StickyHands And it continues. Welcome to my new little grow report. This time with Seriotca and Allkush.
Germination:
They were placed in a glass of water with a 1% hydrogen peroxide solution for 12 hours. Afterwards, they were wrapped in kitchen paper for 24 hours and then planted in soil on a 24Β°C heating mat. All of them germinated very well.
A little dream is coming true because I can finally grow in my own little bed, and with the Autopot system, no less!
But first, the little ones need to grow a bit. Meanwhile, the soil in the newly prepared bed can mature. You'll find out how I mixed the soil and which components I used in the coming weeks.
Stay green!

StickyHands The ladies are developing well. They've been given larger pots filled with a mixture of living soil and worm castings.
Next week they'll move into the 100-liter raised bed. I'm curious to see how they'll react.

StickyHands The ladies have their new home: a 100-liter living soil bed watered by an Autopot system. Today I'll show you how I mixed it.
First, I activated 5 liters of biochar. To do this, I mixed the biochar with 3 liters of reverse osmosis water. Then I added 500g of neem cake and 100ml of Orgatrex. I let this mixture mature for 5 days, stirring it several times a day if possible. After 5 days (it's better to let it mature for longer), I added 1.5 liters of compost tea and 50ml of EM (Effective Microorganisms) as the final step and let it sit for a few hours.
So now we have:
5L activated biochar
40L living soil from last grow
20L new living soil (couple of plants)
5L worm castings
30L 8mm pumice
300g rock dust
100g kelp meal
50g Mycorrhiza and Trichoderma
I let the whole thing mature for 10 days before the plants moved in. I also added red clover as cover crop and straw as mulch. I gave them fresh compost tea after they moved in.
I hope the plants like the mix.

StickyHands This week starts with LST. The main shoot of all three plants was bent to the side, which saves me from having topping them. I've had good experiences with this in the past.
Here and there, a few leaves that are blocking other shoots will be removed in stages.
The Autopots will be switched on in about 7 days (14 days after repotting).
After 6 days in the new bed, they received 2 liters of water with EM from above and 3 liters of water from below.

StickyHands Everything is going perfectly. The Autopot will be activated tomorrow; before that, I'll give it another dose of compost tea. I'll also be applying Rootinn (Power Flour) foliar fertilizer once a week.

StickyHands The final days of the vegetative phase have arrived. The ladies have experienced an explosive growth spurt, and the tent is practically full.
The two *Seriotica* plants are showing signs of light stress at 430 PPFD.
It is time for foliar feeding again. A light defoliation has also been performed once more.

Everything is going great. At the moment, I'm not intervening much and am just letting the plants do their thing. They receive compost tea every 1β2 weeks.

StickyHands Flowering Day 31
The buds are developing well and slowly becoming frosty and the scent is clearly noticeable, too.
Right now, there isn't much to do other than applying compost tea once a week.
@Caertner, Light intensity is around 400 ppfd. The two Seriotica plants apparently don't like that much light; at least, the leaves showed signs of this a week later.
@Mia_BIOTABS, The light intensity is at approximately 400β450 PPFD.
The two *Seriotica* don't seem to care for this much and are showing signs of light stress.
