PavementPunk 8/4/26 Sour G R1 — Week 3 (Seedling / Day 22) Basic Information Strain: Sour G R1 Growth Stage: Seedling (Week 3 / Day 22) Plant Height: 4.0 in (10.1 cm) Light Schedule: 18/6 (18 hours ON / 6 hours OFF) 💧 Watering & Nutrient Log Watering Volume: 0.1 Gal (~380 mL) per application Watering Method: Plain water perimeter misting with pump sprayer Nutrient & Additive Mix (Last Fed Day 17): Silica: 5 mL per 0.1 Gal Myco Plus: 1 pinch (~75% strength) pH Level: 6.4 pH 🌱 Plant Specs & Health Check Structure: Sturdy main stem, tight node spacing, multi-point fan leaves expanding nicely with vibrant light green top growth emerging. Leaf Health: Excellent overall tissue turgor; minor pale tip burn on the lowest initial fan leaves from early substrate contact. Pot & Soil: Black container with living soil mix 📝 Weekly Summary / Update Notes Day 22 Update: Sour G R1 is sitting at 4.0 inches tall and progressing smoothly under an 18/6 light schedule. Moisture management is dialed in at 0.1 Gal per session using a pump sprayer around the pot perimeter to push root growth outward. Solution was pH'd to 6.4 with 5 mL silica and a pinch of Myco Plus on Day 17, followed by a light plain water perimeter mist on Day 21. Foliage looks healthy, node stacking is tight, and new growth is coming in strong. The 2 Ethos and the Fastbuds Banana Frost are clearly exceptional with vigorous growth and rapidly thickening trunks. Apologies for the missed week in diary keeping im usually on it but it seems growing alllll these plants aaaand doing all their diaries aaaand having a bunch of mycology projects is a lot. No excuses im on it, using gemini to help me make templates and make this go a bit quicker while providing detailed data and notes. I want to put a personal touch on each diary too with some notes of what's going on with the grow and my life. As much as these are the diaries of me growing cannabis they also record a lot of milestones in my existence. I'm so grateful to Zamnesia, Fastbuds, Kannabia and Homegrown Cannabis Co. for the exciting opportunity to grow right here on growdiaries with these next level breeders/genetics!! My next goal is to grow some competition worthy flower and beat @Chubbs at one of the many worldwide cannabis cups 🤣😏lol just one little goal... honestly I'd be happy just to get a fastbuds varsity jacket lol happy growing friends ✌️

PavementPunk 8/19/26 🍋 Sour G R1 — Vegetative & Training Update (Week 6 / Day 14 Veg) 📊 Vital Stats & Environment * Growth Stage: Vegetative (Day 14 / 5 Weeks 1 Day total) * Plant Height: 6.0 inches (True height ~10.0" pulled down flat) * Light Schedule: 18/6 (Running @ 80%) * Tent Environment: 76.9°F | 64% RH | 1.1 kPa VPD (Spot-on parameters!) * Substrate & Setup: Living soil in tan fabric pot on elevated plant riser with clip-on circulation fans 💧 Watering & Feeding Log * Aug 14 (PM - Indoor): * 2 gals plain water (pH 6.4) + 1 gal Myco+ @ 75% strength (pH 6.4) split across indoor pots. * Aug 15 (11:17 AM - Day 9 Veg): * Low-stress training session & light selective defoliation. * Aug 16 (11:19 PM - Day 11 Veg): * 1.3 Gal shared feed: * 15 mL Fish & Kelp * 5 mL Silica * Equal parts mixed feed solutions split among pots. * Next Scheduled Watering: * Waiting for a solid dry-back, then following up with Cal-Mag and organic aloe water to recharge and balance micro-nutrients. 📝 Grower’s Notes & Plant Observations Training & Canopy Structure: Sour G got the full "limbo bend-back" LST treatment! Anchored the main stem down horizontally across the pot using rubber-coated garden wire secured to the rim. Pulling the main apical stem down from ~10 inches to a flat 6-inch profile immediately broke apical dominance—all lower lateral shoots along the stalk have already turned upward toward the light, creating an even, wide canopy base. Foliage & Nutrition: The main growth tip is deep green, supple, and responding aggressively to the horizontal train. Lower/older foliage has been showing some mild intervenous fading and classic cal-mag hunger (it's always Cal-Mag!). With tent VPD locked in at a dialed 1.1 kPa (76.9°F / 64% RH), she is transpiring efficiently. Letting the soil dry back properly before hitting her with a targeted Cal-Mag + aloe flush to get the lower leaves greened back up as the new branch shoots explode. Need to remember the aloe and added calmag next feed. Mycology plain water is like 400 ppm hard idk how I need calmag. Also FGMN nurseries has great customer service but I paid for a fucking cardboard tube filled with sawdust straight up. They sent me predatory mites 2 different kinds 2 different packages and im certain they were all DOA both times. Idk was it foolish to believe bugs could survive an overnight journey from new Jersey to New Orleans? Now I just got trips to deal with. I for real am done growing outside. It's been fun but the pests have ruined 6 plants for me enough is enough. I'm working on being more assertive and getting a living wage paying job that I deserve. I wanna keep growing and I'm tired of busting my ass for crumbs while my coworkers and bosses stand around and watch. Fuck that I'm done. I will get an amazing job very soon and it's going to be the jumping off point to Kickstart the rest of my life. I'm about to turn 40 but it feels like I'm about to start living. Wow that's a lot. Happy growing friend's ✌️
