OrionGrowgul 07.02.2026 PPFD= 200 Repotted the plant in an 11L pot. Unfortunately had fungus gnats in the tent. Set up yellow traps and watered with nematodes. I hope it helps. The plant is otherwise developing very well. I'm leaving the cup on for now due to humidity.

OrionGrowgul 14.02.2026 The plant is developing well, just looks a bit limp. Could be due to the genetics. Nematodes and yellow traps have helped a lot. PPFD= 300 pH value of the tap water is at 7, I lowered it to 6.0 with acid.

OrionGrowgul 28.02.2026 Unfortunately, spider mites have infested my plants, so I've already had to treat them with neem oil twice. Just to be safe, I ordered predatory mites as well. Leaves are eaten with brown/yellow spots. The plant is still fighting for its life, I hope it handles the LST well after the stress.

OrionGrowgul 07.03.2026 The plant has recovered well from defoliation and is growing into a nice bush. Due to neem oil/predatory mites, the leaves haven't gotten worse; I suspect it's now free from pests. The plant seems to be very hungry, just like in the seed description, and needs the maximum nutrients. Light set to 12/12, lamps adjusted to around 700 PPFD.

OrionGrowgul The plant is developing beautifully, continues to be watered clearly to adjust the EC. Over-fertilization hasn't harmed it; the plant is very hungry and absorbs a lot of water quickly. One more week of LST.

I noticed some small rust spots on my Blueberry. pH = 6.3 EC = 1.9 Is that concerning? What could it be? I removed a few of these leaves.

Hello my friend. No panic, but now it's time to be vigilant. Your pH levels (6.3) and EC levels (1.9) are quite stable for a flowering phase, but those "rust spots" on your blueberry are classic signals. 1. Likely diagnosis: Calcium (Ca) deficiency. Symptoms: These small brown/bronze spots that appear in the middle of the upper or middle leaves are typical of a calcium deficiency. The connection with pH: Even though 6.3 in soil is a good value, calcium can sometimes be less well absorbed when the pH fluctuates or the EC is slightly too high, leading to competition with other nutrients. Blueberry: This is a strain that can be somewhat sensitive to the need for micronutrients. 2. The EC at 1.9: Beware of accumulations An EC of 1.9 is quite high (depending on your substrate). If you are in soil, it can start to saturate the environment. Blocking effect (Exclusion): Excess potassium (K) or magnesium (Mg) can block calcium uptake and lead to these rust spots, even if calcium is present in your fertilizer. 3. Is it serious? Short-term: No, if it remains limited to a few leaves. Long-term: Calcium is essential for building the cell walls of the buds. If the deficiency progresses, it can lead to a slowdown in flower development. My recommendations: Cal-Mag: If you aren't using it yet, add extra Cal-Mag during your next watering. Light flushing: You can water with clear water (adjusted pH) to slightly lower the EC of your substrate and "reset" the root area a bit before continuing with fertilization. Monitoring: For now, do not remove any more leaves. Use the affected leaves as "witnesses": If the spots do not grow and do not appear on the new leaves, the problem is resolved. In summary: It is likely a small calcium hunger or a slight blockage due to a slightly high EC level. Adjust it carefully and everything should be fine. I hope I could help you. Have a nice day and a good grow.

OrionGrowgul On the advice of a lovely growmie, I continued to feed the plant for another week. Calyxes are swelling more and more brown trichomes are forming. Leaves are slowly starting to curl up and the smell is relatively strong. The last week with properly adjusted water (pH = 6.0) and watering with 0.5ml Calmag.

Happy Harvest Day!

The plant forgave me a lot and for my first time using mineral nutrients, I got a really good result. The buds were placed in Dry Ferm Bags and are now drying for a week. It was still a bit picky regarding the nutrients and got slightly over-fertilized, but that didn't affect the harvest at all.

Looks nice. As long as it's still pushing out those white hairs, lowering the EC is fine, but it's a bit early to adjust it completely. It will still need a solid 2-3 weeks. But it looks tasty. Just a classic that’s popular for crossing for a reason. Good luck in the final stretch, growmie.

@Stony_German, but it already has many white to brown trichomes. EC is slowly going down. I will keep watering it clear for another 1-2 weeks and then it should definitely be ready :)

looks much more ready than it did 10 days ago when harvesting was already being considered. I'm sure I'm getting on some people's nerves with my "patience sermon," but please don't misunderstand, I want every grower to get the best possible results, and so much happens in the last weeks and even days. I've been through this too and want to spare other growers that mistake. Once you've harvested truly ripe ladies, you'll never want it any other way.
the end.
