I’ve never grown an autoflower and I’m excited to have Fast Buds Zkittlez as my first attempt. Hopefully it’s not that hard to pick up after years of growing photos. I think growing autos will actually be easier and will require less resources. But that’s just my hypothesis.
These autos grow so fast and are so low maintenance. Zkittlez Auto is finally growing multiple sets of leaves. I think next week might be time to feed it a low dose of nutrients
Started feeding this week. I started with a very low dose just to start. I’ve never grown autos before so I don’t know when to expect it to start flowering. She’s vegging like she’s supposed to and seems healthy. I look forward to seeing how she develops.
So far still in veg. Might introduce some silica and cal mag this week. I’d also like her stem to build stronger cell walls this the silica so she can support herself. Beautiful leathery green foliage with noticeable growth everyday.
Zkittlez Auto has thrown out preflowers. I’m not sure if this is the start of flowering immediately or if she still needs to veg before producing actual buds.
Zkittlez is finally entering flower. Her top cola is forming and I think she’ll bulk up nicely. I look forward to the next 7 weeks of flowering. I’m eager to see why people love autoflowers as much as they do. So far I love how bonsai and low maintenance she is. I’ve barely had to feed her.

Zkittlez is gradually flowering and slowly stacking. These autos seem to take awhile but so far no complaints. I can’t say this is any better than growing photoperiod strains but it is a fun change of pace.
Hopefully these next 4-5 weeks show me some impressive flowering formations. I like how low maintenance these autos can be but I also like the challenge of maintains a photoperiod plant. Regardless I’m enjoying autos and I’d like to try a faster flowering strain and see how it compares.
I think Zkittlez Auto has two weeks left, including this one. She definitely looks like the ten week pheno and I think she’ll bulk nicely in these last weeks. I loved growing this auto and am so impressed I was able to get these results considering I’m not an auto grower. I’ve already begun flushing and I think she’ll be a nice smooth smoke when she’s done. I’m amazed at how resinous she is. Looking forward to harvesting and then exploring more auto strains.
Most likely the last week for Zkittlez Auto. Really enjoyed growing this strain. I’ve been flushing for a bit now and I think she’ll be really good by the end. Gas, Candy, berry, and skunk terpene profile. Covered in greasy trichomes and stacking buds on all angles.
Last week most likely. This has been a great grow. I encourage all photo growers to try their hand at growing an auto. This plant smells like skunk, berry, and a little cheesy and gassy. She’s dripping resin and has some seriously beautiful structured buds. For a small plant grown under one LED, I’m impressed by the size and density of these buds and I think I’ll get a pretty good yield (relatively).
My zkittlez is about same age as yours, awesome plant to grow, it had issues with a major heat wave and it pulled through like a champ. Good luck with the grow.
Great to see the progress! I am about to start flushing my Zkittlez. Such ana amazing plant to grow. They do demand lots of water and nutrients during flower.
Dude, your gal is lookin' good. I'm sure you'll be fine with all your experience. I just started growing last year and I am on my third grow after a 2 month break. Fast Buds are great and they do just that... grow FAST! They can take a beating too! You can start feeding 'em from the beginning.... low strength (.25 to .5) the first week, increasing every 3rd feeding until your at full strength. I found they grow fast and you need to increase fast. They seem to drink plenty too. I got a Zkittles and GSC in soil and a couple Lemon AK's in hempy buckets going on 3 weeks. Unfortunately I'm not doing diaries because of file issues. But I will be following along and checking your progress. Peace.
