Killer Kush & Sweet Special FV

Part I Welcome to another update from Serpent’s Sweet Garden which I’m happy to say is getting a lot more interesting as we hit three weeks in flower :) I’m really happy with things are going, all four plants have thrown out pistils everywhere, the calyxes are now developing and there’s an abundance icky sticky trichomes giving the grow tent an incredible sweet aroma that’s not overpowering at the moment, but I’m expecting that will come. As I’ve said in previous updates, SS #1 is still a little on the pale side around the edges of the leaves, but she’s growing well. I think more stable temps over the last couple of days has helped as I’m still a little cautious over feeding her if there has been a slight lock out. And my fave is still KK #1, she’s a lovely plant, soaking up everything I throw at her and developing like a cannabis plant should do, looking forward to seeing and smelling her in full flower. Each plant is still getting around 3 litres of feed every 2 days, I’ll also be stopping the Bio-Silicon as they enter mid flower so the concoction they got last night was… 3ml per litre Plant Magic Oldtimers Bloom 0.5ml per litre Plant Magic Bio-Silicon 1ml per litre Shogun CalMag And I’m happier with the temps (how long will it last!) that have been… Lights On: 26-28C / 35-39% RH Lights Off: 20-21C / 47-52% RH Part II I got the scissors out again last night and gave them a bit of a trim, mostly from above the net and reckon I can still do a bit more, but I’ll leave it a few days. They’re also getting bloody sticky which my fingers were testament to. The sweet aroma is also getting stronger as the trichomes continue to develop and some of the pistils are just starting to turn brown. There’s still a touch of yellowing on SS #1, but she’s flowering nicely and Killer Kush’s are just lovely plants to grow, with KK #1 still being my fave. I’ve also upped the bloom nutes to 4ml and thought it was time to introduce Oldtimers PK 4-8 at half strength. Now I’ve never used a PK boost with Oldtimers, it was never needed, but when Plant Magic got bought out, the powers that be decided to release one, whether this is just a cash in and will either do nothing or harm my plants, time will tell, but we’ll see how it goes. So now, they’re all getting 3 litres each every two days of the following… 4ml per litre Plant Magic Oldtimers Bloom 0.5ml per litre Plant Magic Oldtimers PK 4-8 1ml per litre Shogun CalMag Temps, considering how cold it’s been in blighty the last few days haven’t been too bad. I’ve had a bit of a move around which I think has helped as I took the oil rad out of the tent, fitted a longer piece of intake ducting and positioned it more central, the other end is pointing directly at the rad that’s sat next to the tent so its sucking in warm air.
