☆Sweet Tooth Bonsai☆

Week 1, has started and the journey from seed 2 stoned has begun. This strain should be fun, heavy yielding strain, with a sweet terpenes profile hence the name Sweet Tooth. I'm a dessert tasting strain guy who loves all the sweet goodness of strains like this one. So first week starts out slow with not a whole lot to report. 12 hour presoaked in water, then directly planted into 3g final fabric pots. Ph 6, .3 Roots Excelurator mixed 1l water. I only feed 50ml roughly around the center of pot. Daytime temps 76°F, nighttime temps 68°F, lamp distance 30in reduced 1 in or 2 everyday until 18in has been reached. Clip fan for circulation, 2 inline fans with carbon filter, 180 watt LED, 3g Fabric pots, 25l container for water storage with 2 airstones. Turkey baster for my little princesses, plant ties and a partridge in a pear tree!! Well folks that's about it. I'll post pics throughout the week, stay green!!

Week 2, started light nutes, 1/8 strength. Just letting her do her thing. 20/4 lights schedule, 1/8 per liter, Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco Grow A+B, Roots Excelurator Gold, .3 ml per liter according to manufacturer's directions. Light spritz to leaves ph 6.0. Pretty straightforward this week waiting for her to thicken her stalk as she is top heavy and having trouble on her own so I propped her up to help. I have a feeling she is going to be fun to grow with a decent harvest. I have high hopes for this lady, one of Canuk's top yielding autoflowers caked in a Winter Wonderland of trichomes. I haven't decided on training yet but when week 3 rolls around and I see her structure as well as growth rate, I will make the decision going forward to what I want to go with. My first grow was off to the races until week 9 and then I had a brain fart and unraveled everything. A simple misinterpretation added 12 weeks to my grow....no chit....go take a look and you're going to either shake your head or chit your pants of laughter. I must have smoked too much that night...sure blame it on the weed...but I seriously do blame it on the weed bawahaha!! Looked like a plane fell from the sky and crash landed on my plant. I don't know what possessed me to bust her up like that but people this lady is as strong as a plant could be and she mended herself and still produced 132 grams. Crazy!! Well this time around just going to relax and maybe some LST and selective defoliation. Thx guys/gals, Stalks Strong!! * I decided to fim day 13!!

Week 3, been an straight forward week, decided to try my hand at fimming day 13, not sure what to expect as it looks weird. Question now is if I took too much off or not? Time will tell. Sweet Tooth is growing strong so far and hasn't really missed a beat from HST. I do see multiple growth tips but I'm not exactly sure as to how many. The undergrowth has caught up to the top so in the next couple days I'll decide on LST after she fully recuperates from fimming. Overall I think this grow is doing well and I can't wait to see her get BBW ( Big Beautiful Weed ) I like my girls top heavy lol well started 1/4 strength Sensi Grow A+B per liter, .3 ml per liter Roots Excelurator, ph 6, 18 in light distance and I scaled back the light schedule to 18/6. Hello everyone, week 4/day 22 is underway and I'll post pics of her progress daily throughout the week. I have done selective defoliation, only removing fan leaves on the main stem leaving the fan leaves on bud sites untouched as the canopy is starting to bush out nicely. I also did some LST tying down the top to even the canopy. This is week four so I expect her to start reaching for the stars and stretching out. I am currently watering every 4 days, roughly 5 litres until 20-30% runoff. I'm using 1/4 strength nutes with .3ml/Roots Excellerator per litre of water. Lightly spritz here and there with plain ph'd 6.0 filtered water. I like what I am seeing in her growth, so far so good with the next few weeks she should explode and trained for success. Hello my fellow gardeners, week 5 is here and I decided to crop and defoliate. I have 2 weeks of veg remaining and thought I would strengthen the branches by twisting in between nodes to expand the nutrient highway for bigger girth. I did supercrop my last diary but I think the combination of super cropping and schwazzing together, I delayed my grow extensively but was rewarded with a hefty yield for my first time albeit my execution needs work. We'll have to see how she responds as time will Only tell. I did defoliation but nowhere to the magnitude of my last grow as I left a couple fans this time lol I'm watering every 4 days roughly 6 litres with adequate runoff to ensure no salt build up. Ph 6 filtered water for foliage spray every now and then. I will update throughout the week with daily pics so wish me luck on these techniques and hopefully I'm harvesting within 12 weeks and not 26 bawahaha!! Welcome to the 6th week of Sweet Tooth. Day 36, last week of veg'n before she gets clipped before flower. So this run I tried to create a flat table like surface with this grow, aiming to keep flat and bushy as I don't have much headroom in my setup. 2x4x5 so not much room for me to work with lol I honestly don't like the way I trained this baby, too much involved with tying down and adjusting not to mention bud sites kinda crowded. I'm hoping for some stretch between the next couple weeks because she only 8 inches and looks like a mini bonsai tree. I'll post pics throughout the week daily but just letting her do her thing and hopefully she rises soon lol well people have a nice day it's almost weekend time, so Stalks Strong!!

Hello Growers, the long anticipated wait to flowering is finally over with!! 😜⌛ and it's time to kick it into gear and see what this little gal can do. I'm anticipating stretch but she's a small structured plant so not Jack in the beanstalk but a few inches I'm hoping for. Last week I went half and half with grow/bloom nutes but I am cutting out the grow nutes and unleashing the Kabloom 💣💥lets bring out those pretty flowers and essence that keeps us wanting more. So this week trying to keep the canopy even as possible but otherwise just defoliated and made full switch to flower and I am sitting back enjoying this part of her life. Welcome to the 8th week of Sweet Tooth, things are going okay but I think growth has slowed down due to calcium deficiency which I addressed 7 days ago so in the next few days she should be strong. I also was noticing some wind burn and clawing on some leaves which I backed off the clip fan. She was bushy again 1 week after defoliation so I thinned her to get full light penetration. I also was lucky enough to Only have one plant damaged due to my carbon filter dropping on poor Zkittlez and damn near killed half of her but good ol sweet tooth was untouched fortunately. Clamp came loose and the heat was too much for duct tape as it slid off. Well that's about it for now but stay green and Stalks Strong peeps, thx for any interest in my diaries or any feedback would be greatly appreciated, I'm only on my second grow and there's so much to learn still but I accept the challenge to continue to progress forward. Welcome to the 9th week of sweet tooth from Canuk Seeds. She's starting her 3rd week of flower and is starting to fill in nicely within her small structure that I created with LST and tie downs. I still have seeds of this strain but most likely I will grow again with main central cola and LST'ing only this central cola and then I'll ice the plant at 6th node to promote undergrowth. I will do a diary of this and I'll go back and compare the differences in quality and yield. So just relaxing and enjoying watching this one grow as it has been fun but really what I'm waiting for is the last 2 weeks when she kicks it up a notch. Welcome to the tenth week of Sweet Tooth from Canuk Seeds. She's starting to put some weight on for a little gal. Such a small structured plant but she all buds this one. By the time harvest comes along she gonna look like 1 giant bud lol pretty much on cruise control at this point. I had issues with nute burn this past week but I think I have under control now with solid flush and now I interchange feeding with plain ph'd water and I dialed back on nutes. I have zero experience with Advanced Nutrients or anything for that matter lol but this stuff is wicked so go light is all I can tell you and gradually increasing to plants individual needs. Well not much going on as I seem to fix nute burn and am now anticipating the final 3 weeks when she really starts to swell. Until next time, Daba daba that's all folks!! Stalks Strong!! 🇨🇦🌴😎👌👍👊

Week 11, I thought I addressed nute burn by plain water feed and then a decrease in nutes but her tips are crispy so I'm going to repeat this and hopefully she will be okay. I defoliated as much as I could ridding the bad leaves but I can't take them all off so it is what it is. I'm still trying to figure out dosages because not all plants are the same but this gal seems finicky. I'll note this down for the next time I grow her. She looks good other than burnt tips. She is drinking the same water wise so I'm not totally concerned as some growers will purposely try and maximize feeds but this wasn't the case. Well take care everyone and Fruitful Growing!! 🇨🇦🌴😎👊🙏

Week 12 Sweet Tooth It's been an up and down week with nutes as I'm still trying to figure out these doses but I think I got it under control. Buds are fattening nicely but the tallest branch still has a way to go but I think she should be ready in 2 weeks but not really positive but I'll keep track of trichomes and fade which she is starting to. Smell is sweet hence the name but nowhere near as intoxicating as Fastbuds Zkittlez. She is short but stocky, nothing like my first grow but she sparkles and seems to be dense in some areas but not as much in other areas. Week 13 Sweet Tooth Auto Canuk Seeds Finally have nute issues resolved and figure to have a couple weeks to go before harvest time baby!!! Very sweet smelling as she is starting to fill the room vaguely but not overpowering. I can see orange hairs starting to produce and she is super sticky. Trichomes are clear but I think I'm seeing some go cloudy. Small structured plant but she stacking the buds and I can't wait to see the last couple weeks and how much weight she can put on. Week 14 Canuk Seeds Sweet Tooth Auto 180 watt led Advanced Nutrients Ph perfect Sensi Bloom A & B Roots Excelurator Bud Candy So I'm starting to think Canuk Seeds like to take their sweet azz time in flower. I'm almost 2.5 weeks ahead of Fastbuds but the bud development is 2 weeks behind Fastbuds. I don't see me trying more of Canuks varieties as Fastbuds seems far superior so far what I am seeing in regards to flowering time and overall quality but I'll wait for harvest report before signing off on Canuk Seeds. Week 15 Canuk Seeds Sweet Tooth Auto Coco 180 watt LED Day 100 now and roughly 2 weeks for this gal. She is an ugly one lol nothing like Fastbuds genetics but I'm hoping the last couple weeks she struts her stuff and fills out becoming more attractive then she is currently. I'm not giving up on you princess lol other than her weird bud structure she is glistening and smelling quite delicious to be honest it's just the damn look of her. You know what they say " The difference between a dog and a fox? Is about 5 drinks!! " so I better start pounding them back. Week 16 Sweet Tooth Auto Canuk Seeds 180 watt LED Coco Final week of flower and the weight is starting to pack on. Not the biggest plant but I had to spread out the colas because their jammed together so I wanted them to be able to breath without any mold issues. Overall the bud structure isn't as dense that I would like especially compared to Fastbuds but I'm not really sure what to expect from this strain as it's my first time experiencing Sweet Tooth but it sounds delicious. Week 18 Canuk Seeds Sweet Tooth Auto 180 watt LED Coco Still fattening getting close now. Roughly 1 week until flushy flushy. The leaves look terrible, I am only using 1/4 strength but I can't seem to prevent them from burning but she's Growing so I guess that is all that matters. I will keep this in mind next time I grow this strain but as for this grow I don't think I can make her any prettier. Not overly impressed by this strain. I would like to try again sometime because I'm not sure if this was due to the fact Advanced Nutrients is wickedly strong and burnt the leaves very badly even at low dose. I'm thinking this contributed to the airy buds. The smoke is actually better than the appearance but just average bag appeal at best. Taste is earthy and sweet but the real test will be a few weeks away minimum. I think this strain has potential to be a winner with less nutes and more water while letting her do her thing.
