Cracked 3 June 1st. Will do 5 weeks veg from germination 18/6 then finish 12 12 until harvest. This is my 3rd season (6 harvests under my belt) Happy frog soil mixed with perlite 50/50 for maximum drainage and root development. This is the 3rd time I've run HSO genetics and the first for this strain. ( Sour diesel auto before) Always happy to answer any questions and help in any way.

It's actually end of week 4 from germination but I ran into a snag. Running one single plant, gave other 2 away. I used happy frog soil for the first time which I'll never use again. Not a fan. I flushed the soil and treated with neem to handle any larvae or gnat eggs and planted strain into a perlite rich soil. No nutrients and excess perlite lead to a very hard rooting and stunted slow growth. Dried out the soil, flushed with 5ml/gal floranovagrow and in 2 weeks she fully recovered and is back on track, and rooted. Even turned the yellow nitrogen starved vegetation back to green. Feeding lightly with every water until I notice signs then I'll do fresh water. "Weekend 3" I'll add a tiny bit of 0-10-10 and some cal mag and keep the regent going.

Just starting week 3 I am testing a theory. When I add all nutrients per the recommended dosage by GH, I END up with pH 6.5 and ppm 2500. So I've made a 2 gallon jug of 100% concentration and when feeding will add this to straight ph 6.5 water until I hit that weeks desired ppm. So same concentration except diluted to meet ppm standards. I.e. 800ppm next feeding using the concentration listed in this post. Next week same concentration but mixed to 1000ppm (pre flip) also, adding Flora nectar fruit n fusion to start feeding the soil. End of week 3 (7-7-19) Watered twice. Once with heavy nutes and one with water since this is the 3rd in series (feed feed water, feed feed water) High nutes because I am recovering from nutrient deficiencies since germination. Also note I'm using light bloom booster since I've noticed in most of my grows I end up purple with deficiencies, trying small doses of 0-10-10 each feeding to offset that. Added cal mag to the mix as well. Plant seems to have recovered 100% and is back on track. So far so good. Before I watered straight pH 6.5 room temp water I did a slurry test from 2in in and 2 inches down into the root zone, 1 oz soil 1 oz water. Ph dropped . 8 as it should, was ph 5.6 at the root zone with 600ppm . Water used was 285ppm. She's exactly where I want her right now. Backing the ppm of the next feeding to 800ppm and after every 2nd feeding will bump 200ppm.

Start of week 4. I WANT TO ADDRESS FEEDING. When you mix all your nutes per the nutrient company recommendation your ppm is through the roof. If you take that mixture and keep it as a reserve and mix it down with clean pH water to the ppm you should be at, that is absolutely the correct way to feed . Period. You can adjust up or down from there if your plants want more food, but less is always more in the end. Stunting can have grave effects on your yield even if the plant isn't burnt. Ppm each week and you'll be 100%. She tripled in size in one week and is doing great. She got pretty dark green and tried to claw a little bit so the last two waterings were water only, no nutes. I flushed today just enough to bring the run off back down to around 1200ppm (still a little high but it spiked at 2255 when I tried to feed her back to health) Next water I'll do what's in the jug (800ppm 6.5 pH ) and I should be back on track for feeding. Although it's clawing a little, there is 0 nute burn so far and I think I brought it down enough that I'll be ok. She's at 4 nodes now, one more node and I'll top, likely my next feeding toward the end of the week.. one full week and a couple waters after that we flip to 12 12 and grow out 10 colas. Goal is 1.5 oz dry as usual but with the early nute issues well see how well we do. She's dropping in the pictures because I just flushed her out, she'll be at attention (45* angle reaching for the sun) by this evening Topped and fed 800ppm on 7-10 Wednesday

Pictures: start of week 5. first two are the plant FRESHLY watered with just ph'd 6.0 floranectar at 600ppm. (Only reason it's drooping) Then I took the lowest 4 colas and staked them down to creat a flat open canopy. Second two pictures are the plant after 6 hours of sleep and 4 hours of light, Reaching up beginning it's journey to a full single plant 10 cola table top canopy. I also lowered the light to 24 inch. FEEDING: mixing all these nutes listed gave me a ppm of the solution of 4500ppm. Do not feed that to a plant!!!! It will die. I have 3 containers. 1 is 2 gals of phd water and sugars (floranectar) 1 is 2 gals concentrated phd nutrients 1 is 1 gallon for mixing for feed days I used about 1/10th or so of that solution in a 1 gallon container, filled the rest with floranectar only water and they were both pH 6.0 because my run off is about pH 6.9. made sure the ppm in was about 1100 (600ppm was floranectar and tap water). This will be the feeding I give right before flip next Friday giving it enough food to thrive during the stretch!!! 1100 ppm ish every other water with the same solution until end of week 7 of flower. Then flush every single time I water until harvest. Also a light defoliation taking the biggest lowest fan leaves to allow focused energy to plant development. Maybe 4 each week as they get to be about the size of my hand. I've done this every grow with great results. Open space = air flow and light penetration. If a plant can feel the air and the light it will grow big buds to try to catch pollen to procreate . If it's dark and stagnant it's not viable and the plant won't grow buds there. We don't want that to happen, but we'll be happy with some big buds! 7-16 flushed again to get same pH and ppm in as out. 6.8 and 900ppm. I also staked down the next two colas. 12 total. Last feed before I flip Friday night 7-19 with enough time to turn up the last staked colas and even out my canopy

Flipped 12/12 on Friday 7-19 after a good flush and a light feed. Mixed a 6.3 pH at 1450ppm for 2 days into stretch to feed her what she craves. Pulled out the stakes too now that she's branched out how I want her. 10 weeks till harvest. I added new pic sat, this is what people call week 1 of flower, I call it week six if veg because it's stretch week here , all veg. The structure and growth is exactly what I wanted. 1 foot tall, 2 feet across and thick branched. Going to have some really nice colas I think. Fingers crossed. Lastly, I'm upgrading my mars reflector 144 (720w 305w actual draw) to the new mars sp250 (230w actual draw) This is a white full spectrum passively cooled light. The par readings are almost double the 144 at center 18", and 3 times the strength in the sides and corners. This will be here right about the end of stretch so I'm pumped. If I see a improvement over previous harvests I'll order a second one for my winter season 4x4

7-25 Start of week 7 isnt until tomorrow but I swapped out the mars hydro reflector 144 for the mars sp-250. The pic doesn't do it justice, it's almost 2x as bright as the reflector. For a 260 dollar light with 0 interest financing through sezzle bought from the LED light depot (payment every two weeks) I'm stupid happy . We're wrapping up stretch, doing a feed feed water schedule @1300 ppm and she's a REALLY happy girl right now. Looking forward to seeing what she does flowering under the new led. Restaked her end of stretch to get a flatter canopy

Had a rough start getting her to root, now all seems great and she's been in flip for 6 days. No light leaks, 1212, 81 degrees f, 50% humidity, no toxicity or deficiencies, always pH 6.3 ish and 1000-1300 ppm early flower with bloom nutes. No white pistils ..... Should I worry?

No need to worry. Usually you don't see any white pistils until the end of week 2 or start of week 3.

Easy week start week 8 on 8/3 She's budding nicely. Nice node spacing after stretch, 12 colas 10 are very strong. The new light is crushing it for 1 week of flowering, I wish the other 2 were still here this is starting to look like a possible great turn over. Temps are a little high, but it's August so it is what it is. Ppm 1100 every second water now. Feed twice a week Water 3 times a week. Working on some nice photos now until harvest .

A little late, been on vacation for 4 days, heading home now. She's been drinking every 2 days, I've been gone 4 so hoping it's not too badly affected from 2 extra days without water. On the other hand, first time since she sprouted I've been more than 12 hours without seeing her . Will update with pics after a solid water and some recovery.

End of week 3 start of week 4 day 22 of flower. Not too much to say at this point. Focus on maintains health and feed proper from here on out. At end of week 7 I'll start my flush. 5 gallons of water every single water for 2-3 weeks until I get her to mature up and use up some stored nutes . But porn for the next 4 full weeks.

20% clear 80% cloudy End of week 4 start of week 5 in flower. Day 28 of flower Upped the pk 0-10-10 liquid koolbloom an additional 10ml/g for 3 concecutive feedings before I start my slow flush for 2-3 weeks. Will end up being about 8 full weeks with 1 week transition and 5 weeks veg. Looking great. Smells amazing. Like pinesol, lemon pledge, gasoline and Skittles in a Shaker. Did end up ordering steaks and ties. The 9utside colas are heavy as fuck and still have 4 weeks or so until harvest 8-26 middle week 5 flower. Defoliated anything with a stem. One more feeding and I start flushing and leeching for 2-3 weeks until tell tail signs for harvest. 21-25 days until harvest. Took a smaller cola for taste test . Drying slowly and so icy 8-29 couple days left of week 5. Flushed with 6 gallons of pH 6.3 clean fresh water. Do a two and a half week flush, get all the remaining minerals out of the soil so the plant and cannibalize and hopefully get a real clean nice smooth smoke. Final weeks till harvest

Week 6 / 7 of flower. Flushing for 2.5 weeks. I like to flush with cold water. Just superstitious I guess.shell be harvested in two weeks. Likely over a z dry. Small buds at the bottom and rock solid decent nugs at the top, but no larf. Everything is tight and dense. Sampled a trimming I took down last week, a 1/4 gram 3 ripper kicked my teeth in last night. After a good dry, and 2 weeks or so of cure it should be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
