Paflucy Hello again to all the old-school veterans and Sativa lovers :) This time I was planning to do a more mixed project, but… on impulse I bought something, I found something in the fridge that I forgot about it and it turned out we’re going with Sativas again :) A slightly bigger tent, so we can fit in a few more strains 🙂 Most of the seeds are quite old, so let’s give them a bit of attention. Llimonet Haze - Elite Seeds I have to admit, after the last grow I was left with a serious craving — I need to satisfy it with some lemon-lime flavors. And that’s how I ended up finding this strain on sale somewhere. On top of that, when I lived for a while in Gran Canaria, I had plenty of chances to try Llimonet at a local cannabis club, so there’s a bit of nostalgia involved too. So a Haze variation is even more welcome for me :) Hopefully I’ll land on something with that proper lemon profile! Super Lemon Haze - Green House Seeds About 3–4 years ago I bought a pack of SSH, and a buddy of mine had SLH, so we swapped some seeds. Now, in the search for a proper haze with that excellent lemon flavor, the time has finally come for this seed. Besides, you can never have enough classics ;) Cali Sour Diesel - Humboldt Seed Company After being disappointed with Diesel in the last grow, the need to find and taste a proper one has really built up in me. I had this seed in my stash — got it as a freebie about 4–5 years ago — so it feels like the perfect time to give it a run. Hopefully this time I’ll hit that real Diesel Power. Hella Jelly - Humboldt Seed Company About 4 years ago I swapped some seeds with a friend, and this was one of the strains I got from her. I only had one seed — it germinated, so let’s see what it has to offer. I’m curious, but without any expectations. If the flavor is surprising, then I’ll definitely be buying a whole pack. Bruce Banner #3 - Anesia Seeds I think I bought that pack about 5–6 years ago, and back then Bruce didn’t impress me at all — so we’ll see if this time I can find something memorable in it. Sky Walker Haze - Haze x Lemon Thai x Bubba I got this seed from a friend a while back. He spoke highly of it and recommended it, so I saved it for the right moment — let’s see what it has to offer. Amnesia Haze - Royal Queen Seeds Who doesn't love the classics? A few friends convinced me that Amnesia Haze from RQS isn’t bad and that I should give it a chance and try it my own way. So alright — let’s do it. Moby Dick - Dinafem Similar situation as with other my seeds from Dinafem, that I managed to dig out from the bottom of a forgotten box from local seedshop and store in the fridge for the right moment. I’ve never grown this strain before, even though so many people recommended it back in the day, so I’m glad I’ll finally see for myself what’s hidden in this genetics. Recently, when a friend heard I had an old pack of Moby from Dinafem, he even offered me €25 for a single seed — so maybe there’s something to it? Germination went perfectly, 1 out of 1 — 100% success. Since some of these seeds were quite old, their germination process went similarly to last time. First, the seeds went into the freezer for 3 days. Then they were placed in a glass of water—they immediately sank to the bottom. After 24 hours, I did a pre-crushing and placed them on a damp cotton pad inside a ziplock bag, then into a box where the temperature was 25–26°C. After 48 hours, the sprouts started to appear, so the seeds were transferred to the first small 0.25 L pots. The soil was well watered with a mix of Rhizotonic + Orca + Great White Shark Seee yaa soon :)

Paflucy Heloo everybody :) Okay, so I haven't had much time lately, so let's skip the early stages and jump straight to the best part — flowering :) But let’s start from the beginning... A slightly bigger tent means more possibilities. I definitely went a bit overboard with everything here. The plan was to run a maximum of eight clones, but I ended up with eleven... On top of that, there are some "double" clones, and in some pots there are even two clones growing together. This is going to be interesting :) There are two easy2grow 15L Autopots. Since Pot Divider doesn’t work with the AirDome, only the partition wall from an Pot Divider was used to divide the container. So, each 15L pot is shared between two strains. Each 15L pot is filled with a mix of: 50/50 Coco mix with perlite 75g Startrex 75g Silicum Flash 10g Mycotrex 15g dolomite (magnesium + calcium) 3–5 cm bottom layer of pebbles 2 tablets 1 AirDomes, 1L/min working all the time + Great White Shark under the root during transplant This time, instead of soil, I’m using coco just for a change. We’ll see how BioTabs performs with this medium. I also decided to use the Uncle Ben’s topping method instead of mainlining. The plants recover much faster, which allows for a shorter vegetative period, and after my previous grow I noticed that the final yield was basically the same. The clones are growing in 2L pots and will be hand-watered using the WOMA nutrient lineup. The vegetative stage lasted 5 weeks. I originally planned for only 4 weeks, but after transplanting into coco the plants stalled for about a week, so everything got pushed back. After that, the flowering transition lasted another 14 days. One of the things I really like about the Uncle Ben’s method is that it lets you take excellent clones, sometimes even from the internodes, so you end up with two strong tops developing side by side. I absolutely love clones like that. The clones rooted in 7–14 days, and only Super Lemon Haze failed to root. As soon as a clone developed roots, it was transplanted directly into its final pot. Most of them rooted after the light cycle had already been switched to 12/12, so they didn’t really have a separate vegetative stage at all. To make everything fit — yes, I know, it sounds ridiculous ;) — most of the plants were supposed to be trained to three main tops. Well… that didn’t quite work out. In most pots, one strain ended up with three tops while the other has four. And then there’s Sour Diesel, which decided to grow three branches at every node, so it ended up with… six main tops :) The lamp is set with sunrise and sunset over 50 minutes, starting at 70% and ending at 75%. Cheers :)
