Indoor Photoperiod Run #5 (2025/2026)

tantrumrage 01/12/25 - 07/12/25: Chicken n' Wafflez and Vanilla Cremè Pie are making good progress. Blueberry Muffin seedling died a second time (maybe dampening off) so I started two additional seeds to try and make up for the lost time.

tantrumrage 08/12/25 - 14/12/25: the two Blueberries did also sprout, finally! Chicken n' Wafflez and Vanilla Cremè Pie have been topped on 10th December a bit early but I figured they where "old enough".

tantrumrage 15/12/25 - 21/12/25: plants keep getting bigger so I've moved them into the vegetation tent. PPFD is now around 450, will increase in the coming days.

tantrumrage 22/12/15 - 28/12/25: growth rate is starting to increase :) Transplanted the Blueberries into one Eurobox and topped the other two for the second time.

tantrumrage 29/12/25 - 04/01/26: topped Chicken n' Wafflez and Vanilla Cremè Pie for the third time + defoliation. I'll leave the Blueberries as they are for now so they have a chance to catch up.

tantrumrage 05/01/26 - 11/01/26: another week gone by and the plants are developing nicely. Topped one of the Blueberries and did some (minor) defoliation.

tantrumrage 12/01/26 - 18/01/26: started using more and more training stakes to spread the plants open and increase light penetration. Second Blueberry did also get topped. Fungus gnats are becoming a nuisance so I ordered some nematodes (again).

tantrumrage 19/01/26 - 25/01/26: moved them over into the bigger tent, will give them a couple of days/ week and then flip to 12/12. Added SCROG netting to each container and fed some nematodes.

tantrumrage 26/01/26 - 01/02/26: flipped them to 12/12 on 25th of January. Stretch is starting to kick in and I need to adjust the height of the lamp daily. Saw the first pistils today. Increased the Led to 100% and am trying to keep VPD ~ 1,2 - 1,3. Curious to see how the new soil mixture will perform, especially during mid-flower. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

tantrumrage 02/02/26 - 08/02/26: waiting for the stretch to finish so I can defoliate them properly and do some lollipoping. Vanilla Creme Pie stretched ~ 20cm this week so I had to adjust the planters some more. Plants are still looking happy, let's see what week 3 will bring.

tantrumrage 09/02/26 - 15/02/26: a lot of growth during this week but the stretch is starting to slow down. Budsites are developing so I've increased the epsom salts solution to 1ml/l. Week 4 ist usually where I start seeing deficiencies or lock-out. Canopy could be a bit more even but overall I'm happy how they are looking. Will lollipop them during the next week.

tantrumrage 16/02/26 - 22/02/26: the stretch is slowing down and buds are getting bigger. Did some minor defoliation and lollipoping but kept most of the lower nodes. Let's see if I'll regret that decision in the end, lol. Overall the plants are still looking healthy and happy so I didn't give a topdressing (and hope I won't have to).

tantrumrage 23/02/26 - 01/03/26: it's starting to smell lovely inside the tent. The two blueberries are very fruity, Chicken n' Wafflez does indeed smell like chicken skin lol. Buds are stacking up nicely. I'm holding off on the topdressing for now an will see how they develop over the next couple of days. So far they are looking a lot more healthy than my las run. Will increase the epsom salts for the next 1-2 waterings and let them do their thing. Pinched a couple of nanners from Vanilla Créme Pie's lower nodes but nothing major only 4-5. Fingers crossed those where the only ones, will keep a close look. See you next week!

tantrumrage 02/03/26 - 08/03/26: lovely smell when I open the tent. The two blueberries are very loud, especially #2 🤤. Vanilla Créme Pie does smell like vanilla pastry. Chicken n' Wafflez is hard to describe but there is definitely hints of chicken in there. Temperatures are rising so I've increased the humidity inside the tent to keep VPD ~1.3. tantrumrage 09/03/26 - 15/03/26: the smell inside the tent is lovely! I'm tempted to leave the door open. The Blueberries are very loud, especially #2 it does smell like blueberries and cake batter. Vanilla Créme Pie is smelling sweet and like plasters. Chicken n' Wafflez is something else: chicken skin but also lemon and hints of gas. ? Blueberry #2 should be ready by next week, #1 isn't far behind. 🐔 Chicken n' Wafflez is a bit ahead of the 60 days schedule I'd say 🍦Vanilla Créme Pie is on track for a 65 days finish Without trying to sound like a shill but these are the best strains I've ever grown. tantrumrage 16/03/26 - 22/03/26: not much to do right now other than filling up the tanks and observing the trichomes. See pictures :) The two blueberries are close to harvest, Chicken n' Wafflez and Vanilla Créme Pie still have a couple weeks ahead of them. Thanks for checking in and see you next week!

tantrumrage 23/03/26 -29/03/26: this will probably be the last entry for the blueberries as they're close to harvest. Cloudy trichomes with some amber, will probably give them another 2-3 days. Vanilla Créme Pie and Chicken n' Wafflez also have a couple of amber trichomes but they'll need a bit more time. My guesstimate is 7-14 days. So I guess we're nearing the end of this diary, always a happy-sad moment. You take care of them for months and then the tent is empty. tantrumrage Harvested the two blueberries around day 60, they never showed a lot of amber so I took them down with the other two. Lovely terps and I can't wait for the first test.

tantrumrage After seeing a couple amber trichomes I've decided to take her down on day 70 since flipping to 12/12. Medium sized dense nuggs coated in frost :)

tantrumrage Also harvested Chicken n' Wafflez today and hung her up to dry. She took all the training I gave her without a fuss and gave me dense nuggets with a lot of trichomes. Smells like chicken crackling and sauce. Really interesting profile.
