To start this round, two seeds of the Frosted Grapes XXL went into the germination phase. We started classically with the moist paper towel method – and it was a complete success: Both seeds quickly and evenly cracked open and developed strong taproots. Immediately after, both seedlings went into the substrate. After a short time, they stretched their little heads out of the soil and are already showing the first juicy green cotyledons and leaves. Thus, the head-to-head race is officially on: Both ladies are looking vigorous, but in the end, the stronger and more growth-happy one will take the race and conquer the main setup. An absolutely successful start to the germination week – I’m excited to see who will be ahead in the coming days!
