DogDoctorOfficial # GodFather OG by Zamnesia | Pheno A 🌱👔 ## Germination Week | An Offer a Seed Can't Refuse Hello GrowDiaries family! 👋🌱 Every grow begins with a seed. But some seeds arrive carrying a little more reputation than others. And when the name on the package says GodFather OG, well... expectations naturally enter the room before the plant even emerges from the soil. 😄 Before we begin, a small explanation. With the current GrowDiaries photo limitations, I've decided to document each phenotype in its own dedicated diary. Instead of grouping multiple plants together, every phenotype now receives its own space from seed to harvest. This allows me to continue documenting every stage of development as thoroughly as possible while selecting the best photographs from each week. The objective remains exactly the same as always: To create an honest, educational, and complete record of the grow from seed to harvest while sharing observations, successes, mistakes, and lessons learned along the way. Today, we begin following GodFather OG Pheno A. --- ## A New Member Joins the Family Every seed carries potential. Every cultivar carries history. And every grow starts with curiosity. For this run, we're following GodFather OG from Zamnesia Seeds, cultivated under a 12/12 from seed schedule from the very first day of life. A method that is a little different from what most growers choose, but one that has become part of my own cultivation style over time. Throughout this diary, I'll explain not only what I'm doing, but also why I'm doing it, allowing anyone interested to follow the process from beginning to end. For now, our newest family member has officially arrived. And like any good family, we'll give her the best start we can. 😄 --- ## Germination Using the Cannakan System For germination we used the Cannakan system. Simple. Organized. Reliable. A bit like having a good consigliere keeping track of everyone's business. 😄 The container is divided into separate chambers, allowing multiple cultivars to be germinated simultaneously while remaining properly labeled and organized. Each seed was placed inside using only plain water. No nutrients. No additives. No stimulants. Just water. Within approximately 24 hours healthy taproots had already emerged and the seeds were ready for the next stage. Fast. Clean. Efficient. Exactly the way we like to start a new operation. --- ## Why Only Water? One question that often comes up during germination is: "Why not feed the seedlings immediately?" The answer is simple. The seed already contains everything required for its first stage of development. Nature already handled the negotiations before we arrived. Inside that tiny shell are the energy reserves needed to establish roots and begin life. At this stage, I prefer allowing the seed to do exactly what it was designed to do. Water is enough. The objective is not to feed the plant. The objective is simply to wake it up. --- ## First Experience With Coco Starter Plugs This run also marks my first experience using coco starter plugs. The plugs were fully saturated with water and then gently squeezed to remove excess moisture while maintaining a healthy balance between water retention and oxygen availability. The germinated seeds were carefully inserted into the plugs and placed inside a humidity dome. The dome remained useful for only a short period. Within less than 24 hours the seedlings had already emerged and were ready to continue their journey. At that point, they were transplanted into small containers filled with Plagron Lightmix. --- ## Environment Environmental conditions remained intentionally simple. Temperatures around 26–27°C. Humidity maintained between approximately 65–70% using a Spider Farmer humidifier. Rather than keeping seedlings inside extremely humid conditions for extended periods, I prefer introducing them relatively early to the environment they will actually experience during growth. The goal is adaptation. Not dependence. Airflow remains extremely gentle at this stage. Just enough movement to keep fresh air circulating without creating unnecessary stress. --- ## Looking Ahead So far everything is progressing exactly as hoped. Fast germination. Healthy taproots. Strong emergence. Healthy color. Good vigor. And most importantly: A strong beginning. At this stage every phenotype remains a mystery waiting to reveal itself. And honestly, that's one of the most exciting parts of growing. No matter how many seeds we start, every new plant arrives carrying a story we haven't read yet. This is only the first chapter. And for GodFather OG Pheno A... the family business is officially underway. 🌱😄 Huge thanks to Zamnesia Seeds for the genetics, Plagron for the substrate and nutrition, Future Of Grow for the lighting, and everyone joining us for another seed-to-harvest adventure. Grower's Love everyone. 🌱💚

DogDoctorOfficial Godfather OG by Zamnesia | Pheno A 👑🌱 Vegetative Week 1 | Small Plant, Big Presence Hello GrowDiaries family! 👋🌱 Welcome back to another week of this 12/12 From Seed adventure. Today we turn our attention to Godfather OG Pheno A, a young plant that may still be in her first week of life but is already showing plenty of personality. Like the rest of the garden, she began her journey following the same methodology used throughout this project: direct transplantation into her final container, gentle early feeding, and immediate adaptation to a flowering light schedule under our 12/12 From Seed approach. While every plant receives identical treatment, genetics always find their own way of expressing themselves—and Godfather OG Pheno A is already beginning to reveal her character. ⸻ A Permanent Home From Day One Following germination, Godfather OG Pheno A was transplanted directly into her final container filled with Plagron Lightmix. Because this entire project is being conducted under a 12/12 From Seed methodology, we prefer avoiding additional transplants later in life whenever possible. This allows the root system to establish itself immediately within its final environment and removes the possibility of future transplant stress during critical developmental stages. The objective remains simple: 🌱 Healthy root development 🌱 Consistent growth 🌱 Minimal interruptions 🌱 Maximum genetic expression So far, she appears to be settling in beautifully. ⸻ Early Nutrition Strategy The first watering consisted only of pH-adjusted water, allowing the seedling to establish naturally during her first days above ground. By Day 4, we introduced a very gentle feeding program consisting of: 🌱 Terra Grow 🌱 Pure Zym 🌱 Power Roots 🌱 Sugar Royal At this stage, the goal is not aggressive growth. Instead, we focus on creating a healthy foundation by encouraging root expansion, microbial activity, and steady development while avoiding unnecessary stress. A strong beginning often creates a strong finish. ⸻ Environmental Conditions Conditions remained stable throughout the week: 🌡️ Day Temperature: 27°C 🌙 Night Temperature: 25°C 💧 Relative Humidity: 55% 🌱 Solution Temperature: 21°C 🌱 Substrate Temperature: 21°C 🌿 CO₂: Approximately 600 ppm Lighting remained around 350 PPFD under a 12/12 light schedule. Although 350 PPFD may seem relatively high for seedlings, the shorter daily photoperiod means total daily light exposure remains moderate when compared with traditional 18/6 vegetative schedules. This allows the young plants to adapt early to stronger light intensities while maintaining an appropriate Daily Light Integral (DLI). ⸻ A Compact But Determined Start One thing that immediately stood out throughout the week was how compact and sturdy this phenotype appeared. From the first sets of leaves onward, Godfather OG Pheno A displayed a very squat structure with tight node spacing and a sturdy stem. She may not have been the tallest seedling in the room, but she never looked weak. Quite the opposite. Everything about her early growth suggests a plant that is investing heavily in structure before chasing vertical growth. For an OG lineage, that is often a very welcome sight. ⸻ The Little Freak Factor Of course, no phenotype hunt would be complete without a little bit of weirdness. During the week, Pheno A displayed some slightly unusual early leaf development. Nothing concerning. Nothing unhealthy. Just enough variation to remind us that every seed carries its own unique blueprint. The leaf shape and growth pattern showed a bit of that quirky character we often encounter when growing from seed. And honestly, those are usually the plants that end up being the most interesting later in life. ⸻ Finishing Week One Strong By the end of the week, the plant had already begun producing nicely formed three-finger leaves and showed clear signs of healthy progression. The newer growth appears increasingly structured and symmetrical, while the overall color remains vibrant and healthy. Root establishment appears successful. Growth remains steady. And most importantly, she looks comfortable in her environment. At this stage, there is very little to complain about. Only good signs and growing potential. ⸻ Looking Ahead Week 2 should begin revealing much more about this phenotype. Will she remain compact and stocky? Will she suddenly stretch? Will those early quirky leaf characteristics disappear completely? For now, all signs point toward a healthy and promising start. And as always, patience is the grower’s greatest tool. ⸻ Thank You A huge thank you to Zamnesia for providing the Godfather OG genetics featured in this run. Thank you to Plagron for supplying the nutrients and substrate supporting the garden. And thank you to Future of Grow, and everyone following along with these diaries. Your support makes these detailed seed-to-harvest journals possible. As always, thank you for stopping by. Until next week… Grower’s Love everyone. 🌱💚👑 “Every giant starts as a seed. DogDoctorOfficial Week 2 - Godfather OG (Pheno A) 👑🌱 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another update from the 8×8 Adventure! For anyone joining us for the first time, this project follows multiple Zamnesia cultivars grown side-by-side under a 12/12-from-seed schedule. Every phenotype receives its own dedicated diary so we can properly document individual development, compare genetic expressions, and follow each plant from seed to harvest. Rather than grouping multiple plants into a single report, every phenotype gets its own diary. Even sister plants can display different characteristics, growth habits, and personalities, and documenting those differences is one of the most rewarding aspects of this project. This entire run remains under a 12/12 light cycle from the very beginning. The goal is not maximum vegetative size but rather to explore genetic diversity, flowering behavior, structure, vigor, and phenotype variation throughout the complete life cycle. ⸻ Week 2 Overview Week 2 has been another exciting chapter inside the 8×8 Adventure. Across the room, plants continue transitioning from seedling development into active vegetative growth. Root systems are expanding, growth rates are accelerating, and the entire garden is responding positively to the gradual increase in nutrition. Lighting intensity has now increased to approximately 370 µmol/m²/s across the canopy, providing additional energy while remaining perfectly suited for young plants. Environmental conditions remained stable throughout the week: • Light Schedule: 12/12 • Day Temperature: 27°C • Night Temperature: 25°C • Relative Humidity: 55% • Solution Temperature: 20.1°C • Substrate Temperature: 21°C • CO₂: Ambient (~600 ppm) Watering remained measured and deliberate. Each plant received approximately: • Day 8 – 250 ml • Day 11 – 250 ml Nutrition was gradually increased as plant response remained consistently positive. Week-ending values: • EC: 0.9 mS/cm • pH: 6.0 Current feeding schedule: • Terra Grow – 1.8 ml/L • Pure Zym – 1 ml/L • Power Roots – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L The entire room continues displaying healthy color, strong vigor, and excellent development. ⸻ Godfather OG Pheno A This week belongs to one of the most charming personalities in the entire room. Godfather OG Pheno A continues growing beautifully and proving that perfection doesn’t always mean absolute symmetry. One of the early leaves remains slightly smaller than its counterpart, a tiny quirk that immediately gives this plant character. And honestly? We love it. Because despite that little asymmetry, everything else about this plant looks fantastic. Healthy color. Strong growth. Excellent structure. Beautiful leaf development. And a steadily increasing growth rate as the root system continues expanding beneath the surface. Sometimes those small imperfections are exactly what make a phenotype memorable. ⸻ Development Notes Week 2 showed very healthy progression from start to finish. The plant has continued building new growth consistently and now carries multiple layers of healthy foliage with excellent color throughout. The newest growth appears vigorous and clean, while the overall structure remains balanced and attractive. Five-finger leaves have now firmly entered the scene, marking another important milestone in development. Every new set of leaves looks stronger than the one before. The response to increased nutrition has been excellent, and there are no signs that the plant is struggling with the gradual increase in feeding levels. In fact, she seems to be enjoying every bit of it. ⸻ A Little Bit Funky, A Whole Lot Beautiful One thing I particularly enjoy about this phenotype is that she already has her own personality. That slightly smaller leaf could easily be viewed as a flaw. I don’t see it that way at all. To me, it’s one of those little details that makes a plant instantly recognizable when walking through the room. Nature rarely produces identical copies. And that’s exactly what makes growing from seed so interesting. Godfather OG Pheno A may have started with a small quirk, but she has transformed that quirk into part of her identity. The rest of the plant is developing so beautifully that the slight asymmetry simply becomes another chapter in her story. ⸻ Structure and Growth The overall architecture is becoming increasingly attractive. The plant is stacking nodes efficiently while maintaining healthy spacing between growth points. Leaf size continues increasing week after week, creating a fuller appearance and allowing the plant to capture more light with every passing day. The rich green coloration seen throughout the canopy suggests the roots are happy, the environment is stable, and nutrient uptake is progressing exactly as hoped. At this stage, there is very little to criticize. The plant simply looks healthy. And healthy plants are happy plants. ⸻ Room Life The room continues running smoothly as environmental conditions remain stable and consistent. The humidifier continues helping maintain ideal humidity levels for young plants, while airflow and environmental control remain carefully managed throughout the space. The gradual increase in nutrient strength has been well received by the entire room, and growth rates continue trending upward. As always, Mr. Baggy remains fully committed to his professional responsibilities. Current duties include: • Plant supervision • Environmental inspection • Photography assistance • Quality control management • Looking adorable while providing minimal actual labor Performance reviews remain ongoing. ⸻ Looking Ahead If current trends continue, next week should bring: • Faster vegetative growth • Larger five-finger leaf development • Additional node production • Increased stem thickness • More obvious phenotype characteristics • Continued canopy expansion I’m especially curious to see how the plant develops over the coming weeks and whether that small asymmetrical leaf remains one of her defining traits or simply becomes an early-life footnote. Either way, she is building an excellent foundation for the weeks ahead. ⸻ Final Thoughts Week 2 has been another successful week for Godfather OG Pheno A. Healthy growth. Excellent color. Strong vigor. Beautiful structure. And just enough personality to make her stand out from the crowd. The slightly smaller leaf that first caught our attention is still there, but instead of being a weakness, it has become part of what makes this phenotype unique. Sometimes perfection isn’t about being identical. Sometimes perfection is about growing beautifully despite a few quirks. And this plant is doing exactly that. A huge thank you to everyone following along, supporting the project, sharing knowledge, and joining the journey. Special thanks to Zamnesia, Plagron, Future of Grow, and all the partners helping make this adventure possible. And most importantly, thank you to the community. Your encouragement, ideas, discussions, and enthusiasm continue to make these diaries worthwhile. Thank you for stopping by, and I’ll see you all next week for another update from the 8×8 Adventure. Growers Love 👑🌱💚

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 Week 3 | Godfather OG – Pheno A | Building the Foundation Week three marks another exciting step forward for this Godfather OG phenotype. While some of her sisters are stretching with a little more enthusiasm, this lady has chosen a different path. She remains naturally compact, stacking tight internodes while producing broad, healthy foliage and vigorous new growth. One of the goals of Project Blue is to discover each phenotype’s individual personality, and this plant is already showing exactly that. Rather than reaching for height, she is focusing her energy on building a sturdy framework that should provide an excellent foundation for flowering later on. The growing environment remains extremely stable, allowing the plants to develop without unnecessary stress. Daytime temperatures averaged around 27°C, dropping to 25°C during the night, while relative humidity stayed close to 55%. Root zone temperatures remained stable at 21°C, nutrient solution temperature at 20°C, with pH carefully maintained at 6.0 and nutrient strength increased slightly to EC 1.3. CO₂ levels averaged approximately 666 ppm, and lighting continued under the 12/12 From Seed schedule, delivering roughly 600–700 PPFD, adjusted according to each plant’s individual height. Nutrition continues to follow the Plagron Terra program, providing everything needed for healthy vegetative growth. This week’s feeding consisted of: • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L The gradual increase in EC has been met with an excellent response, with healthy leaf colour, vigorous growth and no signs of nutrient stress. This week also introduced the first stage of canopy management. Rather than using aggressive training techniques, I simply began gently bending and repositioning a few large fan leaves to expose the developing secondary branches underneath. This subtle approach allows more light to reach future bud sites while letting the plant continue growing naturally with virtually no recovery time. This Godfather OG appears naturally suited for a bushier architecture, so encouraging those lower branches now should help create a fuller canopy as flowering progresses. Overall, she continues to look exceptionally healthy, with strong branching, thick stems and lush foliage. She may not be the tallest girl in the room, but she’s quietly building what could become an incredibly productive structure in the weeks ahead. As always, a huge thank you to Plagron, Zamnesia, GrowDiaries, and everyone following along on this Project Blue journey. Mr. Baggy completed another careful inspection of the canopy and is pleased to report that this queen has officially passed quality control once again. Growers Love 🌿🛍️

DogDoctorOfficial 🌱 Godfather OG (Zamnesia) | Pheno A | Week 4 The adventure continues… Every week this project reminds me why I love growing from seed. Even when plants share the same room, the same nutrients, the same lighting and exactly the same environment, each phenotype writes its own story. That’s exactly what this diary is about. This is Godfather OG – Pheno A from Zamnesia, grown as part of my 8×8 Adventure, where twelve different genetics are all being cultivated using the 12/12 from seed method. The goal isn’t to chase massive vegetative plants, but to discover each cultivar’s natural expression while keeping everything under identical conditions. Week 4 has been all about building structure. The roots are now well established, the branches are strengthening, and the plant is beginning to reveal the architecture that will support the coming stretch. Every day she becomes a little easier to read, and so far she’s telling a very promising story. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Development This phenotype has developed into a beautiful, compact plant with excellent vigor. The overall colour is rich and healthy, while the newest growth shows that vibrant lime-green tone typical of fast, actively dividing tissue. One thing that immediately catches my attention is how symmetrical she is becoming. The internodal spacing remains tight, producing a dense canopy filled with potential flowering sites. The stem is noticeably thick and sturdy, which is always something I like to see before entering the real flowering stretch. Strong foundations usually lead to strong harvests. Large fan leaves are doing an incredible job powering photosynthesis while shading portions of the canopy that aren’t yet ready for full exposure. Overall, she looks calm, healthy and completely comfortable in her environment. ⸻ 🌱 Low Stress Training & Leaf Tucking Training this week remained focused on Low Stress Training (LST). Instead of removing leaves, I’m continuing to gently reposition branches and tuck larger fan leaves underneath developing shoots. This simple technique allows more light to reach secondary growth without sacrificing valuable solar panels. The beauty of leaf tucking is that nothing is permanently removed. The plant keeps all of its energy-producing leaves while the lower branches receive enough light to begin competing for canopy space. Every day the branches become a little more flexible and easier to position. As they continue to harden, they’ll naturally hold their new shape, creating a wider and more even canopy. It’s a slow process, but one that consistently pays off later in flower. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Program The nutrition remains simple and consistent. Current feeding: • Terra Grow — 1.8 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L Solution adjustments: * pH: 6.1 * EC: 1.35 mS/cm Nothing dramatic has changed because there simply isn’t any need to fix something that is already working. The plant is responding beautifully, producing vigorous new growth without any signs of nutrient excess or deficiency. The root zone appears very healthy, allowing the canopy to expand steadily every day. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment The room continues to perform exceptionally well despite the warm weather. Environmental conditions • Day temperature: 33°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 63% • CO₂: 639 ppm • Solution temperature: 26°C • Substrate temperature: 21°C While daytime temperatures are certainly on the higher side, maintaining stable humidity, good airflow and constant irrigation allows the plants to continue growing without showing signs of heat stress. Healthy roots make an enormous difference during warmer periods, and so far this room is handling those conditions remarkably well. ⸻ 👀 Looking Ahead Over the next week I expect to continue guiding the canopy through gentle LST while allowing the secondary branches to catch up with the main leaders. If she continues developing at this pace, she should enter the flowering stretch with an even canopy, excellent branch distribution and plenty of future bud sites already exposed to light. For now, patience remains the best training technique. ⸻ 🚀 The 12/12 From Seed Adventure Growing directly under a 12/12 light schedule from seed continues to be one of the most fascinating experiments I’ve ever undertaken. Every phenotype responds differently. Some stretch early, others remain compact, while others completely surprise me halfway through the cycle. That’s exactly why I enjoy documenting every single plant individually. Watching each phenotype express its unique personality under identical conditions teaches me far more than simply chasing yield. Every week brings another lesson, and every diary becomes another chapter in that learning process. ⸻ 🙏 Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this journey, whether you’ve been here since day one or you’ve just discovered the diary. Thank you to those who leave kind comments, ask thoughtful questions, share knowledge, and even to the critics who encourage me to keep improving. Every interaction helps make this community stronger. A special thank you goes to GrowDiaries for providing a platform where growers from around the world can document, compare and learn from one another. And of course, endless gratitude to the incredible companies helping make this project possible: 🌱 Zamnesia — for the amazing Godfather OG genetics. 💜 Plagron — for providing the nutrition that keeps this garden thriving. 💡 Future of Grow — for delivering the light that powers every day of growth. Finally, thank you for taking the time to follow this 8×8 adventure. I hope these weekly updates inspire you to keep growing, keep learning, and most importantly, enjoy every step of the journey. Until next week… Growers Love and Happy growing! 🌱💚

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 5 | The Giant Begins to Wear Her Crown Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of my favourite things about documenting every single phenotype individually is watching how differently each plant interprets exactly the same environment. Same room. Same lighting. Same feeding philosophy. Same genetics. Yet every plant develops her own personality. Godfather OG Pheno A has quickly established herself as one of the giants inside the tent, standing proudly above many of her neighbours while beginning the exciting transition into flowering. She’s becoming impossible to ignore. ⸻ 🌱 The Journey So Far For those discovering this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed method. Rather than extending the vegetative period before changing the light cycle, every plant has received a consistent 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness from the very first day of life. This allows every phenotype to determine its own natural timing. Instead of deciding when flowering begins… …the plants decide for themselves. That is one of the most fascinating parts of this entire experiment. Although every plant shares the same environment, no two stories have unfolded exactly the same. ⸻ 🌸 The Transition Has Begun This week officially marks what I’m considering Week One of Flower. She’s living in that beautiful transition where vegetative growth hasn’t completely stopped, but flowering has clearly taken over. Fresh white pistils are now appearing throughout the canopy, confirming that reproductive growth is well underway. Those delicate white hairs are the first visible signs of future flowers. Over the coming weeks they’ll multiply rapidly as each flowering site develops into what we all hope will become dense, resin-covered colas. It’s one of the most exciting stages of the entire grow. Every day brings noticeable changes. ⸻ 🌿 One of the Giants of the Room Standing at approximately 75 cm, Godfather OG Pheno A has become one of the tallest plants in this entire project. Her structure is beautifully balanced. Strong stems. Excellent internodal spacing. Healthy branching. The Low Stress Training carried out during the previous weeks is now beginning to reveal its purpose. By gently bending stems and opening the canopy instead of forcing aggressive structural changes, light is reaching more growing tips while the plant continues developing naturally. Every adjustment made earlier is now beginning to pay dividends. Sometimes patience truly is the best training technique. ⸻ 💧 AutoPot Feeding System This phenotype is growing in one of my AutoPot systems. The AutoPot works through a remarkably simple but effective device called the AquaValve. Rather than operating on timers or pumps, the AquaValve automatically refills the tray only after the plant has consumed the available nutrient solution. In other words… The plant decides when she wants another drink. This creates an incredibly stable root environment while reducing fluctuations in moisture and nutrient availability. As flowering begins, the feeding program has also evolved to support the transition. Bloom nutrients have now joined the schedule while maintaining enough vegetative support to fuel the final stretch before the plant focuses entirely on flower production. ⸻ 🌡️ Environmental Conditions The room continues performing exactly as planned. Current averages include: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 67% • Nutrient solution: 21.6°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm Humidity remains slightly elevated during this stretch phase to support vigorous growth and healthy transpiration. As flowers begin stacking over the coming weeks, humidity will gradually be reduced to create the ideal environment for dense, healthy blooms. Maintaining environmental stability is every bit as important as feeding the plants themselves. Healthy plants are built through consistency. ⸻ 📷 This Week’s Gallery This week’s photographs document her progress from multiple perspectives. Close-up shots highlight the first pistils emerging across the growing tips. Side views reveal her impressive vertical growth and balanced branching. Bird’s-eye views showcase an increasingly even canopy thanks to the weeks of gentle training. I’ve also included updates from inside the room together with controller readings to continue documenting every aspect of this project as accurately as possible. Watching the room evolve week after week is becoming just as rewarding as watching the individual plants themselves. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead Over the next week I expect the stretch to continue as flowering becomes fully established. More white pistils should appear across every branch, and the first true flower clusters will begin forming as the plant shifts more energy toward reproduction. Training will remain gentle, with only small adjustments made where necessary to maintain an open canopy and maximize light penetration. The real building phase is only just beginning… …and I have a feeling this lady has plenty more to show us. ⸻ 💚 Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8×8 Adventure. Every diary, every photograph, every update is part of a much bigger story, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who chooses to be part of it. A huge thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for giving growers around the world a place to document, learn and inspire one another. Zamnesia for providing the incredible genetics behind this phenotype hunt. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrients that keep these ladies thriving. 💡 Future of Grow LED for providing the light driving every stage of development. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment throughout the entire grow. And finally… Thank you to everyone reading, commenting, supporting, asking questions, sharing advice, or simply following along. Whether you’re a grower, a learner, a supporter, or just curious, you’re part of this adventure too. I’ll see you all next week as Godfather OG Pheno A continues her journey from vigorous growth into what promises to be a spectacular flowering run. Growers love and happy growing, everyone! 🌱👑💚

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 6 | Wearing the Crown with Confidence Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! There are always a few plants in every grow that naturally draw your attention. Not because they're demanding it... But because they quietly command it. Godfather OG Pheno A continues to be one of those plants. Now standing at approximately 90 cm, she's become one of the tallest ladies in the room, carrying herself with a strong, elegant structure while moving confidently deeper into early flower. Every week she seems to add another layer to her personality. And this week, she revealed one of my favourite characteristics yet. 🌱 Growing Her Own Story For anyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed technique. Rather than providing a long vegetative period before flowering, every seedling receives twelve hours of light and twelve hours of darkness from the very beginning of life. Instead of deciding when flowering begins... ...I allow each phenotype to decide for herself. Some race into bloom. Others take their time building structure before committing their energy to reproduction. Watching those different strategies unfold inside the very same environment continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of this project. Nature always has her own plans. 👑 A Crown Begins to Form Flowering is now becoming impossible to miss. The main apex is beginning to stack fresh white pistils while the secondary branches are quickly following behind. Every growing tip is slowly transforming from vegetative growth into future flowers. Although these buds are still small, you can already start to imagine the shape they'll eventually become. This is one of my favourite stages of every grow. Each morning brings noticeable progress. Each day the plant looks just a little different than she did the day before. The excitement only continues to build. 🍃 Nine Fingers of Beauty One feature immediately caught my attention this week. Those incredible nine-fingered fan leaves. Large. Wide. Deep green. Absolutely beautiful. It's a question growers often ask: Do nine-fingered leaves mean indica or sativa? The honest answer is... Not necessarily. Leaf shape and leaflet count are influenced by both genetics and environmental conditions. While broad nine-fingered leaves are often associated with vigorous indica-leaning plants because of their wider leaflets, sativas and hybrids can produce nine, eleven, or even thirteen-fingered leaves as well when they're thriving. Rather than acting as a reliable indicator of lineage, high leaflet counts are often simply a sign that the plant is healthy, mature, and growing vigorously. In many ways, they're like a badge of confidence. When a plant has everything she needs—healthy roots, stable nutrition, proper lighting, and a balanced environment—she has the energy to produce these large solar panels that capture tremendous amounts of light. And that's exactly what these leaves are. Tiny power stations. Every one of them working around the clock to fuel the flowers that are only just beginning. 🌿 Strong Structure, Gentle Guidance Standing around 90 cm, Godfather OG Pheno A has continued stretching while maintaining excellent branch spacing throughout the canopy. The weeks of gentle Low Stress Training are paying off beautifully. Rather than forcing the plant into an unnatural shape, the goal has simply been to open the canopy and allow every future flower site its opportunity to receive direct light. Only small adjustments continue to be made. A little leaf tucking here. A gentle repositioning there. Sometimes the smallest interventions produce the biggest rewards later in flower. 🍽️ Feeding for the Next Chapter As flowering continues establishing itself, the nutrition program remains focused on supporting both the final stretch and the beginning of flower production. This week's feeding included: • Terra Bloom – 1.9 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • pH adjustments using Lemon Kick and pH Plus when required Everything continues to be delivered through the AutoPot system, allowing the AquaValve to provide nutrient solution only when the plant has actually consumed what was previously available. One of my favourite aspects of AutoPots is their simplicity. The plant decides when she drinks. I simply make sure the reservoir gives her everything she needs. 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Consistency continues to be one of the strongest foundations of this grow. This week's averages included: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • Nutrient solution: 22°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm Humidity has now been reduced slightly compared to previous weeks as flowering becomes more established, helping prepare the environment for healthy flower development while maintaining vigorous growth during the final stretch. Healthy gardens aren't built through dramatic changes. They're built through hundreds of small, consistent decisions. 📸 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs tell the story perfectly. The close-up shots capture clusters of fresh white pistils appearing across the tops of nearly every branch. The side profile highlights her impressive vertical growth and elegant branch spacing. And perhaps my favourite photograph of the week... ...that enormous nine-fingered fan leaf. Sometimes one leaf says everything you need to know about a plant's health. It almost looks too perfect to be real. 🔮 Looking Ahead During the coming week I expect the vertical stretch to begin slowing as more energy shifts toward flower production. The small pistil clusters should begin merging into recognizable bud sites while resin production quietly prepares to make its first appearance. Training will remain minimal, allowing the plant's natural architecture to continue doing most of the work. Something tells me this lady is only just getting started. And if her early performance is any indication... She's planning to live up to her name. 💚 Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8×8 Adventure. Every week these plants remind me that growing isn't about controlling nature. It's about creating the conditions that allow nature to express itself. Watching each phenotype reveal its own character has been one of the greatest joys of this entire project, and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone sharing the journey alongside me. A special thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for providing a platform where growers around the world can document their progress, learn from one another, and inspire the next generation of home growers. Zamnesia for the outstanding genetics making this phenotype hunt possible. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrients supporting every stage of this grow. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the light that powers every leaf, every branch, and every flower. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment twenty-four hours a day. And finally... Thank you to everyone who follows these diaries, leaves a comment, asks a question, shares advice, or simply stops by to see how the garden is evolving. Every update becomes a little more meaningful because it's shared with this amazing community. I'll see you all next week as Godfather OG Pheno A continues growing into the queen she's already beginning to look like. Until then... Growers Love and happy growing, everyone! 🌱👑💚

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 7 | Reaching for the Sky Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of the things I enjoy most about this project is seeing just how differently genetics express themselves when every plant shares exactly the same environment. Every phenotype receives the same light. The same nutrients. The same temperatures and humidity. The same care. And yet... Every single one chooses her own path. Godfather OG Pheno A has clearly decided that her path is upward. At approximately 166 cm tall, she has become one of the tallest ladies in the room, stretching confidently above much of the canopy while maintaining an elegant structure that seems almost effortless. She's becoming difficult to ignore. 🌱 One Garden, Twelve Different Stories For anyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is an experiment in growing twelve different cultivars using the 12/12 From Seed technique. Instead of giving the plants a traditional vegetative period, every seed was placed under a 12-hour light and 12-hour dark cycle from the very beginning. The result is something I absolutely love watching. Every phenotype writes its own story. Some remain compact. Some focus on branching. Others build flowers early. And then there are plants like Godfather OG Pheno A... ...whose first instinct seems to be reaching for the lights before settling down to build flowers. It's a perfect reminder that genetics will always have the final word. 👑 Chasing the Ceiling This week she continued doing exactly what she's been doing since flowering began... Stretching. And she's doing it beautifully. Despite her impressive height, the internodal spacing remains excellent, giving every future flower plenty of room to develop while allowing light to penetrate deep into the canopy. Rather than becoming lanky or unbalanced, she carries herself with remarkable elegance. Every branch appears purposeful. Every node seems perfectly placed. Watching her grow feels less like managing a plant and more like watching architecture slowly build itself. 🍃 A Picture of Health If I had to describe this phenotype in one word this week... Healthy. The foliage carries a rich, vibrant green colour from top to bottom. The leaves are perfectly formed, reaching confidently toward the light without any signs of stress. The stems remain thick and sturdy, easily supporting the rapid vertical growth. Sometimes the healthiest plants aren't the ones screaming for attention. They're simply the ones that quietly look perfect day after day. Godfather OG Pheno A is quickly becoming one of those plants. 🌸 Flowers Beginning to Take Shape The stretch may still be continuing, but flowering is becoming more obvious with every passing day. Fresh white pistils continue appearing across every branch, and the individual flower sites are beginning to develop into recognizable bud formations. They're still early. Still delicate. Still building their foundations. But the framework is now clearly visible. The coming weeks should see these small clusters begin merging together into longer, fuller colas as the plant gradually shifts more of her energy away from vertical growth and toward flower production. 🌿 Letting Genetics Lead One of the things I've learned over the years is that not every vigorous plant needs constant intervention. Sometimes the smartest decision is simply getting out of the way. Only minimal adjustments continue this week. A little leaf tucking. The occasional branch repositioning. Nothing more. Her natural structure is already doing an outstanding job of distributing light throughout the canopy, and I don't see any reason to fight what her genetics are naturally trying to accomplish. Sometimes nature really does know best. 🍽️ Feeding the Entire Room As with the rest of the 8×8 Adventure, nutrition is shared across the entire reservoir, each phenotype receives the exact same nutrient solution hand feeding or autopot. This week's feeding included: • Terra Bloom – 2 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • pH adjustments using Lemon Kick and pH Plus when required The increase to 2 ml/L of Terra Bloom wasn't made specifically for this plant but for the entire room, as all twelve ladies continue moving deeper into flowering together. Even though every phenotype responds differently, they all share the same table. 🌡️ Environmental Conditions Maintaining consistency remains one of the biggest priorities throughout this grow. This week's averages included: • Day temperature: 29°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 60% • pH: 5.8 • EC: 1.95 mS/cm • Nutrient solution: 22°C • Root zone: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 639 ppm Stable conditions allow the genetics to express themselves naturally, and this room continues proving just how important consistency really is. 📸 This Week's Gallery This week's photographs tell an exciting story. The wide shots immediately reveal just how much taller she's becoming compared to many of the surrounding plants. The close-ups showcase beautiful early flower development, vibrant green foliage, and exceptionally clean internodal spacing. One of my favourite images captures her standing proudly above the canopy. It's almost as if she's announcing to the room that she isn't finished stretching just yet. She's becoming one of the true standouts of this project. 🔮 Looking Ahead The biggest question for next week is simple... Will she finally slow down? Or does she still have another growth spurt waiting? Either way, I expect the stretch to gradually begin easing while flower production starts taking priority. Those clusters of fresh white pistils should continue stacking into larger bud sites, and if everything continues progressing as smoothly as it has so far, the first noticeable resin production shouldn't be too far away. She's already among the tallest plants in the room. Now it's time to see if she can become one of the most productive as well. 💚 Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8×8 Adventure. Every week reminds me why phenotype hunts are so fascinating. Even when every variable is carefully controlled, each plant still finds her own unique way to express the genetics she's carrying. Watching those differences unfold week after week has been one of the most rewarding experiences of this entire grow, and I'm grateful to everyone sharing the journey with me. A special thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for giving growers around the world a place to document, learn, and inspire one another. Zamnesia for providing the outstanding genetics that make this phenotype hunt possible. 🌱 Plagron for the nutrients supporting every stage of this grow. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the power behind every leaf and every flower. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping keep the environment stable around the clock. ✨ Lumiflora for adding under-canopy lighting that helps ensure the lower flower sites receive the light they deserve. And finally... Thank you to everyone who follows these diaries, leaves a comment, shares advice, or simply enjoys watching these twelve very different personalities grow together. Your support makes every update even more enjoyable to write. I'll see you all next week as Godfather OG Pheno A continues her race toward the ceiling and, hopefully, begins transforming all that incredible structure into equally incredible flowers. Until then... Growers Love and happy growing, everyone! 🌱👑💚

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 8 | The Demanding Queen Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! If last week Godfather OG Pheno A was reaching for the sky, this week she's making something very clear... She's demanding. 👑 Of all the ladies in the room, this phenotype has been one of the harder ones to keep up with. She seems to want more food, more attention, more everything. While the rest of the room follows along quite comfortably, she keeps asking for just a little bit more. But that's also what makes phenotype hunting so fascinating. Twelve genetics. One environment. One feeding strategy. 24 completely different personalities. And Godfather OG Pheno A definitely has a personality. 🌱 A Plant That Keeps Asking for More At approximately 169 cm, she's still one of the tallest plants in the room. The impressive part isn't simply her height, though. It's how much flower development she's carrying along that structure. She's still stretching, still reaching, and still building new flower sites while gradually transitioning toward heavier production. Keeping up with her hasn't always been easy, but she's rewarding the extra attention with some beautiful development. 🌸 The Flowers Are Starting to Get Interesting This is probably what I'm enjoying most this week. The bud formation is becoming much more obvious, and the flowers are beginning to take on their own shape rather than simply looking like early clusters. There's a lot of fresh white pistil growth, increasingly visible resin production, and a structure that makes me very curious about where she'll end up. And then there's the smell... She's starting to develop an aroma that is becoming increasingly noticeable every time I work around her. I have a feeling this girl may surprise me. It's still too early to make any predictions, but she's certainly giving me reasons to keep watching closely. 🍃 A Lighter Shade of Green One thing that's particularly noticeable this week is the lighter coloration in some of her foliage. She's not wearing the same deep green uniformity as some of the other phenotypes, and there are areas of lighter green across the leaves. Considering how demanding she has been nutritionally, it's something I'm keeping an eye on. At the same time, the plant is continuing to grow, the flowers are developing, and the overall structure remains beautiful. So rather than trying to immediately "fix" something that isn't necessarily broken, I'm watching her response and letting the plant tell me where she wants to go. That's part of the experiment. ✂️ No Defoliation... Yet We're not defoliating Godfather OG Pheno A this week. Her natural structure is still giving the flowers plenty of room, and I don't feel the need to interfere just for the sake of doing something. Eventually, she will probably receive the same treatment as some of the others. But for now... She gets to be herself. Sometimes the best cultivation technique is knowing when to leave the scissors alone. 🍽️ Feeding the Queen As always in the 8×8 Adventure, the room continues to follow a shared feeding strategy. This week's nutrition included: Terra Bloom – 2.2 ml/L Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L Power Buds – 1 ml/L Lemon Kick – 0.03 ml/L when required The increase in Terra Bloom is part of the room's flowering strategy rather than something specifically adjusted for this phenotype. But Godfather OG Pheno A certainly seems to be one of the ladies asking us to pay attention to what that feeding produces. 🌡️ Environmental Conditions The room remains remarkably consistent: Day temperature: 29°C Night temperature: 25°C Humidity: 60% pH: 6.0 TDS/EC: approximately 2.0 mS/cm Solution temperature: 22°C Root-zone temperature: 21°C CO₂: 639 ppm Watering: approximately 1.4 L per plant / 24h Light schedule: 12/12 Height: 169 cm And that's exactly what makes her behaviour so interesting. The environment hasn't changed dramatically. She has. 👑 The Queen May Have a Surprise Coming Looking at her this week, I keep coming back to the same thought: There might be something special hiding inside this phenotype. She's demanding. She's hungry. She's tall. She's still developing. And she's beginning to smell very, very interesting. She's certainly not the easiest girl in the room. But sometimes the difficult ones are the ones that teach us the most. And when I look at those flowers developing along her towering structure, I can't help wondering what she's going to look like when she finally decides that stretching is over and it's time to put everything into the flowers. For now, I'm simply enjoying the journey. 💚 Thank You Thank you for joining me for another week of the 8×8 Adventure. This project continues to remind me why growing multiple phenotypes under the same conditions is so fascinating. We can give them the same room, the same light, the same nutrition and the same care... And they will still find completely different ways to express themselves. Godfather OG Pheno A may be one of the demanding queens of this room, but she's also becoming one of the most interesting. A huge thank you to everyone following along, supporting the diary, sharing knowledge and enjoying the journey with me. And of course, my gratitude to: 💚 GrowDiaries 👑 Zamnesia for the genetics 🌱 Plagron for the nutrition 💡 Future of Grow LED for the lighting 🌿 TrolMaster for environmental control ✨ Lumiflora for the under-canopy lighting I'll see you next week to find out whether our demanding Queen finally starts slowing down... Or whether she has even more to ask from us. 👑🌱 Growers Love and happy growing, everyone! 💚

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 9 | The Queen Is Getting Loud Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 💚🌱 And this week, our demanding Queen has something very interesting to say. She's still demanding. She's still not giving me that deep, lush green that I personally love seeing. She's still one of the girls that makes me pay a little more attention. But... she's growing. She's building. She's developing beautiful flowers. And there's one thing she has absolutely no intention of keeping quiet about anymore: her smell. 👃🔥 This girl is becoming loud. Very loud. In fact, at the moment, she's carrying the strongest aroma I've found anywhere in the tent. And that has my attention. 👑 A Quick Recap — Our Demanding Queen If you've been following Godfather OG Pheno A from the beginning, you'll already know that she has never exactly been the easiest girl in the room. She's one of the tallest plants in the 8×8 Adventure, sitting around 169 cm, and she's consistently been one of the more demanding phenotypes when it comes to nutrition and overall attention. But that's also what makes her fascinating. Because we're not giving her a special environment. We're not building a separate feeding programme just for her. We're not changing the rules of the experiment because one plant asks for something different. We have twelve different genetics and more than twenty plants sharing the same ecosystem. They receive the same general treatment. They share the same room. They share the same environmental conditions. They share the same reservoir. And then... they show us who they are. Godfather OG Pheno A is showing us that she is a Queen with an appetite. 😂👑 🌿 Still Growing. Still Building. The most important thing this week? She's still moving forward. She's still developing. She's still putting on flower. And when I look at her within the tent, she has that presence that makes her difficult to ignore. She's tall. She's commanding. She's reaching through the canopy. And those flowering sites are becoming increasingly impressive. The plant isn't sitting still waiting for us to figure her out. She's busy. She's building. She's doing exactly what a plant in this stage should be doing: developing her flowers. And honestly, that's what I care about most. 🍃 That Green... Now, I'm not going to pretend. She's not wearing the green I like. 😂 I love seeing that deep, rich, lush green across the canopy. Godfather OG Pheno A isn't quite giving me that right now. Her foliage is noticeably lighter in places, and because I know how demanding she has been throughout this run, it's something I'm continuing to observe carefully. But there's a very important distinction here. Not looking exactly how I want doesn't automatically mean she's failing. She's still growing. She's still flowering. She's still producing. She's still developing. And the flowers themselves are telling us a very different story from simply looking at the colour of the leaves. So I'm not going to panic. I'm not going to create a problem just because I don't like one particular shade of green. I'm going to keep watching the entire plant. Because the plant is always more than one leaf. 🌸 And Those Flowers... This is where she really starts getting interesting. Because despite everything I've just said about the foliage... look at the flowers. Beautiful. The flower structures are developing nicely, and the plant is continuing to build along those long branches. There's increasing definition. There's increasing resin development. There's plenty of fresh pistil growth. And there's a sense that she's gradually moving from the stretching and structural-building phase into the part of flowering where the flowers themselves become the main event. That's the transition I'm watching closely now. The plant has already built the framework. Now we're waiting to see what she does with it. And I have a feeling... she's going to have something to say about that. 👑 👃 The Loudest Girl in the Tent Now let's talk about the thing that really caught me this week. The smell. Oh... She's loud. 😂🔥 At the moment, Godfather OG Pheno A is producing the strongest aroma I've encountered in the tent so far. And when you're surrounded by more than twenty plants, that's saying something. Every time I get around her, she's basically announcing: "I'm here." No introduction necessary. No invitation required. She has arrived. And this is exactly the kind of thing I love discovering as flowering progresses. Because early in the run, you can look at a plant and make all sorts of guesses. Then suddenly, somewhere along the way, the plant starts revealing another part of its identity. For Godfather OG Pheno A... that identity is becoming increasingly aromatic. She's loud. She's noticeable. And she's making me extremely curious about where this profile is going to take us as the flowers continue to mature. I'm not going to try to name the final aromatic profile yet. It's still developing. But I can tell you one thing: this girl wants to be noticed. 👑👃 🔥 The Interesting Part About This Phenotype This is where the whole phenotype-hunting concept becomes so much fun. We're watching plants under essentially the same conditions. Same room. Same lighting. Same irrigation. Same nutrition. Same general environment. And yet Godfather OG Pheno A is behaving like a completely different character. She's tall. She's demanding. She's lighter in colour than I'd prefer. And she's becoming the loudest plant in the tent. That's a personality. And I love it. Because we're not trying to force her to become something else. We're trying to discover what she already is. The Experiment Continues One of the hardest things about running a room like this is accepting that you can't make every plant happy in exactly the same way. If you're growing one plant, you can react to every little difference. But when you're running twelve genetics and more than twenty plants, the philosophy changes. We establish a consistent baseline. We provide the environment. We observe the response. And then we learn. Some plants thrive immediately. Some demand more. Some stay darker. Some become lighter. Some stretch. Some stay compact. Some become incredibly aromatic. And some... become the Queen of the room. Godfather OG Pheno A definitely seems determined to claim that crown. 👑😂 💧 Feeding & Environment The room continues following the shared feeding strategy: 🌱 Plagron Terra Bloom – 2.2 ml/L 🌱 Green Sensation – 1 ml/L 🌱 Power Buds – 1 ml/L 🌱 Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L ⚗️ Lemon Kick / pH adjustment as required And the environment remains consistent: 🌡️ Day – 29°C 🌙 Night – 25°C 💧 RH – 60% ⚗️ pH – approximately 6.0 ⚡ EC – approximately 2.0 mS/cm 💦 Solution temperature – 25°C 🌱 Substrate temperature – 26°C 💨 CO₂ – 639 ppm 💡 Light schedule – 12/12 ? Pot – 15 L 💧 Watering – approximately 1.4 L/plant/24h Again, the consistency is important. We're not changing the entire room around one phenotype. We're watching how she adapts to the same world as everybody else. And so far... she's adapting. 📸 A Small Apology About This Week's Photos Now... I have to make a confession. 😂 Somehow, somewhere along the way... I lost Godfather OG Pheno A's individual photographs for this week. Yes. The Queen has officially fired her photographer. 👑📸😂 So unfortunately, this week's update doesn't have her usual individual photo collection. And I'm genuinely sorry about that. But I don't want that to stop us from documenting her journey. We're still sharing photographs from the wider ecosystem, and we're still sharing videos from inside the tent. She's there. She's growing. She's developing. And if you've been following the diary, you can go back through the previous weeks and use those updates to identify her position and structure in the room. The full-tent photographs and videos also give you the opportunity to see her within the ecosystem she shares with all the other girls. So while I don't have her usual close-ups this week... the Queen is absolutely still here. 👑🌱 And I promise I'll try not to lose her again. 😂 🌸 The Flowers Are Her Best Argument And perhaps that's what makes this week so interesting. If I only looked at the foliage, I might say: "Hmm... I'm not completely happy with this." But then I look at the flowers. And I think: "Okay, girl..." Because she's producing. She's building. She's developing beautiful structures. She's getting increasingly frosty. And she's becoming increasingly aromatic. So once again, the plant is reminding me not to judge one characteristic in isolation. The Queen may not be dressed in the greenest dress in the ballroom... but she's certainly wearing some beautiful flowers. 👑🌸 🔍 What Am I Watching? At this stage, there are a few things I'm particularly interested in. First: How much more will she bulk? She's already developing nicely, and there's still plenty of flowering time ahead. Second: Where is that aroma going? Because she's already the loudest girl in the tent. I'm extremely curious to see how that aromatic character develops as the flowers mature. And third: How will her foliage progress? I'm continuing to watch her colour and overall plant health without jumping to conclusions. The goal isn't to make her look perfect. The goal is to understand her. That's a very different thing. 🌱 She's Teaching Me Again And this is probably the biggest lesson Godfather OG Pheno A is giving me this week. Sometimes a plant can challenge you... while still rewarding you. She can demand more attention. She can look different from what you personally prefer. She can make you question what's happening. And at the same time... she can produce beautiful flowers. She can develop an incredible aroma. She can continue growing strongly. And she can make you excited to see what happens next. That's cultivation. That's phenotype hunting. And that's why I'm enjoying this run so much. 👑 The Queen Is Still Writing Her Story So, Week 9. Approximately 169 cm. Still demanding. Still developing. Still not the deepest green in the room. But... beautiful. Beautiful flowers. Beautiful structure. Increasing frost. And the strongest smell in the tent so far. She's not finished. She's not even close. And that's what makes this so exciting. I'm genuinely curious about what happened here. What exactly is hiding inside this phenotype? What will those flowers become? How far will that aroma develop? And what will she look like when she finally decides she's done stretching and puts everything she has into finishing those flowers? I don't know yet. And honestly... I love not knowing. Because that's why we're here. To find out. 🔮 Looking Ahead For the coming week, I'm expecting the focus to continue shifting toward flower development. 🌸 More bulk. ❄️ More visible resin. 👃 More aroma. 🌿 Continued observation of the foliage. 👑 And hopefully a little less drama from our demanding Queen. 😂 But I'm not making promises on that last one. She's been demanding from the beginning. She may have earned the right to continue. For now, we'll keep the environment consistent, keep observing her response, and allow her to continue telling us what she wants to become. No forcing. No unnecessary changes. Just observation, consistency and time. 💚 Let Her Shine I may have lost her individual photographs this week... but I certainly haven't lost sight of her. She's right there in the jungle. Standing tall. Growing strong. Making flowers. Getting frosty. And making enough noise with her aroma that you don't need a photograph to know she's there. 😂👃🔥 Godfather OG Pheno A may not be giving me the lush green I personally love. She may be one of the more demanding girls in the entire room. But she's also showing me something beautiful. She's adapting. She's developing. She's producing. And she's becoming increasingly interesting with every passing week. So let's give our Queen the spotlight she deserves. The photographs may have gone missing... but the Queen certainly hasn't. 👑💚 🙏 Thank You As always, thank you so much to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure. This project continues to be one of the most fascinating growing experiences I've ever had. Twelve genetics. More than twenty plants. One shared environment. And an incredible collection of personalities developing right in front of us. A huge thank you to GrowDiaries for giving growers a place to document, learn and share these journeys. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Godfather OG genetics and for giving us the opportunity to discover what these phenotypes can become. Thank you to Plagron for the nutrition supporting the room. Thank you to Future of Grow LED for powering the garden. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping keep the environment consistent. Thank you to LumiFlora for bringing additional light into the lower canopy. And finally... thank you to every single person following along. Whether you comment every week... whether you ask questions... whether you're learning... or whether you simply stop by to see what's happening inside this little jungle... thank you. 💚 I'm having an absolute blast with this run. Some days I honestly feel like Tarzan wandering around my own little jungle, checking on everybody, looking at flowers, taking photographs, discovering new smells and learning something new every time I walk through the tent. 😂🌴🌱 And Godfather OG Pheno A? She's one of the girls keeping me curious. She's demanding. She's different. She's loud. She's beautiful. And she's still writing her story. Growers Love, my friends. 👑💚🌱 See you next week, when hopefully the Queen and her photographer manage to reunite. 😂📸👑

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 10 | The Queen Has No Patience for Empty Plates 😂👑🔥 Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 💚🌱 And, well... I have to start this week's report with an apology. I did it again. 😂 Somehow, once again, the individual photographs of our Queen have disappeared into the mysterious photographic universe. I have absolutely no idea what I did. I'm starting to suspect that Godfather OG Pheno A has personally decided that she doesn't need individual portraits anymore. She's basically saying: "You already know who I am. Look at the whole room." 😂👑 And fortunately, we do have photographs of the entire room. She's right there. Growing. Developing. Doing her thing. And honestly? She's looking beautiful. So although I don't have the individual photo collection I wanted for this week's update, I certainly haven't lost sight of her. She's still one of the girls that immediately gets my attention when I walk into the 8×8. She's still demanding. She's still hungry. She's still a little angry with me from time to time. 😂 And she's still growing absolutely amazingly. So let's give this Queen the spotlight she deserves anyway. Because photographs or not... you can't really hide the Queen. 👑🌿🔥 🌱 Week 10 – Still Growing Her Own Way Godfather OG Pheno A continues to be one of those plants that makes me stop and look. She's tall. She's strong. She's demanding. And she has absolutely no interest in behaving like everybody else in the room. That's one of the things I've enjoyed most about watching her throughout this adventure. She's never really tried to make things easy for me. 😂👑 But at the same time... she keeps rewarding the attention. She's growing. She's developing. She's building flowers. She's consuming everything the environment gives her. And she's continuing to show us that very distinctive personality that we've been documenting from the beginning. The Queen may be demanding... but she's productive. And that's a pretty good combination. 👑 Still Demanding – Still Hungry Let's talk about the elephant in the room. This girl eats. 😂🍽️🌿 She's one of those phenotypes where I look at what we're providing and think: "Okay... that's gone already?" She's hungry. She's using the resources available to her. She's growing strongly. And she continues to give me the impression that, if given the opportunity, she'd happily sit down at the table and finish everybody else's dinner too. 😂 This is one of the things that makes her interesting in a room containing so many different genetics. We're not running twelve completely different feeding programmes. We're giving the room a consistent foundation and observing how each plant responds. And Godfather OG Pheno A is making her response very clear: "I can use more." That's useful information. I'm watching her closely, because there's a difference between a plant that is genuinely demanding and one that is simply showing a slightly different expression. With this girl, the appetite has been remarkably consistent. And yet... she keeps growing beautifully. So the Queen remains on the watch list. 👀👑 🌿 The Anger Is Part of the Personality 😂 She's still a little angry. I'm not even going to argue with her anymore. 😂 Some plants politely ask. Some plants quietly suggest. Godfather OG Pheno A seems to send official royal correspondence. "I require more." 😂👑📜 But underneath the drama, what matters is that she's continuing to develop extremely well. She's not sitting there stalled. She's not giving up. She's not stopping. She's actively building. And that's why I continue to find her so fascinating. She can challenge me while simultaneously showing me that she's perfectly capable of turning that environment into growth. That's a phenotype worth paying attention to. 🌸 The Flowers Keep Moving Forward And even without her individual close-up photographs this week, the wider room images still give us something important. She's flowering beautifully. The structures continue developing. The flowers are becoming more established. And the plant is moving deeper into the stage where all that earlier structural growth starts paying off. This is where I really enjoy looking back through the diary. Because the plant we saw earlier in the run isn't the same plant we're looking at now. The framework is already there. The branches are established. The flowering sites have developed. And now we're watching those sites become increasingly meaningful flowers. She's doing exactly what I want to see from her. Not necessarily behaving perfectly... but developing beautifully. And honestly? I'll take that every time. 💡 The Queen Is Catching Photons And once again, we have to talk about photons. Because this week, more than ever, I find myself thinking about the relationship between this girl's appetite and the amount of light she's receiving. Every second that the lights are running, photons are moving through the canopy. We can't see them. But the plant can use them. Leaves intercept that light. Photosynthetic machinery converts that captured energy into chemical energy. And that energy supports the enormous collection of processes happening inside the plant. Growth. Maintenance. Water movement. Development. Flower formation. Everything is connected. And Godfather OG Pheno A appears to be making a serious effort to capture as many of those photons as possible. ☀️💡🌿 She's got a large structure. She's got plenty of foliage. She's got flowers distributed through that structure. And she's hungry for resources. So when I look at her, I don't just see a tall flowering plant. I see a three-dimensional photon-capturing machine. And she's working. ☀️ More Than Just Light From Above The lighting philosophy in this room is also about more than simply throwing photons at the top of the canopy. The main Black Series LEDs provide the primary illumination. Then we have additional lighting helping reach areas deeper inside the plants and lower down in the canopy. That matters because a plant like Godfather OG Pheno A isn't a perfectly flat surface. She's tall. She's layered. She's got branches occupying different heights. She's got flowers positioned at different angles. So the photons entering the room encounter a complex three-dimensional structure. Some are intercepted immediately. Others travel deeper. Some reach lower areas. Some are absorbed by leaves. Some pass through gaps. And that's part of what makes the lighting environment so interesting in this project. We're not just lighting a canopy. We're illuminating a jungle. 😂🌿💡 💡 Photons + Plant Architecture This is also where genetics become fascinating. Two plants can receive essentially the same lighting environment... and use it completely differently. A compact phenotype creates one type of canopy. A tall phenotype creates another. An open plant allows photons to travel differently from a dense one. And Godfather OG Pheno A has built herself a very particular architecture. She's tall. She's substantial. She's got plenty happening throughout the vertical space. And she's clearly making use of it. That's why I don't want to look at the lighting only as a number. I want to look at the relationship between: 💡 Light 🌿 Architecture 🍃 Leaf area 🌸 Flower distribution 💨 Air movement 🌡️ Environment ⚗️ Nutrition All of these things interact. And this Queen is giving us a particularly interesting example of what happens when a hungry phenotype gets access to a stable environment and plenty of photons. 🌸 She's Turning Light Into Something Beautiful And that's ultimately what we're watching. The photons themselves aren't the interesting part. The interesting part is what the plant does with them. We see the result in the leaves. We see it in the growth. We see it in the developing flowers. We see it in the overall structure. The invisible becomes visible. And when I walk into the room and see Godfather OG Pheno A continuing to develop, that's what I think about. All that light. All that captured energy. All those resources. Being turned into a living, flowering plant. That's pretty damn cool. 💡🌿👑 🌿 Still the Queen of Her Own Space She's also maintaining that unmistakable presence she's had throughout the grow. At around 169 cm, she's one of the taller girls in the room. And she uses that height. She doesn't just occupy vertical space. She fills it. The structure gives her plenty of places to develop flowers, while her foliage continues supporting the plant. She's not trying to be compact. She's not trying to imitate another phenotype. She's simply being Godfather OG Pheno A. And that's exactly what I want from this experiment. I don't want twelve identical plants. I want twelve stories. And this Queen has certainly given us one. 💨 Keeping the Environment Working With Her As the flowers continue developing, maintaining the relationship between the canopy and the environment becomes increasingly important. A large plant creates its own little weather system inside the canopy. Leaves transpire. Air moves. Humidity changes locally. Temperature interacts with the surrounding environment. And all of those factors matter more as flowering structures become larger. So the objective remains the same: keep the room stable and allow the plant to work. Good air movement. Consistent environmental conditions. Appropriate light. Stable root-zone conditions. And observation. We're not trying to micromanage every leaf. We're trying to maintain a system where the plant can do what it has clearly decided to do. Grow. Flower. Eat. And apparently complain. 😂👑 ⚗️ Feeding – The Queen Still Wants Seconds The shared nutrition strategy remains: 🌱 Plagron Terra Bloom – 2.2 ml/L 🌱 Green Sensation – 1 ml/L 🌱 Power Buds – 1 ml/L 🌱 Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L ⚗️ pH adjustment as required Current room values remain around: pH ~6.0 EC ~2.0 mS/cm And once again, Godfather OG Pheno A is making it clear that she's one of the hungrier phenotypes in the room. I'm not going to turn that observation into an automatic recipe change. The plant gets watched as a whole. Her growth. Her flowers. Her foliage. Her overall progression. Her response over time. But yes... if plants could talk, I have a feeling this one would be asking for a larger menu. 😂🍽️👑 🌡️ The Room Remains Her Foundation The environment continues to sit around: 🌡️ Day temperature: ~29.9°C 🌙 Night temperature: ~25°C 💧 RH: ~60% ⚗️ pH: ~6.0 ⚡ EC: ~2.0 mS/cm 💦 Solution temperature: ~25°C 🌱 Substrate temperature: ~26°C 💨 CO₂: ~639 ppm 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 ? Pot: 15 L 💧 Watering: ~1.4 L/plant/24h And once again, the numbers are only part of the story. The real story is the response. And her response is: I'm growing. That's what I want to hear. 📸 Yes... I Lost Her Photos Again. 😂 Okay. Let's address this properly. I'm sorry. 😂📸👑 Somehow, the individual photographs of Godfather OG Pheno A from last week and this week seem to have ended up together, somewhere, in some folder that apparently exists in another dimension. I have photographs of the other girls. Plenty of them. The whole room is documented. She's visible in those wider photographs. But her dedicated individual photographs? Gone. Again. I genuinely have no idea how I managed this twice. So to everybody following her diary: my true apologies. 💚 I know the individual photographs are an important part of these weekly updates, especially when we're documenting a phenotype separately. And I promise: Next week, the Queen gets her portrait session. No excuses. No mysterious folders. No photographic disappearances. 😂📸👑 I'm putting her back on the priority list. 🌿 But Look at Her in the Jungle The good news is that the wider room photographs still show something important. She's there. She's growing. She's developing. And she's looking beautiful. Sometimes seeing the plant within the whole ecosystem actually tells us something that a close-up can't. You see her relationship with the surrounding plants. You see the scale. You see the canopy. You see where she sits inside the room. And you can appreciate how much structure she's built. So while I'm definitely disappointed that I don't have her individual photographs... I'm not disappointed with the plant. Not even remotely. She's doing fantastic. 🔬 Another Week of Phenotype Hunting This is another week where Godfather OG Pheno A reminds me why this project exists. We're not trying to make every plant behave identically. We're watching how they respond to a shared foundation. And this girl has given us a very clear identity. She's: 👑 Tall 🍽️ Hungry 🌿 Vigorous 🌸 Productive 💡 Light-hungry 😂 Demanding 🔥 Beautiful And somehow... she continues to make me smile every time I check on her. Even when she's angry. Especially when she's angry. 😂👑 Because the challenge is part of the personality. 🔮 Where Does the Queen Go From Here? That's the question now. She's already established herself. She's already shown us her appetite. She's already shown us her structure. She's already shown us that she's capable of developing beautiful flowers. Now I want to see what happens as those flowers continue to mature. How much more will they develop? How will her aroma progress? How will her resin expression develop? How will the overall plant finish? And perhaps most importantly... how much more food is this woman going to ask for? 😂🍽️ I honestly don't know. And I'm perfectly happy with that. We'll watch. We'll document. We'll adapt when necessary. And we'll let her tell us. 💭 Final Thoughts – The Queen Doesn't Need a Portrait to Rule So... Week 10. No individual photographs. Again. I'm sorry. 😂💚 But the Queen is still here. She's still standing tall. She's still demanding. She's still hungry. She's still capturing photons. She's still developing flowers. And she's still looking absolutely beautiful. The wider photographs show her within the jungle. The environment is stable. The lighting is doing its job. The photons keep flying. And this girl keeps catching as many as she possibly can. She's eating everything she can. She's growing everything she can. She's taking the environment we've given her and turning it into her own expression. And honestly? I couldn't ask for a more interesting phenotype to follow. She doesn't make things boring. 😂👑 So this week, even without the individual portraits... the spotlight remains firmly on her. Because she deserves it. And next week? I promise. Portraits. The Queen is getting her photographs back. 📸👑😂 🙏 Thank You As always, thank you so much to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌱 Thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us the space to document these individual journeys and share the experience with growers around the world. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Godfather OG genetics and for giving us the opportunity to discover what these different phenotypes can become. Thank you to Plagron for the growing media and nutrition supporting the room. Thank you to Future of Grow LED for powering this jungle and keeping those photons flying. 💡☀️🌿 Thank you to LumiFlora for helping bring additional light into the inner and lower areas of the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping us keep the environment under control behind the scenes. And finally... thank you to everyone following along. Every comment. Every question. Every message. Every person stopping by to see what the girls are doing. It genuinely means a lot. This adventure continues to be one of the most enjoyable learning experiences I've had. Twelve different genetic stories. One shared environment. One jungle. And so many personalities. And Godfather OG Pheno A? She's still one of the loudest characters in the room. She may be angry. She may be demanding. She may eat everything in sight. She may have fired her photographer two weeks in a row. 😂📸 But she's also growing beautifully. She's developing beautiful flowers. She's catching photons. She's using the environment. And she's becoming more and more herself every week. So let's give the Queen her spotlight. Let's let her shine. Let's keep those photons flying. And let's see where this hungry, demanding, beautiful girl takes us next. 👑🌿💡🌸🔥 Growers Love, my friends. 💚🌱 And I promise... next week, the Queen gets her damn photographs. 😂📸👑

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 Godfather OG – Pheno A Week 11 | The Queen Finally Gets Her Portraits 😂👑📸🔥 Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 💚🌱 And this week... WE HAVE PHOTOGRAPHS. 😂📸👑 Yes, my friends. After somehow managing to lose the individual photographs of our Queen for two consecutive weeks, I can finally confirm that Godfather OG Pheno A has officially returned to the photographic record. And because I felt slightly guilty about the previous weeks... I gave her TWO stacks. 😂👑📸📸 She deserved it. After all, she spent two weeks basically saying: "You keep talking about me, but where are my pictures?" 😂 Fair enough, Your Majesty. Here they are. And honestly... looking at these images, I'm very happy we made the effort. Because this girl is developing beautifully. She's still tall. She's still hungry. She's still demanding. She's still doing absolutely everything in her own way. But now we can actually look closely at what she's been building. So let's give the Queen the spotlight again. 👑🌿🔥 ──────────────────────── 🌱 WEEK 11 – THE QUEEN KEEPS MOVING ──────────────────────── Not much changed physically for the plants this week. And that's actually the point. The room is established. The plants have their structure. The flowering sites are developed. The environment is stable. The irrigation is running. The nutrition has been adjusted. The lighting has been upgraded. And now... we let them work. Godfather OG Pheno A is continuing to grow and develop in exactly the same room as everybody else. Same environment. Same general strategy. Same lighting system. Same irrigation. Same nutritional foundation. Different genetics. And once again, she's showing us her own interpretation of that environment. She's not trying to become Blueberry Muffin. She's not trying to become Cash Express. She's not trying to become Chem Brûlée. She's Godfather OG Pheno A. And she's doing it her way. 👑 ──────────────────────── 📸 THE QUEEN FINALLY GETS HER PORTRAIT SESSION ──────────────────────── Okay... I have to admit something. This week wasn't exactly a massive photography week. I didn't spend hours photographing every plant from every possible angle. But when I got to Godfather OG Pheno A... I looked at her and thought: "Nope. She deserves at least two stacks." 😂 So that's exactly what we did. Two stacks. And I'm really glad we did. Because macro photography gives us a completely different way of looking at the plant. Suddenly, the canopy becomes a landscape. The flowers become mountains. The trichomes become a forest of tiny structures. And those beautiful orange and white pistils weave their way through everything. Looking at these images, you can really see how much resin coverage she's building. The flowers are absolutely covered. The sugar leaves are coated. The surface of the buds is sparkling. And the more you look... the more there is to discover. 🔬🌸💎 ──────────────────────── 💎 A CLOSER LOOK AT HER RESIN ──────────────────────── This is probably the part of the photography that makes me stop every time. You take the image. Then you zoom in. Then you zoom in again. And suddenly... there are trichomes everywhere. 😂💎🌿 Godfather OG Pheno A is showing some beautiful resin development. The macro stacks reveal layers upon layers of trichomes sitting across the flower structure. Some areas look almost completely covered. Others show the green floral tissue underneath, surrounded by sparkling resin. And then you have those pistils running through everything, giving the flowers that beautiful contrast between green, white and orange. It's one of those moments where photography becomes more than simply documenting the plant. It becomes a way of seeing something that your eyes simply can't appreciate in the same way. The naked eye says: "That's a frosty flower." The macro stack says: "Look at ALL of this." 😂 🔬💎🌸 ──────────────────────── 👑 STILL THE SAME HUNGRY QUEEN ──────────────────────── And yes... before anyone thinks the Queen has suddenly become polite... No. 😂🍽️👑 She's still hungry. Godfather OG Pheno A continues to be one of the more demanding phenotypes in the room. That characteristic hasn't disappeared. If anything, it has become part of her identity throughout this run. She's a large plant. She's got a substantial structure. She's supporting a lot of foliage. She's developing flowers throughout that structure. And she's using the resources available to her. That's one of the things I find so fascinating about running multiple phenotypes together. We can give the room a consistent foundation... and then watch the plants tell us what they think about it. Some are quieter. Some are more compact. Some are more relaxed. And then there's Godfather OG Pheno A. 😂👑 "More, please." She hasn't changed her position on the matter. ──────────────────────── 🌿 SAME ROOM – DIFFERENT STORY ──────────────────────── This is really the heart of the 8×8 Adventure. Twelve plants. One room. One general environment. And twelve completely different conversations happening between the genetics and that environment. Godfather OG Pheno A is giving us one of the more obvious examples. She's tall. She's vigorous. She's hungry. She's substantial. She's built her own architecture. And now she's developing flowers across that architecture. The environment hasn't been specially designed for her. She's adapting to the same environment as everyone else. And that's exactly what makes the comparison interesting. We're not trying to force every plant into the same shape. We're observing. We're documenting. And we're allowing the genetics to speak. This Queen has certainly found her voice. 😂👑🌿 ──────────────────────── 💡 MORE PHOTONS – SAME QUEEN ──────────────────────── And of course... we have another major change to talk about this week. The room is now running with the two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures. When we first introduced them, the available light was more than we wanted to run at full output. So instead of simply throwing everything at the plants... we reduced the power. We're now running approximately 59% power from the plug. And we're seeing around: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy with the intensity naturally decreasing depending on plant height and position. And I really like this setup. Because we're not chasing maximum power. We're creating capability. We have more lighting available when we need it... without needing to run every fixture flat out. That means more flexibility. More control. And, importantly, no reason to waste electricity simply because the fixtures are capable of producing more. The Queen doesn't need us to turn the room into a miniature sun. 😂☀️👑 She just needs access to the photons she can actually use. ──────────────────────── ☀️ PHOTONS MEET PLANT ARCHITECTURE ──────────────────────── And this is where Godfather OG Pheno A becomes particularly interesting. She's around 169 cm tall. She's not a small, compact plant. She's a three-dimensional structure occupying a significant amount of vertical space. So when we talk about ~1,500 PPFD at the upper canopy, that's only part of the story. The light interacts with the entire structure. Leaves intercept photons. Some light passes through. Some reaches deeper. Some reflects. Some is absorbed lower in the canopy. And then we have the additional Lumiflora lighting helping reach areas that naturally receive less direct illumination. The plant isn't a flat surface. She's a living structure. A three-dimensional photon-catching machine. 😂💡🌿 And this Queen has plenty of surface area available for those photons to meet. ──────────────────────── 💡 FUTURE OF GROW – A BIG THANK YOU ──────────────────────── I also want to take a moment to give another big shoutout to Future of Grow. They supplied the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures for us to test in this adventure, and they've made a very interesting difference to the lighting capacity of the room. The beauty of having more available power isn't necessarily running everything at maximum. It's having headroom. It's having options. It's being able to distribute light across the room while controlling the actual output we're using. And right now... ~59% from the plug is giving us the ability to work around that ~1,500 PPFD upper-canopy target. That's a pretty impressive amount of light without needing to push the fixtures anywhere near their maximum. So thank you, Future of Grow, for giving us the opportunity to put these fixtures through their paces. 💚💡☀️ ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE FLOWERS ARE SPEAKING FOR THEMSELVES ──────────────────────── And now that we actually have photographs again... I think the flowers deserve a little attention. 😂📸 The macro stacks show a plant that is clearly well into her flowering development. The floral structures are established. The pistils are developing beautifully. The resin coverage is becoming increasingly obvious. And there's that wonderful mixture of green flower tissue, white trichomes and orange pistils that makes every macro image look completely different from the one before it. This is the stage where I really enjoy documenting the plants. Because the changes aren't always dramatic from one day to the next. But put photographs from different weeks beside each other... and suddenly you can see the story. The plant has changed. The flowers have changed. The resin has changed. The structure has changed. And all those small changes add up. 🌸💎🌿 ──────────────────────── 🌿 LITTLE INTERVENTION – LOTS OF OBSERVATION ──────────────────────── Just like with the other girls... we didn't do much physically this week. And that's intentional. The major structural work has already happened. The plants are flowering. Healthy leaves are still doing their job. The flowers are developing. The root zones are being supplied. The environment is stable. So there isn't much reason for me to walk in there every day looking for something to cut. 😂✂️ Sometimes the best thing a grower can do is... nothing. Watch. Observe. Measure. Adjust when necessary. And let the plant actually grow. Godfather OG Pheno A certainly isn't asking me to interfere. She's busy enough doing her own thing. 😂👑 ──────────────────────── ⚗️ FEEDING – THE MENU HAS BEEN INCREASED ──────────────────────── This week we also increased the nutrition slightly, just like with the rest of the room. Terra Bloom moved from: 🌱 2.2 ml/L → 2.3 ml/L The rest of her current feeding remains: 🌱 Terra Bloom – 2.3 ml/L 🌱 Green Sensation – 1 ml/L 🌱 Power Buds – 1 ml/L 🌱 Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L ⚗️ pH adjusted as required That small increase brought the room EC up a little. Current EC is around: ⚡ ~2.14 mS/cm And once again... the Queen is probably happy about this. 😂🍽️👑 Although I wouldn't be surprised if she sends another royal request next week. ──────────────────────── 🌡️ WEEK 11 ROOM CONDITIONS ──────────────────────── The room continues to remain very stable. Current conditions are approximately: 🌡️ Day temperature: ~26.5°C 🌙 Night temperature: ~26°C 💧 RH: ~61% ⚗️ pH: ~6.02 ⚡ EC: ~2.14 mS/cm 💦 Nutrient solution: ~25°C 🌱 Substrate temperature: ~25°C 💨 CO₂: ~693 ppm 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 ? Pot size: 15 L 💧 Irrigation: ~1.45 L/plant/24h And again... the numbers are only one part of the story. The most important thing is how the plants are responding. And Godfather OG Pheno A is responding with: 🌿 Growth 🌸 Flower development 💎 Resin 🍽️ Appetite 👑 Personality That's a pretty good report card. ──────────────────────── 💨 SAME ENVIRONMENT – LET HER WORK ──────────────────────── At this point in the run, my main job is becoming increasingly simple. Keep the environment stable. Keep the irrigation consistent. Keep nutrition appropriate. Keep the airflow moving. Keep the lighting where we want it. And observe. The plant already knows what she's doing. Godfather OG Pheno A has spent the entire run building the structure that she's now using to support these flowers. So now we get to watch the payoff. All those branches. All those leaves. All those photons. All that root activity. All those days of growth. Coming together in these flowers. That's the part of the grow that I love. 🌿➡️🌸 ──────────────────────── 🔬 TWO STACKS FOR THE QUEEN ──────────────────────── And I think the two macro stacks were absolutely justified. 😂👑📸 After two weeks without her own photographic feature... she was owed. And honestly, these images remind me why I love doing stacked macro photography so much. A single photograph can show you a beautiful flower. A focus stack can reveal an entire world. Every tiny trichome becomes visible. Every little variation in the surface becomes part of the image. You start seeing structures that you simply don't notice when standing in front of the plant. And with Godfather OG Pheno A... there is certainly plenty to look at. 💎💎💎 So yes. Two stacks. Because apparently the Queen's photographic allowance had been accumulating interest. 😂👑📸 ──────────────────────── 🔮 WHAT COMES NEXT? ──────────────────────── Now we continue watching. The plant is established. The flowers are developing. The resin is becoming more obvious. The nutrition has been increased slightly. The lighting environment has been expanded. And the Queen is still doing what she does best. Growing. Eating. Flowering. And occasionally making me feel like I'm not feeding her enough. 😂🍽️👑 I'm curious to see how the flowers continue developing from here. I'm curious to see how the resin expression progresses. And I'm especially curious to see what the next macro session reveals. Because now that we've finally got her photographic record back... I'm not losing it again. 😂📸 I hope. ──────────────────────── 💭 FINAL THOUGHTS – THE QUEEN IS BACK ON CAMERA ──────────────────────── So... Week 11. And for once... we actually have individual photographs of Godfather OG Pheno A. 😂👑📸 After two weeks of photographic disappearance, the Queen has officially returned to the camera. And honestly? She looks fantastic. She's still tall. She's still hungry. She's still demanding. She's still building. She's still catching photons. And she's still developing those beautiful flowers that have made her such an interesting phenotype to follow. The room hasn't changed specifically for her. The environment remains shared. The lighting has been upgraded for the whole room. The nutrition has been increased for the whole room. And yet... she continues to interpret everything in her own way. That's the experiment. That's the beauty of phenotypes. Same room. Same photons. Same general care. Different genetics. Different expression. Different story. And Godfather OG Pheno A is definitely writing her own. 👑🌿💡🌸💎🔥 This week, she finally got her photographs. Two beautiful stacks. And I think we can all agree... she was worth the wait. 😂📸👑 ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU ──────────────────────── As always, thank you so much to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌱 Thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us the space to document these individual journeys and share the experience with growers around the world. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Godfather OG genetics and for giving us the opportunity to explore these different phenotypes. Thank you to Plagron for the growing media and nutrition supporting the room. A huge thank you to Future of Grow for supplying the additional Black Series 600W fixtures and allowing us to explore what this expanded lighting setup can do. 💡☀️🌿 Thank you to Lumiflora for helping bring additional light into the deeper and lower areas of the canopy. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping keep everything under control behind the scenes. And finally... thank you to everyone following along. Every comment. Every question. Every message. Every person stopping by to see what these girls are doing. It genuinely means a lot. 💚 This 8×8 Adventure continues to be such a fascinating experience. Twelve plants. One room. One shared environment. And twelve completely different stories. And Godfather OG Pheno A? She's still one of the loudest characters in the room. 😂👑 She's hungry. She's demanding. She's tall. She's beautiful. She's covered in developing flowers and resin. And apparently... she also expects a proper photography budget. 😂📸👑 Fair enough. She earned it. So let's keep those photons flying. Let's keep watching the flowers develop. Let's keep documenting the differences. And most importantly... let's let the Queen shine. 👑🌿💡🌸💎🔥 Growers Love, my friends. 💚🌱 And this time... I actually have the photographs to prove it. 😂📸👑

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 8×8 Adventure – Week 12 Godfather OG – Pheno A The Queen Is Shining Again… And Yes, We Have Photos! 😂👑📸🌸 Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 And yes... WE HAVE PHOTOS AGAIN. 😂📸👑 The Queen has officially maintained her photographic privileges. No disappearing act this week. No two-week photographic mystery. No: "Sorry, Your Majesty, we forgot the camera." 😂 She's here. She's photographed. And honestly... she looks beautiful. Godfather OG Pheno A continues to move quickly, continuing her development while slowly showing more and more of those little signs that tell us we're getting deeper into the flowering cycle. The flowers are changing. The white hairs are evolving. The leaves are beginning to show more noticeable colour changes. And this is exactly where I think it's important to slow down and actually explain what we're seeing. Because when leaves start changing colour during flowering, people sometimes immediately think: "Something is wrong." And sometimes something IS wrong. But not every colour change is a problem. Sometimes... it's simply the plant changing. And our Queen is definitely changing. 👑🌿🌸 So let's take a closer look at what's happening with her this week. ──────────────────────── 🌸 WEEK 12 – THE QUEEN KEEPS MOVING ──────────────────────── Godfather OG Pheno A is continuing to do what she has been doing throughout this entire run. Growing. Flowering. Building. Maturing. And doing it quickly. She's not sitting around waiting for permission. 😂👑 She's moving. The flowers are becoming more developed. The pistils are changing. The resin continues to build. And now we're beginning to see more noticeable changes throughout the foliage. She's still beautiful. She's still substantial. She's still one of the personalities of this room. And she's very much claiming her place among these twelve very different plants. The interesting part now is that we're moving beyond simply watching flowers appear. We're watching the plant mature. And maturation comes with changes. ──────────────────────── 📸 YES… THE QUEEN HAS HER PHOTOS AGAIN ──────────────────────── I have to start here because... well... we learned our lesson. 😂📸👑 The Queen gets her photographs. And looking at this week's images, I'm really glad we captured her again. The full-plant photographs show just how much structure she's carrying. The individual flower photographs show the continued development. And when we get closer... that's where the story becomes really interesting. The flowers are changing. The pistils are evolving. The resin is becoming more obvious. And the leaves are beginning to tell us that this plant is progressing further into her cycle. That's why I love documenting the same phenotype week after week. A single photograph can show you what exists. A sequence of photographs shows you what changed. And Godfather OG Pheno A is definitely changing. ──────────────────────── 🌿 THOSE LEAVES ARE STARTING TO CHANGE ──────────────────────── One of the most noticeable differences this week is the colouration appearing on some of the leaves. It's more obvious now than it was last week. And this is where I want to make an important distinction. Leaf colour changing does not automatically mean: "Deficiency!" 😂 Plants aren't that simple. Especially as flowering progresses. As the plant moves deeper into maturity, older leaves can naturally begin to lose some of their green colour. The plant is changing. The distribution of resources within the plant changes. Older foliage can begin to fade. And depending on the individual genetics, that transition can become more or less visible. Godfather OG Pheno A is showing us some of that transition now. But we're not looking at one colour change and immediately declaring a problem. We're looking at the whole plant. That's the important part. ──────────────────────── 🔎 WHAT ARE WE ACTUALLY LOOKING AT? ──────────────────────── When I look at her this week, I don't just look at one yellowing leaf. I look at the entire picture. Are the flowers continuing to develop? Yes. Is the plant still producing healthy new growth where appropriate? Yes. Are the flowers progressing? Absolutely. Is the resin developing? Yes. Are the changes happening primarily on older foliage as the plant matures? That's part of what we're observing. So... there's no reason for me to panic simply because the Queen is starting to show a little more colour. 😂👑🌿 This is where experience becomes important. You don't react to one symptom in isolation. You observe the whole plant. You compare it with previous weeks. You look at where the colour is appearing. You look at how quickly it's progressing. You look at the flowers. You look at the new growth. You look at the environment. And then you decide whether the plant is actually asking for help. Or whether she's simply telling you: "I'm getting older." 😂 And right now... she looks like a plant moving forward through flowering. ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE WHITE HAIRS ARE TELLING THEIR OWN STORY ──────────────────────── Another thing becoming increasingly obvious this week is the evolution of the white pistils. Earlier in flowering, those hairs were extremely fresh. Bright. White. Straight. Reaching outward from the flowers. Now? They're beginning to change. Some remain bright and white. Others are starting to become creamier. Some are beginning to curl. Some are changing colour. And that's completely normal as individual flowers mature. Pistils don't all change simultaneously. A flower isn't a light switch that goes: WHITE → DONE. 😂 It's a gradual process. New pistils can continue appearing while older ones begin changing colour. That's why you'll often see a mixture of fresh white hairs and darker, more mature pistils on the same plant. And that's exactly the kind of transition we're beginning to see with our Queen. ──────────────────────── 🌸 WHITE DOESN'T MEAN "NOT READY" ──────────────────────── This is another point I think is worth mentioning. Seeing lots of white pistils does not automatically mean: "She's nowhere near maturity." And seeing some darker pistils doesn't automatically mean: "She's finished." Pistils are one visual clue. They're part of the story. They're not the entire story. Flower development. Resin development. Overall plant maturity. Genetic expression. And the progression of the flowers themselves all matter. So when we look at Godfather OG Pheno A this week, we're not trying to use the colour of the pistils as a countdown clock. We're simply documenting the change. And she's definitely changing. 🌸➡️🌸➡️🌺 ──────────────────────── 💎 THE RESIN CONTINUES TO BUILD ──────────────────────── And then... there's the part that always gets me. The resin. 😂💎 The closer we get with the camera, the more obvious it becomes. Those flowers are becoming increasingly decorated with trichomes. The surface becomes increasingly frosty. And when you combine that with the changing pistils and the evolving flower structure... you can really see the plant moving deeper into maturity. This is one of those moments where the macro camera becomes almost unfair. From across the tent: "Beautiful flower." From the macro lens: "OH MY GOD, LOOK AT ALL THAT." 😂📸💎 And that's exactly why I love documenting her this way. We're not just photographing the finished product. We're photographing the process. ──────────────────────── 👑 THE QUEEN IS STILL MOVING FAST ──────────────────────── One thing hasn't changed. She's still moving. Fast. She's continuing to develop her flowers at a pace that makes it very easy to notice the difference from week to week. And that's another reason why I'm not particularly concerned by the fact that we're seeing more colour in some of the leaves. The plant isn't sitting there deteriorating. She's progressing. She's developing. She's maturing. There's a huge difference between: "Something is going wrong." and "This plant is moving through a later stage of flowering." Those two things can sometimes look superficially similar if you only look at a single leaf. But when you look at the entire plant... the story becomes much clearer. And the Queen's story right now is: "I'm getting closer." 👑🌸 ──────────────────────── ⚗️ NUTRITION – NOW WE BEGIN TO BACK IT DOWN ──────────────────────── As we're approaching the final part of the flowering cycle, we're also beginning the gradual reduction in nutrition. And this is something I personally prefer to do slowly. I'm not a fan of: "Full nutrition today." "Zero tomorrow." 😂 Especially when working with mineral nutrition. I prefer a progressive reduction. A little less. Observe. Let the plant continue. Adjust again when appropriate. And allow the transition to happen naturally. The plant doesn't suddenly stop functioning because the calendar says we're getting close to the end. She's still alive. Still photosynthesizing. Still developing. Still using water. Still using nutrients. So I prefer to reduce rather than slam the brakes. For this stage of the room, we've started bringing the Terra Bloom down gradually rather than cutting the nutritional programme completely. The current direction is: 🌱 Reduced Terra Bloom ⚗️ Gradually lowering EC 💧 Maintaining consistent irrigation 🌸 Allowing the plant to continue developing 👀 Watching the response The exact reduction is less important to me than the philosophy: Don't panic. Don't suddenly change everything. Transition gradually. Observe the plant. ──────────────────────── 🌿 WHY NOT JUST CUT EVERYTHING? ──────────────────────── Because plants don't operate according to a switch. 😂 There isn't a tiny button inside Godfather OG Pheno A that says: "FLOWERING WEEK 12 — TURN EVERYTHING OFF." If only it were that easy. 😂👑 The plant is transitioning gradually. The flowers are transitioning gradually. The foliage is transitioning gradually. The pistils are transitioning gradually. So our approach can also transition gradually. We're approaching the later part of the cycle, so we're reducing the nutritional input. But we're not pretending that the plant suddenly needs absolutely nothing. We're letting her finish her work. And we're watching. That's the important part. ──────────────────────── 💡 SAME ARTIFICIAL SUN – MORE CONTROL ──────────────────────── The lighting environment remains upgraded with the two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures. And we're still controlling that additional capacity rather than simply running everything at maximum. Approximately: 🔌 59% power from the plug and approximately: ☀️ 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. That's plenty of photons for this room. And because Godfather OG Pheno A is tall and substantial, she gives us another excellent example of why canopy measurements need context. She's not a flat surface. Her flowers are at different heights. Her leaves are positioned differently. Her upper canopy sees more direct light. Deeper areas naturally receive less. And the Lumiflora lighting continues helping us explore that lower/deeper part of the canopy. The plant is three-dimensional. So our lighting environment needs to be thought about in three dimensions too. ──────────────────────── ☀️ PHOTONS, LEAVES AND FLOWERS ──────────────────────── One thing I love about this stage is that you can actually see the plant responding to the invisible part of the equation. We can't see photons. But we can see what the plant does with them. The leaves capture them. The plant converts that energy. The flowers develop. The resin increases. The structure changes. And eventually... we can photograph the result. Godfather OG Pheno A has had weeks and weeks of those photons. And now we're seeing the accumulated result. A large plant. A substantial canopy. Developing flowers. Increasing resin. And now... a little more maturity showing through the foliage. It's all part of the same story. ──────────────────────── 🌡️ THE ROOM REMAINS STEADY ──────────────────────── The general room conditions remain consistent with the current 8×8 setup: • 🌡️ Day temperature: approximately 26.5–27°C • 🌙 Night temperature: approximately 25–26°C • 💧 RH: around 60–61% • 🥥 Substrate temperature: around 25–26°C • 💦 Nutrient solution: around 25°C • ⚗️ pH: approximately 6.0 • ⚡ EC: gradually being reduced as we approach the later flowering stage • 💨 CO₂: approximately 693 ppm • 💡 Light schedule: 12/12 • 💧 Irrigation: approximately 1.4–1.45 L/plant/24h • 🌱 Pot size: 15 L • ☀️ Upper canopy: approximately 1,500 PPFD • 🔌 Future of Grow fixtures: approximately 59% power And again... numbers are useful. But the plant is the final feedback mechanism. And Godfather OG Pheno A looks like she's continuing to move exactly where we want her to move. ──────────────────────── 🌿 STILL NO REASON TO MANUFACTURE WORK ──────────────────────── I'm still doing very little physically to her. And I'm perfectly happy with that. 😂 There was a time in this grow when there was always something to do. Now? The Queen has her structure. She has her flowers. She has her leaves. She has her space. She has her photons. And she's using them. So why would I start interfering simply because I feel like I should be busy? My job now is observation. Watch the flowers. Watch the leaves. Watch the environment. Watch the irrigation. Watch the nutrition. And respond when the plant actually gives me a reason to respond. That's cultivation too. Sometimes growing is doing. Sometimes growing is knowing when not to do. ──────────────────────── 📸 THE CAMERA IS BACK ON HER SIDE ──────────────────────── And thank God... because this girl is giving us some beautiful material. 😂📸👑 The full-plant photographs show her presence in the room. The closer photographs show the flowers becoming increasingly developed. And the macro details show the resin and pistils evolving. You can see the transition. Earlier photographs showed much fresher flowers. Now we're seeing a mixture of fresh white pistils and older pistils beginning to change. We're seeing more mature-looking floral structures. We're seeing the foliage beginning to show more colour variation. And all of that is exactly what makes a weekly diary worthwhile. You don't have to rely on memory. The photographs remember for you. ──────────────────────── 🔬 SAME ROOM – DIFFERENT MATURATION ──────────────────────── And once again... this is why the 8×8 Adventure is so much fun. Twelve plants. One room. Shared conditions. Shared lighting. Shared irrigation. Shared nutritional philosophy. And yet... they don't all mature in exactly the same way. Godfather OG Pheno A is giving us her own timeline. She's moving quickly. She's changing. She's developing. She's showing colour changes. She's showing evolving pistils. She's building resin. And she's doing all of it while sharing the same environment as eleven other plants. That's genetics. That's phenotype expression. That's the experiment. ──────────────────────── 👑 THE QUEEN DOESN'T NEED TO BE PERFECT ──────────────────────── And this is something I want to emphasize. The Queen doesn't need to stay perfectly green from top to bottom forever to be beautiful. 😂👑🌿 Plants are living organisms. They change. Leaves age. Flowers mature. Pistils change. Colours shift. Textures change. And that's part of the process. What matters is understanding the difference between normal maturation and a plant genuinely telling you that something is wrong. We're watching for patterns. Rapid changes. Unusual damage. Problems spreading in unexpected ways. Changes in new growth. Changes in the flowers. And we're comparing everything with the overall health of the plant. Right now, the Queen is still giving us a very strong overall picture. She's moving. She's flowering. She's developing. She's shining. ──────────────────────── 🔮 LOOKING AHEAD ──────────────────────── The next stage is going to be about patience. We're getting closer. The nutrition is being reduced gradually. The flowers are continuing to mature. The pistils are continuing to evolve. The leaves are beginning to show more of the plant's natural progression. And the resin... well... the resin is going to keep getting my attention. 😂💎📸 So we'll continue: 🌸 Watching flower development 💎 Watching resin production ? Watching pistil evolution 🌿 Watching the foliage ⚗️ Gradually reducing mineral nutrition 💧 Maintaining consistent irrigation ☀️ Maintaining the controlled lighting environment 🌡️ Watching the room 📸 Photographing the changes No rushing. No panic. No unnecessary intervention. Just watching the Queen finish her story. ──────────────────────── 💭 FINAL THOUGHTS – THE QUEEN IS SHINING ──────────────────────── Week 12. And our Queen is still shining. 👑🌸💎 She's moving fast. She's beautiful. She's developing. She's changing. And yes... her leaves are showing more colour now. But that's not automatically a problem. It's part of why we observe the entire plant rather than reacting to one leaf. As flowering progresses, older foliage can naturally begin to fade. At the same time, the flowers continue developing. The pistils evolve from fresh white hairs into increasingly mature structures. The resin becomes more obvious. The flowers become more defined. And the plant gradually moves toward the final part of her journey. That's what we're seeing. Not a plant suddenly falling apart. A plant progressing. A plant changing. A plant maturing. And our job is to recognize the difference. That's why experience matters. That's why photographs matter. That's why looking at the whole plant matters. And that's why we don't panic. 😂👑 We watch. We learn. We respond when necessary. And otherwise... we let the plant be a plant. Godfather OG Pheno A has been writing her own story from the beginning. And now she's getting closer to the final chapters. She's still catching photons. Still developing flowers. Still producing resin. Still showing those beautiful white pistils alongside the ones beginning to mature. And still making herself noticed in this jungle. So keep shining, Queen. 👑🌿🌸💎 Your photographer is back. Your portraits are secured. Your flowers are developing. Your leaves are telling us you're progressing. And we're right here watching every step. Let's keep those photons flying. Let's keep documenting. Let's keep learning. And let's let the Queen finish this chapter in her own time. ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU ──────────────────────── As always, a massive thank you to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌱 Thank you to GrowDiaries for giving us the platform to document these individual journeys and share the process with growers around the world. Thank you to Zamnesia for the Godfather OG genetics and for giving us the opportunity to explore how different phenotypes can express themselves under the same conditions. Thank you to Plagron for supporting the garden throughout this journey with the growing media and nutrition. And a huge thank you to Future of Grow for supplying the additional Black Series 600W fixtures and giving us the opportunity to test what this expanded lighting setup can do in a real flowering room. We're running the additional lighting with controlled output rather than simply pushing everything to maximum, giving us more capability and more flexibility while keeping power consumption under control. Thank you to Lumiflora for helping bring additional light deeper into the canopy and allowing us to explore three-dimensional lighting throughout the room. And thank you to TrolMaster for helping monitor and manage the environment behind the scenes. And finally... thank you to everyone following these girls week after week. Every comment. Every question. Every message. Every person stopping by. You're all part of the adventure. Twelve plants. One room. One shared environment. And twelve completely different stories. And Godfather OG Pheno A? She's writing hers like royalty. 😂👑 She's beautiful. She's moving fast. She's developing those flowers. She's getting increasingly frosty. Her pistils are evolving. Her leaves are beginning to show the colours of maturity. And she's claiming her place in the tent. So yes... this week we have photographs again. 😂📸👑 And I promise the Queen appreciates it. Let's keep watching. Let's keep photographing. Let's keep those photons flying. And let's see what the next chapter brings. Until next week... Growers Love, my friends. 🌱💚 Happy growing, take care everyone, and give the Queen some room to shine. 👑🌿🌸💎🔥 See you next week in the 8×8 jungle.

DogDoctorOfficial 👑 8×8 Adventure – Week 13 🌿 Godfather OG – Pheno A 👑🔥 🌸 The Queen Is LOUD… And She's Looking Better Than Ever Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 Guess what? The Queen is still shining. 👑✨🌸 And honestly... WOW. This girl continues to surprise me. Godfather OG Pheno A is looking absolutely remarkable right now. The flowers are developing beautifully, the colours are changing, the plant is moving deeper into maturity, and the overall appearance of this girl is becoming something really special. And then there's the smell... 😂 OH MY GOD. This girl is LOUD. 🔥👃💨 I don't know yet if she's going to be the loudest plant in the entire 8×8. But let's just say... she's making a very strong argument. And that's quite something considering what we've already smelled in this room. She's been one of the more difficult girls throughout the journey. She hasn't always been the happiest-looking plant in the room. She's had her moments. She's had her stresses. She's made us work a little harder to understand what she was trying to tell us. But now? Look at her. Just look at her. The Queen is looking like a Queen. 👑🌸💚 So let's give her the spotlight she deserves. ──────────────────────── 👑 WEEK 13 – THE QUEEN KEEPS SHINING Week after week, Godfather OG Pheno A has been writing her own story. And it hasn't necessarily been the easiest story. She's had stress. She's had moments where she wasn't exactly the happiest girl in the room. She's made me question things. She's made me watch her more closely. She's made me learn. But that's exactly what makes this week so satisfying. Because despite everything... she's still here. And she's beautiful. Really beautiful. The flowers are looking increasingly mature. The colours are becoming more pronounced. The pistils are changing. The foliage is fading in places. And the overall plant is giving us that unmistakable feeling that we're moving deeper into the final chapter. She's not simply growing anymore. She's finishing. And she's doing it in her own style. 👑🌸 ──────────────────────── 🌿 LOOK AT THOSE COLOURS This is one of the things that really caught my attention this week. Look at the fading. Look at the colours appearing throughout the plant. Look at the transition. This is one of those moments where the photographs really tell the story. Earlier in the grow, she was carrying much more uniform green. Now we're seeing those deeper flowering-stage changes becoming more obvious. And I absolutely love it. Not because "fading = better." That's not the point. The point is that we're watching the plant change. We're watching her move through time. We're watching the transition from active flowering development toward maturity. And with Godfather OG Pheno A, that transition is becoming beautiful. She's developing her own palette. Her own colours. Her own final expression. And when you put the photographs from earlier weeks beside these... you can really see how far she's travelled. ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE FLOWERS ARE LOOKING BEAUTIFUL And then we get to the part that really matters... the flowers. 🔥🌸 They're developing beautifully. The buds are becoming more substantial. The structure is becoming increasingly defined. The pistils are changing. The resin continues to catch the light. And everything is starting to look much more mature. This is the stage where you can finally start seeing the plant's personality expressed through the flowers themselves. Not just: "Here is a flowering plant." But: "This is what THIS phenotype produces." And Godfather OG Pheno A is giving us something beautiful. She's not trying to be the biggest. She's not trying to be the most perfect. She's not trying to behave like the other eleven girls. She's simply being herself. And I really like what she's becoming. ──────────────────────── 💎 THE RESIN IS STILL GETTING MY ATTENTION Of course... I can't talk about this girl without talking about the frost. 😂💎📸 The closer we get... the more she gives us. The flowers are becoming increasingly decorated with resin. The sugar leaves are carrying that beautiful frosty appearance. And when you combine that with the changing colours? Oh my. 👑❄️🌸 This is exactly why I love photographing these girls week after week. The full plant tells one story. The individual flower tells another. And the macro tells you something completely different again. You can see the progression. You can see the maturity. You can see the resin. You can see the colours. And you can see just how much this girl has changed. ──────────────────────── 👃 AND THEN THERE'S THE SMELL... Okay. We need to talk about this. Because this girl is LOUD. 😂😂😂 I mean... LOUD. 🔥👃💨 Every time I get close to her, she makes her presence known. And that's saying something in a room with twelve different plants. I don't know yet if she's officially the loudest. I'm not giving her that crown just yet. 😂👑 We need to wait. We need to compare. We need to get through the harvest. We need to see what happens during drying and curing. And then, eventually... we'll really know what this girl has to say. Because aroma can evolve dramatically throughout the rest of the journey. But right now? Let's just say... Godfather OG Pheno A has entered the conversation. And she's shouting. 😂🔥👃 ──────────────────────── 🔊 IS SHE GOING TO BE THE LOUD ONE? This is now officially one of the questions I'm carrying into the final part of this diary. We've got twelve girls. Twelve different phenotypes. Different structures. Different flowers. Different expressions. And eventually... we'll get to compare them. Who has the most interesting aroma? Who has the strongest aroma? Who changes the most during drying? Who develops the most interesting cured profile? Who surprises us? And who... is simply fucking loud? 😂🔥👃 Godfather OG Pheno A may have just volunteered herself for that last category. But I'm not declaring the winner yet. We'll see. And when we eventually get to the smoke reports and final reviews... that's where we can really talk about it properly. For now... I'm just enjoying the smell. A LOT. ──────────────────────── 🌿 THE QUEEN WASN'T ALWAYS THIS HAPPY And this is something I really want to acknowledge. Because looking at her now, it would be easy to forget the journey. She hasn't exactly been the easiest plant in this room. She's had stress throughout the grow. She's had moments where she didn't look like the happiest girl. She's made me pay attention. She's made me adapt. And sometimes... she simply made me shake my head and say: "Okay, Queen. What are you doing now?" 😂👑 But that's the beauty of growing individual phenotypes. You don't get twelve perfect copies. You get twelve personalities. Some are easy. Some are demanding. Some are fast. Some are slow. Some seem to love everything you do. Some make you work for every little bit of cooperation. And Godfather OG Pheno A? She's definitely made me work for her. But now she's giving something back. And I think that's pretty damn special. ──────────────────────── ❤️ THE REWARD AFTER THE STRESS This is probably what makes me happiest about this week. It's not just that she looks beautiful. It's that she looks beautiful AFTER everything. After the stress. After the difficult moments. After all the times I wondered how she was going to finish. She's still standing there. Still flowering. Still producing resin. Still developing colour. Still smelling absolutely ridiculous. And looking better than ever. 😂👑🌸 That's a reward in itself. Sometimes the plants that give you the easiest ride aren't necessarily the ones you remember most. Sometimes... it's the difficult ones. The ones that make you learn. The ones that make you pay attention. The ones that keep you guessing. And then, at the end... they turn around and give you something beautiful. That's Godfather OG Pheno A for me. ──────────────────────── 💡 THE PHOTON EXPERIMENT CONTINUES The lighting setup remains unchanged. We're still running the upgraded Future of Grow environment with the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures. We're controlling their output at approximately: 🔌 59% power from the plug And the upper canopy remains around: ☀️ ~1,500 PPFD That's a lot of photons flying around this jungle. 😂☀️🌿 But again, the interesting part isn't simply the number. It's what the different plants do with those photons. Godfather OG Pheno A is giving us another answer. She's developing. She's maturing. She's producing flowers. She's changing colour. And she's showing us her own expression. Same artificial sun. Different genetic response. That's the 8×8 Adventure. ──────────────────────── ☀️ SAME PHOTONS — DIFFERENT QUEEN This is something I keep coming back to because it becomes more obvious every week. The environment is shared. The lighting is shared. The irrigation is shared. The nutrition philosophy is shared. The room is shared. But the plants don't behave the same. Godfather OG Pheno A has her own interpretation. And I love that. We're not trying to force her to behave like another phenotype. We're not trying to make her look like somebody else. We're simply providing the stage... and watching what she does on it. And right now? She's putting on one hell of a show. 👑🔥🌸 ──────────────────────── ⚗️ NUTRITION – THE FINISH IS APPROACHING We're also continuing with the gradual nutritional transition as the room moves deeper into the flowering cycle. Terra Bloom has been reduced from the earlier level toward: 🌱 2.0 ml/L with the EC now around: ⚡ ~2.05 mS/cm The philosophy remains the same. Gradual. Observational. No dramatic overnight changes. We're approaching the final part of the journey, so we're beginning to reduce the mineral base while continuing to watch how the plants respond. And Godfather OG Pheno A is giving us plenty of information. The flowers are developing. The colours are changing. The plant is moving. The resin is building. And now we're watching her approach the final stage. She's getting there. But we're not rushing her. ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE PLANT GETS THE FINAL VOTE This is probably one of the biggest lessons from the entire 8×8 Adventure. We can have calendars. We can have feeding schedules. We can have expectations. We can have numbers. But ultimately... the plant gets the final vote. Godfather OG Pheno A is telling us: "I'm changing." "I'm maturing." "I'm getting closer." And our job is to listen. That's what I'm doing. I'm not trying to force her into a specific timeline. I'm watching. I'm photographing. I'm smelling. I'm comparing. And I'm letting her show me where she is. ──────────────────────── 📸 THE QUEEN DESERVES HER PORTRAITS And yes... the Queen gets her photographs again. 😂📸👑 After her previous photographic privileges were restored, there is absolutely no way we're taking them away again. She's earned them. And honestly... look at her. These flowers deserve to be photographed. The colours deserve to be photographed. The resin deserves to be photographed. The fading deserves to be photographed. And the plant herself deserves the spotlight. This is what these individual diaries are about. Not just showing the final result. Showing the journey. Showing the difficult weeks. Showing the beautiful weeks. Showing the changes. Showing the personality. And Godfather OG Pheno A has certainly given us a journey. ──────────────────────── 🌡️ WEEK 13 – CURRENT ROOM CONDITIONS The 8×8 continues under the same general environment: 🌸 Flowering — Week 13 💡 Light schedule — 12/12 ☀️ Upper-canopy PPFD — ~1,500 🔌 Future of Grow Black Series output — ~59% from the plug 🌡️ Day temperature — ~26.5–27°C 🌙 Night temperature — ~25–26°C 💧 Relative humidity — ~60–61% 🌱 Substrate temperature — ~25–26°C 💦 Nutrient solution temperature — ~25°C ⚗️ pH — approximately 6.0 ⚡ EC — ~2.05 mS/cm 💨 CO₂ — ~693 ppm 💧 Irrigation — ~1.4–1.45 L/plant/24h 🌱 Pot size — 15 L The room remains stable. The lighting remains strong. The plants continue moving at their individual speeds. And the Queen? She's still doing her thing. ──────────────────────── 🔬 SAME ROOM — DIFFERENT JOURNEY This is becoming more fascinating every week. Because we're getting close enough to the end that the differences between these plants are becoming extremely obvious. Some are still very green. Some are fading. Some are moving quickly. Some are taking their time. Some are developing huge flowers. Some are developing unusual structures. Some are incredibly frosty. Some are incredibly aromatic. And Godfather OG Pheno A? She's giving us colour... resin... flowers... and one hell of a smell. 😂👑🔥 That's her expression. That's her story. And I wouldn't change it. ──────────────────────── 🌿 LET HER FINISH HER STORY At this point, I'm not interested in trying to turn her into something else. She's already shown us who she is. She's been stressed. She's been difficult. She's been beautiful. She's been stubborn. She's been rewarding. And now she's approaching the final chapter. So we're going to let her finish. We're going to continue observing. We're going to continue documenting. We're going to continue watching the flowers. We're going to continue watching the colour changes. We're going to continue enjoying that ridiculous aroma. And eventually... we'll harvest. Then we'll dry. Then we'll cure. And THEN... we'll really get to know this girl. Because that's when the story gets even more interesting. ──────────────────────── 🔮 WHAT COMES NEXT? We're getting closer. And I have to admit... I'm curious. Very curious. Because the plant is already giving us clues. Beautiful colour. Mature-looking flowers. Increasing resin. Changing pistils. And that smell... 😂🔥👃 But we're not going to spoil the ending. We'll let her take us there. And when we eventually reach the harvest and curing stages, we'll talk properly about the aroma. The flower structure. The final appearance. The dry weight. The cure. The smoke. The flavour. The effects. Everything. But for now... we're still in the garden. Still watching. Still learning. Still enjoying the Queen. ──────────────────────── ❤️ FINAL THOUGHTS – LOUD, BEAUTIFUL & STILL THE QUEEN Week 13. And Godfather OG Pheno A is still shining. 👑🌸💚 Honestly... I'm really, really happy with how she's looking. Look at those flowers. Look at those colours. Look at that fading. Look at the resin. Look at the plant. She's remarkable. She's amazing. And considering how much stress she's had throughout this entire grow... I'm genuinely impressed. She hasn't been the happiest plant in the room. Not by a long shot. 😂 She's made that very clear. But maybe... just maybe... she was saving all that energy for the flowers. Because now? She's showing us something beautiful. And she's smelling absolutely insane. 🔥👃💨 I don't know if she's going to be the loudest girl in the 8×8. I'm not giving her that crown yet. But she's certainly making her case. And when we finally get to the smoke reports... that's going to be a very interesting chapter. For now, though... let's just appreciate what she's becoming. The Queen has been through a lot. She's had her moments. She's tested our patience. She's made us pay attention. She's made us learn. And now she's standing there... beautiful. Frosty. Colourful. Aromatic. And completely herself. That's what I love about phenotype hunting. You don't always get the easiest plant. You don't always get the happiest plant. You don't always get the biggest plant. But sometimes... you get a plant that makes you say: "Wow." And Godfather OG Pheno A is giving me that feeling right now. 👑🔥🌸 So let's give her the spotlight. Let's celebrate her. Let's photograph her. Let's enjoy her aroma. And let's see how loud this Queen really is when the time comes. Until then... Keep shining, Queen. You've earned every bit of that crown. 👑🌿💎🌸🔥 ──────────────────────── 🙏 THANK YOU A huge thank you to Zamnesia for giving us these Godfather OG genetics and allowing us to explore this individual phenotype throughout the 8×8 Adventure. 💚🌸 Thank you to Plagron for supporting the garden throughout this journey and providing the nutritional foundation behind these flowering girls. A massive thank you to Future of Grow for supplying the Black Series lighting and especially for providing the two additional Black Series 600W fixtures we're testing in this room. 💡🔥 The extra lighting capability has given us another fascinating variable to observe across these twelve completely different plants. Thank you to Lumiflora for helping bring additional light deeper into the canopy and allowing us to explore this room as a three-dimensional lighting environment. Thank you to TrolMaster for helping us monitor and manage the environment behind the scenes. And, of course... thank you to everyone following the 8×8 Adventure here on GrowDiaries. Every week... another chapter. Another phenotype. Another personality. Another lesson. And Godfather OG Pheno A has certainly given us a story. She's been stressed. She's been difficult. She's been beautiful. And now... she's becoming absolutely remarkable. 👑🌸🔥 And possibly... very, very loud. 😂👃💨 We'll find out. The final chapters will tell us. Until then, we're going to keep doing what we do. Observe. Document. Listen. Adjust when necessary. And let the plants show us who they really are. Godfather OG Pheno A... the Queen is still shining. And she's looking damn good doing it. 👑💚🌸💎🔥 Growers Love, happy growing, and take care everyone! 🌱💚 See you next week in the 8×8 jungle. 🌿🔥👑
