EVD420 Yo, what’s up growmies 🤝 Quick one before calling it a day. This is a KUST × Blueberry cross. I’m running 7 plants here — the goal is simple: to explore and pull maximum diversity from what I already have. No overthinking on this one. Just observing, selecting, and seeing what shows up. More details later.

EVD420 Yo, what’s up growmies 🤝 Update on KUST × Blueberry F1 Some plants were most affected by stress — they stretched into the light while I was away for a week. Upon returning, I cleaned and partially restored them. One plant reacted poorly to the stress and started flowering prematurely. It did not pass the stress test with light and temperature, so we will remove it from the line — just for smoking. Two plants received minimal light exposure, due to dense occupancy on the second level. I moved them into a recovery box, left them under 18/6, to let them recover and grow a bit more. The remaining plants were defoliated and switched to flower.

EVD420 During this reporting period, the line underwent structural control and sex selection. All plants were heavily defoliated and topped to regulate height and maintain canopy structure. The remaining plants have been transitioned into flowering. Sex identification results: • Plant #2 and Plant #3 expressed male characteristics. • After evaluation, Plant #3 was selected as the preferred male based on overall structure and impression, and was moved to a separate box for pollen collection. • Plant #2 was removed from the selection. The rest of the population is now entering the flowering phase following strong structural intervention. Observation continues as flowering begins.

EVD420 During this reporting period, selection refinement and controlled pollination were performed. • Plant #4 expressed male characteristics and was removed, as a primary male had already been selected earlier for pollen work. • Plant #7 received dual-branch pollination: • One branch pollinated with Ganja pollen • One branch pollinated with LSD × Chronic Rider pollen The current objective is to increase genotypic diversity within the population by introducing multiple pollen sources for future selection. Some plants have begun to show early flowering indicators, though full floral development is still in progress. Seed formation monitoring phase begins.

EVD420 No controlled pollination was performed this week. The selected male plant is currently being maintained and prepared for pollen work. The females remain in early flowering and are awaiting placement into the pollination box. Plan Full pollination is scheduled for next week once conditions and space allow proper isolation. For now, the line remains in observation phase with breeding work pending.

EVD420 This line remains in active flowering and has not yet entered the pollination phase. One plant remains scheduled for controlled pollination. Transfer to the pollination box is pending availability of space and proper isolation conditions. Current Status The plant shows stable development and healthy growth. Flowering progression is steady, with sufficient time remaining before optimal pollination window closes. Observation continues. Pollination is planned for next week.

EVD420 Due to absence during the previous week, environmental control and reporting were temporarily paused. The plants have since been inspected and breeding work continued. Pollination Adjustment The originally selected KUST × Blueberry male could not be preserved. To maintain the breeding project, an alternative pollen donor was used. • The plants were pollinated with Milk Bath × Blueberry male pollen. This cross is expected to introduce significant genetic diversity while still maintaining a strong Blueberry influence within the line. Current Status Pollination appears successful, and the plants have been returned to the main flowering box. The line now enters the seed maturation phase. Observation continues until flowering completion and full seed ripening.

EVD420 Aroma Profile The aroma is strong and intense, clearly standing out at this stage. Flower Development Flowers are developing well, with visible maturation and resin production. Some buds have already been partially sampled, which is reflected in their appearance. Pollination & Seeds Pollinated branches show successful seed formation. Seeds are visibly developing and progressing toward full maturity. Current Status The plant is now transitioning to pure water (flush phase). Final stage before harvest — approximately ~2 weeks remaining.

EVD420 Harvest • Plants #5 and #6 were harvested last weekend, as they were fully pollinated and seeds had completely matured. • Plant #7 was harvested this weekend. Phenotypic Notes Plant #7 showed a different expression: • Lower level of pollination • Higher trichome production • More pronounced Blueberry-like phenotype • Light berry aroma present This makes it particularly interesting for further evaluation. Result The grow cycle is fully completed. The genetic pool has been successfully expanded, with multiple expressions captured for future selection.

EVD420 Seed Yield Total seed count is relatively moderate, estimated around ~30–50 seeds across all crosses. Pollination was manual and partial, which limited overall yield. Breeding Directions From this cycle, several genetic branches were created: * KUST × Blueberry F2 * KUST × Blueberry × LSD × Chronic Rider * KUST × Blueberry × Diesel Genetic Value Despite the lower seed count, the run produced high genetic diversity due to multiple cross directions. This creates a strong base for: * pheno hunting * identifying unique expressions * selecting future breeding candidates Result The cycle is completed. Seeds are ready, and the line is now prepared for the next stage of development.
