FatnastyzBudz Not much excitement this week, which is exactly what you want at this stage. Both girls have been focused on building roots and settling into their 4" pots.
This week was mostly maintenance watering while slowly introducing nutrients.

Growth Update
Lung Buster is showing strong, healthy growth with tight internodal spacing and excellent color. New growth is emerging steadily, and the plant appears to be putting significant energy into root development while becoming established in her current container.
This week I began tracking pot weights after irrigation to better monitor drybacks and help determine the ideal watering trigger while the plants remain in smaller pots. The goal is to develop a fully colonized root zone before the final transplant into 3-gallon containers.
Lung Buster has been trouble-free so far and is showing the kind of steady, vigorous growth I like to see during the early stages. The focus remains on building a strong foundation before moving into more aggressive vegetative growth.
A big thank you to 7PointsGrow for providing the Lung Buster seeds and to ProMix for supplying the Premium Coco these plants are growing in.
Looking forward to seeing how this cultivar develops as she continues through veg. π±π₯

FatnastyzBudz End of Week 3 | Lung Buster
Lung Buster had a great Week 3. Feedings stayed around 300 PPM, runoff numbers continued improving, and growth remained strong.
The biggest takeaway this week was her appetite. She's been the thirstiest plant in the tent, drying back faster than everyone else and making it clear she's ready for a bigger pot. π
A quick root check revealed a healthy mass of bright white roots, confirming she's officially entering the transplant window.
Healthy roots, healthy growth, and no drama. Just the way we like it. π±π₯π»π€

FatnastyzBudz Week 5 Veg | 6/29β7/3 π±π₯
Lung Buster spent the week settling into her 3-gallon coco home while getting trained and spread out. Weβre also smack in the middle of a heat wave, with tent temps peaking around 85Β°F, so sheβs been taking a little abuse from every direction π
Finished the week with her first full-pot watering: 3L | pH 5.9 | 390 ppm with Silica, Cal/Mag, Grow, and Royal Rush. Runoff came back pH 7.6 | 700 ppmβa little wonky, but not stressing the first full runoff after transplant.
Sheβs looking a little janky, but sheβll be fine. ππ±

Lung likes to keep me guessing. π She's staying shorter and bushier than Mel, with ridiculously tight node spacing and tons of future tops. Runoff pH is still stubborn, but the plant keeps looking happy, so we're trusting the process and letting the roots do their thing. πͺπ±

FatnastyzBudz Lung Buster is still doing Lung Buster things. π Short, bushy, and picky as ever. She finally started throwing roots through the fabric pot, so that's a win! Another light defoliation is next, then she'll get a few days to recover before the flip. She's definitely making me work for it, but I have a feeling those tight internodes are going to pay off in flower. π±πͺ

FatnastyzBudz This week Lung Buster got a good defoliation, then after a couple days to recover she was flipped to 12/12. Just 2 days into flower, she's already stretching and throwing pistils at every top.
Feed stayed the same with the addition of Power Buds. Will switch to Bloom next week. She's currently drinking every other day, and the Ecowitt graph shows a nice, consistent dry-back between irrigations. She's healthy, happy, and off to a strong start. ?π¨

The SCROG net is up, and Lung Buster is stretching nicely as I continue tucking the tops to keep an even canopy. She's fully switched over to Bloom nutrients and is looking healthy with pistils stacking across every top.
She's still watering every other day, but she's pushing hard to become a daily drinker as flower kicks into gear. Looking forward to seeing her fill the net over the next week. π¨πΈ

FatnastyzBudz Week 3 Flower πΈ
Stretch is wrapping up and she's settling into flower beautifully. The canopy is nice and even, runoff has stabilized around 420 ppm, and she's drinking more every day. Feed is holding steady around 340 ppm, and she's responding great with healthy color and stacking bud sites. Tomorrow she'll get her first dose of Green Sensation as we shift into the bulking phase. πͺπ±

FatnastyzBudz Lung Buster β Week 4 Flower
Lung is stacking up nicely and getting frosty, but she threw me a curveball this week with a runoff pH drop down to 5.1.
I believe she simply hasnβt been getting enough dryback between waterings, keeping the root zone too wet. Iβm increasing her dryback and watching how she responds before changing anything else.
Other than that, buds are building and sheβs looking good. π₯βοΈ

FatnastyzBudz Lung Buster β Flower Week 5 πΈ
Bit of a troubleshooting week for Lung. Sheβs still stacking flowers and looking pretty good overall, but the root zone has been fighting me. Runoff pH has been dropping into the 4s while ppm keeps stacking.
Backed the feed way down, removed the boosters, and did a Cal/Mag + SLF-100 reset to clean up the coco. PPM is coming down, but pH is being stubborn as hell. π
Keeping things simple and light now while she works through it. π±

FatnastyzBudz Lung Buster has been the problem child this week. π The root-zone pH has been stubbornly low, and sheβs definitely showing the effects of it more than Mel. Thereβs some pretty obvious fading and interveinal yellowing showing up now, so weβve backed everything down and are keeping the feed simple while trying to get the root zone behaving again.
Iβve also learned something important about this girl: she likes a bigger dryback than I originally gave her. Moving her to daily watering seemed like the right call at the time, but looking back, thatβs right around when things started heading sideways. Since then Iβve gone back to letting her dry down further before watering instead of forcing a schedule on her.
Despite all the drama downstairs, thoughβ¦ look at those damn flowers. π
She is absolutely coated. The frost is getting ridiculous, the buds are stacking nicely, and sheβs still throwing a ton of fresh white pistils, so she clearly has plenty of swelling left to do. Even with the unhappy leaves, the flowers themselves are still pushing forward hard.
This week is basically about stability. No fancy shit, no chasing her with a bunch of additivesβjust keeping things lean, watching the dryback and runoff, and giving her root zone a chance to straighten itself out.

Deep into late flower and fading beautifully. π Buds are stacked, frosty as hell, and looking finished. Just watching those trichomes now and letting her ride until harvest. π₯βοΈ
For me, she was very picky! Everytime you touch her, 1 week minimum. Try to water her a percent or 2 early, she gives you the finger and slows down.
I'm sure other pheno types are just fine.
Very nice and subtle ,but deep smell. A bit maybe almost pine-ish old skool.

FatnastyzBudz Thank you Mr. 7pointsgrow2 for this fun ass bean. It kept me on my toes the entire grow and I loved it!
I never cracked the low ph issue, but she still persisted very nicely! She was happy with very little intervention, but we know thats not how we do our grows here!π
Overall I couldn't be happier and thrilled to have a really nice one in da pot!
Always many thanks to Irene and promix!
