On my last trip to St Augustine, Florida I bought a bottle of Fountain of Youth water, bottled at the source where Ponce de Leon declared it was magically restorative in the early 1500s. So this is a kratky hydroponic grow with 0.4 EC tap water ? My tap is at 0.8 I usually dilute it with rain water before watering my plants. I wonder how far you could get along with that.

0.4 ec for your tap water? that should be fine for a slow veg like this, nice experiment =)

Have you considered adding a bit of urine? I know, resources are scarce, climate change, and guys recently figured out how to use urine to make bricks...but in this case, I think it would make for a welcome nutritional supplement.
