Jacks_Pot Here I am again with the third round of this year. I'm going back to two familiar strains. The breeder is KeraSeeds. The first strain is LA Widow, and the second strain is Tangerine Kush. On 21/07/26, I sowed three seeds of each strain in seedling soil that had been pre-watered with Rhizotonic (1.6 ml per 600 ml of tap water). The 0.4 L pots were placed on a heat mat set to 26°C (79°F) using a thermostat. On 24/07/26, all three Tangerine Kush seeds had germinated, along with 2 out of 3 LA Widow seeds. Unfortunately, the third LA Widow seed never sprouted. 25/07/26 marks Day 1 of the vegetative stage. This time, I'll only be vegging for 4 weeks instead of 5, as they tend to get too big otherwise. I'll be using the Plagron nutrient line again (except during the first week, when I'll use Rhizotonic and Canna Start by Canna). The lighting is still provided by my COB LEDs, and apart from that, everything else remains the same. C u next week! 👋

Jacks_Pot The first week went by without any issues. Just five healthy seedlings that were off to a great start. This was their feeding schedule during the first week: Day 1 – Dry Day 2 – Added 1 ml of Rhizotonic and 1 ml of Canna Start to 500 ml of tap water (EC 0.93 – pH 6.0 – 22.3°C / 72.1°F). Each seedling received 35 ml. Day 3 – Dry Day 4 – Same as Day 2. 45 ml per seedling. Day 5 – Same as Day 2. 60 ml per seedling. Day 6 – Dry Day 7 – Same as Day 2. 60 ml per seedling. The humidifier was not connected yet. only had a fan running to give the seedlings a gentle breeze. The COB LED was hanging 45 cm (18 inches) above the canopy at 50 watts, providing a DLI of 22 and a PPFD of 340 µmol/m²/s. This seemed to be just right, as the seedlings appeared to stretch less than they did in previous grows. Temperatures ranged from 25.9°C to 29.0°C (78.6–84.2°F), while the relative humidity stayed between 44% and 62%. C u next week! 👏

Jacks_Pot The seedlings progressed very smoothly, as by day 13 I was already able to transplant them into the 14-liter air pots. The pots were pre-watered with Power Roots, Pure Zym and nematodes against fungus gnats. I removed the smallest Tangerine Kush plant because, as always, I’m going for four plants. The large heat mat replaced the small one and was set to 24°C. It won’t have much work to do over the coming days, as temperatures are going to be warm enough. This is what they received this week: Day 8 – Dry Day 9 – To 300 ml of tap water, I added 1.2 ml Fish Force, 0.05 ml Silic Rock and 0.05 ml CalMag. (EC 1.0 – pH 6.1 – 23.2°C) Each plant received 60 ml. Day 10 – To 400 ml of tap water, I added 0.4 ml Power Roots, 0.4 ml Pure Zym, 0.3 ml Terra Grow, 0.05 ml Silic Rock and 0.05 ml CalMag. (EC 1.0 – pH 6.1 – 21.8°C) Each plant received 70 ml. Day 11 – Dry Day 12 – To 500 ml of tap water, I added 0.5 ml Power Roots, 0.5 ml Pure Zym, 0.5 ml Terra Grow, 0.1 ml Silic Rock and 0.1 ml CalMag. (EC 1.07 – pH 6.0 – 23.4°C) Each plant received 80 ml. Day 13 – Transplant day Day 14 – Dry Starting next week, they will once again receive a weekly spray with Vita Race. The COB light was increased to 60 watts at a distance of 43 cm. This resulted in a DLI of 24.3 / PPFD 375. On day 13, the second COB was added to the tent. Both COBs were positioned at 48 cm with a total power of 130 watts. This resulted in a DLI of 26 / PPFD 401. Temperatures fluctuated between 24.2°C and 28.7°C. Relative humidity remained between 42% and 57%. C u next week! 👋

Jacks_Pot A smooth week without any problems. In my opinion, they are progressing very nicely. They didn’t suffer from the repotting at all. They simply carried on as if nothing had happened. The Tangerine Kush has more oval-shaped leaves than the LA Widow. I suspect there are more indica genetics in the TK. On day 16, all four plants were topped. I also removed the lower four shoots from each plant. This leaves four main branches per plant, which I will train back under the SCROG. On the same day, I connected the humidifier. During the light hours, it switches on every half hour for a period of 30 minutes. So, half an hour on, half an hour off, half an hour on, etc. During the dark hours, it remains switched off. This was their menu for the week: Day 15 – 12 ml Fish Force, 0.5 ml Silic Rock and 0.5 ml CalMag were added to 2,500 ml of tap water. (EC 1.22 – pH 6.0 – 22.3°C) Each plant received 600 ml. Day 16 – Dry. Day 17 – 2.5 ml Power Roots, 2.5 ml Pure Zym, 5 ml Terra Grow, 0.5 ml Silic Rock and 0.5 ml CalMag were added to 2,500 ml of tap water. (EC 1.35 – pH 6.1 – 22.6°C) Each plant received 600 ml. Day 18 – Dry. Day 19 – 3 ml Power Roots, 3 ml Pure Zym, 6 ml Terra Grow, 0.6 ml Silic Rock and 0.6 ml CalMag were added to 3,000 ml of tap water. (EC 1.33 – pH 6.2 – 22.5°C) Each plant received 750 ml. Day 20 – Dry. Day 21 – Same as day 19 (EC 1.32 – pH 6.1 – 23.5°C) Each plant received 750 ml. On day 19, they received their first spray with Vita Race. The spray consisted of 1 ml of Vita Race mixed with 200 ml of tap water. The plants are sprayed 30 minutes before the COBs switch on. During this period, the extraction fan and the small fans in the tent are switched off, giving the plants enough time to absorb everything. The COBs were increased to 150 watts at a distance of 48 cm. This resulted in a DLI of 28 / PPFD of 432. Temperatures fluctuated between 23.7 and 29.2°C. Humidity remained between 42 and 63%. Jacks_Pot This was the final week on 18/6 for the plants. Starting tomorrow, they will switch to 12/12, where they will remain for around 9–10 weeks. The 3- and 5-finger leaves at the bottom were pruned to make watering easier. The SCROG net was also installed. Other than that, nothing special to report. All four plants are growing well and showing no signs of nutrient deficiencies or excesses. There are fungus gnats again, but by now I’m used to them. They are mainly harmful to young seedlings. I’m just hoping there won’t be a major outbreak this time and that the nematodes will at least have some effect. This was their menu for the week: Day 22 – Dry Day 23 – To 3000 ml of tap water, I added 18 ml Fish Force, 1 ml Silic Rock and 1 ml CalMag. Fish Force lowers the pH of the water quite significantly. The pH was 5.6, but I raised it to 6.1 with 1 ml of pH +. (EC 1.44 – pH 6.1 – 23.6°C) Each plant received 750 ml. Day 24 – Dry Day 25 – To 3000 ml of tap water, I added 3 ml Power Roots, 3 ml Pure Zym, 6 ml Terra Grow, 2 ml Sugar Royal, 1 ml Silic Rock and 1 ml CalMag. (EC 1.49 – pH 6.1 – 22.4°C) Each plant received 750 ml. Day 26 – Dry Day 27 – Same as day 25. (EC 1.48 – pH 6.2 – 22.5°C) Each plant received 750 ml. Day 28 – Dry On day 25, I gave them their weekly spray with Vita Race (1 ml / 200 ml). The COBs were increased to 170 watts at a distance of 48 cm. This resulted in a DLI of 34 / PPFD of 525. Temperatures fluctuated between 24.4 and 29.0°C. Relative humidity remained between 57 and 79%. The average VPD was 1.22 kPa. C u next week! 👋

Jacks_Pot This week, most of the work was focused on the SCROG. The net is filling up nicely. Here and there, a larger leaf was removed to give the shoots underneath more light. Some pruning was also done lower down on the plants. I removed the humidifier because the humidity is now high enough. In a week or two, I’ll connect the dehumidifier. The plants have also started drinking more. LA Widow #2 is the thirstiest and drinks around 1200 ml/24h. The other three are fine with 800 ml/24h. I haven’t seen any pre-flowers yet, but they should start appearing within a few days. Hopefully there won’t be any balls... This is what their menu looked like this week: Day 29 – To 3000 ml of tap water, 21 ml Fish Force, 1.2 ml Silic Rock, 1.2 ml CalMag and 1 ml pH+ were added. (EC 1.67 – pH 6.0 – 21.3°C) Each plant received 750 ml. Day 30 – To 3000 ml of tap water, 2 ml Power Roots, 3 ml Pure Zym, 6 ml Terra Grow, 2 ml Sugar Royal, 3 ml Power Buds, 1.2 ml Silic Rock and 1.2 ml CalMag were added. (EC 1.56 – pH 6.1 – 20.8°C) Each plant received between 600 and 800 ml. Day 31 – To 3600 ml of water, 9.5 ml Terra Grow, 1.4 ml Silic Rock and 1.4 ml CalMag were added. (EC 1.54 – pH 6.1 – 20.3°C) Each plant received between 800 and 1000 ml. Day 32 – To 3600 ml of tap water, 2.5 ml Power Roots, 3.6 ml Pure Zym, 7 ml Terra Grow, 2.5 ml Sugar Royal, 3.6 ml Power Buds, 1.4 ml Silic Rock and 1.4 ml CalMag were added. (EC 1.54 – pH 6.1 – 20.6°C) Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 33 – Same as Day 31 (EC 1.54 – pH 6.1 – 21.7°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 34 – Same as Day 32 (EC 1.54 – pH 6.1 – 21.3°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 35 – Same as Day 31 (EC 1.51 – pH 6.1 – 20.9°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. On Day 32, I gave them their weekly shower with Vita Race (1.5 ml / 300 ml). The COBs were increased to 200 watts at a distance of 46 cm. This resulted in a DLI of 28 / PPFD of 648. Temperatures fluctuated between 22.2 and 28.4°C. Humidity remained between 55 and 73%. The average VPD was 1.19 kPa. C u next week! 👋

Jacks_Pot This week, the plants really started to stretch. Luckily, I only let them veg for 4 weeks. All four are growing at a fairly similar height. The scrogging is now finished. Here and there, another leaf and shoot disappeared, and I also spotted the first pre-flowers. Next week, I expect to see the first real pistels. This is what they received this week: Day 36 – To 3600 ml of tap water, I added 25 ml Fish Force, 1.4 ml Silic Rock, 1.4 ml CalMag and 1.7 ml pH+. (EC 1.71 – pH 6.0 – 20.7°C) Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. This was the last feeding with Fish Force for this round. Day 37 – To 3600 ml of tap water, I added 2 ml Power Roots, 3.6 ml Pure Zym, 7 ml Terra Grow, 2.5 ml Sugar Royal, 3.6 ml Power Buds, 1.4 ml Silic Rock and 1.4 ml CalMag. (EC 1.53 – pH 6.1 – 21.0°C) Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 38 – To 3600 ml of water, I added 9.5 ml Terra Grow, 1.4 ml Silic Rock and 1.4 ml CalMag. (EC 1.51 – pH 6.1 – 20.8°C) Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 39 – Same as Day 37 (EC 1.53 – pH 6.1 – 20.5°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 40 – Same as Day 38 (EC 1.53 – pH 6.2 – 20.5°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1200 ml. Day 41 – Same as Day 37 (EC 1.54 – pH 6.1 – 20.8°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1000 ml. This was the last feeding with Power Roots for this round. Day 42 – Same as Day 38 (EC 1.53 – pH 6.2 – 21.2°C). Each plant received between 800 and 1000 ml. On Day 39, I gave them their weekly shower with Vita Race (1.5 ml / 300 ml). This was the last time I sprayed the plants with Vita Race. The COBs were increased to 220 watts at a distance of 45 cm. This resulted in a DLI of 31 / PPFD of 717. Temperatures fluctuated between 23.0 and 28.7°C. Relative humidity remained between 63 and 78%. The average VPD was 0.99 kPa. C u next week! 👏

Jacks_Pot This week, the four plants were stretched again. They had actually become too large once more, so during the next round I’ll increase the light intensity slightly from the moment of the switch. They are now all drinking the same amount (1,000 ml per 24 hours). Flowering is slowly starting to come through, although in my opinion it seems to be progressing a little more slowly than usual. A few lower shoots that won’t be worth keeping were removed here and there. The dehumidifier was connected and set to 40%. I set the heat mat to 22°C. This is what their feeding schedule looked like this week: Day 43 - To 4,000 ml of tap water, I added 4 ml of Pure Zym, 5 ml of Terra Grow, 5 ml of Terra Bloom, 3 ml of Sugar Royal, 4 ml of Power Buds, 1.6 ml of Silic Rock, and 1.6 ml of CalMag. (EC 1.65 – pH 6.1 – 20.6°C) Each plant received 1,000 ml. Day 44 - To 4,000 ml of tap water, I added 6 ml of Terra Grow, 6 ml of Terra Bloom, 1.6 ml of Silic Rock, and 1.6 ml of CalMag. (EC 1.67 – pH 6.2 – 20.1°C) Each plant received 1,000 ml. Day 45 - Same as Day 43. (EC 1.67 – pH 6.2 – 23.3°C) Each plant received 1,000 ml. Day 46 - Same as Day 44. This was the last feeding containing Terra Grow for this round. The COBs were increased to 240 watts at a distance of 45 cm. This resulted in a DLI of 32.5 and a PPFD of 752. Temperatures fluctuated between 22.9 and 29.4°C. Humidity remained between 52 and 69%. The average VPD value was 1.3 kPa. C u next week! 👋

Jacks_Pot This week the plants have continued to grow, but the major stretch is now definitely over. There are already clearly visible pistils and early flower structures on every plant. Flowering is therefore well underway. I didn’t see any balls anywhere, so I think all four will be females... although I’ll keep checking for a while. Some lower branches and shoots were pruned and cleaned up. I raised the scrOG screen quite a bit higher, and it now serves more as support for the future tops. A few tops of the Tangerine Kushes had grown up against the COBs. At first I considered supercropping these tops, but then I realised I could raise the COBs a little further using straps. This allowed me to gain another 10 cm. Now they really need to stop growing. For the next run, I need to find a way to keep the plants smaller. This will have to be achieved by using a higher light intensity, and I’m going to limit the Terra Grow to the first week after the switch. This was their menu this week: Day 50 – To 5000 ml of tap water, I added 15 ml Terra Bloom, 3 ml Green Sensation, 2 ml Silic Rock and 2 ml CalMag. (EC 1.99 – pH 6.2 – 20.4°C) Each plant received 1200 ml. Day 51 – To 5000 ml of tap water, I added 5 ml Pure Zym, 15 ml Terra Bloom, 4 ml Sugar Royal, 5 ml Power Buds, 2 ml Silic Rock and 2 ml CalMag. (EC 1.83 – pH 6.2 – 20.7°C) Each plant received 1200 ml. Day 52 – Same as Day 50, but with 2 ml Green Sensation. (EC 1.93 – pH 6.2 – 21.2°C) Each plant received 1200 ml. Day 53 – Same as Day 51. (EC 1.85 – pH 6.2 – 21.5°C) Each plant received 1200 ml. Day 54 – Same as Day 52. (EC 1.93 – pH 6.2 – 21.0°C) Each plant received 1200 ml. Day 55 – Same as Day 51. (EC 1.87 – pH 6.2 – 20.7°C) Each plant received 1200 ml. Day 56 – Same as Day 52. (EC 1.93 – pH 6.2 – 20.3°C) Each plant received between 1100 and 1600 ml. The COBs remained at 240 watts. They are now hanging at the highest possible position. It is difficult to get accurate DLI/PPFD readings at the moment. The DLI will be too high at the top, while it may be too low slightly further down. So I’m going to keep the wattage at 240 watts. Temperatures fluctuated between 23.0 and 29.7°C. Relative humidity remained between 56 and 72%. The average VPD was 1.18 kPa. C u next week!👋
