Santemjocko Start of the grow. Germination in a glass of water, regular tap water. +++Update 01/26/2026+++ All three seedlings found their place in the 20L fabric pot three days ago and today saw the light of day. In the first few days, I’ll let them grow under plastic caps to keep the humidity high. They were planted directly into their final pots. The substrate consists of 50L Plagron Bio Lightmix, about 8-10L worm humus, and about 5L perlite. I fertilized with 110g GHF Bio Grow and 70g GHF Bio Bloom. Since the mix is quite strong for the first few days, I placed the seeds in a starter zone of Light Mix. Later, the stronger roots will find their way into the more heavily fertilized area. When planting the seedlings, I added a pinch of mycorrhiza from Dynomyco into each hole. We’re excited to see what happens. PPFD about 150 at 20/4 25 C day 20 C night 69% RLF

Santemjocko The first week from germination on Monday to Sunday went very uneventfully. The plants are doing well, showing no signs of stress, and are growing relaxed. I lightly watered the substrate with a spray bottle on day 3 and day 7. About 50ml per plant. Additionally, I increased the light intensity a bit and am now measuring around 220 - 260 PPFD with the Photone app. Unfortunately, the lighting isn't absolutely homogeneous due to the two different lamps, but that shouldn't be a problem.

Santemjocko 08.02.2026 The plants are developing very well and show no signs of deficiency or stress. I have increased the light intensity to about 420-480 PPFD. Additionally, I have sown white clover to help prevent the soil from drying out later. Watering is done every 2-3 days with about 150-200 ml of tap water. RH 59% 24C Day 19C Night PPFD 420-480

Santemjocko 15.02.2026 The third week went by without any excitement as well. The plants are growing very well, forming very small internode distances and generally look healthy and vibrant. Currently, the plants are getting about 300ml of water with 2.8ml/L of Calmag. The "Mexican Airlines," which is currently on the far right under the Spiderfarmer light, is showing slightly curled leaves. I've rearranged the plants to eliminate stress from the different lighting. If it stays like this, it will probably be the genetics. If not, I'll switch it up.

Santemjocko This week I defoliated the plants a bit and bent the side shoots down to encourage a wider, bushier growth. The Mexican Airlines has maintained its somewhat curly growth and has already entered the flowering phase. It has slight light green discolorations at the tips of the new shoots, which I attribute to light stress. I raised the Spiderfarmer lamp higher and will keep an eye on it. If anyone has any other ideas, feel free to share. :) Currently, the ladies are getting about 0.5 liters of water every two to three days with a bit of Calmag. Overall, I am very satisfied with the grow so far.

Santemjocko A bit late due to a short trip to the mountains. Unfortunately, a small initial problem has now developed into a quite obvious issue. All three plants are showing clear signs of stress. The Cherry Cola and Amnesia Z have noticeably lightened in color over the past week. Since I'm using the long-term fertilizer from Greenhouse Feeding, I actually rule out over-fertilization and suspect more of a lockout due to a high pH level in the watering. I never had problems with my previous grows, but I will now pay closer attention to a reasonable pH level. The Mexican Airlines shows a completely different picture, which I unfortunately can't interpret correctly (see photos). If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate any help. Santemjocko Lockout! This is probably the topic in this grow. I strongly suspect a lockout caused by a too high pH level of the water. This was never a problem in the last grows, but it seems to be stressing the plants hard here. This week, I've gradually lowered the pH level in the watering to now 6.0. In the drain, I was able to measure a pH level of 6.9. I hope the plants can recover and find some strength for the flowering.

Santemjocko March 22, 2026 The deficiency symptoms have remained, but at least they aren't getting worse. As we approach the end of the flowering phase, I just hope there won't be too much loss in taste and effect. Unfortunately, not much can be changed regarding the yield, but that's secondary for me since the allowable amount in Germany is limited by the CanG anyway. I removed the larger leaves and adjusted the flower clusters a bit to ensure better lighting for the lower buds.

Santemjocko 28.03.2026 We're approaching the end. Most of the trichome heads have turned milky by now, and a few amber ones can also be seen. Unfortunately, the grow didn't go smoothly, but I still hope for at least a satisfying result. I will be harvesting next week and will also draw a final conclusion then. Until then, enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Santemjocko Finally harvested. Despite some flaws, the buds have turned out very nice, firm, and sticky. 220g wet with stems and branches. Just let them dry in the tent at about 62% humidity. After about 5 days, I will pick out the prettiest buds and continue drying them in the Dryferm Bag until curing. Unfortunately, the rest will fall victim to the CanG and will be disposed of in the compost pile.
