kyle463 First time grow. Looked at loads of YouTube videos and diaries. Best find was probably the understanding the guides on lights and nutrition is aimed and Photos and not autos. So made some adjustments with the help of GPT and cross referencing with other diaries. I am not sure how this will go but I am interested on learning the skill so I can eventually start growing well. I'm hoping to get it to the finish at least, with some buds XD
Germination
- Left the seed floating in water, dark cupboard. In less than two days the seed had opened with a tiny route starting to pop out.
- Pre saturated the Bio Bizz light mix with water, left for about 3 / 4 hours and then planted the seed directly
- on the 2nd day we had a little sprout popping out the soil
Set up remarks:
- I have enough equipment for success I just need to use it correctly. Will be getting a exhaust fan soon, probably during veg in prep for flower.
- Decided to grow in winter so I can control the temperature better. Inside the tent it is a consistent 22 / 23 C and it is close to a window. So when i get to flower and dry I will be able to open the window and drop the temperature to where I need it to be.
- Tent is only 120 high, so if I do well I will need to LST which I will do regardless but lets see how big or small we can get

kyle463 Coming up to week one and had some light issues. Nothing to bad so far though. Plant stretch so not enough light and you can see it was reaching. Increased and slowly started to settle.
I am finding my adjustment using and phone Par meter and making small changes daily with the light. I think I am now at the right point.
Watering
- 250ml of plain water with cal mag 0.3 per L (as I'm using soft water). 4 days after the seed was planted. And once more 3 days after that same water amounts. Soil is currently moist and starting to dry out but I think that will last another 2 days. Lets see.
lets see how it goes but did stretch a bit!
