PapaTerps Permanent Marker - Seed Junky SUMMER is upon us and grows that were started around March have been harvested - that means I have empty tents! So I've decided to start another grow for this Summer and into Autumn. 🙌 For this grow, I've selected the famous strain "Permanent Marker" by Seed Junky - I chose this strain for its Diesel and floral flavours, it's uplifting/euphoric properties and for the breeder/seed type; Seed Junkys created this strain and S1's are meant to be as close to a clone as a seed can get, so I'm hoping for a pure Permanent Marker result!! 🤞🏻 I will be vegging her for about 5 weeks and I will be using a mixture of growing techniques which I have used before, including topping with some low stress training. You're all more than welcome to follow along, I will try to detail my process without overloading each week with "Too Much Info"😅 Day 1 (20/07) - Seed dropped into a small metal screw tin filled with RO Tap water pH'd to 6.3 and stored in a dark warm room - she will remain here until the seed pops and a taproot appears; I will check the progress of the seed every ~12 hours. Day 3 - Seedling has just appeared above the soil! Her shell was attached, so I removed it with a set of tweezers 👍🏻 Day 5 - she has grown a nice long stem and is now working on developing those starter leaves 🙌🏻

PapaTerps Permanent Marker - Seed Junky Day 1 🚿 Watered every three days with 0.5L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually and in order, finally ph'ing the solution to 6.3👌🏻 ✂️ I've transplanted her from her starter pot, into a 5L fabric pot. She will remain in this pot for the rest of her lifecycle!🏻 🌱 Week 1 of Veg, and shes working on growing her leaves and strengthening her stem 💪🏻

I have upped her Fish-Mix and ActiVera nutrients to promote growth. ✂️ No work on her this week, just letting get grow 🙌🏻 🌱 Week 2 of Veg, and shes working on stretching, developing her root system, strengthening her main stem as well as producing lower side stems 💪🏻

PapaTerps Permanent Marker - Seed Junky Day 18 🚿 Watered every three days with 1L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually and in order, finally I ph'd the solution to 6.3. I've altered her nutrients in preparation for her switch to bloom, changing out the RootJuice and FishMix for the BioGrow, as well as adding a small amoints of the BioBloom and Top Max 👍🏻 ✂️ I've removed her lowest most fan leaves, her starter leaves as well as the lowest set of budsites to encourage her to grow upwards. I've also removed her top most fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower nodes. 🌱 Week 3 of Veg, and shes still working hard on developing herself! She has another week of this and then she'll be switched over to a 12/12 schedule 💪🏻

PapaTerps Permanent Marker - Seed Junky Week 1 Bloom 🌸 She was flipped on 14/08, so she's a few days into bloom! She has started her stretch and pistils have started to shoot out of her budsites in abundant numbers, so she's fully in bloom now! I've also moved these girls out of the 5x5 this week as there just wasn't enough space for them in there, they're now in the 2x4 under the SF3000 👍🏻 ✂️ No work on her this week, I refrain from stressing my girls as much as possible during this phase 💪🏻 🚿 Watered every three days this week, with 1.5L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then finally, I ph'd the solution to 6.3. I've switch out her veg nutrients now for bloom nutrients; these volumes will slowly be increased over the next couple of weeks depending on her needs. 💡 PPFD: ~600 ♒ VPD: 1.13kPa PH: 6.3 🌱 Days from seed: 67 🌸 Days in Bloom: 8

PapaTerps Permanent Marker - Seed Junky Week 2 of Bloom 🌸 Great week for the Permanent Marker, she completed her stretch and is nice a tall with some good looking side stems! She is now working hard on developing her budsites! No signs of deficiencies or ailments 🤞🏻 ✂️ I've removed all fan leaves stems and budsites below the canopy, to prevent any deasese mould or herming from happening. I will try to leave her now for a few weeks so she can focus on developing her flower. 💧 Watered every three days this week, with 2L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then finally, I pH'd the solution to 6.3. I've increased her nutrients once again to keep up with her demands. 💡 PPFD: ~680 ♒ VPD: 1.08kPa 🌱 Days from seed: 46 🌸 Days in Bloom: 17

From today, all the girls have been moved into a 8x4 tent, because the 5x5 has been hard to manage. ✂️ No work on her this week, I'm just letting her grow. 💧 Watered every three days with 2L of RO water, with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then finally, I pH'd the solution to 6.3. I've increased all of her nutrients, now that she is focusing on developing her flower, she'll need it. 💡 PPFD: ~750 ♒ VPD: 1.37kPa 🌱 Days from seed: 88 🌸 Days in Bloom: 27

PapaTerps Permanent Marker - Seed Junky Week 4 Bloom 🌸 She has developed her flower and has started to bulk up! Her smell is also coming through, very sweet herbal with citrus/gas undertones - exactly like a PM. All the girls have been moved into the Spider Farmer 8x4, because the 5x5 and 4x2 were too difficult to manage. 🙌🏻 ✂️ No work this week, she has good airflow and light penetration 👍🏻 💧 Watered every three days with 3L of RO water - nutrients were mixed individually, in order and then finally pH'd to 6.3. I've increased her nutrients again to keep up with her flower production. 💡 PPFD: ~780 ♒ VPD: 1.69kPa 🌱 Days from seed: 94 🌸 Days in Bloom: 33
