVD420 Pollination • One branch was pollinated with Diesel • Another branch was selfed / crossed within the same line The plant ended up being fully seeded. Phenotypic Observations No clearly distinctive or standout traits were identified during this cycle. At this stage, it is difficult to determine what originally made this selection notable. Harvest The plant was kept on pure water for one week, then harvested. Result The run is complete. Material was collected mainly for personal evaluation, with no strong phenotypic highlights observed.

EVD420 Seed Yield Approximately ~50–100 seeds were collected (visual estimate). Pollination was performed within the line, using another plant from the same line. Phenotypic Observations K19 shows strong similarity to K15 and K16, with only minor internal variations. No clearly standout or unique traits were identified during this cycle. Limitations It was not possible to properly evaluate aroma or flower quality, as there were no fully unpollinated, mature flowers available. Strategy Moving Forward This run primarily focused on building seed stock. Next step: * grow a larger population * evaluate variation within the line * identify any valuable phenotypes Result The cycle is completed. A solid seed base has been established for further work and selection.
