First week was germination. And potting into soil! Trying to keep a record from cradle to grave, or bong as I’d like think.

Feeding these babies quite lightly! Only feeding them twice per week with nutrients and the soil and rain water should be doing their magic. Will pick up nutrients next week

Some slight mildew on the cheese plant, the weather has been very humid!! So that's the only thing I can think it effecting it. I will clean it off using damp paper towel and carefully dry it. Should do the trick, anyone with any good organic suggestions if it gets worse?

Hi @Ganjagardenner! Neem oil, milk, potassium bicarbonate, garlic, sulfur [...] will do te job. I'd recommend to go with garlic which contains a lot of sulfur. This works best when combined with rubbing alcohol or neem oil, just a few drops of neem oil mixed with crushed garlics, milk and water. Remember to spray at night, or you will increase the risk of burnt spots onto the leaves. Hope this wil help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

Great week! Lots of sun has given the girls a great boost, some issues with the cheese again this week so will take easy in her nutrients, going to drop the top max nutrient a little bit as I was giving them a little too much for this early stage. Girls are showing by signs of flowers which is great news. Starting to have a nice waft when I walk past also. Things are going good pleased so far with how they've come on.

Great week, buds are starting to form. Have a strengthening waft when I go outside , looking healthy all round. I have done some light defoliation taking away they biggest of fan leaves. Next week i will up their bloom and top max nutes. I gave them one feed of water only, which I think is always worth doing going into flowering. A kind of mini flush. Think they’ve come to a constant height now. Will give an accurate measure of each next week

This week was a standard week, buds are growing and more bud sites are forming, did a little defoliation at start of week. I'm not sure whether defoliation and low stress training is the best for autos, as every time I do something to them it seems to slow down the growth a little. next time I will do a small test to see the differences. This may be quite difficult though as the genetics can vary. As you will see below Ak No1 = 60cm Am No2 = 80cm Cheese = 100cm. (not sure if it's finished veg completely yet) Ps. Getting some beautiful smells, lucky my neighbours are cool

This week was great, I gave the AK girls a good trim and did a small trim on the cheese. The AK buds are beginning to have some lovely resinous buds! The cheese is catching up. Hopefully the cheese has stopped growing now as it’s hit the height of the green house! I’ve bent her over with some string and hopefully this will open up some sunlight to other parts. In general it looks quite stringy compared to the AKs which are compact! Loosing sunlight slowly as the days go shorter. Won’t be long and be ready to flush

Got my hands on some bioheaven a friend had, I know it’s quite late in the stage for this nutrient with flushing coming real soon! :) but he really recomends it. So I thought id give the girls a little taster. Maybe it will help them to pack on the pounds before harvest. Not a lot of growth in the buds on the AKs, but the cheese buds are fattening up nicely. I will give them three more feeds next weeks then begin to flush! Looks like their coming to an end soon with brown pistols beginning to show. So hopefully a month from now should have some dried herbs ready to test.

This week wash flush! I was hoping to be able to flush these girls for about a week or two, hoping that the trichinae would have some serious development and some fattening of buds! Unfortunately, I was away for a few days and left them in the hands of my girlfriend. We had some serious storms and the green house had some leakage. Some of the buds got the dreaded ‘bud rot’! How shit!!! I decided to cut my losses even if their not fully flushed and chop them down. I’ve taken some pics of the chopped product and will let you know about harvest when dried and weighed . The cheese had the typical cheese colour and shape buds and of course the aroma. AKs were full of resin but buds weren’t as fat as one would hope. Looking at the amount of buds alone I believe the Cheese will be the higher yielder of all three. Possibly having the same of both AKS

What a beautiful taste! Had a slightly sweeter taste than the ‘cheeses’ that I’ve had before. I don’t know if that’s the RQS strain or the BioBizz top max nutrient. Either way very happy with it.

As every one says, less is more with nutrients! I think I got a bit excited as it was my first grow. Already leaves my lesson and my outdoor photoperiod girls are looking great ! Check out the diary:) can’t fault it really. Minimal effort and minimal cash spent! Got just under half an ounce of product and bearing in mind I had to throw some of the buds away due to bud rot! I think another week of flush would have been great for them to!

Really enjoyed growing these girls very easy and a quick turn around!! Minimal effort with a nice amount of product! Beautiful taste and aroma. The buds were slightly aery, bud that’s not the fault of the genetics ,just my lack of growing knowledge. Can’t wait for them to cure and the flavours really take off!

Hi. I'm also considering bio bizz leaves an unnecessary Sweetened taste in the buds. Hence why I'm not using them this time round, will let you know in a couple of months what I think.

@Ganjagardenner, I will see after my current grow which way to move forward in the future....I do like working in soil though. I always found very heavily feeding with biobizz with no signs of over feed...which I don't understand...

@Fruitgrower, I’m going to use biobizz again this year and use some others aswell. I’m going to cut right back on the amount of top max I give. I think I will give just 1ml max weekly when into flower. I Will stick to similar feed as normal wuth the fish mix and biobloom. Keep watching my diary for some feedback 👍🏻

@Ganjagardenner, I think it's all of them and because I added extra molasses too as advised by most websites. I'm growing at the moment with cx nutrients (chemical based for the first time) it will be interesting to see if the flavour is notably different to what I've grown and smoked with bio bizz, 👍🌱

Looking good, it’s smart to take them inside, temps colder than 15C they don’t like. Good luck!👍

@Satori_Hanso, maybe you are used to the smell? When they are nearing the end they will smell ;)

@CoastGrower, I was also bringing mine inside over nights. It was cold outside, night temps dropped below 10 C. But mine didn't smell at, even now in middle of flowering they don't give any kind of smell. Kinda strange.

@Ganjagardenner, I also bring mine inside, gives the house a great smell when I wake up in the morning :) and keeps the plants warmer. It’s a win win situation.

yo man, im currently growing 3 Royal AK plants my self and looking to do it super organic. I've seen the bio-bizz nutrients are good but wondering how often you used it to feed your plants. daily, weekly? would love some tips as its my first time growing! cheers
Ganjagardenner
Ganjagardennercommented5 years ago
@Lion2020, yo ! somehow I this question. Yes depends on your soil if it’s organic and you made it yourself and quite possibly rich. You might not need to feed for the first month or so. But always watch as they grow. I did something similar as to fruitgrower. Early days I would feed lightly.. sometimes 1 x feed. Every 2/3 waters and then gradually build up. One tip from experience is not to go all out and follow the products recommended schedule.
Fruitgrower
Fruitgrowercommented5 years ago
@Lion2020, it depends. If you have a light fertilised soil or heavy/hot soil. But with bio bizz you can add pretty much every watering even at high doses(if needed). But I always do 1x water every 2/3x food but always watching the plants and judging.
