Panacelsius After the first defoliation the plants have been watered adding ActiVera and FishMix + Premium Mycorrhizae a complex of Rhizosphere bacterias, Rhizophagus intraradices and Glomus mosseae.
- BioBizz FishMix: A rich blend of North Sea fish emulsion, combined with 100% organic Dutch sugar beet extract, promotes the accelerated growth of living organisms in the substrate. It also stimulates the production of ‘good’ microorganisms and bacteria in all types of potting soil.
- BioBizz ActiVera aka Activator: Rich in 14 types of enzymes and 9 types of amino acids that aid digestion and increase nutrient uptake, helping to sustain microbial life in the substrate. It protects and boosts the immune system, enhances germination and plant metabolism, breaks down sugars, and optimizes nutrient absorption.
- GreenHouse BioGrow (mixed with soil): Organic matter from bone meal, malt germ, horn meal, feather meal, vinasses, rapeseed cake meal 34%
Derived from bone meal, barley germ, Magnesium sulfate, horn meal, feather meal, sugar beet vinasse, limestone, canola meal.
PPFD around 470 / dimmer set to 55%
Training: Fimming of the side branches and Defoliation of the largest fan leaves right after the day 21.

Panacelsius Last week of vegetative stage before switching to 12 hours of light, PPFD gradually increased to 650.
Water Content at 25%, very light drainage, pots fully saturated.
Already stretching too much, will be funny to manage this huge growth during the next weeks.
- BioEnhancer:
BioEnhancer is a blend of humic acids, seaweed extract, Trichoderma harzianum strains and Bacillus subtilis. Its main purpose is to enhance the uptake of nutrients and to act as a soil conditioner but it can also be used very effective for rooting of cuttings, germination of seeds and as a foliar spray to stimulate plant growth.

Panacelsius The two plants have currently reached 70 centimeters in height, with the goal of not exceeding 100/110 centimeters.
Environmental conditions are kept stable by following best practices for the generative/vegetative phase, avoiding stress and ensuring that the roots develop in saturated soil with slight drainage, around 10–20% of the water volume. The soil sensor will indicate a final WC value of 25.5%.
VPD around 1.2/1.3 when lights are ON and 0.9/1.1 when lights are OFF.
Two weeks later, we proceed with the second application of organic silicon Vitabrix by Mills, plus a mix of premium mycorrhizae and bacteria to enrich the substrate and nourish it with BioBizz FishMix, a rich blend of North Sea fish emulsion combined with 100% organic Dutch sugar beet extract that promotes accelerated growth of living organisms in the substrate and subsequently stimulates the production of “good” microorganisms and bacteria. While maintaining a dosage of 1 ml/L, BioHeaven was also applied; this product serves as a source of carbon dioxide for soil microorganisms and contains a blend of biological stimulants such as amino acids—the primary building blocks of proteins and enzymes, which are essential for the plant’s structure and metabolism; Supplementing the diet with amino acids allows the plant to save a huge amount of energy, redirecting those resources toward the massive expansion of its structure.
Similarly, just as with BioEnhancer by GreenHouse, the application of biostimulants made from cold-pressed algae extracts provides natural phytohormones that stimulate rapid cell division and protect the immune system from environmental stress.
*Since switching to 12 hours of light, the following additional lights have been turned on:

Turned on 15 minutes before the main light and 15 minutes after the main light turns off.
- UV light

Panacelsius At the end of the first week of flowering, one of the two plants, although weaker and suffering from the beginning, had reached the height of the other, but with a finer structure. Despite the pot being closer to the heater's opening, the weaker plant was drinking much more slowly, as can be seen in the less developed leaves and thinner branches. As a solution, the nighttime temperature was raised by one degree, primarily to reduce the day/night temperature difference, which helped reduce the stretch that had pushed the plant to the limit of the 160-meter-high grow tent. More importantly, raised the night time VPD which was just below 0.90. Currently, the night time VPD has been increased to between 1.00 and 1.1.
Defoliation was not planned but due to the excessive amount of foliage, the larger, overlapping leaves were removed from the lower half of the plants, as well as those that were directed inward, thus providing more light to the lower, lateral branches that were receiving less light. This is hoped to better utilize energy during the initial flowering phase, avoiding stress caused by defoliation once flowering has begun/bud stacking.
Manual watering was continued with 4 liters of water at a pH of 6.5, with a WC% value rising to 49%, with a VPD between 1.2 and 1.3 during day time.
1ml/L of each BioBizz product was applied with the 4L of water (FishMix, ActiVera, and BioHeaven). The Biobizz and GreenHouse combination showed no signs of overfeeding.
Dimmer turned gradually from 66% to 70% - PPFD around 850
*UPDATE: The plants kept on stretching and the super cropping/bending of the tops has been necessary to avoid light burnt and to make sure that even the lower branches receive the same light intensity. Applied also some clips to hold the bent branches. Definitely waited too much to switch to flowering.

Panacelsius The most challenging task this week was controlling the ending plant’s stretch, applying super cropping, and tying the branches to the sides—all to make the most of the limited space available and prevent the flowers from getting burnt. This week, along with training the branches, pruning was carried out to allow more light to penetrate. The pruning was perhaps a bit too frequent, but the Mexican Sativa is proving to be strong and resilient, both when placed close to the light and when it comes to fertilization and watering—the amount of water remains perfect at around 4 L per pot. Added BioBizz TopMax and BioBloom at 1-2 ml/L, along with a new application of Mycorrhizae and Bacteria.
Humidity level below 65% and VPD value tends to stabilize in the 1.2-1.5 range.
The light intensity was increased by +3%, reaching 78% for 12 hours of light, a setting that will be maintained for at least one week. Currently, the leaves and pistils are responding well despite the distance of less than 10 cm, and I believe it will not be possible to fully utilize the lamp’s power. We will see how it reacts as we continue the gradual adaptation to higher PPFD values.
